We love Thai and happened to be in the area so we wanted takeout. The lady acted like we were going to rob the place but she quickly changed her tone so we got over it. The place was freezing with one customer eating in who was obviously a regular. After placing our order, I waited in the car since their waiting "cube" felt like a meat locker. Ok so we got the food home and for $60, I was shocked and disappointed at the small portions and no condiments. The food was not good. It was barely ok - below average I'd say so the overall experience wasn't great. I definitely will go back to our former thai spot near Crosby Avenue, even though their service is not as good as it was pre-pandemic. Still, it's better than this place. I can't recommend and wouldn't go back on a free pass.

Excellent food, atmosphere, and service! One of my favorite local spots for comfort food!

I have to edit my review to 2 stars. Portions have gotten soo cheap. They don't give enough food and enough meat in their dishes. Please fix this because the food taste good.

Diner Review №12

Food is excellent. Definitely coming back again!!!

Diner Review №13

We went in. I've never had thai food but I'll sure go again. The appetizers were honestly i don't know but I ate it. Then the chicken pad thai I got was great. The coconut juice tasted just like how it sounds and the spring rolls were good. My friend got a thing that I don't know but there was so much chicken and it looked amazing.

Diner Review №14

Food is alright but I literally just spent $34 on some pork chops and rice. All because the lady wanted to change the prices to everything I ordered and pointed at a part of the menu that says “prices subject to change without notice”. As if that makes it ok. Probably not coming back, doesn’t make sense if they can just change the price cs they feel like it.

Diner Review №15

Great food and service

Diner Review №16

Comida tailandesa realmente deliciosa! Me encantó este restaurante! Todo súper fresco. Auténtico sabor, excelentes atenciones! Un ambiente agradable y seguro. Volvería 1000 veces! MEGA RECOMENDABLE!

Diner Review №17

I wish I could eat here every single day. My go to is the mango sticky rice , drunken noodles and Thai tea. Sooooo good !!!

Diner Review №18

Green curry chicken was tasty and spicy. The restaurant has a locked door and has to let you in but that is good.

Diner Review №19

Pad se ew tasted so good!

Diner Review №20

I loved it! Everyone's food was delicious.

Diner Review №21

I loved the food! The woman in the front was our server and she is extremely nice. The service was great. I had the Red Curry with Tofu and it was excellent. The curry sauce was delicious. It had a nice spice to it. The fish cakes were good too!

That Coconut Sticky Rice With Mango though? 🥭 Amazing. Full stop.

I will definitely be back!

Diner Review №22

Ordered food via uber eats. Called several times and woman reassured us it was ~10m away. It has been three hours and we have not received any food. DO NOT ORDER from here!!!!

Diner Review №23

Món ăn ở đây ngon, và dịch vụ của họ thật tốt. Tôi sẽ ghé lại

Diner Review №24

My family and me we have a incredible night!!

Diner Review №25

All I'm going to say is that whoever picks up the phone is extremely rude, hope she stubs her toe!!!

Diner Review №26

Food is amazing here. Always on point. Haven’t had an issue. Tom Yum soup is the best!!!!!

Diner Review №27

Food was Excellent and most importantly hot..Ordered through Uber Eats, on time was delivered by C ..Highly recommend

Diner Review №28

Despite all the negative reviews on here.. if you want some traditional Thai food this is a great place to go. Small intimate, hostess always kind. I spent a month in Thailand and reminisce of the good food and good times. Tana Thai definitely restores some great feelings that I haven’t felt since, just with their food. I highly recommend.

Diner Review №29

Very disappointed! I ordered the shrimp rolls, and they were completely raw. I called the restaurant and told them, but they only offered to re-fry the shrimp rolls!!!! How in the world - would I want to eat the SAME shrimp roll after I had already opened and tried it? They neither returned my money. That's unfortunate - they lost a customer (maybe they don't care).

Diner Review №30

I usually order take out-- but not anymore after my experience.

