Steaming hot food in plastic containers, not super appetizing. I wish they at least had some dine-in bowls. Food is alright though.

Diner Review №2

I prefer this location than the one in Dallas. It’s way better. 🏆

Diner Review №3

Food was good. Not sure if it was as design or was just a one off but the sauces felt like they were water down or wasn't added enough. Food. Would still come back to try again a different time.

Diner Review №4

The Thai food from Sabadidee Lao is overpriced and mediocre.
I ordered Uber Eats from the Prosper location since there were good reviews and high number of orders.
We ordered Panang Curry with chicken, the curry base was not good and the chicken was dry, although it was a good portion, it still went to waste because it was not good.
We also ordered Yellow Curry with Shrimp, the curry base was delicious but it costed extra for the shrimp and received 5 shrimps (I counted.) for $18, which is ridiculous.
The best part about the whole meal was the crispy veggie rolls. Those were really good.
Overall, not impressed.

Review for experience on 1/8

We haven’t been to this place in over a year. We were going to be in the area so door-dashed our pick up order.

Ordered Drunken Noodles with Tofu and Basil Fried Rice with Tofu, both of them extra spicy.

Food was ready by the time I got there.

Very Spicy is mild at best. Drunken noodles had over powering fish sauce taste. Same with fried rice, it has no spice and did not even have basil flavor.

Very dissapointed, we are not going back here.

—————
Ordered a weekday dinner takeout. Basil Fried Rice with Chicken and Basil Fried Rice with Tofu spice level 4 on both.
Order was ready by the time I got there. Quantity was decent for the price. Fried rice tasted good and it was not really spicy for level 4, will try something else next time at level 5

Diner Review №6

They never pick up the phone so we can’t place to go order and have to go there and waste time

Diner Review №7

Order 3 different curries, all were watery with no taste. Chicken fried rice hardly had any chicken in it. Yellow curry had some wierd smell.

Diner Review №8

Food was very bland. Also have limited options compared to similar Thai restaurants. I would not recommend when other options are near by. Hoped for much better food but was let down

Diner Review №9

This place is top notch. GREAT flavor in the panang curry chicken. The chicken is always cooked perfectly. Pad Thai with shrimp also has impeccable flavor and plenty of sauce (I hate dry pad Thai). So thankful for this place!!

Diner Review №10

Diner Review №11

good quality and quantity thai food, highly reccomend if in the area.

Diner Review №12

Diner Review №13

Ordered chicken fried and there was no sign of chicken in it.

Diner Review №14

This is my first time here. I ordered the red curry and Lao coffee, and both were fantastic! The food was delicious, and the coffee had such a rich, great flavor. I can’t wait to come back and try something different next time!

Diner Review №15

The Pad Thai with beef as the protein is by far my favorite. The spices are great and the portion size is very nice! If you are unsure on the spice level, you can get extra spice on the side. The pot stickers are a great item to share with others.

Diner Review №16

BEST FRESH AND DELISH. YOU CAN ORDER OUT OR EAT IN . PERFECT EVERYTIME .

Delicious food.

Diner Review №24

Ordered in thru Uber Eats 3 items.
Loved all of them!! Great food!! Thank you!
Panang with Shrimp
Red Curry with Shrimp
Pad Thai with Beef

Diner Review №25

This is the second time in a row that we have ordered from this restaurant and an item was missing when delivered. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I ordered this time but it was clearly a mistake to trust them.
The entree was paid for and the receipt that was attached to the (stapled shut) bag clearly shows that the item should have been included. I am VERY Disappointed. Just to be clear we order through the UberEats app all the time without problems. It’s obvious that the problem is with this restaurant.

Diner Review №26

At the end of my first day at a new job all I wanted was my favorite food in the world green curry. I Google Thai food and got sent to a Chinese restaurant twice and almost just ate there but I stuck it out and ended up here. And even though green curry is not on the menu which is crazy, the service worker, a girl named t with blue hair, was absolutely incredible, and convinced me to have the Drunken Noodles and chicken wings. And then politely chilled with me while I waited and I will be coming here everyday after work from now on and the food is incredible and it's only outdone by the service she gave. Please give them all of your money

Diner Review №27

I don’t get how they only have 3.9 stars, the food here is insane! My husband and I love this place. The food is always fresh, they have good sized portions, and it tastes ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS.

Diner Review №28

Drunken noodles taste bland and not fresh, even though I ordered them spicy lvl hot.

