Since I’m very sensitive to smells, it was hard for me to eat. The server was friendly but not very attentive. The restaurant has about ten tables inside, but it’s not very spacious. There’s also outdoor seating available.

The waitress was cold and very rude. She never checked on us or the patrons next to us and she was more worried about online orders than the customers there at the restaurant. It’s a tiny place and I don’t know how that’s a thing. She chose not to serve. Maybe it was just a bad day. But, we didn’t deserve it.

The food was bland and the pork belly was disappointing to say the least. It had a leathery bite and fishy aroma/after taste. My wife had over half of her food eaten by the time I got my pork belly and she ate super slow. There are better Thai restaurants in town. Don’t waste your time.

So far, I really love their papaya salad. It's probably the best in the area. Tgeir fried rice is also pretty good too. The restaurant is clean, but it is packed very easily, and there is not much space to move around once it is packed. Be aware of the wait time. Every time, they told me to wait 15-20 mins. I waited til 30 mins to come in just to find out my food isn't ready to pick up :(

The Thai tea was 80% ice and 20% liquid, it was super watered down.

The basil chicken here tasted old like it wasn’t freshly cooked in the pan with the seasoning. The rice was fine. Where was the basil seasoning though?

Overall, the prices are pretty high And the food quality is super mediocre and bland. I have had a lot of Thai food and this place was just “Americanized”.

Stopped in for an early lunch today, right as they opened at 11AM. I had pad thai shrimp with won ton. Wow! I have a new favorite. The DW had pad thai, without peanuts or eggs.

excellent service, i found the food and drink prices to be kinda high and the portions to be kinda small. i mean it's better than "King and I" in regards to the food itself, but it's fairly average compared to Thai food in somewhere like Atlanta. I was satisfied but not sure i'll come back at $30+ plus tip for one person. small location with close seating quarters, i feel if this place was packed it would be an unpleasant experience to dine in.

Cozy little place, with really good thai food, away from the tourist craziness downtown.
We ordered a big bowl of Thom Kha soup - very tasty, freshly prepared with lots of fresh ingredients. Awesome flavors on that one.
And then we also ordered the crispy pork belly basil dish. OMG! I would drive an hour to get there just for that.
The pork belly was perfectly prepared: crispy, crunchy outside, tender, juicy inside, bursting with porky goodness.
The green beans, carrots, and peppers were cooked to perfection: none of them mushy, all of them perfect.
We shared both menu items between us - it was just the right amount of food after s long day at the Christmas Made in the South Arts and Crafts Show at the Convention Center.

This is going to be our new go-to place in Savannah! Well done, Team Klom Klom!

We will not be returning. I don't know how much clearer I can be regarding a food allergy and aversion to spicy foods. I ordered the Sukiyaki, which the server assured could be made to order. The first bowl was served without regard to my food allergy. The replacement bowl was served with a spicy sauce. The basil wraps contained no basil and this combination of dry chopped vegetables in a rice wrap was very difficult to eat. The only thing done well was the edamame and that was my entire lunch. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

The food here is exceptional!! The spice level is real so be ready if you can handle the heat!! My husband brought my mother n law and myself here to eat dinner Sunday night and we’re so pleased with the experience! I would highly recommend and we will absolutely be returning ! I’ve already told quite a few friends of mine about our experience !

Awful service! Would not recommend anything on the menu as everything is overpriced. The food is bland, undercooked and the tables are small and the dining area is cramped! Servers and host don't speak English well enough to understand guest and constantly speak to each other in a foreign language. Inhospitable, and grossly overpriced. There are far better Asian restaurants in Savannah GA so stay far away from this one. Hope it goes under soon.

I would highly recommend this place for dinner. From appetizers to desert everything was delicious!! The portions are huge and will not disappoint! They also have happy hour if you want a drink to unwind after a long day.

Stopped in for lunch at noon. Plenty of tables available despite this being a small restaurant. Nice decor. Read the menu and discovered they have only one which is used for both lunch and dinner, i.e., no lunch specials. Ordered a curry, with white rice, which was served quickly by the very cordial and efficient staff. Aroma and flavor and presentation were excellent. Very authentic with a nice sized serving. Food can be prepared at a spice level of 1-6; mine was 2 which is considered medium and was just right for me, as it was in my Goldilocks zone. Staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. The only criticism I have is that the cost for lunch was a bit steep at $19 for the curry (no luncheon specials), to which is added a 3% surcharge to use a credit card. And while a patron can customize their tip, the default tip options are 20%, 25%, & 30%, also a bit high-end for lunch. As a result my lunch of one dish, with water as my beverage, was over $25, which I consider very expensive for lunch in Savannah. Food, atmosphere, and service were top-notch so I will come back sometime for dinner, but probably not lunch due to the price.