1. The hostess had on her coat and it was cold outside.
2. When I asked for lemon/ lime with my water, I received old & limp looking lime.
3. A big pregnant roach was crawling near my plate. I was absolutely mortified-- I simple got up and left.

Definitely turned off from eating there.

Diner Review №31

Tasting the goodness of those Thai fried wings, with they special sauce!

Diner Review №32

Diner Review №33

Disgusting. I ate half of vinegary pad Thai and vomited.
Talked to my doctor may file a law suit.

Diner Review №34

The lady at the counter is so rude.
What a disgrace to Thailand.
How is this establishment still open?

Diner Review №35

Diner Review №36

Love this place for both dine in and take out. The owner is so sweet and the food is always delicious and prepared to order! Highly recommend :)

Diner Review №37

I liked the green basil curry! Service was fast and friendly.

I have been ordering here for a long time now, and I always get the same order. I asked for sweet chilli sauce on the side, and she tells me didn’t I place the order already but with hot sauce on the side, I said yes, however if you have sweet chili sauce, I want that and will pay for it.. she said I’m going to get whatever sauce they have. So just like that, I will not be ordering. This lady was very rude.. Usually I have good experiences here.

Diner Review №41

Diner Review №42

Excelente servicio y una comida llena de sabores, también tienen un helado frito muy bueno.

Diner Review №43

The food is ok but the lady gives mean girl energy. She compliments my nails (that I did myself) and then proceeds to insult me because she assumes I have more time than her. "Oh I don't have time for stuff like that I prefer to work out, and I work at a restaurant. But you must have a lot of time." (And other back handed comments) She clearly felt inferior or something, because why else would you say stuff like that to someone whose sole purpose in your life at that moment is to order curry puffs and go back to work? 🤷 clearly she wanted to pick a fight. If she "compliments" you, don't even say thank you. Just order your food and go. 😂 tbh there are so many food choices in NYC. There's no reason to deal with cattiness from a restaurant employee.

Diner Review №44

Diner Review №45

If you are in the Bronx I would say this is a good choice for Thai food. I had the Basil Fried Rice with shrimp and fried calamari and I thought both were delicious. The portions are not very big though. The service was adequate and the atmosphere was OK. Overall a decent experience. I would go back again.

Diner Review №46

Delicious food , service can improve
But the food and the portion absolutely perfect

Diner Review №47

This is one of those "hidden gems" that you really must experience to believe. From the outside, this unassuming place raises question marks; but once you meet the friendly staff and try the did, you'll be sold. This place is wonderful. Whether your aThai food enthusiast or curious to try something new, do your taste buds a favor and check out Tana Thai.

Diner Review №48

Delicious food and good service.

Diner Review №49

I've enjoyed a few meals from here so far. I've stuck to the vegetarian choices so far. The Kua Kai (flat noodles) were good. Today, I had the Pra Ram (veggies & fried tofu in peanut sauce) and Thai salad. Both were ok. I've had better. I also had purple rice and thai bubble tea. Total Price: $37.
I find their food to be far too sweet rather than savory. I'm afraid to try their pad thai because I definitely don't like that thai dish sweet. The only dessert I've tried so far is the purple rice which I will NOT be getting again. It was WAY too sweet. I'm not used to dessert from Asian cuisine from any region tasting highly sweet like that.
I haven't had the opportunity to dine in but they have a cute little space they utilize wisely and it'll be a nice local place to have a date night.
I will continue to come back but probably not as often. They are a bit on the pricey side. I just hope they tweak their recipes a bit and calm down on the sugar.

Diner Review №50

I ordered the shrimp pad Thai, spring rolls and wings. Spring rolls were really good and fresh, the pad Thai was good but nothing exceptional. The wings definitely didn’t appear as something you would serve to a dine in customer. They were dry and didn’t seem extremely fresh.

Expected more for spending $30-40 on dinner. I’ll give them another chance at some point to give them a better review, but the food is what I would expect from a place with 3.5 stars.

Decent Thai food but don’t expect to get your sock knocked off.

