The food was delicious. Very authentic and reminds me of when I traveled through Thailand. Staff were extremely nice. We love supporting a family run business. I recommend the tofu pad thai and vegetarian fried rice (comes with tofu). We got 3/5 spice, and it was tolerable. I'll probably try 4 next time. I've been in LFP 3 years and I wish I knew about it sooner. We will definitely make this a regular take out spot for us.

Ordered this for a team lunch at work and everyone was raving. Possibly the best pad see ew I have ever had. We ordered 12 dishes, several varieties and spices, and nobody had a negative thing to say. Many declared they would be eating here again. Additionally, we ordered this large order over the phone without prior notice and they had it ready in about 30 minutes!!
Very impressed and will definitely eat here again, both at work and with my family & friends.

Diner Review №10

Amorn Thai was our neighborhood Thai joint when we lived in the area, and we ordered from here weekly for 3 years. My personal favorite was the pad kee mao, my partner loved the pad thai, and you absolutely cannot miss the crab cheese wontons here. The owners are the sweetest. We still talk about this place!

Diner Review №11

Got the pad Thai green curry prawns and delicious town rice. Thai coffee on point. Nice staff and the owner is very personal!!!

Diner Review №12

Great food from a friendly family run shop. We get the O-Beef a lot!

Diner Review №13

Great little local spot. Very weird interior (beer and wine bottles everywhere, trinkets, Misc things), but the people are nice and the crab fried rice was delicious.

Diner Review №14

The best Pad-See-Ew I have ever had! Im the kind of guy that gets the same thing at every restaurant, and you guys do it best! The garlic was my favorite!

The best Thai food we've had in Seattle.

Diner Review №25

The yellow curry was amazing and service was quick and friendly!

Diner Review №26

Absolutely loved the pad kwa hang it was so so delicious.

The basil fried rice was decent. Nothing new

Diner Review №27

Restaurant is a family owned with great thailand style ambience and the husband and wife who own that restaurant are great. Good at hospitality.

Diner Review №28

Unassuming in appearance, food and service were first class. 100% recommend.

Diner Review №31

Diner Review №32

This is the best Thai place I've been to in the area. Good authentic Thai food, family-owned, and local. A hidden gem in Shoreline for sure.

Diner Review №33

Quite literally the best Thai cuisine I’ve ever had. The fried rice and pad kee mao is amazing, 10/10

Diner Review №34

Pad Kwa Hang was outstanding if you love garlic. Great little restaurant. Worth a repeat visit. The description and sign says cash only but they will take a card using square.

Diner Review №35

Food is always great here. Favorites are the pad see ew, crispy pork belly and mango sticky rice.

Diner Review №36

Thai hidden gem in Mountlake Terrace. I never knew I could find an authentic Thai restaurant near my home. The owner has been around 70 years and he is very nice. Clean and yummy flavor. I had curry and pad tai and they were great. I will come back here for sure.

Diner Review №37

Friendly owner and great food. Try the o-beef

Diner Review №38

This multi-generational family goes home most every year and brings Thailand back. The flavors are distinctly excellent. Great selection of imported and domestic beers and wines. Fresh ripe special-ordered mangoes. Our favorite place to eat...

Diner Review №39

The best Thai food ever. So fresh and perfectly seasoned. Owners are so nice and the service is wonderful. We found our new spot!

Diner Review №40

Delicious, soulful and balanced food. Lovely vibe with soothing music. Service was excellent too. We’ll surely be back!

Diner Review №41

this was our second time there, first time was dine in. their food is bar none the best thai food i’ve had outside of the city. everything is so so flavorful, portions are huge, and location perfect. will be going more often

Diner Review №42

Diner Review №43

Been eating here for over 10 years. Every single meal has been fantastic 👌 Absolutely love these guys, can't wait to come again!

Diner Review №44

The pork Pad Kee Mao I ordered (5 star spice by the way) was EXTREMELY dry. I was warned by the cook that it was going to be very spicy. The dish had so much spicy seasoning on it that the only reason it was spicy because it was so dry that the spices stuck to my tongue, and there were only about 5 pieces of meat in this.
The praam tofu which is vegetables, tofu and peanut sauce was so watery! I even found chunks of peanut butter in my meal which makes me think the cook just watered down peanut butter and mixed in some spices. Wont be eating here again!

Diner Review №45

Great hole in the wall outfit. We love thier food!

