Come in and join our family :)
Ugh. This place is yummmm!
It’s a small place but super busy!
I picked this place cause it seemed simple and good, boy was it GOOD!
We started with fried wonton and chicken satay, the peanut sauce was sooooo good
And for dinner we have the combination Thai fried rice
I was able to order chicken beef and tofu! I lovedddd every bit of it and my fav was the tofu.
We also got pad Thai, and that came with chicken, also so good!
Again this place was super busy with someone coming thru the door every 5-10 mins to pick up dinner and all 6 tables had people sitting at it.
Again small place to dine in, but it was so goood!
Plus the ladies were super sweet to me
Super friendly service! There’s better Thai food in Chinatown, Korea town, and westheimer, but taking into consideration the demographics Thai American Bistro caters to, the food was good. I was expecting very Americanized (maybe even mildly seasoned) Thai cuisine and that’s exactly what I got. If I’m in the area again and craving Thai I’ll definitely stop by again. Don’t forget to ask for utensils with your to go order otherwise you'll be eating with your fingers.
This was our first time eating here and went based off of the great Reviews. The Reviews were definitely on point because the food here was fantastic! Our order came out just as we ordered and was very tasty with good sized portions. Even my daughter who is a very picky eater finished her plate, Chicken Fried Rice. The Owner even brought us out some complimentary Green Thai Tea which was so good. My wife and I liked it better than the normal Thai Tea.
The restaurants dining area wasn't busy because we went kind of late, roughly an hour before closing. Their To-go's however were non-stop the entire time we were there. That's always a great sign👍 Also since it wasn't too busy the Owner came out and spoke with us for a good 15 minutes, very friendly lady. This is their first restaurant she told us and from the way things are going it's going to be around for a while.
The spot itself was small, cozy and very clean. That along with the scratch made dishes in a good location and you have the perfect recipe for success! Would we go back? We're already planning our next visit😁
Wow this was incredibly tasty! We love Thai & have tried a bunch of different places and this is our new favorite! Super fresh & large portions, especially the curry! Pad See Ew with chicken medium spice had a rich but not overwhelming sauce & the spice didn’t cover up the flavor only added to it. Red Curry might be the best we’ve ever had, super creamy and extra flavorful & the coconut milk was the perfect amount & didn’t overtake the flavor. Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables w/ chicken was fresh and delicious! Service was excellent and fast. No pics bc we ate it too fast! 10/10
Delicious! The woman up front(I think she's one of the owners?) is so nice and helpful. The food was done very quickly and it was very fresh. We got the pad see ew with beef and yellow curry with pork, both spicy. Not very hot, but felt like the right heat for both dishes and had very good flavor. The noodles were perfectly stir-fried and I literally licked my plate for the curry(don't worry, it was take-out at home😂). I thought it was a good vegetable/meat ratio as well, and I really like the potatoes in the curry. Mild sweetness in the curry, but not overly sweet. Both dishes were exactly what you would crave when you want Thai food, fragrant flavor and breath of wok. The restaurant interior has a very comfy family-owned feel. I think prices are good for the amount of food you get, especially in this area.
Usually food is really good but today the chicken has a bad smell and taste. Feels like old chicken warmed up. Going straight to trash.
Update for the owner: sorry you feel offended by a honest review. I don’t owe you a call and a hard sell to not leave a honest review on that call. I have ordered from you guys a few times and there was a horrible smell in the chicken this time. It’s the truth. It was rubbery and tasted not fresh. Many of your other reviews that have been suppressed have stated the same. I agree it’s a crappy review and one that reflects the dinner experience I had tonight.
This is a small restaurant good for small groups. Service was good. Food came out fairly fast.
Ordered the Pad Thai with shrimps, a cup of Tom yum soup, green curry with tofu, and mango with sweet sticky rice for dessert.
The Pad Thai was ok. The shrimps were fresh, and the portion was good. However it was missing the lime commonly seen in Pad Thai dishes. Not a big deal. The Tom Yum soup lacked flavors. No sourness but spice level was there. The green curry lacked some flavors too. The mango sticky rice was good. The sticky rice was just a small portion but the flavor was there. The mango was a little tang but it complemented the sweet sticky rice.