The food is very good and the portions are great. I ordered the pad thai with tofu and it taste amazing. The only thing is, I asked for a 2 spice level and got a 4. I love spicy food (as im caribbean), but I can barely enjoy it like I really want to! I would say if you're asking for the customers spice level and I ask for a two, I don't expect my nose to run this much and after 4 or 5 forks full not being able to taste the food anymore! Maybe they were heavy handed with the spice in the back today who knows! Lol

We have always enjoyed PJ Thai and so we expected good things here, but no… service was lackluster, empty water glass went unfilled and such. The Tom Kha was probably not actually Tom Kha, they brought us Tom Yum and the corrected soup seemed like maybe the same bowls of Tom Yum with a splash of coconut milk. Our entrees were not great, the fried rice was oily but decent flavor. And then the after-dinner effects… ugh! Maybe from MSG?? It’s hours later and we both still feel queasy and generally poor from that meal. We were disappointed and we both had very bad indigestion after our meals. Anyway just wanted to reality-check for anyone else expecting amazing things based on previous reviews.

This place is fantastic, authentic Thai! It is a hidden little spot, the second location affiliated with PJ Thai, which is my favorite Thai restaurant downtown. I've only been here twice, but I've tasted four dishes, and I don't think you can go wrong on this menu. My only knock is they do not serve booze, so plan accordingly if you're into that thing. Sawadee krub!

I came to know about this place from a of friend and im so glad. There are so many options and everything feels delicious. The basil chicken is a must have and you cant miss out on the massaman. For spice lovers you will meet your match.

I went in here back in Nov 2023, to pick up an order. They had one waitress, and she happened to be the cashier as well. I waited for 10 mins, bc the poor thing was running around with her head cut off, only to realize that the short, Asian man standing behind the counter was the OWNER. This man saw me standing there, and NEVER acknowledged me. He didn’t speak, he didn’t ask if I had been helped, or if I needed anything. I only learned of who he was bc I asked the waitress/cashier, once she FINALLY made it back over to the cash register.

Needless to say, I GAVE HIM A MOUTH FULL, and all he said was sorry ma’am, I didn’t know. My response to him was YOU didn’t bother to ask either did you?!

I had the yum soon. Noodles with an acidic lemongrass tang. It was great and refreshing. I added their home made chili oil and I should have been a little more careful, as it is more powerful and flavourful but such a good additive.

The roti was a great finisher. So crispy and the condensed milk gives it such a rounded flavour of sweetness.

We got takeout today and when we got the food home the mango sticky rice was very hard and it was not cool well yet. Also the basil chicken was very salty. The container for the curry was not very good the curry was leaking out on my way back home. We also had to wait 55 minutes to get the order.

I recently had the marvelous of dining at Klom Klom Thai restaurant, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. Amazing!! The menu has plenty of mouth watering selections. It was hard to decide. All sounded so good.
We finally ordered the small boat rib soup.( It was enough for 2). Definitely very filling and rich with flavors.
We also ordered Isan Klom Klom Kuy Teaw. Glass noodles with ground chicken and veggies with brown gravy. The taste was very flavorful and perfect amount of spice in it too (not too spicy). Definitely coming back and try different dish. Friendly owner and great service.

Small space with enough accommodations for different group sizes 1 to 6. Service felt personable and the food was great, amazing.

Great basil chicken dish and service!

PJ Thai’s new restaurant! Midtown needs more good places. The space is small but the food is mighty. Nice vibe and friendly people. This time we tried the taro dumplings, the spaghetti with pork belly, partner had the pad thai, and mango sticky rice dessert. Their Thai tea with lime drink is different but refreshing.
I’m also adding a pic from my first visit where I made the mistake of getting the boat dish for myself. If you’re not getting the small size, you’ll need others to help you eat it. Tasty meat like meatballs, ox tail, ribs and more but HUGE. The lovely Ann gave me a special medium size. Hand in pic for reference

Placed the order based on the server’s recommendation, and I had one of the greatest food experience in Savannah.
The salmon salad tastes like a color palette that is full of flavor. The garlic slice is like the beads in cigarette. It bursts and paired beautifully with the salad. The plating is also beautiful and easy for one bite every single time.
The other dish is fried duck with egg noodles soaked in coconut curry broth. The juice is locked perfectly inside the meat, it bursts when you give it a bite. It it breaded and fried to the most crispy and amazing texture. The curry broth made it half crispy half saucy, which even amplifies the texture. The broth is also made with love and expertise, it is like a velvet that slides on your tongue, and leaves a gentle touch on your tastebuds.
The lady is pretty and nice. She cares about her customers and is opened to the feedback.
The good chef + good service makes a good restaurant, and I will come again.
Every penny I spent is worth it.

My husband and I have been customers of PJ Thai for years. Last night was his birthday, so we wanted to try their new location. Couldn't have been more pleased !! The food was delicious, and we had a great evening !!

Fantastic food. The service was so kind. And the atmosphere was very chill. Very good date and family spot. The soups are a must have when the weather gets chilly.

Klom Klom is a must for Thai food.This spot won't disappoint, small cozy and great food. Good service easy parking. I got the Pad see ew with spicy level three and a Thai coffee both amazing and satisfying. I will be back and try new things off the menu.
