Cute restaurant tucked away in a quiet area. I ordered the chicken terriyaki and thought it was great. Maybe a touch too saucy but great flavor 👌

Diner Review №2

The old town atmosphere, sushi, and massaman is a perfect combination! We got the chicken massaman, and the best sushi rolls were the “PJ Roll” and “Mr. Fisher”

Diner Review №3

It’s ok

Diner Review №4

Diner Review №5

Super chill atmosphere super cute decor and great food. We had both Thai and sushi and both were great and not too expensive

Diner Review №6

Rebecca is a serious rock star!! She was running things Ike a well oiled machine on a crazy Valentine’s Day night!!

Diner Review №7

Enjoyable Thai and sushi. Food for all ages and tastes. Good atmosphere and a fun location.

Diner Review №8

I recommend-dinning in. Meals are much better when dining in.
I have been disappointed with take out

Diner Review №9

Amazing food! A bit pricey, but definitely worth it

Diner Review №10

Diner Review №11

Please please please, if I ask for a certain spice level then give it to me. Asked for a 5 out of 5 and it tasted like it was 2 out of 5 heat. Just cuz I’m white, doesn’t mean I don’t know what I want. Very flavorful regardless

Diner Review №12

Found this place on a road trip years ago, and now we plan around it!

Diner Review №13

Overall, it was great. I got the orange chicken which was good, but since others at our table were not as impressed with their orders. One colleague ordered the fried rice and ate less than half.

Diner Review №14

Ordered:
Garlic Chicken = It was decent if you're into super dry strips of chicken floating in broth.
Spider Roll + Cream Cheese, California Crunch Roll and Las Vegas Roll.
Crunchy Rolls were far from crunchy. Super thick crunch layer was far from crunchy instead doughy, not separated creating a mess when trying to grab a piece, flavor was bland and lack of flavor.
Noodles with Chicken/Beef = Very minimal meat, extremely over cook chicken and beef lack of flavor even with soy sauce. The noodles by themselves were not bad at all but not great. Overall the order was a mess in looks, taste and appearance. The order all together was a 2 star. I believe it has the potential to be a 5 star by slowing down, pride in work, upgrading appearance, and keeping in mind to separate rolls all the way through to avoid customer making a mess trying to grab a piece of roll.

Diner Review №15

Local favorite. Pad thai and yellow curry are my favorite. Mango sticky rice is divine. You can't go wrong with anything here. Sunny is a great waitress

Diner Review №16

We loved this place. The food was incredible!

Diner Review №17

Diner Review №18

There is not one item on this menu that isn't delicious!

Diner Review №19

Meh, it was all okay but very bland and disappointing.

We tried the Vegas roll, sunset roll, green baby roll. Chicken satay, papaya salad, benji fried rice, pad Thai. The chicken satay was probably the best thing. Won’t be eating here again. Much better food options in st George.

Diner Review №22

Delicious food with a cool atmosphere. The staff was very friendly also. We ordered a pad see ew and a garlic chicken dish.

Diner Review №23

Wow. The Mango Sticky Rice with Chili Crisp on it was amaaazing!! Yummaaay!

Diner Review №24

Diner Review №25

We used it for our wedding luncheon. Food was fantastic and the people were great to work with. Thank you for being so accommodating to us!

Diner Review №26

Diner Review №27

Great food

Diner Review №28

I ordered the Tom Kha soup tonight and specifically ordered all vegetables with tomatoes, mushrooms, green onions and Ean sprouts but got nothing but mushrooms and NOTHING ELSE! I also got chicken which I did not order! This was a sucky order!!!

Diner Review №29

Not impressed. I love Thai food and this place just did not meet my expectations. We ordered takeout and I ordered the yellow curry. It was oily, way too sweet, looked like it had canned peas and carrots in it, and it didn’t come with potatoes like it said on the menu. My husband also ordered crab rangoons and they gave him crab wantons instead so not much good to say on service either. The sushi was decent but overall, this place was not worth the steep price.