Overall not very impressed with the quality.
Thai American Bistro in Sugarland Texas is a go to online order, whenever I visit my son’s family.
There is something for the 19 month old, to the curry/spicy loving taste buds. Plus they make my chicken pad Thai without spice for me!
Daughter in law and I also like the crab puffs and spring rolls.
Very easy to pick up! Thanks! Yoga with Gail.
Food is really good and price is good too
Delightfully Delicious! Not greasy, flavorful and the staff is super sweet!

I had this seafood soup with rice noodles and it was so delicious that I had to write a request first thing and it was a huge serving for around 16 dollars with tax
Definitely a new local favorite! The Pad See Ew was soooo good!

We ordered Padkeemao with chicken and green curry with veggies. We usually love the food from this place but today it was really bad. The chicken is chewy and rubbery. The jasmine rice was hard non flavorful or fragrant. I had to make a batch of rice so we could eat. The owner on complaining insisted for me to bring back the rice so she can see what is wrong with it !!!! Very poor customer service :(
Generous portions. Everything I've tried has been delicious. I make it a point to take visiting family members here and they have all enjoyed it. I primarily buy the chicken Pad Thai and spring rolls for takeout and have dinner and lunch for the next day.
Delicious food and great service
Best Thai restaurant in my opinion. I use to go Thai Gourmet (before it shut down) for my Thai cravings but this place is just as good and much closer. Great service and food is always excellent. We usually get their Chicken Red Curry, Fried Rice, Cashew Chicken, Chicken Drunken Noodles.
My husband and I came here for a lunch date. The food was amazing and the service was wonderful. I had pineapple fried rice...definetly one of the best I have had. My hubby had pad thai and that was very good as well. Will be back and regulars.
Our go to place for thai food. Kids love it too . Quick in service as well
Food was warm. No spoon and fork for food also no serving spoon until asked for it.
Small home style Thai restaurant. The older woman helping me was so sweet and helpful and attentive. Food was great. Felt like an authentic experience in a nice retail center in the middle of Sugar Land.
Small place with great food, i definitely recommend this place if you want great service , great tasty food

Unbelievable Thai food. Best in Houston. I have been to Bangkok and the food is better here.
Be aware! They inadvertently add an 18% tip when it's a group of 5 people or more
Ordered food through Doordash. First time from this restaurant. We had Tom Kha Gai (coconut soup) with chicken, medium spice and it was flavorful and just the right amount of spice. Also got Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) with chicken, medium, which was also very tasty, although maybe a bit too salty. But I finished it all! Would definitely order or eat here again.
Food was flavorless and overpriced
Love this Thai place! Great service and the food is quick! Try the Chicken Satay and the Khoa Soi for your next date night!
Their red curry is excellent with rice and a side of spring rolls. I’m definitely getting food here again
Excellent food, very tasty! Also great service…family owned business and authentic flavors. Highly recommended! 5 stars

You must try this restaurant! Great value, tasty food and excellent service! Cannot recommend it enough. So glad I tried it. Cannot wait to go back!
I ordered pad thi. It's half size of Quantity. I will never go this location.
Ordered 8.34 pm pick yp at 9pm on Monday 29th July.
Great local thai restaurant the food is authentic and tastes great everytime
The place is small and they have weird hours, but their Pad Thai and Larb gai are my favorite. Only complaint, a few too many onions in the Larb gai and I wish it came with more lettuce or cabbage. But the flavors great! My favorite Thai place in this area!
A small, intimate space, but food was so delicious! Service was quick and they had steady customers on a Saturday night. Will definitely go again when in the area! The pineapple fried rice was perfect and our other dishes were a great spice level.
Hidden gem with excellent service! 😍 #foodie #thai
Best Thai food in sugarland!
This is a wonderful place for Thai food! Mom and pop shop in Riverstone. Great flavors, great price and quantity
If you have to complain about spots like this, do everyone a favor and just eat at home.
Thai American Bistro is my favorite place for Thai food. The basil eggplant with shrimp was very good.
Food and service were great! Plenty of menu options. We will be back. Thanks!
