Ordered the chicken pad Thai, chicken pad see ew, and the salad rolls. Both noodle dishes were really good. They don’t ask if you want it spicy or not so if you do like it spicy ask for chili oil on the side! The portions were solid as well. The salad rolls were good but I wasn’t a huge fan of their peanut sauce which is typically one of my favorite sauces. Overall I highly recommend.
Been coming here for years, and I'm sorry to say the quality is declining. It was our go to spot for Thai takeout, with some of our favorites like Khao Mun Gai. The sauce for the chicken rice doesn't taste fresh any more, the rice itself kinda pasty. Had the Tom Kha last time and it was sickly sweet. Not sure if someone else is running it now, but it's not the same quality from when they opened, and surprisingly Sandy has a lot of other Thai options. I do hope they turn it around though, nobody else nearby does Khao Mun Gai.
only came here twice and ordered the same thing because every Thai places in Portland/Gresham don’t have the Pad Tom Yum, I’ll tell you right now that it’s very flavorful, delicious and life changing lol. It’s really good though y’all should give it a try, also if you’re looking at the pic I already took a good 8-10 bites, they make sure you eat good especially with the portions!
All the food is so fresh and very authentic. I've had several dishes and they are always amazing! I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be sorry 😊
Loved the food

The food here tastes fresh, and I’ve enjoyed dishes like Khao Soi and Pad Kra Pao. While the Khao Soi had good flavor, I was hoping for a bit more depth, and the chicken could have been more tender. The Pad Kra Pao, though flavorful, featured sliced chicken, bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions rather than the traditional ground chicken, holy basil, and Thai chilis. It was a touch sweeter than I usually prefer.
However, I recently tried the pumpkin curry and Thai fried rice, and they’ve become my new favorites. Both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor.
Pineapple curry was outstanding!
Best Thai food in Sandy! Some of the best food in Sandy period. Closed by 7:30pm
Solid Thai food coming from a food cart. Got the KHAO pad Tom yum. Satisfied.
I've been here more times than I can count. I've been going here since they first arrived. I always get the crab rolls, the last 4 or 5 times I've noticed that the crab rolls now have nearly zero filling. I noticed it right away but figured it was just a certain chef... But it's been about 8 weeks now and it's clear this is here to stay.
Food was good.
Always a good stop, me and my sister love the sandy food carts and this one is always a great choice.
Literally the best Thai food restaurant in all of the East side.
I love the crab rangoons & chicken pad thai here. I’ve been here twice and am always amazed at what they can cook back there! This food truck has outdone so many thai restaurants I’ve been to. The prices are decent and same with the portion sizes. I love the flavoring and texture of the pad thai. Truly perfect how they made it here.
Mushy food and no crab in crab fried rice. Really awful taste
I was charged $2 more than than the sign on the truck listed as the price of my food. After paying, I went back to check my memory and pointed it out to the cashier who commented the price wasn't updated on the truck yet and did I want to order something different, cheaper. I should have asked for a refund. But, the coconut noodles soup looked good. The menu shows bean sprouts, basil and cilantro in addition to the green onion and maybe minced peanuts in my soup. So, it was a large bowl of noodles in a coconut and green onion broth. Not great.
Too bad as this food cart pod has a lot of great other options.
Hot and fresh every time.
Best Thai food in sandy hands down
Pad Kee Mao Tofu. Pretty disappointed. Undercooked veggies and half the plate was spring onion. Very little noodle and tofu. Everything you see in the photo is veggies and a few tofu pieces after about five bites. Pretty pricey too for the size. Khao San is my go to for reference. Veggies have no flavor either or id be more inclined to eat em. Womp womp….
Great little food truck. The duck noodles are out of this world!!
Best Pad Thai I’ve had in a long time!! And from a food truck….who knew ❤️❤️
Food truck area. Cute outdoor dining option. The pad Thai and see ew were very saucy and not like other Thai places that feel more light and fresh. The rice was really soggy. Flavors were good, textures and saturation of sauce not so much. Still overall enjoyable but wouldn’t go back.
They were very friendly and great pad see ew!
$18 for seafood fried rice without half the ingredients. Very light on the seafood.
Grabbed some thai here on our way from Bend to Portland. Easy to order online and the food was delicious! We got pad see ew and spring rolls. The pad see ew had amazing flavoring!!
Tom Yum is great
Looks amazing and smells great they have fried tofu.
Great fried rice. Good and speedy service
Always hot and fresh. Great every time.
Wonderful food and fast service
Perfectly cooked vegetables, fragrant flavors, and tasty proteins. Everything I've had so far has been phenomenal. Not a dry or flavorless noodle in the house.
Cashew Nut Noodles ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Mild Yellow Curry