Diner Review №46

This place, hands down, had the BEST CURRY IVE EVER TASTED! It was everything I wanted and more! The employees were friendly and made me feel welcome even though I didn't have any idea of what to do in the restaurant! It can be quite overwhelming with all the trinkets and novelty items!!! They are everywhere! Be prepared if you're an impulse buyer!!! Although I do have to admit, on the flip side, the owners must be serious HUSTLERS!!! LOL. Hope this post can help you decide whether or not to eat there!!! (((TOTALLY DECIDE TO EAT HERE! ITS WORTH IT MY FRIEND!!!!)))

Diner Review №47

The food, flavor and quality was amazing. Best fried rice my son has had. One of the best Panang curries I have had and the pad thai was excellent. The owners were so friendly, so attentive and the service was great. Prices normal-high side but worth it. It looks sort of out of place when you see it, sits back off of road. One bathroom only.

Diner Review №48

Diner Review №49

Everything about it is amazing. My partner and I decided to walk in, ive lived in the area for years but never went in. Glad i did, the place was so calming and relaxing, the owners are so kind, 2 meals ready in 10 minutes, some of the best thai food ive had in a while

Diner Review №50

Diner Review №51

The menu they have listed on here has the wrong prices. I drove all the way there and they let me know it was almost $20 more than was listed. Incredibly unprofessional.

Diner Review №52

The food is a hit or miss. I’ve had some of the best fried rice and pad see yew and other times it was disappointed.

Diner Review №53

Diner Review №54

The food and especially the service was very good. The servers are nice and respectful.

The food was tasty and honestly some of the best Thai food I've had. The one drawback is they cut on the core ingredients and go heavier on the veggies.

Diner Review №55

Server was really lovely. Environment was great. Unfortunately the food was not good. The curry was watery, and to bring it up to a a spice level of 4, they just...poured a pile of red pepper flakes on the top. The pile was at least 1cm high. The noodles in the noodle dish was good, but it was a thin layer of noodles covering a pile of chopped up romaine lettuce.

Diner Review №56

Small hole in the wall with the best Thai food I have ever tasted!

Diner Review №57

Sooo good!

Diner Review №58

Cute decorations!
Yummy food 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

Diner Review №59

So flavorful! Get there before the six week winter holiday starts. Fantastic Thai food in a homey setting with attentive service and amazing food.

Diner Review №60

Great eats, cash only.

Diner Review №61

Cozy little spot in MLT. We loved the fried pork belly. Tons of options and glad to have a Thai spot nearby.

Diner Review №62

Diner Review №63

This place has the best Pad See Ew I've ever had. Service is excellent too. They've got a regular for life!

Diner Review №64

The food was very flavorful. Two stars were just the right amount of spicy. We had pad Thai, pad see yew, and chicken curry. All were very good. The iced Thai coffee was very refreshing and a good size. The best part was our service. The owners were very friendly. There’s a sign that it’s cash only, but they do accept credit cards. Great find!

Diner Review №65

Very authentic Thai restaurant and chef with Thai hospitality.

Diner Review №66

Real vegetables and new flavors. Great little place to have in the neighborhood.

Diner Review №67

Diner Review №68

Peculiar location for a gem Thai restaurant. Had tom kha gai and spring rolls. Amazing. Looking forward to trying more. Visit #2: Pineapple fried rice for the win!! They take cards. They have the square!!
Visit #11: Larb gai is amazing! Definitely a new favorite. The mango sticky is a spiritual experience. They also have Sam Smith Nut Brown Ale! Visit #13: Phad Kra Pao is the beat thing on the planet. You can thank me later. Coconut Ice Cream will make you cry its so good.

Diner Review №69

Neighborhood restaurant. Nice folks. Good food. Great prices

Diner Review №70

Diner Review №71

Great food! This is go to Thai restaurant in all of shoreline!

Diner Review №72

The people that worked here in the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. The food was good, but it could have been better, but it was still great.

Diner Review №73

What a cute little gem in the heart of mlt. I met a friend here. Lunch was delicious. I had the green curry. We shared some wontons. They were filled with cheese and I was expecting meat filled wontons. They were still good. This seems to be family run it seemed like the father and son were tag teaming our service. Support this awesome small family run business!

Diner Review №74

The fried rice noodle dishes are amazing! And if you're here for mango season, 10000% get the mango sticky rice!

