On my gosh. Hands down… this place is divine!! 10/10!! The food was fresh and delicious. There is a chicken sandwich on their appetizer menu u that we all devoured so I wasn’t able to take pictures. I still think about that chicken sandwich one week later. I would go back everyday just for that. The service was phenomenal, our server was so knowledgeable about the menu and made awesome suggestions. We went here on a whim for my birthday and I am so glad we stumbled across this restaurant. They were so sweet and I got a cheesecake slice for my special day and it was also very delicious!

The patio is beautiful and great ambiance for a date night or girls night or brunch. The owner, Michael, came and chatted with us too, great guy and clearly takes a lot of pride in his restaurant and treats his staff well. Our waitress Jess was so sweet and attentive. Overall, highly recommend to put this on your MUST TRY list … you won’t be disappointed!

Tande Thai has a great vibe with a cool and modern design. The patio area is covered and heated, making it perfect for enjoying a meal even in the winter. The Tande wraps were the real standout—amazing and a must-try! The Prawn Pad Thai and Chicken Pad See Ew were good but didn’t wow me. However, the wraps, drinks, and overall atmosphere are enough reason to come back.

One of my new favorite places. The food, ambiance and service was absolutely amazing!! Jacob was our server on Sunday. It was a group of five friends enjoying their new brunch menu. Jacob was super attentive and provided impeccable service. Patiently walked us through the menu and helped us choose some of the most delicious entrees. Michael the owner came out to greet us and was truly delightful. Okay, the food, fresh, flavorful and generous portion sizes. We also had the mimosa flute with a variety of exotic juices. I had the chicken and waffles, the chicken is in a word delicious. Honestly everything was delicious. My friends and I will definitely be back. What a surprising find! We've been shopping and dining at Grandscape on several ocassions but have never ventured downstairs into the alcove to discover this gem. The decor is exquisite and authentic, and the food is remarkable and heartwarming. Big shout out to Nick our waiter who was attentive to details and recommends the most suitable cocktails. Catherine our live musician accentuates the delightful atmosphere, making our evening all the more memorable. We're sure to come back again for the fried tofu LOL

I was here with my husband on a Sunday night. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Loved the ambiance of the place, both inside and patio.

We ordered drinks and starters at the same time. Got our starters almost immediately but our drinks were nowhere in sight. We waited for almost 30 minutes and also finished our starters by then but still no drinks. We ended up canceling them and continued with the entree.

We were pretty disappointed, mainly coz of the drinks. Also, none of the dishes we ordered stood out. I wish the food is as good as the ambiance!

Tande Thai offers a lovely ambiance and excellent service, with beautiful floral decor. However, the food leaned towards the sweeter side. The chicken fried rice was the standout for me, and the fried tofu and yellow curry were decent. The shrimp was also fantastic, but the salmon fillet didn't impress.

Tande Thai has become one of my new favorite go-to restaurants. The food and atmosphere are always great! I recently went on Sunday and had Jaydon as my server. He was very kind and attentive, and provided us with great recommendations.

I met some friends for lunch today and really enjoyed the chicken lettuce wraps. The ginger sauce was delicious. I also had the coconut chicken soup. It was also rich and flavorful. The ambiance, beautiful decor, laid back atmosphere and the friendly owner and waiter really made our visit enjoyable.

My bestie of 25 years treated me to a birthday dinner on a Saturday evening. The service was stellar by Travis. One of the managers, Michael, came by our table to check on us. He stayed and conversed with us for a few minutes and was incredibly kind. He called for a champagne toast to celebrate such a long friendship. Plus, a birthday dessert brought to me as well. The food was nothing short of perfect. Their peanut sauce could be eaten with a spoon! Definitely pay for the short ribs. You won’t regret it. The Drunken Noodle is listed as beef, but the kitchen was happy to make with with chicken. After dinner, the host took our photo outside and our server ran out to offer his help too. This is my 2nd time eating here. The food is phenomenal and the atmosphere is so nice and relaxing. This is our favorite Thai location that we’ve found in DFW. The patio is so relaxing and it’s in Grandscape which makes it great to be able to walk around and shop afterwards. The owner, Mile, is very involved and has spoken with us at our table both times that we have been here.

My wife and I were in town visiting a friend and thought to stop at the grandscape for some shopping and food. Tande Thai was not our first choice for dinner but the knocked it out of the park from the appetizers to the main course it was so AMAZING! What a great Thai place, a bit expensive but well worth the money. I can't wait to go back.