Diner Review №30

Very neat restaurant tucked away in downtown. Great food if you love Thai and sushi. The sushi rolls were delicious to those in my group who had them, and I ate the Thai orange chicken, which was good. Friend said the Panang curry wasn’t as good as they had hoped, but we were all pleased with our service, waiter, and the pleasant atmosphere. Very lovely restaurant.

Diner Review №31

Great food and atmosphere. It was very busy with long wait for service and food.
We were greeted with water quickly but appears more servers are needed.
Plus, it was cold inside, needed to wear my jacket.

Diner Review №32

Diner Review №33

The food here is great but the service was terrible! They didn’t write down our reservation and since they didn’t have a reservation for us, we did takeout. They said it would be 10 minutes and it ended up taking an hour. We were late to something after but couldn’t leave because they make you pay and tip up front.

Diner Review №34

Love this place

Diner Review №35

Server was really nice and accommodating.

Diner Review №36

Love this place, both locations

Diner Review №37

Best Thai in town, maybe in all of Utah

Diner Review №38

This is a solid restaurant. Not the best Thai food I’ve ever had, and they adjust their spice level to their average customer, understandable. I liked their curry, noodles, and sushi.

Diner Review №39

This was one of the worst Thai food experiences of my life after eating Thai food in almost 100 countries around the world. I ordered Pad Krapow, spicy, it not spicy, not the taste of Pad Krapow, most importantly your Pad Krapow has cucumber and no ingredients to call it Pad Krapow. No honesty, no responsibility. Even though I commented through Uber's system to please make it Thai flavor, I couldn't even ask for spicy sauce. Please don't call yourself a Thai restaurant.

Diner Review №40

Really enjoyed the meal. The curry was smóoth and tasty, the rolls good, and the rice well cooked sticky!!

Diner Review №41

I would highly recommend avoiding the Sushi here (especially anything with tuna). The Mr Fisher roll was pretty good. The rest of the sushi we tried was not very good.

I liked the orange chicken and multiple appetizers were worth trying.

Diner Review №42

I rarely give 5 stars, but Benjas deserves it. We've been eating here for many years and come back whenever we're in town.

Diner Review №43

Loved the food! So flavorful and fresh tasting! I wish we were wealthy so we could eat there more often. Our lunch, for 2, was $58!

Diner Review №44

On our most recent visit we had a large party (20+) to celebrate a birthday. Even with such a large party, the service was good and our food came out fairly quickly. They offered a large variety, including options for some vegetarian and vegan family members. On every visit we've had, the food has always been great. The sushi is fresh and flavorful, with a large selection. In addition to the sushi, I would also highly recommend the yellow curry, the Pad Thai, and the Drunken noodles. And the mango sticky rice is amazing (we always have to get it to go, we're always too full at the end of our meal). We've been to both locations and have had a great experience each time.

Diner Review №45

We have always loved Japanese and Thai food, and this was our first time visiting this place. Great service and delicious food—we’ll definitely be back!"

Diner Review №46

Food was very bland but it wasn’t terrible. Service is okay. We got waters but were never asked what we would like to drink. Waiters are nice. Many workers on their phones.

Diner Review №47

Diner Review №48

We had a really great meal at Benja’s. The tom kha Kai soup though not as hot as we wanted it, really tasted great. For the entree, we ordered chicken curry and their stir fly egg plant dish, which came along with generous portions of chicken and vegetables. The curry soup was super tasty! We really enjoyed the food.

Diner Review №49

We ordered via door dash during a work trip. Green curry was great, the meat and veggies were cooked well and the spices had good flavor. I was able to add extra meat and brown rice with no problem. Though I think there should have been a bit more meat included when paying extra for an extra portion.

For being in St George, it's a good option for Thai food. I tried a different Thai place the following night that just happened to be closer, and it made me appreciate Benja even more!

Diner Review №50

Food and service were both very good. We were even able to get in within 20 minutes on a busy Saturday night. Would definitely recommend.

Diner Review №51

We called in and ordered food at 4:30pm, asking for 5:30 pickup. Prepaid.

We showed up at 5:30 and they told us it would be another 10-15 minutes.

Food was not in our hand until 6pm.

I had kids in the car with me while we were waiting. I did not have a good time.

To be fair, the food is solid, I'm just unhappy with calling ahead so early and getting hosed.