Diner Review №29

Our go to Thai spot in Prosper. Easily the best we have had since we moved here 3 years ago.

Diner Review №30

Yummy!!! I got the drunken noodle and Thai iced tea. Both are really good. I added chicken as my main protein and mild spice. Would recommend! Nice staff too :)

Diner Review №31

No clue how this rating is so low. The Pad Thai is exceptional. I have eaten at 17 local Thai restaurants in the Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper area and this ranks top 3 easily.
Pad see ew, pad Thai, curry are all great. Give this place a shot and skip the poor ratings.

Diner Review №32

DELICIOUS food and perfect spice level!
Amanda took my to-go order of the #10 drunken noodle and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I work close I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Diner Review №33

This place used to be good when they first opened a few years back. My wife and I ate here all the time. Unfortunately, things have changed since then and the food quality has gone down hill. The drunken noodles now use ground beef or chicken rather than slices like in the past. I understand the need to reduce or find cheaper alternatives, but unfortunately it's at the expense of food quality. The service is getting slower as well, takes much longer to get food and we usually order to go and give ample time before we head there for pickup, yet we still have to wait 15-20 minutes before it is ready.

Diner Review №34

I love Thai food and visited many restaurants but this one serves the food which is not at upto the Thai standard. Ordered drunken noodle which not cooked well and ordered red curry which is completely watery. Had to throw into trash.

Diner Review №35

Excellent food and service!

Diner Review №36

I got an Uber eats delivery from this place. I got yellow curry, red curry, drunken noodles, mango sticky rice, and the papaya salad. The food was decent. I liked the yellow curry and the drunken noodles. I will order them again.

Love their food!!!

Diner Review №41

Fingernail in Food
I had placed an order earlier today for some of their loa fried rice and an order of spring rolls.

I will NEVER order from here again. I could not be more disgusted when I found a fingernail mixed in my fried rice. Like someone had just put their freshly clipped nail into the food.
Please avoid this place. I never write reviews, but I had to let people know about their unhygienic practices.

Diner Review №42

My go to thai place on my way home. Always fast and friendly service. Food is good too

Diner Review №43

Diner Review №44

My absolute favorite Thai restaraunt! The food is good , it's out fast, and the staff is really cool.

Diner Review №45

One of my faves. The egg rolls are great and the drunken noodle is so good. Plus the ice cream sandwiches are amazing!

Diner Review №46

Food tasted okay and very pricey. The place is relatively clean. We would not come back anytime soon. Thank you

Diner Review №47

Hands down, the BEST place to go in the area for Thai food. The service is top-notch 👌and the food quality is consistent. I work in the area and frequent this place a few times a week during my lunch break. I love that their level 5 spicy gives real legit spice . I will continue to come back because the staff are so friendly here. Always greeted with a smile and delicious food. Pro tip: add some chili oil to the sweet egg roll sauce if you want some spice with those perfectly crunchy egg rolls

Diner Review №48

Very yummy homemade food

Diner Review №49

Pad thai was fantastic.

Diner Review №50

Diner Review №51

Best Thai place in prosper!!

Diner Review №52

Basil Fried Rice spice level 3...thank me later

Diner Review №53

Loved it !!

Diner Review №54

Amazing food
Great service
Super clean

Diner Review №55

Ordered the fried rice combination. Rice was very flavorful with plenty of meat. Restaurant was clean. Cashier was very nice.

Diner Review №56

Very delicious food, service was quick, and the cashier was really nice. Ordered the Crispy Rice Wrap, Wings, and the Red Curry. Definitely will go back here again and go up in spice level

Diner Review №57

Our first Asian meal here... Probably the best so far. We got takeout from here, so my rating is only for the food. Thai curry, and pad Thai were both good.

Diner Review №58

Diner Review №59

Pretty good pad Thai! I would prefer they have real plates for dine in instead of plastic bowls.

Diner Review №60

Amazing Pad Thai! I just wish they could give real plates for dine in. But food is great!

Diner Review №61

The Red Curry is very flavorful. I've had other items from here and they've all been really good. Would recommend! And it's only 1.5 miles from my house.