Diner Review №75

I really liked this place! I have a lot of thai and this place was one of the better ones. I got the pad kee Mao, which is my go-to item. Beef was well cooked and not chewy, noodles were perfect, and the veggies still had some crunch and weren't soggy, which I always appreciate. I got a thai iced coffee, which is really good and big too. I'm a spice fan, I got a 3 out of 5 and didn't think it was very hot at all, I'd do a 4 or 5 next time spice lovers!

Diner Review №76

Diner Review №77

Best Thai food around the Seattle area, period. Most flavorful dishes, special chilies from Thailand, extra char on noodles and stir fry dishes, 11/10 and mango sticky rice and coconut ice cream.

Diner Review №78

Great food. Very lovely people

Diner Review №79

Diner Review №80

Tom yum is the best.

Diner Review №81

I ordered take out at the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and quick.

The food wasn't great.

The yellow curry was very watery and lacked taste as a result. The chicken was also flavorless.

The Pad Thai was too sweet and the beef was also flavorless.

The fresh rolls are way too small for how much they cost, but the taste of the rolls themselves is serviceable. They don't have rice noodles in them, just veggies and your protein of choice. The sauce is way too sweet though.

Diner Review №82

AMAZING THAI food. Best in all Washington I’ve had this far. Stopped here after a night of camping and it really revived us. The Tom yum soup was so incredible. My boyfreind doesn’t even like Tom yum soup but he said it was his favorite thing here. It had a great lemony base which felt so medicinal but in the best way possible. The drunken noodles pad ke mao with fried tofu was Amazing. The dried chili added HEAT but also so much texture and crunch. The basil fried rice was also so good and had a good crispy to it. Super cute and local little Thai shop. Owner was so kind and not very busy at all. Great fast service.

Diner Review №83

First time trying here and it was great.

Diner Review №84

I ordered pad Thai with prawns and the cost was $18, which is three dollars more than pad Thai with chicken. When the dish arrived there were exactly 3 prawns. When I was asked how my dish was, I said I was dissatisfied with only three prawns. Their response was, “But they are large prawns.” Not really…

I regularly dine out for seafood dishes and often purchase prawn dishes. I have never purchased an $18 prawn meal that only had three prawns.

Won’t be back…

Diner Review №85

The food is always great. The service is friendly and attentive. We're lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

Diner Review №86

Very good.

Diner Review №87

10/10 pad kwa hang is very good. Favorite Thai place.

Diner Review №88

The best, most genuine Thai food I've ever had, and possibly the best Asian food I've ever had. My father had dinner here once, and ever since, it has been our family's go-to restaurant. It's cozy and comfortable, the service is friendly, the cuisine is delicious, and it's ready in a flash. Service is consistently excellent, and the proprietor and his family are always kind. Fresh spring rolls, pineapple fried rice, pad Thai, and chicken praram are my top recommendations.

Diner Review №89

First time I sat down, great food, second time I ordered to go, serving size was a little over half what I got in person. For $17 to go was not worth it.

Diner Review №90

Diner Review №91

Delicious food! Highly recommend! Try the pineapple fried rice and ginger chicken.

Diner Review №92

Food is one of the best Thai food that I have ever tried. Will come again

Diner Review №93

We had a wonderful dinner here tonight. Everything was very fresh and supwr flavorful! The folks who cook and serve are attentive, knowledgeable, friendly people.

Diner Review №94

Delicious, fresh, authentic, super friendly

Diner Review №95

Authentic and spicy Thai food ran by a family. Have tried drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice, green and red curry. Everything was great

Diner Review №96

That may have been the best pad kee mao (drunken noodles) i have ever had. I went with beef. Very friendly, great atmosphere and a short wait. Thank you !!!

Diner Review №97

No flavor, small portions, expensive

Diner Review №98

Expensive but good!

Diner Review №99

Wow! I've visited a lot of Thai places in Seattle and, after an eat-in and a take-out at Amorn, this is officially my favorite! Everything, from the Mango Sticky Rice to the Rad Na to the Kra Prow to the Yellow Curry, has been absolutely perfect! The service is great and the owners are friendly, as well. I really can't recommend Amorn Thai Cuisine enough and I look forward to more visits in the future!

Diner Review №100

This place is a hidden gem. We usually get the fried taro and larb. Both are really so good.