Coconut Soup 🥰

They were slammer due to Art in the Pearl in the Park Blocks but food came in good time & tasted absolutely wonderful!
They make everything I'm house. Every single sauce & seasoning. They are also 100% Dedicated Gluten Free (for those that need) & 110% DELISCIOUS

Pad cashew noodle with chicken was amazing! I went back the next weekend and got the same thing again. Crab Rangoon’s were pretty good too. This will definitely be a go-to stop from now on when I’m passing through Sandy.
The duck noodles were sooo good I had to come through to get more the very next day. I will NEVER go through Sandy Oregon without going to get more duck noodles.
Excellent Thai food! I would put this "Food Truck" up against any brick and mortar restaurant I have eaten at, including those in Thailand.
There are several dishes that we use for baseline comparison. Green curry, Pad Thai, and spring rolls.
The green curry was delicious, spicy and creamy with the perfect amount of protein. It was as good the second day as it was the first. I believe it was one of the best Green Curry dishes I have had, including those at "high end designer Thai" restaurants.
The spring rolls were hot, flavorful, excellent.
The Pad Thai was not too sweet, the common mistake with many Thai restaurants that try to accommodate US tastes. It was perfect and did not overwhelm with fish sauce. The veggies were crisp and fresh, not cooked to mush.
The staff at the truck were pleasant and friendly. Overall and excellent experience. The sad thing is that locals were not aware of the gem this place is. We asked several guides about Thai restaurants and none mentioned this place. Highly recommend.
Fantastic food! I moved to the area recently and just can't eat enough Pinto. Everything on the menu is delicious! Quality of the food is excellent too, everything is always fresh. Can't recommend highly enough! Online ordering is a breeze, food is always ready before I get there, and there's even convenient parking - though it does fill up during peak hours.
Best pad Thai I’ve had in years!
Delicious! First time at the food cart. We ordered one of their soups, as well as pineapple fried rice. Both were great!
So good. Everything on the menu is amazing. Super friendly.
Great Thai take out.
Absolutely love this place! Hands down best thai food in town. So many delicious things to choose from!
Great food, good service.
Phenomenal place to eat. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick! The food tasted amazing. Highly recommend any of the curry!
Shockingly good Thai food, the best since returning from Thailand three years ago.
Great Thai food with lots of plant based/vegan options in a cute little food cart pod.
Excellent
I love this food cart so much! The portions are great, the food is always fantastic, and they’ve always made the food super fast. Nice staff too. Keep up the good work guys!
Great Food, Service and portions……,
Thank You 😊
Love the food here. It’s always great, friendly service and lots of vegan options for me. The red curry with tofu is my favorite!
Great food and friendly people! Can't stop going there now that we've found them. Pad thai, pad cashew, pad tom yum, red curry, coconut shrimp all delicious. Highly recommend!
That food was absolutely awesome! My husband loves me- I'm #1 in his world. But this food is #2!!!! Healthy, perfect sauce, great portions, great price, very sweet people run it. THANK YOU & GOD BLESS YOU, PINTO THAI KITCHEN ❤
Great tasting Thai food! Wish they had Thai BBQ chicken, but everything else I’ve had beats the other 2 Thai food restaurants here in Sandy. I highly recommend trying them out!
Probably the most authentic thai in sandy! Price is reasonable for the amount of food that comes in an order. Chicken pad thai is my go to here!
Delicious Pad Kee Mao! The people there are super friendly and always looking to improve their dishes! Also very quick and convenient on the way back from the mountain.
We were on the way to the mountain and we stopped on a whim, super great customer service and really fast. We found a big curly black hair in the pad Thai and the salad rolls didn’t have shrimp in them. So we ended up throwing it away and going to taco time.