Diner Review №62

I stopped by here for an early dinner with my family. It is a small, clean establishment with a grab and go, quick eats vibes. This made sense since it's modeled after Thai Street foods. We ordered the meatball appetizer, Thai Teas, Thai Fried rice, red curry, and macaroon ice cream. I'll not be ordering the meatball or the Thai tea again. I'm not sure how anyone can even drink it. I've had a lot of Thai teas in my life, and THIS was not it. The cashier was quite nice and gave us some sodas to compensate since we didn't like the teas, so that was nice. The curry was enjoyable, and the Thai fried rice was tasty, too. However, our highlights were the macaroon ice cream. It was quite delicious. I'll not be going out of my way to come back here, but if I'm in the area, I'll stop by for the macaroon ice cream.

Diner Review №63

Diner Review №64

Their food is always fresh and tastes very good. We love buying their Lao fried rice and chicken wings!!!

Diner Review №65

Delicious place! Food outstanding and people nice.

Diner Review №66

Food is not great at all.
Found an egg shell in my fried rice. Taste is not upto the mark. Definitely doesn’t taste like authentic Thai.

Diner Review №67

Great flavor would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some good Thai food dishes.

Diner Review №68

Great Thai food and fresh quality ingredients. What more can one ask for? It is just simple place to eat so don't go there hoping for a romantic spot but other than that it is my Chinese wife's favorite place to visit for Thai food.

Diner Review №69

Usually good food, unfortunately bad service, though. Probably the last time I come to this location.

Diner Review №70

Diner Review №71

Love their glass noodle and Yello curry!!

Diner Review №72

Diner Review №73

This place provides such good comfort food I definitely feel warm inside after long stressful day. I will most definitely be back and try every dish. My husband and I had the egg rolls, Pad Se Ew, Lao fried rice, Lao spicy sausage, and sticky rice definitely recommend. 1000/10

Diner Review №74

Diner Review №75

Diner Review №76

The food tastes great, but it’s cooked in a lot of grease/oil. Definitely very heavy food in your stomach.

Diner Review №77

The tofu red curry “sabaidee spicy”was good😊 , mango sticky rice, with a side of sticky rice to eat “Thai style” , veggie crispy spring rolls are good as well. I’ve order for pick up before and the food was good. The Thai ice tea I would have liked less milk and more Thai tea. Wish they could have sometimes “thai style “veggie omelette. I wish sticky rice portion was a bit larger but reg. white or if Jasmine rice is good size. I hope to someday try Dallas location. I’m picky when it comes to Thai food but these women cooking are working hard and their staff so please be kind to them . 😊🙏🇹🇭🇺🇸👩🏻🌸

Diner Review №78

Yummy good. We had the basil fried rice and pad Thai with steak. Very close to actual Thai food.

Diner Review №79

one of my favorite restaurants. It's a little far for us, but we still come. Drunken noodles, basil fried rice are my favs

Diner Review №80

We got the drunken noodles which were fantastic! We also got some glass noodles with shrimp. I think both meals were foods that we would not only recommend but return to the area to eat.

Diner Review №81

Outstanding authentic Thai style street food

Diner Review №82

Diner Review №83

Food was good, decent amount of food for what you paid. I had the wings and spring rolls and the with had shrimp drunken noodles. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures but borrowed some from yelp. The food looks just as good but you get 5 wings and 5 rolls. I think you’re suppose to get 6 wings because the picture on the menu inside the store shows six but I only got 5 but I didn’t go ask either. My wife loved her noodles. I thought they were tasty and the young man behind the register was awesome, great customer service and communication and recommendations.

Diner Review №84

Diner Review №85

Consistently good food. The food is tasty. Takeout orders are timely ready.

Diner Review №86

Really enjoyed my Pad Thai, though the highest hot isn't hot enough. 🤠 Big portion too! Had veg rolls which were good.
Good Thai place for the neighborhood.

Diner Review №87

We ordered catering with Joe and he was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and gave us everything we needed packed nicely.

Diner Review №88

Extremely frustrated with this restaurant. I tried to order online tonight and couldn’t get through, it automatically moved the order to tomorrow. It says the restaurant doesn’t close until 10 so my husband and I drove to the restaurant only to be turned away. A guy sweeping said we close the kitchen already. It’s 9:40. Don’t advertise you’re open if you’re not going to serve people through your posted hours. As we were walking out the door we heard a call-in order be taken.

In addition, everyone standing around on their cell phones made it clear they were not interested in working any longer and only wanted to ride the clock out the remainder 20 minutes. Poor customer service will ruin a restaurant every time.