Diner Review №51

Food taste really good the place was clean

Diner Review №52

Diner Review №53

For the price they charge, the food should more. The bowl they use to serve is considered small at other restaurants for much cheaper. The serving portion was too small and the price is high. The food taste Oky at best; not my favorite. Still Hungry after finishing the food. The drinks are good though

Diner Review №54

This place offers the most exquisite Thai cuisine I've ever experienced. It has become my personal standard for Thai food, and I highly recommend visiting and indulging in its delightful flavors.

Diner Review №55

Everything was GREAT!
I’m surely going back again.

Diner Review №56

This little place is amazing. Food is great and delicious. My wife is picky and she loved the food. We got the chicken satay, crispy wings and pad Thai. I also got a cup of Thai iced tea which was super refreshing.

Diner Review №57

Interesting meal. I thought the spring rolls were great the 1st time I bought and the porkchops 🥩. My recent order was ahhh at best. The porkchops were decent, the spring rolls were overcooked, as well as half my wings, and I know that sounds weird. Look at the photos. Half the wings are a dark, overcooked brown, and the others are a bright golden color. Doesn't make sense. Plus, the wings had way too much seasoning, making them doughy.

Food, service & ambience is consistently good! Food is authentic, service always comes with a smile, & the atmosphere is warm & inviting, with the coolest, most relaxing jazz playing in the background. Perfect trifecta!

Diner Review №61

Diner Review №62

Love love love the drunken noodles with mixed seafood!!!!! Worth the price!!!!!!

Diner Review №63

Tiny and cozy place with quiet music serving tasty Tai food. Friendly personnel and low prices. Situated near A. Einstein Medical College.

Diner Review №64

Always quick service. Food is good. Portions could be bigger though.

Diner Review №65

We ordered a delivery. Food too expensive and too small portions. You pay doubled but get only half portions! And one of the dishes tasted as if the cook made a mistake pouring sugar by cooking. Not happy at all. I do not recommend, unless you like to be hungry and waste your money!

Diner Review №66

Affordable and delicious Thailand food.

Diner Review №68

Location:
The restaurant is conveniently located for people commuting by public transportation. Just a short walk from the bus stop, past several auto body shops and random businesses, you'll find Tana Thai.

Tana Thai is a cozy restaurant with several tables. We were a party of four and were lucky to have the restaurant to ourselves before other customers arrived.

Service:
Pookie, the server was attentive and friendly.

Food:
For appetizers, we ordered vegetable dumplings, fried spring rolls, and papaya salad (all delicious, by the way.) For the entrees- the fish with garlic and pepper was mouth-watering - it was lightly battered and fried. The shrimp and chicken pad Thai were delicious and flavorful. Their Thai tea was good, sweet, and creamy.

As for the desserts, that is where they missed the mark. While the fried bananas were good and it's a popular Thai dessert, we also ordered the ricotta and pistachio cake and a chocolate temptation cake. Unfortunately, the ricotta and pistachio cake was hard and frozen and the chocolate cake was slightly frozen.

Overall, the food was quite good and the restaurant was worth the visit.

Diner Review №69

Diner Review №70

Sound Thai food with classic cuisine options that fulfill a “during the shift can only eat once” meal. $15 a dish. 3.5/5 stars as a lunch spot.

Diner Review №71

Great staff and amazing food. The drunken noodles are amazing here!

Diner Review №72

Do not recommend take out. The menu says that they add more sauce so that the noodles don’t stick together, but they either don’t do it or that method doesn’t work. There’s a 1.50 convenience fee, which is unexplained, even though ordered via their own website.
Pad Thai wasn’t very good. Usually more volume makes up for quality, but wasn’t high volume either.
Maybe this place better to stay and eat inside.

Diner Review №73

Today we had a late lunch at Tana Thai. The food and drinks, as well as the service, were all excellent! The staff were super friendly and kind. Highly recommend.

Diner Review №74

Terrible, too far away from home, small portions.