Diner Review №101

Diner Review №102

Diner Review №103

Best thai restaurant in seattle. I wish I could give 6 stars. Food is very Authentic. Great Ambiance and I feel like I'm in Thailand 🙏

Diner Review №110

Best Thai food and friendly

Diner Review №111

I ordered curry pineapple fried rice and Rad na. The fried rice came out very quickly piping hot. Before I could get the rice on my plate the rad na was right behind it. The pork in the rad na was very tender and the sauce was thick and flavorful. Both dishes were outstanding. I will be back for certain.

Diner Review №112

Our go-to restaurant when in Seattle. Best Thai food I've ever had!

Diner Review №113

Hands down, by far, the best Thai food in the King/Snohomish County area.

Diner Review №114

Diner Review №115

Easily the best, most authentic Thai food I've ever tasted, if not the best Asian cuisine I've ever had. Been coming here for years after my dad dined here once, and it became our go to spot. It's a small place, it's very homely, has a good atmosphere, is cooked quickly, the food is amazing, and is always consistent. The owner and his family are always nice and the service is always good. I'd recommend the pad Thai, chicken praram, pineapple fried rice, or the fresh spring rolls.

Diner Review №116

It is closed at Friday 6.30pm, during business hour displayed on Google. Happened twice

Diner Review №117

Diner Review №118

As an Asian American who grew up in Seattle, I know my Thai food very well. My fiancé and I ordered their pad see ew and basil fried rice which came out to a whopping $55 WITHOUT TAX AND TIP! Beware: the menu online is NOT updated.
The fried rice was mediocre and the pad see ew was very dry: the garlic was extremely burnt and they dumped dried chili flakes on top which sucked out any remaining moisture.
I find it extremely important to support local small businesses, especially if the owners are people of color. Sadly, I cannot support them. I have ordered multiple times and have been disappointed every time. Please do not go here. Save your money and go to another Thai restaurant. There are plenty in the area who serve delicious food at either the same, or a much better price.

Diner Review №119

Diner Review №120

Went here first time for lunch on a Thu. Asked for a cashew chicken and a glass of wine. I spend approx $30 (bit expensive) but food was awesome. The owner was mindful to ask the spice level for me and spend some time explaining he was 15y in business. I highly recommend this place.

Diner Review №121

Wonderful pad see eq

Diner Review №122

Great food with friendly service!

Diner Review №123

This is absolutely my favorite restaurant. It is the place I try to take everyone I know. I'm always bummed when one of my friends or family "does not like Thai food".

Diner Review №124

Wow was not expecting that. Cozy family run Thai restaurant with Fantastic quality ingredients. The prices are good, the food is good. I would recommend it to any food enthusiast.

Diner Review №125

These people will lie to you & steal from you. Their sign says cash only; we watched them swipe a customer's card on a card reader. We ordered $41.58 (including taxes!) of food, so explain to us why we were charged $56.68 BEFORE OUR $11 TIP?? These people STOLE from us & way overcharged us, making up amounts (that's why your email receipt isn't itemized)! Some of their items are listed as vegetarian & they're not. They don't care about cross contamination, clean & up to code food safety, or whether you get sick. We ordered vegetarian/pescetarian items; fried golden tofu, tom yum goong, fried crab wontons, & fried vegetable rice. Everything we could smell & taste was cross contaminated at best & prepared directly with meat products at worst, but we didn't fully realize until we'd eaten a decent amount of it. We're both vegetarians & spent over $60 here, but due to their improper handling of the food we were sick with foodborne illnesses the entire weekend. YOU CANT. MAKE VEGETARIAN ITEMS. WITH MEAT PRODUCTS. It's DANGEROUS. When we went in to explain (very nicely!) what had happened & that we needed a refund processed, they refused & LAUGHED at us. They insisted on DOCTORS NOTES to prove we got sick, they lied about 'policies' that they don't have listed anywhere, they argued, THEY SAID OUR MONEY WAS 'INSURANCE'(???). They said we're the first to ever ask for a refund (they have multiple reviews about refusing refunds) & we said that was clearly a lie. They ADMITTED to us that they "cook everything all together in one pan" so we KNOW there was contamination! We were perfectly nice to these people at first, but they looked at us & talked to us like we were trash. When we kept insisting that the way they prepared the food (reassuring them that we weren't saying the ingredients were bad, just the preparation that endangered us) wasn't right & that keeping our money wasn't fair, we said we weren't leaving until we got our money back. They walked away & kept eating their lunch like we weren't there! We asked again can they please process our refund & they didn't even look at us, just shook their head & kept eating. Never in our LIVES have we ever been treated so vile by any restaurant. These people are liars, cheaters, thieves, & clearly have disgusting views of their customers. They don't care about you & they will cheat you for every dollar you give them. If you have any self respect, do a charge back & run.

