So me and my friends went to eat here have never been food looked and was good. One friend didn’t receive the spice level he wanted and while the food was good otherwise the checkout for my friend was not good. How does your system not take a visa gift card that has the money on it. And not to mention the men’s restroom urinal was nasty and I had to wipe the “broken toilet seat clean before using it. I am my friends all agree we shall not be returning here.

This restaurant was great! I was actually trying to go to the Indonesian restaurant next door but it was closed for the evening. Fortunately for me Naha Thai was next door.

Walking in the staff greeted and seated immediately. Water was brought out and the waitress was patient and polite while the menu was being perused.

I ordered the Cream Cheese Wontons for an appetizer which were very tasty, hot green tea and the Pineapple Curry at the crazy spicy level. If you're looking for that heat... look no further! The owner gave me the customary warning about the heat, which I acknowledged and ordered anyway. It was HOT! I absolutely loved it. The heat from the Thai chili, the savory red curry, sweet coconut milk, pineapples and veggies was an awesome combination. It took me a while to eat it all and I broke a sweat while doing it but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The owners/waitstaff were really kind and friendly. They came to the table many times to check up on me and bring more water. We also had a discussion about Thai chilis. The ambiance was laid back and relaxed.

I would definitely return to try some of the other curries and other Thai dishes.

Definitely dining in is a more impactful experience in terms of taste, nothing beats “freshly dropped” dishes. This is the first Thai restaurant I’ve experienced that provides SPICE. I usually order the hottest option at Thai restaurants but this place actually turns it up to 11, justified for the name “crazy spicy”, for more tolerable but enjoyable spice level just order spicy.

Our usual go to’s are the Tom Yum Soup, Crying Tiger, and Mango Sticky Rice.

It’s a nice homey vibe playing Mark Wiens during our meal, it’s like I never left home with him on the TV there.

Overall, best bang for your buck without losing anything because the flavor is there!

The Tom Yum soup is one of best in Houston. I'll always order this dish. The Drunken noodles are good and the flavors are familiar to me. I order the spicy eggplant for the first time and unenjoyed that as well. I didn't care for the crying tiger. The beef was tough and lacking flavor. A sauce was provided which was a tart sauce that takes over what little flavor the beef had. Pad Thai was decent. I didn’t care for the flavors of the pad Cha seafood.
Overall this is a decent little Thai restaurant and worth coming back again.

Huge fan of this place! We order out from here at least once a month, and have eaten at the restaurant plenty. The spice levels are not for amateurs, but do not take away from the flavors of the food. We have tried all the curries which are great! The soups are wonderful, appetizers are delicious.

Finally,I finally made it to this restaurant ordered carry out 40 minute drive home. Food tastes amazing got the pad Thai with chicken, drunken noodles with beef and fried rice! Hit the spot! Soon ima feel drunken and pass out in the best food coma ever! Owner is nice and genuine!

Food was decent decor and design of the place was sub par everything felt like I was in a run down part of town not matching the sugar land esthetic at all just felt tacky and overdue for a new design food was decent but would take to go over sitting in. Service was decent but would check out other Thai restaurants in Sugarland instead.

Cute little local restaurant, family owned. Food is great, we came here twice and both times kids enjoyed a lot.

Be careful to choose how spicy you want cus their “spicy” is very serious spicy, but don’t get me wrong, it is so good. Will come back for sure.

Lordy Lordy, I have to say this was delicious! My first time eating here and got the spicy fish. The portion size was very generous, crispy outside to perfection and flaky thick pieces of fish. The curry had so much depth and although you can choose your spice level we got a side of chili paste so we could adjust it. Had both the regular and Thai teas, excellent as well. Server was very attentive and helpful. Definitely will be visiting again!

I have been ordering here for my family for the last year. The service is great. The owners are friendly. And the food is delicious. We like to order the crying tiger, which is perfectly chargrilled and delicious, and the pad Thai and my kids love the yellow curry. This is one of our regular go to. I highly recommend.

The food is amaaaaaaazing and the staff is so sweet! And the thai iced tea and the mango sticky rice are worth it even if you're full from dinner!!!