Diner Review №75

pineapple fried rice is my favorite! the lady was very nice to us & we had a good chat. the workers always check on whether your glass is empty or if you’re having a good time which i appreciate. i will go back to this place in a heartbeat

Diner Review №76

The food was absolutely delicious. Large portions. The service was very good, the young lady who served us was helpful and friendly..the atmosphere was relaxing... I enjoyed my visit.. I'll be returning 👍

Diner Review №79

My go to Thai place!

Diner Review №80

Diner Review №81

My hotel recommended this place. The red curry with chicken was one of the best I have ever had! Would definitely recommend this place to others. Great customer service as well.

Diner Review №82

This is the worse pad tai i ever had in my life! I’ve had pad Thai from different restaurants and this was suuuuper disappointing! The pad Thai was cold and veeeerryyy dry. The cook did not mix the ingredients together. The bean sprouts and peanuts were placed on top instead of mixed in. Cheap with the chicken! Very very disappointing. The fried calamari arrived very soggy and a little bit of sauce on the side. You are definitely better off ordering from some place else! I will never order from here again!

Diner Review №83

Amazing peanut sauce and solid portions. They know gluten free.

Diner Review №84

I'm obsessed with their drunken noodles. They recently added the mock duck to their menu on seamless and I live for it. If I wasn't broke, I'd eat this at least once a week

Diner Review №85

I just love Thai food. Nice quaint place. Love there papaya salad and calamari.

Diner Review №86

Today I ordered the crispy wings. The chicken was crispy and seemed to be double fried. But they were so bland! There wasn't a hint of seasoning on the chicken, for me this is a no-no! I don't think I'll be trying any meals here.

Diner Review №87

I have never seen as bad customer service as in this restaurant. Lady who picked up the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. In the end they even didn’t deliver the order. Last time I have ever ordered anything from here

Diner Review №88

The pad Thai tasted like raw fish guts I had to throw the whole thing out. & it wasn’t cheap either. Nasty!!!

Diner Review №89

Very bad customer service. The lady on call is very rude to customer.

Diner Review №90

Very bad customer service one of the worst places.
Food is very disgusting

Diner Review №91

One of the worst customer service. Lady on call is very rude to customer.

Diner Review №92

Very bad customer service. The lady takes order on phone she’s very rude to customer.

Diner Review №93

Customer service is very bad. Lady on the call is very rude. Won’t go there never again

Diner Review №94

Very bad customer service. I called on phone to order the lady couldn’t even wait to on line for 1 min. She was telling me to order online she can’t waste time. She was very rude.

Diner Review №95

I love their basil fried, really spicy and yummy!!!

Diner Review №96

Tana Thai is the best Thai food in the Bronx. They never disappoint. Always delicious food and kind & prompt delivery. I order from them all the time and they’re worth every penny.

Diner Review №97

Ordered recently through Uber, the food just wasn't good this time at all. It has been good before but not this time around.

Diner Review №98

I had been hoping to order here for quite some time. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The prices are outrageous for barely any meat in any of the dishes. We basically ate rice and vegetables. I would not bother ordering here again of it was FREE. Save your money and time. They clearly take advantage of the location here to rob the residents who aren't medical students or Dr's. We do not recommend and will NEVER eat here again.

Diner Review №99

I've tried this place once before and tried to give it another chance. The food itself is excellent. I understand there's a lot of inflation now, but this places price gouges on a whole other level ... I'm docking it major points for being way overpriced!

I ordered a papaya salad and fish cake appetizer for $21. The portions were paltry for what I paid, especially since the salad was completely meat-free, and there were only FOUR fish cakes in the appetizer! I can pay the same cost and get double the appetizer at the same quality at other Thai restaurants. They are taking advantage of their location near the medical school no doubt. Way too much money spent on an Thai takeout.

Diner Review №100

Taste very good but very expensive and small portions wish it had a little more but maybe I should eat less. The vegetables were very fresh in my plate

Diner Review №101

Diner Review №102

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. An hour after ordering delivery I called to ask where my order was and got met with a horribly rude response. They told me to be patient and that they had entered the ticket in wrong and that if I want it faster next time to order pick up. The lack customer service, the gall of attitude, the disrespect is ridiculous.