Diner Review №52

What a callous and snarky server this time at Benja. She seemed put out that we were ready to order right away after she brought our waters. Then she forgot our appetizer and when we mentioned it, she couldn’t have cared less. Would never check on our table or even look in our direction. We ran out of rice quickly because we had 6 people with curries and she had only given us 1 bowl. When we asked for more, she acted as if it was an inconvenience and then later had charged us because we were done by that point and wanted to take it to go. Rice is literally the cheapest food on the planet and it is standard practice to get more (free) rice at Asian restaurants. She acted indifferent towards us, yet we were seriously being so nice, trying to give her grace. We realized she added a tip on to our bill automatically, so perhaps that’s why she didn’t even try. What a joke. Been coming here for years and the only good food is their curries. Don’t order anything else, you will be disappointed. At the end, we kindly spoke up to her but she gave us attitude and blamed Benja’s ‘policies’. She never took ownership for anything. Such a disappointment. Won’t be coming back. Kayce’s “working there for 12 years” is perhaps a clue for herself to find a new career path.

Diner Review №53

Food was great. We had party of 9 with many different food options it was all great. Waitress was not pleasant (seemed like she was having g a bad day) but the food made up for it. Will definitely be returning again.

Diner Review №54

Diner Review №55

I ordered the Musaman Curry and it was delicious. The atmosphere was so inviting. I’m sorry to say that our service was poor! The waitress was rude. It was hard to get her attention. She only brought out one medium bowl of rice for five people. We had to ask for more rice and were treated like that was not okay. We had to ask for rice again with the food we had remaining to take it home and she charged us! We asked her about it and she said “When you order food you need to pay for it.” So snarky! She kept blaming the restaurant and owners for the ‘rice policy’. Kind of ruined the experience! Who would have thought that being stingy with white rice could make six women that have been coming to this restaurant for many years, as a tradition, not want to go back! Sad!

Diner Review №56

Ordered Uber eats wonton soup and orange chicken. The wontons fell apart and tasted grainy. The orange chicken was not good.

Such a bummer

Diner Review №57

Not that good, it's over rated.

Diner Review №58

Food was good, but the service was awful. Hopefully the staff was just having a rough day.

Diner Review №59

Diner Review №60

The food was good, especially once we got it warmed to a temperature that allowed the spices to do their job in my mouth. Such great flavors. Service was below par except for a busboy who was super attentive. Most likely will not return though as it took too much 'work" on my end to get a refill on water, warm the food up, and even pay.

Diner Review №61

Tourist location smack dab in the middle of it all for a Saturday night family dinner before they closed. We made reservations which are recommended. Was last table to be seated right away by the window. Tables and chairs are a bit roughed up with slashes and scratches. There was a puddle of water under table had to ask someone at desk for assistance with that. Waited more time. Sat down looked at menu still no one came yet. Service is slow. Orion our waiter showed up and we gave drinks apps and food order.

Order:
Kid soda, Thai iced tea, no coconut water they were out and delivery is on Monday, fresh basil rolls, PJ Roll, Cali Crunch roll, Las Vegas roll, Bangkok roll, 2 California Rolls, mango sticky rice dessert, and 4 waters.

The sushi was good. The Las Vegas packed most flavor. Cali Crunch was delicious. Mango sticky rice is way overpriced for the little amount that you receive. Expect Chocolate mint dinner mints at the host stand. Will try the other location for lunch to compare. Next visit I hope to try their pad Thai and fresh coconut water served in a coconut.

Diner Review №62

No utensils other than chopsticks. Ordered chicken fried rice. Hard to eat. No napkins. Staying in hotel.
Wontons had no filling whatsoever ever. Awful. Sushi roll was falling apart.

Diner Review №63

Great place 😍

Diner Review №64

Diner Review №65

Very good food, very good service and they give you a large portion

Diner Review №66

Diner Review №67

We love Benja! The Spicy Basil is our go-to and it never disappoints! And the Tom Kha Kai soup has to be one of the best food dishes offered in all of St. George! It will have you begging for more! 🍜The location in Ancestor Square makes it a fun date night dinner, and the service has been consistently great every time! We’ll be back!