Great Thai dishes served fast by friendly staff at reasonable prices…Highly recommend!
This place is so overlooked. Great food, fresh, and you can not beat the price point. Enjoy..
The best Thai food I ever ate.
The Service is amazing and the owner makes us feel at home.
Me encanto toda la comida que probamos. El ambiente estuvo buenisimo. El sabor de la comida es auténtica. Thank you so much for amazing food. El postre súper rico.
Best Thai food I've had
Very good Thai food. Little place with some tables. We prefer to take home
Let's just say I ordered food from here yesterday... and I want to get more again today. The food is very flavorful and the portions are very generous. Definitely making this my new go-to spot!
Literally what you call a hole in the wall. This place is authentic and amazing! The owner has photos of himself in Thailand with all of his food experiences. Definitely a go to for us especially with it being so close to home!
So first time here with the family. The service was great esp. the young lady who took care of us. When it came to the food, delish!
Their Basil Fried Rice is amazing!!! My family and I were in town just for the weekend and ate here twice because the food was so delicious. I can't wait to return!
I went for a long swim and decided I need some Thai. We ordered Tom Yum Gai, spring rolls, and Pad See Ew. The Pad See Ew was delicious, very flavorful and full of pepper. The spring rolls were on point! Lastly, the Tom Yum Gai was very hot and the ginger really stood out. The service was great, and it had a cute atmosphere! I am picky about but I would say this is the best Thai on this side of Houston.
The owner are very nice and friendly.
Foods are delicious original Thai food.
John is a 5 star chef with an impressive resume and now he owns this Thai restaurant where he and his Thai wife and co-owner create delicious dishes in this delightful restaurant in Sugarland.
1st visit. Ordered the Red Curry with Pork. Great flavor and I loved the textural contrasts provided be the fresh vegetables... especially the green beans.
I spoke with the, very friendly cook/chef and she recommended that I try the Pad Thai next time.
I'll be back!
I’ve tried the pineapple fried rice (extra spicy), basil fried rice (spicy), pad kee mao (spicy) , red and green curry ( spicy), chicken satay, siam wings ( fried chicken), pork and vegetable dumplings, Thia tea, home made peanut brittle, and home made coconut puff pastry. Everything that I have eaten here tastes great. The food is always fresh and authentic. The basil fried rice , (is a must try) , pad kee mao, chicken satay, siam wings, pork and vegetable dumplings, peanut brittle, coconut pastry, and Thai tea are amazing, truly amazing. I have never tasted Thai tea until I tried it here. It’s the best tea that I’ve ever tasted. I am in love with it. I suggest that you try it out. I’m also in love with their basil fried rice and Saim wings. You should try the peanut brittle as well if it is available . Their home made peanut brittle is so good that it’s hard not to eat every piece in the container at once. It tastes much better than store bought peanut brittle. I just found out about this restaurant about 3 1/2 weeks ago. I have been coming here every week to get enough food to last me a couple of days. I love Thai food, but couldn’t find a restaurant that served food that I actually liked until now.
Legit Thai food and good service.
My go to place for Thai food! I love the Thai Basil Rice. Cooked perfectly every time with the right amount of spice. Small dining space a little hard to dine in but perfect for takeout
I don’t do many reviews and I hate that I have to leave this one after all the good comments from the Riverstone community about this place. Unfortunately, as I was commenting how good my pad Thai was to my friends, I noticed something weird on my chicken. As I looked closer I noticed there was hair, not only a strand of hair but what looked to look like a BALL of hairs. Looked like what the bottom of a broom looks like. I notified the server about it and she immediately took it to the back to notify the cooks. She came back immediately and said that I would not be paying for my meal. Which I appreciate, HOWEVER I did not like the fact that my friends had to pay for their meal when we ordered the same thing and they all had chicken. The server brought the owner to speak to us, which she apologized and we took her apology but like I told her I did not find it fair for them to pay. Her excuse being that it was cooked separately. Which I don’t understand because how could you cook four plates separately that are exactly the same yet they all came out at the same time. Again, I would understand if it was just ONE hair but this seems to be a ball of hairs. The owner mentioned that the cooks wear hair nets but the server was not wearing one and neither was she and they were both constantly walking to the back and to the front with an apron. My advice watch for hair balls!