Diner Review №89

I ordered mango sticky rice and Thai ice tea through grubhub. The quality of the food is so bad. Mango was spoiled and I think they have used a dirty knife to cut the mango. It smells like some spoiled vegetables. The sticky rice was ok. Thai ice tea was full of ice and water. I never tasted food at this restaurant so I can’t comment on that. This is my first time trying the desserts at this restaurant and had a worst experience.

Diner Review №90

Their portions are getting smaller. For 45 dollar, you get so little food. And they have teen age girls in the counter who will mess up your order when you order take out. Awful restaurant!

Diner Review №91

This is my favorite Thai restaurant! We live 25-30 minutes away and have closer options, but they don’t compare to Sabaidee. Love the basil stir fry and also the red curry.

Diner Review №92

Diner Review №93

Every time we come to Texas from Oklahoma we make sure to order takeout from Sabaidee's.
Every dish/appetizer we try is delicious

Diner Review №94

Diner Review №95

Diner Review №96

Flavors are ok but pricey. portion size doesn’t justify the price.

Diner Review №97

Delicious food, clean and confortable restaurant, has a patio in the back.

Diner Review №98

Payed for meal at 9pm. Got told me and my wife weren't allowed to sit down and eat bc they needed time to
"clean their store"

I'll never give them my business again.

Regular client!

They close at 10 PM.

Very unprofessional.

Would give a 0 if i could ...

Resident of prosper tx .

Diner Review №99

I enjoy the food and service but notice, over the past year, the portions have gotten much smaller.

Diner Review №100

1st time visiting this place. So many negative reviews but I just went ahead and ordered the Lao fried rice. It has small portions but delicious! Customer service is nice. Will return for more.

Diner Review №101

Diner Review №102

Paid for sauce & never got it. I ordered the chicken sweet soy suace noodles and it is FLAVOR LESS! And the noodles look like lard! Broken square? Peices. This is DISGUSTING! my husband got spicy chicken pad Thai, there are NO veggies or bean sprouts or chicken, it's 99% noodles! And it wasn't even spicy. We will NEVER be back again, I'd be embarrassed to charge $14 for this mess, what a scam.

Diner Review №103

I ordered bc this place has 4.8 on Uber eats but I was disappointed
The chicken and tofu was dried out and rubbery/chewy.
The drunken noodles were good but the pad Thai barely has flavor

Diner Review №104

Ate dinner here tonight and it was great! Drunken noodles with beef 👌🏽

Diner Review №105

I always place an order for pickup. The food is pretty good. I order basil fried rice and egg rolls. My fav.

The staff is usually friendly.

Diner Review №106

Diner Review №107

No.

Diner Review №108

I love the red curry on level 3 spicy, and their street food is great too. Wings and egg rolls are my girlfriends go to. She showed me this place and I’ve been wanting it every week.

Diner Review №109

Been twice and tried several dishes including pad Thai (great!), chicken glass noodles (excellent), and the Tom kha soup is the best! Perfect sticky rice and all substitutions or special requests are nonissues.

Diner Review №110

Ok so I have no choice but to leave a negative review at this point. We used to be huge fans of Sabaidee, like literally every week we would order food from this place for the last couple of years. Lately though they’ve been a hot mess!! They can never get our order right and an item is ALWAYS left out!! When I place an order online for pickup, I expect that there should be some sort of process or quality control to ensure a customers order is complete. It is not my responsibility to validate before I leave the restaurant that my order is complete. I’ve had white rice missing from two orders in a span of two weeks. It happened just now! At this point we’ve basically decided this is going to be our last order ever because it is extremely frustrating to get home and find that food you ordered is missing.

Sabaidee needs to hire someone whose sole job is checking every bag going out the door for completeness.

Diner Review №111

Ordered Pad Thai #5 spicy and Thai fried rice #4 sp8cy. No heat at all. Th3 pad thai tasted burnt and both were flavorless. Extremely disappointed . This place has regressed.

Diner Review №112

Yummy food

Diner Review №113

Unfortunately my last two visits were not good. The first time I decided to give them another chance but the second visit was my last straw. I will NEVER return to Sabaidee Lao & Thai Street Food. The customer service has been unacceptable. The fiat time I paid for food I never received. The second time While I sat to have dinner with my family the crew was finishing up for the night. They decided to give a closing warning with turning off the lights and standing around watching making things uncomfortable.
The chicken was dry in my dish. It was disappointing because I’ve had good food from which made me want to come back but things have definitely changed and not for the good.

Diner Review №114

Diner Review №115

Loved it , good price good food !