Diner Review №126

Their mango sticky rice is amazing!! Freshest mangos I've had in a long time

Diner Review №127

Someone already said it. Nothing beats family Thai food. This place has the tastiest Thai food I've ever been to and it's not very busy so it is currently Montlake Terrace's best kept secret. The music is calming, the atmosphere feels like a home and the food is second to none.

For appetizers, we got the fried tofu and spring rolls. They were fried to perfection and the sauce was a combination of sweet, sour and not overpowering.

For the entree, I got the Tofu Pharam (broc and spinach in peanut sauce), my wife got the Tofu Phad Tai, and my father in law got the Chicken Phad Tai. The peanut sauce in the dishes is abundant and delicious. The Phad Tai noodles were some of the best I'd ever had. Interestingly enough, the place does not try harder than it needs to. Excellent food seems like the norm and the habit for this place. This contributes to the relaxed vibes of the restaurant. The food speaks for itself and the service was excellent.

Lastly, I wish this place was close to my home because then I would order takeout from here 2-4 times a month. I would absolutely recommend this place to all my family and friends and I can't wait to come back. 10/10 for Amorn Thai cuisine.

Diner Review №128

Wonderful restaurant in a small place. This restaurant does not only give you food but here you can buy small things like a purse or decorative items. The restaurant is beautiful although it's very small in space the ambience is so attractive, especially the Thai culture and miniatures of small things catch your attention. Food is delicious and ready in a few minutes. The service is nice and this restaurant is closed at 8:30 pm. They have a restroom. The price of the food is conceivable.

Diner Review №129

Diner Review №130

One of my favorite thai places in the area! Nothing beats this family’s food. Absolutely love supporting them. They are very hard workers. Even with these hot summer days they were working hard in the kitchen to get orders fulfilled.

I go here about 1-2 times a month. Been going here for a little over 2 years now.

Diner Review №131

This place is the best! The food is delicious and the servings are very generous. The owner is super friendly too. I highly recommend it!!!

Diner Review №132

Bit on the expensive side but the dishes are solid. Their spice level 5 for curry and noodles is reasonably spicy but not too unbearable for Asian cuisine

Diner Review №133

Diner Review №134

Curry was good.

Diner Review №135

Diner Review №136

Pretty decent food. The seafood dish didn’t have enough seafood.

Diner Review №137

Diner Review №138

Amazing food. The prices have gone up significantly though. It's nearly 20$ per plate of food now.

Diner Review №139

This is my FAVORITE Thai place in the area.

Family owned local small business.

For 6 years my son and I come they always make great HOME COOKED food made with that special ingredient called TLC ❤️

The price is worth it. Great quality and portions.

They are friendly always

Great for indoor dining; family time or a rainy day adult date 🍜☺️

Diner Review №140

Diner Review №141

Cash only and only great food.

Diner Review №142

Sooo delicious! We will be back! New favorite Thai place!

Diner Review №143

We got a starter and two mains which was plenty of food! Fried wontons with cream cheese were simple but tasty. Red curry flavorful and as you might expect. Pad See Ew was definitely a different take, but we enjoyed it. Will certainly try again. Maybe not our everyday, but a good local Thai option!

Diner Review №144

Pad thai was pretty good, portions are large enough to share. The workers (owners?) were very kind.

Diner Review №145

Diner Review №146

Delicious, affordable, family owned. Owner was sure to check how we liked our food, and it was truly very good. Veggies and meat cooked perfectly. My partner had a seafood combo and I had yellow chicken curry. Thai coffee and tea were both delicious and beautiful in the glass! Good, fresh ingredients. Don't let the small unassuming outside appearance fool you.

Diner Review №147

two words: crack rice

I'm singing it "crack riiice. crack riiicee!"
The vegetable thai fried rice must have crack in it. It's freaking amazing. It's crazy - get 4 or 5 star, you'll be alright. The stars truly equal the amount of flavor you'll get! Anything less (<3 stars) tastes completely different. These folk know what they are doing! You won't be disappointed. We drive from N. Seattle to the cuts of MLT for our rice.