Diner Review №103

You must have the curry chicken puffs! Food is worth the wait. Order ahead and pick up because they make your food fresh and it takes time.

Diner Review №104

Very very rude and unprofessional staff, specially the lady who was standing at the reception, she didn't know how to deal with customer, very very rude lady,👎never ever recommend to anyone,

Diner Review №105

This place is no dine in, prices are way too high, I can get cheaper and bigger portions out of it in manhattan, and that’s manhattan, isn’t a cheap area to get food. I tried placing an order at the place, but the owner completely ignored me, and it didn’t look like she was taking orders inside. Not only that, but she is extremely rude. I ended up trying to place an order on call, which is just ridiculous, and she got upset and hung up on me when I was giving her my number. I was trying to correct her because she kept repeating my number wrong. She said 5 digits for the last 4 digits of my phone number, which made no sense. I ended up not even buying from there, it was not worth my time, but from reading the other reviews, you don’t even get a fair portion for the price. Definitely do not recommend this place, overpriced, horrible service, rude owner. I chose to go here because of my location and the lack of Thai places in the Bronx. But if you’re feeling of getting some Thai food at a fair price, where you’d get a lot more out of it, choose another place.

Diner Review №106

Diner Review №107

Diner Review №108

The manager " I believe her name is Fina" is very rude. Disrespectful.

Diner Review №109

Overpriced for a small portion just like most thai restaurants.. customer lost

Diner Review №110

I tried to understand why their restaurant's door dash said "bubble tea" on the app with no options for the flavors over the phone, but the woman rudely said she doesn't have time to talk on the phone and hung up on me. Extremely rude

Diner Review №111

The cook was outside picking his nose.

Diner Review №112

Diner Review №113

My order came with a very unnecessary message written on the cover. I understand slot of Thai food is made with fish sauce but not all! If I do not eat sea food that is my life choice I do not to be questioned about it nor judged for it. Maybe your pad Thai is already pre made and you didn’t feel like making a fresh order with out the fish sauce! But that’s not my problem. I will never order from here again.

Diner Review №114

Always Good & Fresh

Diner Review №115

I always get the pineapple fried rice & it's good but this time it was horrible it was old food & it taste old & dry

Diner Review №116

I contacted Tana Thai regarding a order I placed on uber eats. From the moment the lady at the front picked up the phone, she had a attitude. I just asked if they can remove the egg and she said ok in a aggressive manner and hung up the phone. I called back to make sure she knew the name of the order I was calling about because they usually ask what the name of the order is. She stated the name and went on to say “you don’t have to keep calling us about your order.” I replied “you don’t have to be rude about it.” She proceeded to scream at me over the phone, so I decided to just hang up on her. Coming from someone who’s worked in retail, I understand if your having a bad day, but don’t take it out on your customers. Never had this issue before with them until today. I won’t be returning to this unprofessional establishment.

Diner Review №117

I have to say the food is very overpriced and small portions. I got a shrimp green curry for $18 and basically fried rice with shrimp for $16 and a taro bubble tea that was way too sweet. The portion size is also not that big for the price you pay. I rather go to any Thai spot in queens for cheaper and bigger portions.

Diner Review №118

Thai Sesame Chicken & a coke $17.50
Expensive but good.

Diner Review №119

Diner Review №120

Diner Review №121

I waited over two hours to get my order which was placed on line and they treated me very rude when I called for my order. I did not recommend this place at all.

Diner Review №122

Best Thai spot in the Bronx. I wish this place was across the street

Diner Review №123

If they say they will be there at 6 they won't arrive until 830 if they come at all. When I called to check where your delivery is, because I'm at work abs only have a limited break, they say be patient. Couldn't review the food as it never arrived

Diner Review №124

I purchased 1 shrimp roll, 1 chicken pineapple fried rice. And my total was $24.78. (Overpriced) The food wasn’t that good for the price. I told them no cashews and what did I get ? Cashews. Barely any chicken rice was kinda burned, bell peppers weren’t chopped fine. Long story short don’t get the fried rice. The shrimp rolls were good my only issue was that the shrimp tail was still inside the shrimp roll so when I took my first bite I didn’t realize that and had to spit the whole thing out.