Diner Review №116

They have really good Thai curries, served with rice or noodles, and the best is the yellow curry with onion , carrots and potato. But, even mild spice is pretty spicy, so beware. They also have good pad Thai noodles with chicken. Additionally, they serve dessert with ice cream sandwiches. Recommended when at Crossroads of Prosper.

Diner Review №117

I strongly recommend the #16.

Diner Review №118

This feels like a take out thai restaurant. Food is good! But everything is served in tale out containers and the seating is minimal. No complaints on the food. Just not a sit down and conversate kind of seating arrangement.

Diner Review №119

Lao Fried rice is amazing. Level 5 spice was perfect for me. Best thai fried rice so far. Quick and clean service.

Diner Review №120

Diner Review №121

We love this place. Get the same thing, pad Thai and spring rolls. Delish

Diner Review №122

Food was mix bag. The Lao sausage was pretty good, but a bit over cooked. Noodles and fried rice is too salty, tone it down and it would be much better.

Diner Review №123

The flavor of the papaya salad was not well balanced as it was overly salty and sour with no signs of fresh chilies or umami. Also, they were served over romaine lettuce.

The chicken Larb salad was not good. The chicken was super dry as if was marinating in lime juice for a while. The dish lacked of herbs flavor and variety of texture. It was more like a chicken ceviche where I could only taste the lime, onions and a hint of mint.

It wasn’t busy but the service was mediocre as they were just counting the minutes to get out there. The condiments in the tables were inconsistent.

Diner Review №124

Order from here all the time over the phone for pick up. Placed and order today for 3 items. Arrived to pick up and was told my order was lost and had to restart. Not cool when you have hungry children in the car waiting extra 20 mins.

Diner Review №125

We ordered a Penang curry with beef entree for to-go, it came with white rice, it was $12-13 after tax. The curry is runny like soup, the taste is too sweet. We took all the food out to the side dish from the bowl which is shown in the picture. The portion is even not enough for one person, overpriced with this portion and overrating for this Thai restaurant.
I still give two stars
1 star—— order is prepared on time
2 star—— nice to-go package with curry ‘soup’ is carefully packed in the container

Diner Review №126

I’ve been on a quest to find the perfect Thai tea. I have found it. Thank you.

Diner Review №127

The food is so good. 😋

Diner Review №128

UPDATE: I thought to myself that it was unfair of me to write a negative review to a place I always order from but not a positive review of all the great food I've had. So I just want to update this and say, I absolutely love the drunken noodles from this place. While I have had misses once or twice, the good outweighs the bad and I'll continue to order from here. You all really have awesome food and I'm glad I found this place.

Original: I order from here often but today my Drunken Noodles were mostly scrambled eggs with little noodles. If you’re going to offer carry out/delivery, the least you could do is make sure the top is on the container and put a fork in the bag. It’s the little things. -___-

Diner Review №129

Food quality is really bad. The tofu had a frozen smell and wasn’t well cooked. The basil fried rice had egg in it inspite of letting them know that we didn’t want egg. We ensured to double check the order but they ended up not following the specifics of the order. The girl taking orders via phone was in a rush and might not have paid attention to the details. I usually love Thai food but this place is not worth a try. Do not recommend anyone to check out this place especially for to go orders. Very disappointed!

Diner Review №130

Delicious flavor!!!

Diner Review №131

Great food! Best In the Frisco/Prosper area

Diner Review №132

It's not always, but it is 5 star tonight. I eat them somewhat often. I'm always pretty satisfied, but tonight it's on point. I get the combination fried rice, 4 spicy. Chicken, Shrimp with pork instead of beef substitute with a order of the fried spring rolls. Good Job tonight!

Diner Review №133

Diner Review №134

It's ridiculous how they are charging for condiments now (soy sauce. chilli oil, etc). $1 for chilli oil?!

Diner Review №135

I have gone to Sabiadee (due to being closer to my home) many times, and all the times; food was delicious as a Thai/Lao food should taste like. It remind me of the food that I grew up eating with my mom and sisters.

I ordered from them today and the papaya salad wasn’t fresh and spicy (Thai spicy) as I ordered, tomatoes tasted spoiled, the pork sausage was not cut as usually, and some were burnt. Picture attached.

Not very satisfied with food today. Please fix or I will return to Sweet Rice instead.

Diner Review №136

First time here. Food was okay the papaya salad had too many peanuts in it. Fried chicken & beef jerky was okay. Not the place I would chose if you are wanting authentic Laos food, flavors are more on the bland side.Overall if you are in a hurry & need a quick meal this place will do the job.

