Sitting down in the booths and chairs everything has a lot of wear and tear to it. Some of the cushions I think have been taped to be held together.. The cutlery didn't appear to be all that clean either shown in the photos, and the menu was taped together.

The food overall was okay. The soup had a weird taste that I couldn't get past, and the sauce on one of the chicken dishes we ordered was just so watery.

The service was great and they were very attentive and super friendly.

Definitely a spot to maybe get take out from, but not the first of my choices to dine in.

Delicious food! My friends and I enjoyed the food here, service was kind, attentive and humorous :) highly recommend this place. The ambience was nice too comfortable and well decorated, we luckily had the place to ourselves on this cold rainy/gloomy day.

We ordered chicken drunken noodles and chicken satay, chicken satay was nice but drunken noodles were okay, I ordered level 5 spice but they were not spicy at all. The service was good though, the lady was very warm and welcoming.

We were like we don't want these we want spring rolls but she said you should try these instead and thinking they were complimentary because they didn't have the spring rolls we accepted it. Then when we wanted to pay for our food the lady charged us for the thing we didn't order and when I said we didn't order them she said you had them!!! I was with a friend and I didn't want to argue so I ended up paying for the stuff but that was unacceptable!
I'm so disappointed that such a great place has such a bad service!

Pad Thai was good but portion size is small and do not add tofu as that was flavorless as well, and they charge extra. Pad see use was good. Service is a bit slow for it not being busy when we ate.

How can I start ... Been here for years, I think even the waitress / owner / cook knows us. However the service, especially the waitress working here has been getting worse. She didn't even look at you when taking orders. The food is always great though, not like average Americanized Thai food.

We have been going here for 20 years. It has always been amazing. Best Thai food I've ever had, gave up trying other places. Owner and staff are friendly and attentive. If you once, you will be hooked....try the mi grob

Lot of Thai places around, this has to be the worst. Ordered on Ubereats. Both Pad kee mow and Basil chicken fried rice were bad. Order from some place else

I ordered the chicken pad thai, and it was delicious. It was my first visit to Bangkok City, and I will certainly be back. The order was prepared promptly, and the woman working there was very kind and welcoming. The place is cozy inside to eat in, as well.

The food here was favorable very well made. I will come back some really good Thai food. I've eaten at many other Thai restaurants and I will say this is in my top 5. I don't know what these other reviews are. I enjoyed the food and service.

Pad Thai was very meh, shrimp were dry and tough and wasn’t in love w the pad Thai sauce/seasoning but would return for cheap prices/other dishes possibly.

Humm, a regular here, their food is very authentic and I really enjoy their num ma nah (beef salad). The people work here definitely get personality. After COVID, though, their food quality/ environment got down a bit. Hope they can improve

my boyfriend and i ordered the garee puff, chicken pad thai, and pork pad see ew for delivery. the garee puff was flimsy and soft, not crispy at all and the filling was just okay. the pad see ew came with chicken instead of pork, and the flavor was off. the chicken pad thai straight up didn’t taste like pad thai. nothing tasted like it was supposed to and we couldnt finish even half of our meals even though we were still hungry. i never post reviews but felt obligated to post this. save your money and go elsewhere

Amazing food, amazing service and amazing staff

I've been eating here since the restaurant opened several decades ago, and it was great. Had lunch there today and it was NOT great, not even good. We were the only occupied table, in part because the restaurant looked messy and not that clean. There was a dirty napkin in my seat, which I had the waitperson remove.

They were out of chicken satay, not a big deal, so we agreed to chicken dumplings. They were horrible! Clearly frozen and microwaved, likely purchased in bulk. The texture was terrible, chunky in a bad way. And some parts were soggy. MucNuggets would be better. I complained and they were removed with no apology.

The vegetable rolls were decent, the highlight of the meal.

My diet coke tasted funny. Weird, I thought. I checked the date on the can. It has expired in June 2020, 9 months ago! I brought this to the waitstaff, she didn't apologiz. That she didn't provide a non-expired can was interesting. I said that water would do.

The Massaman chicken had good flavor but the chicken was rubbery and the sauce was much too thin and inconsistent. We left about 1/2 of it. Not much peanut flavor.

The waitstaff rushed us throughout the overly quick lunch, bringing the heating up chicken while we were just starting the apps. I told her to stop rushing us. Rushing us in a totally empty place.

The waitstaff removed the dumplings and coke from the bill. I think she was the only one on duty at lunch, serving and heating up/microwaving. They had a few takeout orders, those people who think anything takeout is good.

Maybe it was a bad day, or maybe this place has really fallen. That's a shame. I now places are cutting back on costs with reduced business due to covid, but this was not a reasonable meal.

Honest people, I paid extra for my meal, driver was very honest. Food is amazing. Nice big generous portions. I’ll keep ordering cuz they take great care of me.

Excellent vegan options! We got the tofu appetizer and Ruammit Gra-Pow. They were both delicious. The restaurant accommodates vegan requests for substitutions and takes care of dietary preferences in general. Love that.

LOVE this place. I’m Thai so it’s kind of hard to find some good Thai restaurants here. The service is great! The owner is Thai as well so they were able to make the food authentic to my taste. Really make me homesick!

Food is overpriced for the quality. There’s absolutely no flavor to the lad na (noodles), pad Thai was very vibrant in color but again lacked flavor. We ordered the sticky rice & ice cream for dessert and the rice was just plain rice- no coconut cream. Very disappointing.

Love this place. Best Thai outside of NYC and Thailand, that I know of. Great, personalized service (after a few times there, the waitresses know what I want haha), great vibe/atmosphere, and not too expensive. Seriously one of my favorite restaurants in Hoboken. The Bangkok Iced Tea is SO GOOD.

Came here for lunch take out, horrible customer services. First they tried to sell us cold random take out food. After talking a while, she allowed me to order hot food. My friend ordered a salad, the lady said to her cash only because her salad is less than $10. When my friend gave her a $20 bill, the mean lady said don't you have a smaller bill? I ordered food from lunch menu, the mean lady charged me from the regular menu. When I asked, she said next time I need to tell her. I mumbled next time I won't come again. She charged me for the smaller amount and said she would void the larger amount later. I insisted her voiding the charge in front of me, she gave me a face of disgust. Food took a long time to be ready. Horrible attitude! I don't know they did it on purpose, other reviewer said it has no taste but my Pad Thai requires 5 cup of water to dilute it down the saltiness. Or the ladies just don't hate us so much to add more salt to our food.

Nothing much to talk about. Below average taste.

Do not order the take out lunch where they scoop from trays of ready-made food.

I ordered the lunch that included rice and choice of 2 entrees, scooped from ready-made food trays. I got the fish (salty) and pork (salty) and fried rice. The food was at best take-out restaurant quality, definitely not worth the $7+ dollars I spent on it. For that money you can get much healthier and better tasting food in the neighborhood.

Literally the worst Thai food I've ever had. In fact minus the name, nothing about this place counts as Thai food. I had the pad see ew ( drunk man noodles) and it had cabbage and broccoli....this has been a first after eating Thai food for many years. Sauce was nothing like it was suppose to be. NEVER AGAIN.

The best thai food in Hoboken! The restaurant is small and clean. The staff is very nice and sweet. And the food is delicious. I have eaten here at least 5 times now and the quality is extremely consistent. I happen to love spicy food and this place makes it really spicy.

Try the Nua Ma Nau (Spicy Beef) with Coconut rice. Its amazing.

I NEVER write reviews bc im generally ok with whatever service is provided. This place is garbage... they told me an hour for delivery. I am still waiting at this very moment for my food... and its been over an hour and a half....GARBAGE