Diner Review №125

Diner Review №126

Diner Review №127

Lady on the phone was very rude

Diner Review №128

Always had great food until today. But it was my choice not their cooking. I thought l would try something new. My son gets the duck and raves about it. Usually l will get a spicy noodle dish todays food was roo bland for me.

Diner Review №129

I liked the food a lot, the chicken curry puffs were yummy and the pineapple chicken fried rice was very good also, but the quantity for the take out bowl was not much. So $47 for 2 orders of curry puffs and 2 orders of pineapple chicken fried rice is too expensive. This is the Bronx people can't afford those prices.

Diner Review №130

Number one Thai spot in the Bronx.

Diner Review №131

The food was very tasty however the portion size is small, to small for the price they charge. If you don't mind paying for a smaller amount of food go for it.

Diner Review №132

Diner Review №133

One of two spots with quality thai food in the bronx.

Diner Review №134

I like this place especially the chicken chilli paste fried rice and their honey fried bananas their fried tofu especially their Tana Thai tea the best start to with a large size BUT TOO expensive for some most appetizers.esp the shrimp rolls marinated minced chicken and the tiniest whole shrimp. You decide caio

Diner Review №135

Diner Review №136

The food was good but for the money the portions were too small. My wife and I ordered over the phone and the lady who took the order kept pre empting me and wouldn’t give me a chance to talk. And when I did I constantly had to repeat myself. We used a credit card to pay...big mistake. She couldn’t hear properly to take the order but got our credit card number in one go. After getting our food we were very disappointed with the portions as I previously stated but that was the least of our problems.
The following day we realize that not long after using our card to pay for the food there were two attempts to use our card in Florida....smh....this has never happened before and my wife only used this card weekly at a particular store for years without a problem. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. The woman I spoke to seem nervous when I stated my case. She claimed the lady who took my order before wasn’t there and tried to convince me she wouldn’t have done that. Somehow I don’t believe her. I told her I enjoyed the food but was disappointed about them giving out my card information. I told her she just lost a customer to which she rudely told me that I could go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. And please don’t give your credit card information over the phone to anyone here.

Diner Review №138

Our go-to for Thai delivery for a couple years. Consistently great food. Especially love the desserts, which are generally hard to find in the US. The black rice pudding is lovely.

Diner Review №139

Food is expensive and the quality was meh. Ordered basil fried rice which was spicy but no other flavor to it, the pad thai was okay but none of them made me want to eat it again. The other dishes my family had they also felt the food was just okay and we love thai food! More than likely will not order from here again

Diner Review №140

I had a problem with my order. I called to explain to the manager that the wrong rice was delivered and she didn't want to hear it. She was very rude and not trying to resolve the problem. She kept insisting that I ordered the wrong rice. I've been ordering for years from them, but as of today they won't have any more of my money. Screw them!!

Diner Review №141

My friend said it was good. 👍

Diner Review №142

Nasty attitude rude and unprofessional dont order here because I complained I was the problem If i could it b zero stars

Diner Review №143

Diner Review №144

It was my first time going and I will never go there again the customer service is horrible. I called first to see if they had Thai tea. The lady was rude on the phone but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because maybe it was busy. When I did get there and ordered the tea I was confuse with the pricing and instead of her explaining the differences between the sizes of the tea with and without bubble she was being rude, saying she already told me when she did not tell me the difference. When I did receive the Thai tea, more than half of the cup was filled with ice. A couple of sips and it was done. Honestly, I was disappointed because I love Thai food and Thai tea and was thinking this could be the place I can buy in the bx when I’m craving.

Diner Review №145

Food fresh and tasty. Spicy! Great customer service. Small local restaurant. Currently no lunch specials available.