Diner Review №137

I crave this basil fried rice every week. Whenever we go to Costco in McKinney. We make sure to stop here. We also love that we can choose the level of spicyness. Another favorite is the drunken noodles with beef.

Diner Review №138

Taste was fine. Nothing out of ordinary. But the chicken was non existent in drunken noodles. Sad.

Diner Review №139

Staff was awesome, food good, but AC doesn't work. It was 95F in the restaurant....probably hotter in the kitchen. That's not good for the staff or the customers. Get that fixed.

Diner Review №140

Very very good with just enough spice on level 2

Diner Review №141

Tiny place that seems pretty new in the area. They have a decent amount of traffic in and out for take away orders. Portions are smallish so depending on how much you eat, know this. Service is friendly and place seems clean.

Diner Review №142

Diner Review №143

Love their yellow curry! Not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher star rating. I’ve eaten here 5+ times and every time it’s been great.

Diner Review №144

This place is absolutely fire!! I got the number 11 flat noodles with medium spicy. I should’ve got a little bit more spicy but now I know. Absolutely authentic Thai taste

Diner Review №145

Great spot for thai food with a good variety of options and great flavor. Loved the noodles I got and their beef/sauce combination was perfect. Others in my party said they loved the wings and that they are a must. A must-see stop for thai lovers!

Diner Review №146

Diner Review №147

Food is either great or blah. Im guessing it depends on whos the cook. I personally sorta like that. Knowing im not paying for preheated food.

Customer service is blah. The staff is clearly under staff bit my orders are always perfect. We only pick. But inside is always very busy.

We keep coming back.

Diner Review №148

Good was pretty bad.

Diner Review №149

Not sure how they run still., stay away

Diner Review №150

Love it! I’ve been here at least 5 times, I’m always looking for consistency on my Thai food, and I would say the flavors, amount of food, and quality of food have all been consistent. I’ve had the Pad Thai, Fried Rice, Panang Curry, Drunken Noodles, and a couple different ice cream sandwich flavors. I enjoy sitting on the patio out back. I’ll concede they aren’t overly friendly, but I wouldn’t say I’ve ever encountered rudeness. The spice levels have never been wrong, per se, but there has been some variation (sometimes a 2 leans more toward a 3), but I’m used to that at every single Thai place I’ve eaten for 20 years. Will definitely keep coming back!

Diner Review №151

Tasty food but took 40 minutes to make my order when there was no rush (it seemed as if they forgot to make my order). Also did not add some minor sides but is not as important. I recommend the food but the wait was unnecessarily long.

Diner Review №152

Simple menu with reasonable price. Workers are friendly and courteous. Food tastes great. Was on a week long trip in TX and ate here 3 different times! Clean restaurant. Sat in back patio too which was very nice

Diner Review №153

We're glad a thai place opened up near prosper, but the service here just downright sucks. The food is good when they happen to make it right. We've eaten here more than half a dozen times, and they messed up the spice level more than 75% of the time. I like level 5 and my wife is a level 1 on spiciness. It sucks we our orders are mixed, and we have to swap food. To be safe, we end up ordering the same noodle dish just in case, so our spicy preference doesn't ruin the meal. But after the last time, we're not going back here until their service or management improves. The last time we order, we waited 50 mins for takeout. Since I have just an hour for lunch, we ordered takeout (2 noodles + 1 app) right when they opened for the day. We were told 10-15 mins over the phone, which we thought was reasonable. Maybe a couple of orders got in before ours. We get there 15 mins and was then constantly told by the girl up front that our order will be done soon. Other people came in, picked up their food and left. Finally, after 15 mins of standing there (30 mins after placing the order), we complained. That's when they finally realized they forgot our order! (girl spoke to the guy in the kitchen who looks to be in charge or the manager). She then told us the kitchen messed up the numbering and started working on our order "right away". 15 mins later (45 mins after placing the order)! we asked again, where is our food. At this point, the girl up front avoids eye contact with us, as we are standing there furious. More people come in, get their order, and leave. Finally, we get our order, 50 mins after placing it. My lunch hour is more or less over, and I don't have time to eat the food. Oh, and they stapled our order receipt to the bag. Our order is #3, meaning we were the 3rd order placed that day. Hint to the kitchen, if you're working on order #20+, and ticket #3 is still sitting there, you might want to ask what is going on, and then go outside to apologize to the customer. Horrible service and management. not going back. We've decided to just drive further into Frisco.