Great place to try elevated Thai food! Don't expect huge portions and customized spice levels like in other Thai restaurants! But the food was flavor full and tasty! We tried the Veggie fried rice and Curry fried rice. The tofu in the fried rice was soft! A little more veggies in the fried rice would have been great. We also had the tropical punch which was phenomenal!! Service was great and ambience was super chill. Prices were on the higher end but you are paying for the service and ambience.

Expensive. Fried rice is good but curry is not authentic at all. It is very grainy.

Loved the authentic Thai food and beautiful atmosphere. Our server Jaydon was welcoming and went over the menu in detail since it was our first visit. Great Restaurant to check out for a special occasion. We went for my wife’s Birthday and our server Travis was very accommodating and nice to us. We are vegan so he explained to us every dish that could be made, you can tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in working here. We had the fried rice, noodles, and curry. The roasted broccolini and Tom Kha soup were very tasteful as well. The decor and ambience inside was nice. How we make sure you sit indoors on these cold winter nights. Because the patio area outside has heat warning lamps, but still chilly. Overall, I would recommend this place to check out for some cool Thai food.

Everything was a 10 out of 10. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and had exquisite customer service. The food was beyond words. I’ve ate Thai food most of my life, but this time was different. The ingredients were so fresh, the flavors were so profound. I must go back.
I only suggest they get some spicer chilly oil options for us folk with a higher spice tolerance.

Ever Since I've seen this new restaurant pop up in the new development in grandscape; i've been itching to try it out. Today I finally got to check it out and it exceeded all my expectations. The waiter, Travis, was extremely patient with listening to all of my dietary restrictions ( gluten intolerant and other allergies) and he helped me pick out what item would be zero gluten or might have small traces. As an added measure he took the time to check with the kitchen just in case. Service like this , to me, is just above and beyond in terms of caring for their customers. This allowed me to confidently have a meal that I wouldn't later regret. He was also very nice and was very engaging in conversation which made listening to him speak about the origins and concept of this restaurant very enjoyable.

The food Itself, was amazing. I had the green curry with chicken and it was more in quantity than I expected for being such a high end establishment. The location, atmosphere suggested it might be one of those that might skip out on the portions but not here! It was great amount of chicken and the curry itself was extremely rich. I would definitely come again and eat here again and try other dishes next time. Highly recommend checking this place out if you want to try a good Thai restaurant near grandscape/ West plano area!

The food was okay but not worth the trouble. They seem to be either understaffed or disorganized cause the place was not full and the service was slow. We also booked a table online in advance and were seated on the tiniest table next to the bar. Tiny tables are fine but the food could barely fit on the table. Had to place menus on the floor and personal items behind back to make it work. Bartender was inexperienced -- and it took forever to get our drinks. We finished the appetizer and was halfway through the main before the drinks arrived. They also need to rethink how they serve some of the items. I ordered the Phucket fried chicken sandwich which was very tasty but the bun it come on is too soft and causes the entire sandwich to fall apart. It was also on a butcher block which was also too small so food was falling everywhere. Add this to the tiny table and its chaos. As i said... food was okay but wont be back...

I shared the Pad See Ew with our 5 year old son and we ere both happy campers! My Husband had the Beef Drunken Noodles and I thought it was the painkiller drink from the bar talking when he said it was the best drunken noodles that he’d ever had but then I tried it…. Oh, my goodness. It’s delicious! My Husband said the bartender didn’t mess around and the drink was pretty strong. Also, try the Thai tea- so yummy! It did take us a while to be seated without a reservation but our food came out so quickly after we ordered that I asked if they had magicians in the back, so that turned our experience around. Very impressive service from our waiter. He was kind, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Tipped him even more because he was very attentive and got on our Son’s level to talk to him even though the restaurant was busy. Love the mellow vibe and cool decor. Very cool place!

I ordered the Tande lettuce wraps, which were delicious and well-prepared; however, I found the portion size to be much smaller than expected, particularly given the price. Despite this, the overall dining experience was delightful. The restaurant’s ambiance was inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere for our meal.

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.
On December 27, 2024, I visited with family and friends, and we were charged $65.60 for mandatory tips. I spoke to the manager to express our concerns about not being informed that tips were compulsory. Our bill should have been $328 plus tax, but I was charged $420.68. It feels like they are stealing from the public to cover their employees' wages.
Beware of these scammers, don't fall the victims.