This place is great! We ordered the Roti and curry as appetizer and it was so good. We also got the pineapple curry, red curry, and drunken noodles and it was all sooo tasty! Also the service is wonderful. The owners are very attentive and you can tell they want to provide the best service they can.

I wasn't sure about trying Thai food again since I didn't like it last time, but Naha Thai Cuisine changed my mind. It was busy, but the food came quickly after we ordered. We had Crispy Shrimp Rolls, Angel Wings, Tom Yum Soup with chicken, Crying Tiger, Combo Fried Rice, Spicy Fried Fish, Pad See Ew (Seafood), Drunken Noodles, and fried chicken over egg fried rice—all served hot because we were too hungry to take pictures.

The Spicy Fried Fish was the best—it was incredibly crispy and tasty. The Angel Wings were a bit dry, but overall, everything was delicious. The service was fast, and the staff was really friendly. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

It is a small and new (to me) place. The proprietors are really sweet and they try hard to please. I hope they find success. The food isn’t bad but it isn’t extraordinary either. From a flavor perspective, I think the chef may be too cautious (or may be even scared) with the spices to get the preparations to the next level. Spice does not mean only the burn level of the chillies, a lot of flavor ingredients were light or lacking. At the same time, I thought the salt was pumped up way too high to make up for that. I would not recommend this place to those who are watching their sodium.

Wanted to try somewhere new. The service is great! The food not only looks good but also tastes wonderful! Will go back, and bring friends.

Got the lunch special and it was just OK. Couldn't really complain, but it just didn't taste as fresh and interesting as other Thai places.

We ordered several different dishes to share and everything was delicious! The portions were huge and priced very reasonable. The owner and staff were super friendly and very attentive. Honestly Naha-Thai was one of the very best restaurant experiences I have ever had! I will absolutely be back!

Good spot for some halal Thai food. Went for dine in dinner and the place is casual but well kept. The service is quite friendly and attentive. Tried a few items Spicy thai basel chicken (was ok) , spicy fried fish (was really good and came with some sort of a coconut curry to spray on top) and green Thai curry (which was quite good).

The soup was delicious, but pad Thai was too sweet, and crying tiger meat was very chewy.

im giving 3 stars cause they are so nice and one of the only places to honor a messed up uber order and not charge me for extra noodles.
however, the flavor is super inconsistent. I used to get it a lot over a year ago but it started becoming more bland every time I would order it. I decided a couple months ago to give it another try since it had been so long and it was really really good. But the next time after that, it wasn’t as good didn’t have much flavor in the food. And then yesterday I picked up an order and it’s so bland. I don’t even want to finish it. The noodles are so dry and I know a side of fried rice does not have much flavor or ingredients, but when I got it the first time it was amazing and this past time it just tasted like plain white rice. They must have different chefs, depending on the night.

My new favorite. Food is so delicious. We like crying tiger , noodles, tomyum soup and so on. The entries are also yummy. Shrimp blanket is my son’s favorite. The staff is very friendly.

Food is good. People are friendly. Price is satisfactory. The restaurant is cozy in size. I think it fits around 40 people, but there's plenty of space between tables. All the dishes I've tried have been good. So, it's ok to suggest trying something new.

I couldn't even order from these ppl. When I called the phone was answered "hello" I'm sorry did I disturb you in the middle of your favorite sit com? I asked if I had called a restaurant? She said "yes" I stated "ok I wasn't sure where I called because you said hello" She then says "oh no I said thank you for calling Nahant restaurant how may I help you?" Girl bye 👋. You have straight lied. How can I confuse a 1/2 second greeting with a full sentence. I have standards and the way you are treated is a tell tell sign the energy the food will be prepared in. Smh

Update: july 2023 I accidentally ordered from here because I was craving pineapple rice and just Googled without reading my review. I've had 4 bites and haven't tasted 1 pineapple yet. I've had plenty of cashews.