Diner Review №154

You just gotta love paying for things and not receiving them. They are very inconsistent on food quality but very consistent on messing up orders. Despite the receipt being on the very bag and someone at the counter to review, They just don't care and they're like "eh who cares"
Wouldn't recommend getting anything other than the wings here folks. Can't wait for food places to become more automated, maybe we'll get better food who knows?

4 months update:
Tried to give it another chance. They're still just as bad, at this point im actually worried about their business because food quality is declining HARD

Still missing whole parts of orders, no remorse (doesnt have to be over the top, just a simple sorry or faking an apology would be nice) when they mess up they make it seem like you're inconveniencing them by pointing it out.
The other reviewers complaints about the girl who works up front not the blonde, the other one is valid. She can be very rude for no reason at all. If you dont like the job, common sense is to quit. Jeez.

Mcdonalds has better quality service. Thats saying alot. AVOID here at all costs.

Diner Review №155

Terrible customer service the girl at the front has a terrible attitude.

Diner Review №156

If you go on Fridays and Saturday, the first thing they will tell you is: your order will take over 1 hr. And the restaurant is empty. Never again. Food is ok but not to wait 1 hr.

Diner Review №157

The food wasn't great but it wasn't bad either

Diner Review №158

I've been here a few times, ordered pad thai, and the noodles are always overcooked, the people that work up front have zero customer service skills, they always look like they just got out of the bed..nothing special thai.

Diner Review №159

Have been constantly coming since they opened in the area , however my recent experience was not that good ,tried their drunken noodles and it lacked flavors like before . Hope they serve well like before !!!!

Diner Review №160

Good Thai place, with an underused patio where you can enjoy your food (and BYOB). Wait can be a bit long as they get plenty of takeout orders and don’t prioritize on-site customers. Good sized portions, with spice levels as requested (Ie non spicy level 0 is truly not spicy).

Diner Review №162

I arrived and placed a take out order for my family. At this time there was one table seated in the dining space.
I waited for my food 35 minutes while the restaurant filled.
At the 50 minute mark I asked why I had ordered before all these people, yet they all were eating their food and I had no acknowledgement from the staff.
The girl made eye contact and informed me that dine in orders get priority before take out orders. ?!? The adult person at the counter overheard the girl and apparently started my order at this point.
Total wait 1 hour 15minutes. I would have left if they would have refunded my money.
Was emptily "thanked for my patience" (as if I had a choice short of abandoning payment and leaving empty handed). Granted they were busy. But a restaurant should be able to function during prime business hours. This was the type of experience that would make most people never return.
Food was unusually oily compared to the quality they usually prepare. Fresh ingredients overcooked to mush.
Based on my experience, I not recommend take out during evening rush.
**They always do a great job when they aren't under pressure / busy.**
Emailed the business management directly and received no acknowledgment about this experience.

So good

Diner Review №164

Review is based on customer service not the food because they were that rude. As soon as my family and I walked in, the two hosts did not greet nor acknowledge us - It didn’t really bother me at first considering how patient I am (they were not busy at all). As we waited for either the guy or the girl at the counter to take our order (about 10 minutes) I had to initiate the conversation to ask if we could place our order. The guy and girl didn’t really bother to listen and none answered at first. I had to ask again and the guy finally made eye contact only to tell me that there would be a 45 minute wait. What gets me is that he didn’t bother to tell us of the wait nor did he ask if we were going to dine in or carry out - he didn’t care, all we got was that it would be a 45 minute wait regardless of what we chose. Very rude staff!!

Diner Review №165

Drove all the from Oklahoma to Texas to get some Nam, the girl on the phone thought I was asking for lamb? Ordered two of orders of Nam. Couldn’t even finish one, It was so bland all I tasted was boiled chicken. I don’t know if they have the same owner as other restaurant’s with the same name but if they do they should stick to their other locations recipe. If you’re Lao and want lao food don’t come here… Never again.

Diner Review №166

We ordered drunken noodles, pad thai, 2 orders of combination meatballs, 2 orders of mango sticky rice, and two drinks for $55.00+. The combo meatballs sucked. They were horrible. Our 2 year old spit them out and we threw both orders in the garbage. They tasted very old, spoiled, dry with a microwaved rubbery consistency. Totally inedible. The mango sticky rice was incredibly small for the price. It was not good either. The drunken noodles were okay, but overpriced. The drunken noodles had a strange and funky fishy flavor that was not appetizing at all. The pad thai actually was good, but too sweet. It had 7 shrimp in the pad thai. My wife is from Asia and I have traveled to Asia several times. I have never had food this overpriced and bad. I would never go back. The food is way overpriced for the serving size and some of the food is completely inedible. Nasty food. My recommendation is that you stay far away from here. You WILL be disappointed.