A friend and I dropped in without a reservation on Thursday, and quickly got a small table near the bar. The ambiance is something to behold, as they imported most of the furniture from Thailand and have really done a wonderful job creating a beautiful restaurant that stands out in the area.
Our server, Travis was excellent! He told us about the restaurant, since we hadn't visited before, and was very friendly. I was impressed with his menu knowledge and he made several great suggestions. I really enjoyed the Siam So Spicy cocktail, but it did arrive after our food. Patience paid off because it was a lovely compliment to my prawn pad thai. I will absolutely be back here soon and look forward to trying some of the other menu items.

The vegetarian menu options are really limited. It lacked the sauces and dips for vegetarians in salads or appetizers. We-ordered the papaya salad and it was really bland with no sauce. In dinner, the only option was yellow curry, and it tasted horrible and nothing like Thai cuisine. We tried to give the owner feedback about the food, and he was really rude and said that he knows how to run his business. Never ever visiting this place again.

It is not like traditional Thai restaurants with a spicy scale, as it is geared much more towards flavor. My fiancé and I came here for brunch and we were amazed by both the service and the food. This place serves brunch menu items but with an addition of Thai influence, bringing the best of both worlds together into a single dish. We got the Tande donuts, the Kai Kata, and a Panang short rib hash.

The Tande donuts were giant sugar donuts and were delicious. The Thai tea caramel sauce paired nicely with it.

The Kai Kata is a puffed pastry with sausage. The seasoning used in the sausage gave it a very unique flavor.

The Panang short rib hash was probably the star of the show. I have always been a fan of the classic Short rib hash as a brunch item, but the addition of Panang curry, which is a sweet curry, made this item so much more enjoyable. I am convinced that I will have to return here in the near future just to enjoy this item again. But before that, I will need to come back for their dinner menu, which I’m already certain will be phenomenal as well.

The owner came out to talk with us. When asked, he said they are working on new menu items for 2025. I can’t wait to be back to discover their new items.

We spent $350+ at this place food was amazing , we ordered almost 11 drinks. But one of the drink recommended by our server it was not good . We asked the manager we want to replace it . But manager MADY REFUSE to do it . I never experienced such a thing . This was one of the worst services we ever had. It's not about just a drink , it's a courtesy we came for experience and taste . Something was recommend by server and we didn't like it . Simple

We came for brunch on a Saturday and loved the place. The food was incredible and the service was great. Our server Jaydon recommended the chicken sandwich and I’m so glad he did. It was delicious!!! The mimosa flight was a great price too. The atmosphere here is great. We sat on the patio and really enjoyed the experience.

We were seeking a different type of brunch and we found it. This establishment was a pleasure surprise. The atmosphere was great and beautiful. Jaydon (waiter) was on point! We asked for his recommendation and none of his were a disappointment. The shrimp & grit, Kai Kata (amazing) and Curry Grits simple stole our taste buds. We'll definitely return and try to dinner menu.

I was here with my husband on a Sunday night. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Loved the ambiance of the place, both inside and patio.

We ordered drinks and starters at the same time. Got our starters almost immediately but our drinks were nowhere in sight. We waited for almost 30 minutes and also finished our starters by then but still no drinks. We ended up canceling them and continued with the entree.

We were pretty disappointed, mainly coz of the drinks. Also, none of the dishes we ordered stood out. I wish the food is as good as the ambiance!

I wish the food/service was as good as the ambience. Was there on a Sunday night, the ambience is good for sure. We ordered the drinks and the food was served first.(completely disappointed when this happens). Waited for 25mins and after checking again We were told it would take 10more min. We finished our appetizer and were served the final dinner dish as well. Ended up canceling the drinks. Was surprised/frustrated the other table getting all they’re drinks even though they came afterwards. It wasnt so busy either.
As for the food, dint feel any wow factor when compared from the other thai places Ive tried.

The food was truly excellent and you can tell the chef has roots in Thailand and trained there, the ambiance is lovely and unique as they are set away from any road or parking lot, service was excellent and attentive from Jacob.

This is great choice for nice romantic evening. Excellent food, start with Tade chicken wrap followed by Kao Soi was delicious and you will not be disappointed. To top it off, the server Travis went above and beyond to make our night enjoyable, very welcoming and friendly with great recommendations for first timers. Definitely recommend!

The food is INCREDIBLE!! Serviced was bad. Not sure if going on a Wednesday is just an off day but i observed bad service at most of the tables. Our drinks took 25 minutes to come out. I wish I was exaggerating, but I watch the time because we came in at the end of happy hour and felt a little bad pushing it, so I am well aware of the time it took. Our server was stuck behind the bar making all the drinks. Either have each server make their own drinks, or have a designated bartender. We got the short end of the stick of hardly seeing our server. Which sucks since she did seem really sweet. Just odd we got our food and we’re almost done by the time we got our drinks.
The water we got was also room temp. Didn’t know that would matter to me so much, so maybe I’m just being nit picky after watching one table get their food much later than us when they were waiting long before we got there, one table had to open their own wine bottle. Poor kid clearly didn’t have any training. I really chalk this up to poor management. I am a sommelier so I am well aware of these things within food service.
If you don’t mind the service, the food really is so delicious and next level.