Diner Review №68

Diner Review №69

Diner Review №70

Diner Review №71

The food is very under seasoned, borderline bland. The sushi was not worth the price. The tuna tasted as if it came out of a can. Overall, the food is overpriced and underwhelming

Diner Review №72

Great Service & Staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had a little mishap today & My Server (whose name I forgot :( ) YOU were so helpful! Thank You 🙏

Diner Review №73

Waited way to long. Sure it's short staffed. Also, we got our order way wrong. Used to be the go to place now, not so much.

Diner Review №74

I had heard about this place from a good friend had lunch and it was delicious! We'll be coming back again.

Diner Review №75

Second time here and will be back for sure. Great food and service.

Diner Review №76

Diner Review №77

Was really excited to try this place and it’s sad to say that it was a very disappointing experience. The wait was quoted shorter than we sat with no updates. Took awhile for our server to come over and once we dropped the food, she was nonexistent. We had to ask every-time we needed something for the other server. The food was nothing special, 95% of the rolls consisted of shrimp tempura, there wasn’t much selection in fish.

Diner Review №78

I had the cashew nut here and I
THINK THE OTHER Benjs in town was better and gave you more.

Diner Review №79

Diner Review №80

My food was good with good flavor. I had the lettuce wraps and it was enough for a great appetizer to share. For my main course, I had orange chicken. It was fresh tasting and very good. They also give you a large dish of white rice which was nice. Great food and service.

Diner Review №81

Shrimp Pad Thai: no such thing as spicy here. Ordered level 5. It was incredibly mild. Realized after they used crushed red pepper as their spice. The shrimp was over cooked and a little funny tasting. There was also a lot of tofu in my dish which I wasn’t expecting. I had to ask for a spice rack which had peanuts, crushed red pepper, and chili sauce. That helped the food taste better.

Philly Roll: didn’t notice they swapped the avocado for cucumbers until after I took a bite. It was otherwise ok sushi. Nothing to run here for.

Diet Dr. pepper tasted a little watered down. Just a personal preference.

Server was great. Atmosphere is great. A good little spot for the area. Probably as good as it gets for pad Thai in the area.

Diner Review №82

Diner Review №83

Decided to try this place for lunch today because it had great reviews.I ordered the cashew shrimp medium level 3. What I received was a plate full of stir fried green pepper and onion, with a couple carrot slices in what looked and tasted like thin brown gravy with absolutely no flavor or spice/heat of any kind. They generously include 4 very small shrimp and a wad of rice. This may be the worst meal I've ever eaten. Hopefully I was just unlucky but I don't think I'll give it another try.

Diner Review №84

The food is excellent. Our server made the experience so nice. This is my favorite restaurant in St. George.

Diner Review №89

We were visiting from Phoenix. The restaurant is quite good. Enjoyed the atmosphere and food was very good. We had pad thai and lard nah.

Diner Review №90

The Massaman curry was delicious definitely our favorite dish. The papaya salad was also good and very large. It was my birthday and their service made the day special!

Diner Review №91

The food was good, and quick. The produce tasted fresh. The waitress was kind of surly and unhelpful.

Diner Review №92

Diner Review №93

Diner Review №94

Returned here at 6:30 on a Sunday eve ... Literally 2 patrons in the whole place ... And yet we sat for an extended period of time with no one taking our order 🙄
I can't imagine why the place is empty🤦

Diner Review №95

The last two visits, both the wife and I agree the food just isn't as good as it used to be.

Diner Review №96

Diner Review №97

Amazing food. Sushi is out of this world, Mike really hooks it up. I go in at least twice a month just for Sushi.

Diner Review №98

Food was great and flavorful! The service was terrible our server didn’t ask us for our drink orders or bring out waters until we flagged someone down to get their attention after waiting 20 min. When they brought out our food we had pass around our own food and they never came back to fill up drinks. When we finished we had to flag down our waitress again after waiting another 20-30 min to bring us our checks. Our waitress brought the checks and handed them to one person and said “here that’s your job to pass these around” and rolled her eyes at us. Not friendly staff at all, most the time they were talking to eachother at the front desk not paying attention to their tables. Food was amazing but the service ruined it for us. We got the Vegas roll, red dragon roll, a few other rolls, curry, and orange chicken.