Diner Review №169

Diner Review №170

The food here is so yummy. I had the pad Thai (yum) and the basil rice. Spice level was great. Level 3 was perfect spice!

Ok good but make sure your triple check your order was short a dish 2 times. Never again

Diner Review №174

GREAT FOOD! Even took Grandkids, they lived it!

Diner Review №175

Laos style papaya salad and larb! I've been too so many Thai and Laos restaurants, and so many times I've been disappointed 😞... sabaidee offers authentic homeland dishes that taste almost as good as my parents. Thank you guys for giving me a taste of home! Customer service was very pleasant, the girl at the counter was very detailed and wanted too make sure I received all my items. Only thing I would change is the amount of sticky rice you offer. Definitely had to order extra, but completely understandable!!!

Diner Review №176

Food is amazing no doubt but terrible customer service. It doesn’t take much to be polite especially after you have done my order wrong in the first place.

Diner Review №177

Customer service has really declined since first opened. Have been a customer since this location opened up, however, I recently placed a pick-up order and my order was skipped over on accident, which I get mistakes happen, but the cashiers were so disrespectful and rude when I asked about what happened to my order. Decent food, but if they mess up on your order, good luck.

Diner Review №178

They gave soup in a small curry container, had most of the soup spill from the side. They should know better to put soup in a soup container.

Diner Review №179

Trash service. How are you going to mess up my delivery order, then tell me to come pick it up??? If I’m already paying for delivery why would I come pick up my order you forgot to give to the driver.

Diner Review №180

Great food terrible service.

Diner Review №181

Good food. Terrible customer service. They missed an entire item. Called to resolve. They said to come in to resolve. I paid a delivery fee. If i could go and pick it up, then I would have in the first place. Would not pick up my phone after the first time. I would recommend to go in to pick up the food and not delivery.

Diner Review №182

Good food. They prioritize Uber eats and door dash over in store customers.

Diner Review №183

Oh my god.....this is my first time here but honestly food is amazing 🤤.....m coming back again and again. Highly recommend this place please try ☺️

Diner Review №184

Excellent food and timely delivery

Diner Review №185

The pad Thai is really good but level 1 spice is burning my face off. 4 stars

Diner Review №186

FOOD POISONING. Thin curry, rubbery tofu and chicken, and serious lack of actual flavor. The red curry tasted like chemicals and the yellow curry potatoes had a plastic taste and smell. Don’t bother calling, because they rarely answer the phone.

The food was so bad it gave my husband three-day food poisoning.

Diner Review №187

Food is good but customer service is horrible. Kid was FaceTiming while we were waiting for our food and it was sitting and packed the whole time. Obv he didn’t care enough to see if it belonged to anyone in the restaurant.

Diner Review №188

Messed up 2/3 of my orders. Burnt the noodles, overgreased rice. I know it says streetfood but didn't think they meant it literally.

Diner Review №189

Panang curry is on point! Delicious!!

Diner Review №190

We tried the pud thai and mango salad today and it was outstanding! The consistency, flavor, spice and portions were perfect. The staff was friendly and the dining area was very clean. We're going to make this place a regular go to.

Diner Review №195

The food is good EXCEPT both times I have ordered the same thing (Rice lettuce wrap) the fist time there was a fly in my lettuce and the second time there was a gnat in my lettuce AND a long curly hair in my rice. I can’t stomach giving it another chance, it’s disappointing.

So, just order from here via Uber Eats and got my food. I just moved to Prosper and i normally end up going through a few Thai places before I find one I like. This is the best Thai/Lao food I’ve had in DFW by a mile. I will admit, I’m not an expert, but the quality is just incredible. The meatballs are delicious, but the star appetizer is the Lao Spicy Sausage. The texture and flavor are both amazing. The glass noodles are delicious and well balanced between the noodles and the veggies and protein. The Drunken Noodles were also incredible. Most places kind of skimp on the basil, which to me is the star of the dish. These guys did not at all. This is the best food experience we’ve had since leaving Dallas.

Surprisingly delicious and uniquely authentic. Very impressed.