Found this amazing family owned gem in grandscape! I was looking for a restaurant that had vegan options so I could eat with my family. They have a pretty good selection for their dinner menu but I arrived just before when they were serving brunch but our server Jaydon took amazing care of us and was well versed in all things vegan and made me feel 100% comfortable with my meal!!! I got to talk to the owner after - really nice guy about possibly adding some more vegan options to their menu which was awesome! We had an amazing time and will be back!

My favorite Thai restaurant so far. The place just opened 6 months ago. Good to see that they are trying to do a modern variation on Thai food. Loved the outdoor sitting and the interior too. We had lettuce cup salad, Kai Kata, and pork belly and squash flat bread and the Thai style donut. The Kai Kara was like a street food style puffy bread bowel with thai sausage and a fried egg in it. If you have not tried it, it’s an interesting and tasted good too. Lettuce cup salad was great with ginger based sauce and pork belly which is always my favorite. Now the flatbread was awesome. Not much Thai in it but I loved it. Donuts were nice. I don’t like too much sugar and this one did not. The mango based dipping sauce nicely balanced out the sweet with some tangerine taste. Our server Jaydon took care of us well and i hope he get to visit Thailand eventually. We appreciated that the owner came to meet with us.

I ordered the pan seared shrimp and scallops and was very disappointed with the sub-standard portion size presented.
It was definitely not worth $36!
My wife’s entree was bought out 10 minutes after mine was delivered to the table without any apologies.
When we asked for chili sauce, the waiter brought out about a teaspoon size amount for each of us to use.
No accommodation was allowed on the other choices of rice as a side and was only offered the option of purchasing a full plate of rice.
To put it mildly, I have had better Thai food experience at the Shops of Legacy and the surrounding area. I will not be returning.

This was not really Thai food (no curries, very few rice items and almost no vegetarian options). I never thought I’d eat avocado toast in a Thai restaurant. Believe it or not, lunch menu is only after 3 PM on Saturdays. Brunch is pretty much all American - sandwiches, omelette and burgers. Not going there again, not for Thai food at least.

Great spot! I went for a girls night and had the yellow curry, it came as the vegan recommendation from the server, and it did not disappoint. The curry tasted like it had freshly ground Ingredients as its base, with a perfect kick. It also had potatoes and tofu, which was nice. The atmosphere was sleek with wood furnishings. Highly recommend! It is located across the street from Davio’s and down the stairs.

If you are looking for a trendy upscale gem of a place to have brunch with your friends Tande Thai is the perfect place. The mimosa flight was unique with lychee juice as one of the options, The French toast was to die for! The girls and I shared the shrimp and green curry grits and it was gone before we could finish the words “oh my gosh this is SO good” the Thai twist of green curry in the grits was surprisingly addictive. We will be back again! Jaydon was so attentive and fun, made our brunch experience lovely :)

The food was good, but small portions and therefore generally overpriced. I ordered the shrimp and scallops. The amount of seafood was appropriate, but the rice was lacking. Rice is cheap--fill the plate with rice.
Also, they serve a $10 cup of juice (12-16 oz mason jar).
They don't have sticky rice and mangoes (said because mangoes are out of season).
Overall, my family decided we'd stick with our local mom and pop Thai food restaurant.

The most notable part of my experience at this restaurant was the misleading labeling of pork belly on the menu. Pork belly is listed as an ingredient in one of the dishes (I’m not sure which), but I ordered it as a side to go with my French toast. As a foodie who's sampled the best pork belly DFW has to offer, I was shocked and insulted that the restaurant served thick-cut bacon and called it pork belly. Let me be clear—what they served was not pork belly but simply thicker bacon.

Now that we’ve cleared that up, the overall experience was fantastic! Our large party was seated outside, and the weather was perfect. We loved all the drinks, especially the mimosa flight, with the tangerine flavor standing out the most. The French toast was delicious, although it had more of a bread pudding texture and flavor.

Despite the pork belly mishap, I would definitely come back and recommend giving this place a try! If you go on a weekend, be prepared to walk. I had to park in front of Scheel’s which was a long walk.
