We went out for dinner and my wife was craving Thai food. Fontana has a limited number of Thai restaurants only 3 close to my area. This is one of them. First impression is good, there are plenty of parking the area looks good. We came on a Friday afternoon not that busy so we got seated right away. I have been to Thai restaurants before so I ordered things I would normally order. I got pork spare ribs for appetizers, Pad see ew, combination fried rice and their seafood sizzling plates. The waitress was really nice she got our order and was very friendly. Food came out quickly and we were so surprised. All I can say is the food is good, hot and fresh. My family enjoyed it. I believe this place is family owned and operated. I would come back and try other dishes to update this review. I definitely recommend visiting this place.

Aey was our server and what a great job she did! Amazing recommendations and delicious food. I ordered several different items and they were all delicious. I will definitely be back again and again. It is close to Kaiser which makes it a great stop after a doctor visit.

The atmosphere was pretty stuffy and small. The customer service is lacking, but there was only one person taking orders and serving so I assume this area doesn’t get as much traffic. My food was okay at best. I ordered drunken noodles with only vegetables and found a piece of meat(what appeared to be pork) in my food. I do eat meat, so it was fine with me and I told the waitress to not worry, but I couldn’t imagine being vegetarian and having them make that mistake. A good server though would have done something to mitigate the mistake (maybe offer the meal discounted or give me my drink for free, but she did none of that). I loved Jetta Thai in El Segundo and understand that they’re far superior in the quality of their, so I didn’t want to compare this restaurant to it at all. But objectively speaking, this restaurant is easily a D+, C- at best. 3 stars at best.

As a frequent thai kitchen bowl customer, we would come at least 2 to 3x a month. It was a family favorite until today. The food is good but the worst customer service I've dealt with outshines the food.

I found myself in a pickle and in the area and stopped by to use the restroom. My daughter and I had to use the restroom. I walked in with the intention of handling my business first and then purchasing a thai tea.
As I walked in, the waitress said she could not unlock the restroom until we made a purchase. I told her I was going to get something but needed to use the restroom first. She said "you go next door, they have for you." I was more embarrassed and frustrated to be arguing with her about buying something. I understand it is a business and had the intention of purchasing something but obviously was more preoccupied about handling the restroom situation first.

She did not unlock the restroom until the payment was made for thai tea. This will be the last thai tea or anything I purchase from this establishment, for that matter.

I will now take my business to THAI GARDEN across the street. Where they have equally as good food and exceptional customer service. They allow you to handle your business first, don't pressure you into purchasing and calmly allow you to order.

They stepped up and hired English speaking waiters.

Great food. One of the best in Fontana. Only one server for phone, to go, and dine in orders. So the server can get overwhelmed. The atmosphere is nice and clean, but the place gets Sweat Box Hot and Sticky inside. If you have to go to the bathroom, it's even hotter than the kitchen. So, if that's an issue, get your food to go and double-check your order before you leave.

This is hands down the best thai food around! I always get my original dishes and they never fail. Pineapple fried rice, drunken noodles beef, chicken pad thai and yellow curry chicken. This is enough to feed a family of 4 twice for about 57-63 bucks. Always fast and flavor never disappoints. Been going here for years. Highly recommended. Supporting a local small business is always a plus.

I always go to this restaurant before and my family love it, but now it looks like its under new management, they have a very very bad service, it takes a while before they give you their menu, they dont give you napkins, you need to ask, they dont give you water, and the worst part, they forgot your order, i ordered 3 and they serve 2 only, so we waited for the other and after 20 minutes, we ask wheres the 3rd one, thats the only time they told the cook to make one. Never go to this new management, manage by a bunch of kids with no customers service at all. I will never go back to this place again.

Initially stopped in just by chance looking for some pho but ended up ordering what I believed was a noodle dish. Turned out it was less of a noodle dish and more of just a stir fry. It was still very delicious though and the staff were friendly, amicable, quick with service and attentive to the patrons needs. It was a bit annoying to have so many people waiting for door dash orders in the restaurant while I was eating though. Not sure I would go back but it was a decent experience.

Today I purchased a beef noodles dish. Once I started to eat the beef I noticed it broke apart into a paste like consistency. A few months ago the beef was awesome but now I won’t purchase this beef dish again.

Owner must hire additional staff. I stood at counter for 10 minutes without any assistance, I finally walked out. Only 1 person working to go/pickup orders, as well as waiting tables... Problem.