The only other item I've tried is their mango sticky rice which was absolutely devine.

Diner Review №148

My family and I love this place. Our favorites are 4 star chicken pad thai and 2 star for the family members that don't like it too hot,Crab ragoon or as the 6 year old calls it, cheese tentacles also the chicken Sautee. The owners are very friendly and I like to have a Thai iced tea when I wait for food

Diner Review №149

Pad Thai is little bit too sweet, great presentation and service overall

Diner Review №150

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed eating here! It's set back from the street and a little out of the way, but dont let that deter you from coming in. The owners are very sweet and its very comfortable inside. The food is fantastic!

Diner Review №151

Diner Review №152

Everything is so delicious here. The pad thai both the chicken and pork are great. So is the lemongrass soup and the spring rolls. Highly recommend to thai food lovers!

Diner Review №155

Absolutely delicious Thai food. Family owned and cooked. The inside is extremely cozy and very decorated and the owners are very attentive and handled my party of 10 and all of our requests well. Lovely place and super yummy. I recommend going when mangoes are in season!
we were allowed to dine inside because I called ahead and made a reservation for lunch. They said evening time would have been too busy for dining in.

Diner Review №156

I've been a fan of Thai food for a long time, have tried food from many different restaurants. Usually solid. But ever since I've been getting food from amorn Thai, I am consistently shocked at how it feels so fresh and "homemade" it doesn't feel like a commercially made meal like many others. My favorite dishes are their pad Thai, panang curry and pad see ew. I've only tried their chicken or beef, and both are phenomenal. By far my favorite Thai food restaurant.

Diner Review №157

GREAT FOOD!!!! Awesome service.

Diner Review №158

Red curry and pad see ew. Perfect.

Diner Review №159

Diner Review №160

Got Pad Kee Mao with Tofu, level 4 spicy. It was perfectly seasoned. Will definitely come back again!

Note that this place is cash only.

Diner Review №161

Diner Review №162

Freshest ingredients, friendly staff, many vegan and dairy-free choices, one of my very favorite restaurants! Latest menu photos added.

Diner Review №163

Pad thai was really bland and Pad Sew had a strong soy sauce taste. Not the most authentic. The crab wonton for appetizer was pretty good though.

Good food but owner overcharged us.I sent hubby to pick up and he paid $48 for 2 dishes. Didnt get a receipt, thinking it might be a communication gap we called for a clarification, the owner remembered the order but twisted the story. We even asked that we dont want money back but rather order more food but no avail.
Good food but we wont be back.
You got to be honest

Diner Review №173

Great food made by lovely hospitable people. Solid menu. The crispy pork belly is amazing.

Diner Review №174

Diner Review №175

Ordered crispy pork and phad thai (dining area closed, allow take out only for now). Both dishes were ok, the pork stayed crispy after a 15 minute drive home. Easy phone in ordering and pick up. Prices are reasonable.

Ok for Thai food if you live close by or happen to be in the area. My personal preference is still Phayathai Cuisine in Lake City Way for my Thai food craving.

Diner Review №176

The pad Thai was below average. Also expensive. Hardly any meat. Won't be returning.

Absolutely awesomw

Diner Review №179

Our go-to for Thai in the area. Great food and friendly owners.

Diner Review №180

My Husband, kids and I have been dining and/or ordering take out from this family for years. Their customer service is welcoming as if you are part of their family. The quality of their food was not ever compromised through and after COVID restrictions and that tells you a lot, as many restaurants we used to love have gone downhill due to the pandemic. Thai delicacies is a comfort food for the soul. This is one restaurant that keeps it authentic as if you were back in their homeland and/or you have a family of their descent cooking from the heart in your own home. This family goes above and beyond with their service ensuring your experience is nothing like the Thai restaurants you have been to prior. Their dishes stay consistent. Portions stay consistent. Service stays consistent. We definitely receive more than our money's worth here. And we are proud supporters. Today, I called, no answer. Therefore, as I was checking their Facebook for announcement of their yearly trip back home, I received a call back with an apology for missing my call. Point is, whether they left for a visit back to Thailand, I would have been happy. They deserve it. But to had receive a return call with an apology and ability to place an order, this tells you they are with their community. Any other restaurant would have shrugged their shoulders and say, "they'll call back if they really want to order." Granted, Amorn Thai would have got another call but only because they are worthit. We thank you guys for all of your welcoming at heart, questions about how our kids are doing, being so genuinely happy to see us, giving us the experience of your traditional foods and culture, and never compromising the quality, service, and portions of your dishes through the pandemic. We absolutely appreciate your family. -Scott and Alana Vaughn.