I'm not sure if it was a lady or man at the checkout but no 1 was at the counter but me and her/him. It sounded like a man but my son thinks it was a woman. It was just as confusing as the transaction at the counter. He/she was talking a lot in their foreign language however never made eye contact with me and no1 else was around and they were talking about my card I used to pay for my food. Seemed to be angry about it but said nothing to me. It was so awkward I asked "are you speaking to me?" As they walked back over with my card. And they shook there body as if they came back to themselves and said "oh sorry" 😬 Very weird. Needless to say still bad service and food not great.

Oh they also didn't advise me this lunch portion came with a salad. They dumped thousand island dressing on it. I don't eat thousand island dressing. 👎

And no plastic ware or napkins so rushing back to work and looking for my own.

Went on a Sunday night and the place was relaxed and quiet. The food was delicious and the servers were very attentive. Wish we had come by this place before as my family now plans on coming back regularly.

Angel wings weren't cooked thoroughly. I sent them back. Instead, I got soup. I would suggest that if someone sends an appetizer back because it's not properly cooked, their appetizer should be free. We also ordered yum soup, pineapple curry, and cashew vegetables, along with Thai tea and iced tea. Entrees were all excellent. Pass on the salad: it's not salad, it's baggee iceburg salad with some gross lumpy lookiny dressing! The restaurant needs updating because their decor seems old, dark, and makes for a dingy atmosphere. Waitress was kind and accommodating. We'd go back but not order the wings!

This has to be the undisputed best Thai place in town. Great prices for the immense portions served. DO NOT GET MAX SPICY. Stick with medium and you'll enjoy the entire flavor profile. Curries are all at once creamy, tangy, spicy and sweet. Absolutely get the Thai tea as a palate cleanser.

This place needs to make sure whoever is cooking is wearing a hair net. It was gross seeing a someone else’s hair in my food. The food is usually good but after seeing hair in my dish, I definitely will NOT be coming back. They even expect us to pay for the food when we couldn’t even eat it! That’s just horrible management! Disgusting!!! 🤮

Today Sunday of Pentecost, I just ordered lots of red and yellow curry sauces from Naha Thai... Unfortunately, today sauce was watery and has no taste compare to what I am used to ... Instead of apologizing Naha Thai tried to prove me that I was wrong!!!!!

Love the tofu curry here! Everything I crave it, it's a Monday and they are closed.. yummy food!!

This place has excellent food and prices. The family that runs the shop is very kind and friendly and they know how to treat their customers. They have a large selection of authentic Thai dishes and all of them are high quality and large portions. Their Thai tea is the best I've ever had, and at the best price I've seen. They also offer their lunch special 7 days a week, which is amazing. I can't recommend this place enough!

I've been coming here for the past few months and it's been great every single time. It's a family-owned restaurant, and the owners are really nice. The food tastes great, and I especially love the green curry.

Some nights they will be busy with handling online orders and dine-in customers, but you can't expect them to operate like a fast food joint or a 5-star Gordon Ramsay place. They're making do with what they have, and I don't see a reason to be irritated by that.

Mixed experiences. Appreciated that it was halal. But in the first 10 minutes we got the Chicken satay and it had multiple hairs on it. It got sent back but the other foods came at various times. The drunken noodles we got as mild but it was the most flavorless bland chunky drunken noodles I have ever had. The fried fish was ok but very oily and they messed up our order and gave us Tom kha soup instead of Tom yum soup. The pad thai and Panang curry were pretty decent but those were the only two. Poor service probably because Staff was very busy because it was new years. Overall would not recommend, find a different thai place.

This place is great, very authentic! I came here on a Saturday evening and it was pretty busy. The owners were the waiters and waitress for the night. They did a great job caring for the details and asking every table if everything by was ok despite how crazy busy it was for them.

I highly recommend their Naha Seafood noodle soup and their Panang curry.

The Naha seafood soup was packed with flavor. The soup is tangy and spicy. They give generous portions of seafood. I love everything about it, except the squid that day taste a tad spoiled.

We also ordered a side of sticky rice to go with the Panang. It was perfect. We got medium level spicy this time. I think we will probably order on the lower end next time and we usually eat fairly spicy.

I will definitely come back and try their other items.