Diner Review №99

Best Thai food I've ever had!

Diner Review №100

Very good food!!

Diner Review №101

Diner Review №102

Nice service, excellent food

Diner Review №103

Diner Review №104

We ordered takeout, spicy fried rice was definitely NOT spicy and very disappointing. Giving them 4 stars because the food was not bad, but very disappointing for a Thai restaurant.

Diner Review №105

Love the orange chicken.

Diner Review №106

The food was good and fresh, the service was fast and kind and the place was clean. We'll def be going back

Diner Review №107

The sushi here was excellent! I would highly recommend the Ikura Sashimi it had a really nice taste to it. I would have rated you guys 5-stars but the portions could be a little bigger. Specifically the 7 piece Sushi meal the cuts I thought were too small and not thick enough.

Diner Review №108

We love Thai, so we asked around for the best Thai restaurant in St. George and multiple people told us to go to Benja's. If this is the best Thai in St. George, I'm sooo sad. The food was just meh. It was wasn't bad, don't get me wrong, but not a lot of flavor. The restaurant is super cute, one of those converted old pioneer homes. And the service was pretty good too. It was just the food, very bland. We've definitely had better.

Diner Review №109

The food is delicious, the setting is cozy, and the service is great.

Diner Review №110

Ordered pad tai. Too much oil (aka, it was too greasy).

Diner Review №111

Diner Review №112

Food okay

Diner Review №114

Diner Review №115

Love love love this restaurant. One of our favorite go to places and we are never disappointed. Love their soups, Friday lunch specials, lettuce wraps (perfect when I’m not super hungry) and meals. We are not sushi fans, so I can’t comment on those, but we have loved everything we have tried off their regular menu. Great service, friendly inviting atmosphere.

Update. Still a great fan! Have discovered their curry (love the yellow curry) Our daughter loved eggplant dishes and says theirs is one of the best she has ever tried.

Diner Review №116

Do not understand why this place has such good reviews. Sushi was terrible. We are from SLC so maybe we are spoiled but given the reviews we thought we’d be safe. Service was good. Sushi was subpar, and we found a hair in the last piece. Do not recommend.

Diner Review №117

I'm sad to post a "not good" review. Been here many times and have enjoyed the best Thai food! This last visit we had raw chicken in our food. But the worst of it was no apology from the manager. She almost seemed irritated bringing out a new dish. Hence your 1 start for service. Bummer. Its always been a 5 star experience for us

Diner Review №118

I read the reviews and wanted to try this place out. I had a hard time deciding what sushi roll to pick. I chose the Shredder roll. It was great. I also got the lean wontons which were delicious. I ordered take out and the service was good. I want to try more sushi rolls from here. And also try the Thai food

Diner Review №119

Great food...friendly service! Delightful little town square away from the typical I-15 strip mall insanity. Highly recommend the sushi here!

Diner Review №120

Order three sushi rolls, they tastes bitter and old. The deep fried rolls dough was still gooey and tasted bad. Wouldn't recommend their sushi.

Amari the hostess was absolute perfection. We had a large group, we wanted to be seated together, eat close to 7pm, but without a reservation we knew we’d have to be flexible by splitting up or eating at a different time. Amari got all 15 of us a table together at 7:00pm on a Saturday night. Truly a miracle worker! We will be back and promise to be less high maintenance!!

Diner Review №132

We got sushi and noodles and things that weren’t curry. Should have just done curry.

The other location is a completely different experience - 5 stars. Go to the other location.

We got takeout and oooh my gosh, truly some of the best thai I’ve ever had. The Masaman and lettuce wraps were TDF

Diner Review №141

Nice place, alright service. Do not order the Pad Thai. It was far too salty and sweet.

Diner Review №142

Diner Review №143

Our favorite Thai food restaurant in St. George. We love their Tom Ka (coconut soup), peanut sauce and sticky rice, Pad Thai, and sushi, too. The orange chicken is well prepared, too.

