Stopped here on our way to Portland from our stay in Boise. The spicy fried rice was amazing!!! So flavor and fresh made to order. Very fast service for such great fresh food. Cute food cart area with seating and umbrellas for the sun.

I have been pleased every time I’ve eaten here. So far I have had the Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai, and Panaeng Curry. The curry is my go to, super delicious. If you haven’t tried this place yet, do it, you will not be disappointed!

Decided to give this new food truck a shot, was hankering for some Pad Thai. Ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and was absolutely blown away that I got hot, fresh Pad Thai in 7 minutes. The ingredients were delicious and I LOVE that the cook left bigger egg chunks in the mix. I have 0 complaints, and will absolutely be back again. If I had ONE critique.....its that they didn't ask me to tip them after I had paid with my card! I didn't have cash so I didn't leave a tip!! NEXT TIME Y'ALL GETTING TIPPED!!!! PLEASE DONT LEAVE!!! Boardman appreciates you!!!!

I am so happy we have this food truck in town! My family has tried over 50% of their menu and everything is 5 stars! The owners are so kind and sweet. I am already looking forward to my next meal :D