Ordered online and I specifically said normal spice , picked the food got home and literally took one spoon and my entire tounge start burning they went extremely high on spice instead of just normal spice called the guy and he said this is normal. I been to many Thai places and I been cooking 15 years now I know the difference between normal , medium and high spice , its simply ridiculous and food don't even taste like it's Thai food I don't know how this place got 4.4 rating .never going back again. Waste my time and gas going up there 30 min drive.

Good serving for price

For an Asian who loves to eat, this place was delicious! Not to mention, their lunch special menu (on Saturdays!). We tried yellow and red chicken curry, drunken noodles were spot on, shrimp eggrolls were delicious too. The portion sizes are great. Definitely coming back!

Great Halal Thai food. The owner is so kind and always has a smile when we walk in. The best dish is the drunken noodles and the spicy level should be one level below what you normally order elsewhere. Also try their fries I Ice cream!!

This place is good but it needs improvement especially in their appetizer department. The chicken satay is subpar. It lacks a lot of flavor. Today we ordered the crispy shrimp rolls and the crab puff empanadas both were good but at the same time the quality screamed out cheapness. The chicken noodle soup that we had, same issue. It just streams out overall low quality. Now when it comes to the main course we ordered pad Thai and red curry. Those two entrees came out delicious. In fact, my other Thai food eating friends were also pleasantly surprised by how well the entrées tasted in comparison to the appetizers. The staff there is super friendly and very attentive. The restaurant is very clean. The menu could use a facelift and their food presentation skills also need an upgrade. Overall the restaurant is clean. The prices are on point. The time it takes the food is average but just a bit extra time (15 mins plus). If the place is packed I do not think they will be able to keep up with the orders. There was only three tables when I and my family were dining and it took some time. I can’t even imagine if the place was packed how long it would’ve taken my food to come. Will I come back, yes. Will I recommend other people to this restaurant, yes. Do other Thai restaurants keep up, yes. If this restaurant can improve their appetizer quality and their turnaround time, they can seriously be a fierce competitor in the Thai food space.

this place is hidden gem in Sugarland area. I have been here couple times due to living far from Sugarland. the Thai taste here is more authentic. I had beef salad, chicken yellow curry, pad Thai, fried fish dip in curry sauce, tom yum soup, papaya salad and desert of sweet rice with coconut cream and fresh mango.........they all are so yummy

We have the chicken satay, yellow curry, pad Thai, Thai Tea, and Tom Kha. It is all yummy. Service was helpful and friendly. No complaints. We have eaten here a few times and always have a good experience. I do recommend it to Thai enthusiast.

My wife and I are infuriated and discussed with this place. We have been eating here for months and have had a good experience until now. Today I found what appears to be a dead roach in my shrimp fried rice. I am mortified, my children and wife have eaten here. I strongly sincerely discourage anyone from eating here.

This is a very good place to eat. The pad Thai is very good! Our server was very polite and funny. That food was all fresh.

I ordered the Som Tom salad (papaya salad, which I order from every Thai restaurant) and I asked for medium spice, and it still kicked my butt. The som tom was really well put together and was a lot lighter than most papaya salads. Also, I ordered the Thai boat noodles with beef and asked for spicy, This noodle soup was close to a Pho, but their broth was really heart and tasty. Their service was phenomenal (I drank 7 glasses of water because the papaya salad was spicy) and the owners were really kind.

The gentleman who served us was very attentive to all the customers. He would repeatedly make rounds and refill water, remove empty plates, ask if anything else was needed.

We had the veggie crispy rolls, tom yum soup, beef drunken noodles and crying tiger. Not one dish disappointed us, every plate and bowl was left cleanly on the table.

The gentleman serving us was asked about the meat being halal and he replied the entire menu is only halal meat. They don't serve pork products at this establishment.

All you bloodhound Muslims who ask a store owner about their Halal status and then begin digging into the certifications and source of the halal meat and what method was used to sacrifice the meat and whether or not Bismillah was mentioned before the blade made contact with the animals jugular.... I leave you with a Sahih Hadith.

Narrated `Aisha: Some people said, O Allah's Apostle! Meat is brought to us by some people and we are not sure whether the name of Allah has been mentioned on it or not (at the time of slaughtering the animals). Allah's Apostle said (to them), Mention the name of Allah and eat it.