Diner Review №144

The Pad thai with shrimps that I took was worth the initial wait period before dining. I enjoyed it.
My friends took California rolls and fried rice with shrimps. I couldn't resist taking a bite of all ordered food on our table😋 😀
The taste of the food explains why the wait time... lol.

Diner Review №145

This place had great food and was a wonderful stop off on our road trip! Do reccomend!

Diner Review №146

Amazing Thai food actually. Nice atmosphere

Diner Review №147

I have a new favorite Thai place. Loved the papaya salad, sushi, mango curry, mango sticky rice, and orange chicken. Nothing disappointed food wise.

Diner Review №148

MY MOUTH WAS EXPLODING WITH FLAVOR!!!!! Amazing!!! Highly recommend! We got the pad Thai with chicken and pj sushi roll!!! Sooo good!

Diner Review №149

Overall I think Benja's was an great choice for our Saturday night out and I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We happened to go on a night with lots of high schoolers all grabbing dinner before heading to their dance and sometimes that can ruin the evening for me because they can be a little loud and obnoxious, but it wasn't an issue for us and we enjoyed our evening. Our waitress, Katya, was great at giving us recommendations and was kind enough to warn us about the longer wait times for sushi.

I especially like that they have sushi and thai food options instead of one or the other. The menu is still pretty extensive and you'll definitely be happy with whatever you decide to order. We had two sushi rolls and the orange chicken, splitting a little of each between the two of us and it was the perfect amount of food. My only hesitation was with our appetizer, the Tempura Calamari. It was very good but was plated on some sparse chopped lettuce and carrots, not really an appetizing look. It ended up being delicious though, so not a big deal.

Diner Review №152

We've been eating regularly at Benja's for over a decade. The food and service have always been good, both here and at their second location.

Since covid, we've mixed in a lot of takeout, and this is where they've disappointed. Our typical order is sushi, plus two entrees. We ask for spice level 3 or 4 on the entrees, and each of the past five visits only one of them has been correct. In the past, like tonight, one entree is spicy (3), and the other is completely bland (zero). It was supposed to be 4. Ouch.

I don't know how to check this when picking up from a busy restaurant. The receipt is correct (shows a 4), so the problem isn't up front. I'm definitely going to bring it up next time we go.

**ETA -- Our visit this week was perfect. Tastes were good, spice levels were as requested, and our server was wonderful. She had a busy section, but was attentive to every table and made sure people had what they needed. We still haven't hit the "spice level jackpot" on our to-go orders, but our in-house experience has been great.

Diner Review №153

5 stars for our server Orion. He really went above and beyond to make our experience good despite the kitchen being super back up.

Diner Review №154

Food’s decent but the service is horrible. Staff barely knew what they were doing.

Diner Review №155

Outstanding meal but horrible service. Not all their fault as they were slammed but we are pretty sure they totally forgot about us. I finally sat down and the waitress brought me a dish. She looked at me and said "did you not order this"? Not sure if she located the owner of the dish but this was typical. 20 minutes just to get the check. The women working the front was awful and not helpful. Best to call in and pick up. It's not worth waiting for a seat or dealing with the bad service.

Diner Review №156

Both Benja St George locations are great!!

Diner Review №157

Diner Review №158

Had dumplings, lettuce wraps, sushi, pad Thai and curry. Food was very average. It was so fast we weren’t done with appetizers when mains showed up.

Diner Review №166

Good food.

From what I can tell there is a select number of items on the menu that must be A+ perfection. Our food was good but not like to die for. My husband had yellow curry, spice was great. It is on the curry sweet side. Ya, know? Not sweet but that hint is strong.

I had the Benja fried rice it’s savory with chicken or pork, beef and shrimp all in it.

The staff was kind and friendly

Our app brought us to the back and it was hard to find for us out of town folk. So pics are hopefully helpful. Thanks for reading this review. 👋🏻 give me a 👍🏻 if it was helpful.

Diner Review №171

Benjas never lets you down. Great for a sit down at the restaurant or to go meals will be fresh and delicious. The pad Thai is the best in town. Sushi is delicious try the Vegas roll if you like tempura style. It’s also fun to go just for the mango sticky rice. I’m usually too full to have it after eating a meal because their plates are very large. But the MSR is so delicious!!!