Delicious as always. Have never been disappointed with this spot. It has the best brown rice I've ever tasted.

Diner Review №182

What an awful experience. We ordered 4 dishes. The Pad Se Ew was inedible. It was burnt and tasted so. The Radna was average at best.. we did not eat it either. I called to ask for a refund just for the Pad Se Ew but the man on the phone said he did not know how to do it. He said his son would be in soon to help him. They called me back and said they could not refund it unless I brought it back in. I told him it was in the garbage and I lived 20 minutes away. He said no. I was ok paying for the Radna as it was just not to our liking. But to pay for an inedible meal was disturbing. The wontons were good but there was no crab in them but tasted good none the less. We will not return (I am sure they do not care) because they did not care to make things right.

This is one of my favorite local places for Thai food. I ordered basil fried rice, fried wontons and fresh cut mangos from Thailand. I would recommend!

I got yellow curry. You must ask for rice, it is separate. They packaged it so nicely for travel to ensure it got home safe! I love it. So delicious. They are cash only at this time. Very reasonable prices for MLT

Best authentic fresh Thai food in the greater Seattle area. Amorn is friendly and caring. And his wife knows how to prepare fabulous food.

Great take out. No dining yet. Cash only. Ginger chicken was yummy.

Great food and friendly staff. Has a "mom & pop" feel.

This place is AMAZING. The food is consistently delicious, hot, great balance of flavors, and fresh. The owners are friendly, recognize us, and even remember our order. I don't think that means we've been there too much... The mango and sticky rice is the perfect dessert to:

Pineapple fried rice
Pad Thai
Pad see ew
Pad kee mao
Really, anything on the menu.

Don't forget a Singha.

I recently just moved up to the Mountlake Terrace location a few days ago and been passing this place since then. I figured it might be a small gem based on the reviews I am seeing so I decided to give this place a call for take out after I got off work. I ordered the beef pad Thai and asked the owner how much it would cost over the phone. The owner told me it will come out to $13.50 with tax so I didn't really see a big deal in that. I showed up at around 7:00PM and my order was done. The ringed up my total for $16.52 and tipped $2.50 cents because I like to support my local restaurants. After going back into my car I checked my food and was super frustrated to find out I paid $20 almost for a box of noodles with a few pieces of meat. The pad Thai and beef didn't even taste good and I probably will never be returning to this restaurant again! I called the owner and he stated "It's good quality meat!" I told him I got literally 4 pieces of tiny beef in my pad Thai...Wow they are a cheap place to really charge me almost $20 for a box of noodles pretty much. Take your money somewhere else if you decide you want to come here...On top of that I never received a receipt for my order...

We love Amorn Thai! The red curry is wonderful, but lately we have discovered the Pad Kwa Hang and can't get enough!

Diner Review №197

The best Thai food in the area, and served by the absolute nicest family. I love going here and supporting their business. Delicious food and a great experience every time! ***Get the mango sticky rice!!***

This place is LEGIT! Much less American'ized than other places I've tried here in the Sound. Cash only. Both of which are fine by me.

Obviously family owned and operated, which is tops in my book. Smaller menu than other places, but when it's gran and gramps cooking awesome food, I don't need anything else.

Green curry (#26) was amazing. More broth/less coconut heavy. Big pieces of tofu, lots of shoots.
Pad see-ew (#31) was nice. Low sauce. More well cooked overall than other places, which is great by me. My kid wasn't as keen on that (but there are no leftovers).
Pad ka pao (#19) chicken. Ordered as 3 stars of 5. The stars are more flavor than heat, a most welcome surprise.

Thai iced tea. Again, less sweet and less creamy than other spots. A large is 32oz! No joke!

Total cost: less than $50. We are excited to come back!

Amorn makes the best Thai food I've ever had. I eat there all the time and have tried a variety of dishes and every one of them has been amazing. Great quick, friendly service on top of it too.