Diner Review №146

Diner Review №147

The food was so terrible it prompted me to write my first Google review. The fish cakes tasted like they were fried in dawn liquid soap and the vegetable dumplings were so oily I couldn't even stomach them. A complete waste of money. YUCK. 🤮

Diner Review №148

Diner Review №149

Diner Review №150

BEST THAI IN THE BX. I've been looking for Thai here I'm the BX for years and I finally found it! Much higher quality food then any of the local Chinese restaurants. The sesame chicken is great they give you an entire chicken breast instead of unidentifiable chunks HUGE POINTS FOR THAT. My personal favorite is the pineapple curry with shrimp. The same dish I've gotten from many Thai restaurants I'd rate their PINEAPPLE CURRY 4 OUT 5 STARS. I can't wait to see what it's like to dine in this restaurant.

Diner Review №151

The staff was extremely rude and doesn’t even let you ask questions about food.

Diner Review №152

They're only offering takeout, but the food quality and service remains good as always!

Diner Review №153

The food taste great however the price and portion of the food decreases the place by two whole stars. The dumplings are laughable with the filling being delicious but the size of the dumpling being embarrassing. The soup also maintains the same standards with great taste but a portion fit for a gerbil. Overall they have the ability to improve and should do so

Diner Review №154

Diner Review №155

Food and service is good no problem there.

Diner Review №156

I live in the neighborhood and I like their food, but their prices are getting out of control. I used to eat there multiple times per month but I just can't do it anymore. From one order to the next they changed prices on all their items $1-$3 each! Absolutely ridiculous.

Diner Review №157

This has to be the worst thai food I've ever had. The basil fried rice was just rice fried in oil with one basil leaf and three pieces of onion. I've never seen thai rice cooked that way. The spring rolls tasted like banana?? What? this can't be authentic thai food. And the order took nearly two hours to arrive. To say I was disappointed is a huge understatement. Especially after reading the reviews about the food as opposed to the service. I took a chance on this place and it was a big mistake.

Diner Review №158

The food here is delicious, but the service is not worth the hassle. ordered for mother's day. expected a delivery by 6pm (a 70 minute wait) at 7:22 they delivered only the rice. When we called they were extremely rude and asked what did we expect them to do. Unacceptable!

Diner Review №159

I have ordered from this place for a long time and I'm done with them. I will say that the food is delicious. So I commend the cook with a👍🏻5 out of 5 stars. Though I feel that the food is still EXPENSIVE. They make sure to serve the minimum amount of food which has gotten worse over the years. There sauces are pricey and they give very little. An order of Pad Thai comes with less and less.
As for the manager I have known her to be very rude and not pleasant at all. When ever I have ordered I make my encounters with her as brief as possible. Very sad customer service. Good bye TANA

The owner is rude, and condescending.

Diner Review №161

Food is bad. Ordered Pad Se Eu and it is super dry. Ordered drunken noodle which tasted just like curry. Spring Rolls don’t have a hard shell. This place is not it!

Food portions are pretty big and usually good for 2 to 3 people. Very quiet atmosphere and good ambiance.

BEST THAI FOOD IN NYC! A welcome, warm bastion of excellent good and friendly service on a cold winter's night. Tom Ka soup, Mock duck, and coconut sticky rice with mango were all done perfectly - so many rich flavors! Authentic dishes here. Heaven for your taste buds. Servers are just as sweet as pie. Come and stay to eat - not just a take out place. We will be coming weekly!

I’ve been eating here for years and love the food. They’re pretty consistent with how the food tastes, which is a huge plus for me. I enjoy their vegetarian curry puffs. Eating here is always a treat :)

Really cozy Thai restaurant. Ambiance is really nice. Pretty quiet. Food was really good! Customer service was really good as well, considering the negative reviews I saw for this restaurant. I don’t usually go to restaurants with anything below a 4.2 rating, but glad I gave this little spot a shot. Will be coming back.

The first time I went food and service was great. Went a 2nd time and I ordered the chicken pad thai, however there was a piece of bitten off shrimp in the pad thai! Needless to say I left and have never or will never go back