Diner Review №172

Staff really friendly and patient. The food was really delicious.

Diner Review №173

dacey was a horrible server if i was the owner i would definitely fire her because she does not no how to treat customers

Diner Review №174

The Tom Kha Kai is my favorite thing to get each time I go! Below you can see the difference between ordering the cup and the full soup.

Diner Review №175

So delicious. Definitely ready for a repeat.

Diner Review №176

Wonderful service, extraordinary food and a comprehensive menu. Great atmosphere for a Friday or Saturday night dinner before heading to the many locations within close proximity to get.l a drink and dance.

Sometimes I cannot believe I have lived here for ten years and only tired this gem 2 weeks ago. I’ve since had it for my third time.

Diner Review №177

Very good!

Diner Review №178

Diner Review №179

Fun atmosphere but if you’re looking for really good sushi, skip this place and try Sakura. Curry is great here though. And the crab rangoons. Really fun location and we’ve been a few times on date night, but it’s not the most delicious Asia food you’ll ever have. It’s better than average though and not a bad choice if you’re taking a group to dinner.

We love Thai and wanted to like this place (we had good expectations from all the good reviews on here). We liked that they had vegetarian options (unfortunately none of their curries could be made vegetarian as they all were made with shrimp). We ordered avocado sushi rolls, tom kha soups, a spicy basil entree that was recommended as one of the best dishes for vegetarians and a spicy eggplant dish with tofu. Both entrees we asked for spice level of 4/5 - we like spicy.

Our waitress was friendly but service was very slow throughout. The sushi rolls were small but tasty, the soups were overly sweet but still decent. Both entrees were not very good, not at all spicy (literally no spice), tasted more like what we’d get at a cheap Chinese restaurant than a Thai one.

The restaurant does good business (this may explain the very slow service and wait times in between courses, and to get our check), so not sure if our meals were an anomaly. But based on our experience would not recommend

Never disappoints. Best Yellow Curry around.

This place seems to trick you into thinking it's high end because of the high prices for low quality sushi.

Great selection of food here! We filled up on some tasty appetizers

Ordered take out and I'm impressed by the sweet potato curry soup with beef, I got mine level 3 in the spice scale, I've tried many different curry places in various cities from in and out of state and this has been the best tasting curry that I ever had.

I wanted something unique and that's why I chose that special and I highly recommend anyone to try it, it's way worth it and I feel like people stick with the basics.

My friend said there was an issue with the Vegas roll it tastes better on the middle than the outer ends like it was kind of soggy and dried but she tried the middle and it was fine. She also prefers the drizzle sauce on the top there wasn't any, I assume places do it differently? I'm not a sushi expert so I would not know but I did noticed it but I had no problem with it because the roll taste fine to me and very flavorful.

Atmosphere was good, loved the lighting and interior design. Food was pretty good no complaints except our waiter. Our waiter seemed pretty weird, he touched my brothers shoulder and made weird, uncomfortable comments. Don’t know if she has problem with social cues or something but it made the whole experience worse than ever. Definitely made us creeped out by the time we left.

We used to eat here when we lived in St. George over a decade ago. Visiting again tonight, I'm happy to say that the food is even better than it was back then.

We were impressed by the gluten free Pd Thai and chicken satay. So clutch! We make it part of all our trips. Especially to carb load after triathlons or hiking and canyoneering. They seem to always have space, and work thru crowds better than anyone in St. George

Curry and Pad Thai were AMAZING!!!

Diner Review №200

The cook needs to cut down on the sugar by about 80%. The coconut soup was so sweet and so was the pad see "ew". It was a sugar overload. Every bite would cause thick sugary syrup to fill my mouth. It was 100% inedible. Southeast Asian food is supposed to have a balance of sweet, sour, salty. I should know, my family is thai, lao, and vietnamese. I already knew the food would be bad when there wasn't one thai person working the restaurant. Also, the chicken is so tiny and scarce in these dishes. Even the eggrolls were mostly cabbage and the sauce was just sweet chili sauce. How dull. Would never eat here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Never been to any restaurant in my life where the food was inedible.