Best Thai food I’ve had all year!
I really enjoyed everything about Thai American Bistro restaurant, from the customer service, to the nice clean environment, and down to the delicious yummy food, I give the rating 20 out of 20!!! I would most definitely be going back again to visit and it's worth the experience!!! Thank you, thank you! Thank you guys over there!!!!!!🙌🏾🤗🙏🏾🫶🏾

Great food and staff is very polite and kind. This is a business I enjoy supporting and visiting. Never fails to disappoint.
can not find menu online all links want to start an order and have me sign up . I just want have a link to the menu?
I wont give it a bad review because I have not visited the restaurant.
Staff was friendly and very welcoming not to mention, their food was very delicious. I got the Shrimp Tom Yum, highly recommend if you love aromatic broths.
We love the food here!
This is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever dealt with. We ordered food through DoorDash and paid extra to have the order expedited. When our drive got to the restaurant, he was told the order has already been picked up…however, on the app it clearly said our driver is waiting at restaurant. Long story, these idiot ladies gave my order to some random person and are arguing with me over who is right and who is wrong and telling me to place another order!…poor driver is caught in the middle of it just waiting. It would help if these idiots knew how to speak proper English and handle customer issues. Arguing is not the way to resolve issues. Another establishment ran by morons. Steer clear folks. This place is a waste of time.
The food was great👍 John was very helpful in taking my order...have to come back.
Really good food here. We’ve tried the pad kee mao, Tom yum soup, and basil eggplant tofu dish. All were tasty and fresh.
Some of the best Thai food I've had in Houston with some of the best service. Definitely will be coming back
I was able to meet Kate, the owner (based in Northern Thailand), of this amazing authentic establishment. Despite her busy schedule filling the take out orders, she was kind enough to have a conversation with us.
(People like myself may be thrown off by the store name) but this place truly reminds me of Thai home cooking!
I personally had the green papaya salad + sticky rice and fried chicken - my family and I were blown away by the portion size, sauces, and presentation.
We also had the Thai iced tea (authentic), pineapple fried rice, and pad see ew. I hope that more people frequent this establishment because this place is truly one of a kind when the food is freshly made. Looking forward to more visits 😊
Highly recommend!
Best Thai place in Sugar Land! Kate the owner and chef is from Chiang Mai and started this place 2 years ago.
We came here blind from looking at the Google Reviews and boy were we not disappointed!
Food was flavorful, fresh, and hit all of our cravings. Get the pad see ew and papaya green salad!
Kate mentioned she wishes the place was more lively (lots of takeout orders) so let’s get more people to visit this hidden gem!
I love the food here especially the noodles and chicken wings, probably gained a little bit of weight over the lack of self control over the delicious noodles but that’s okay lol
We were a little worried upon entering because the menu was small, BUT wow, the food was amazing!!! Someone here said the portions were small but my husband and I had a ton of food leftover. We had the kids Thai fried rice, pad kee mew and pad basil beef (no pic). All very excellent
The food is delicious! I love the yellow curry with tofu.
The food is so delicious 😋
I have been to other places but this one is the best. The Pad Thai has a very unique flavor just the perfect amount of sauce not to soggy it’s perfect. The Pad Kee Mao (drunken noddle) has an amazing flavor, smoked and the sauce is delicious. Also the curries. They are sweet and chili flavor just so perfect , it’s not a plane flavor it has unique taste. Customer service is the best. Everyone should come and try this place . You will not be disappointed . Owner so nice 😊
My goodness. It’s tough out here in Fort Bend county for lovers of Thai food. After we moved to Mo City from North Houston, we found ourselves without a reliable Thai spot for several years. Enter Thai American. I came for the pad kee mow. And it was phenomenal. But we return - again and again and again - for the green curry. I find myself daydreaming about it. The service is great. They’re sweet to our toddler and the kids menu is a big hit with her, especially the stir fried chicken with broccoli. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Out of all the Thai restaurants in the Houston/Sugar Land area, this place is my favorite. Not only is the service always fast and friendly, but the food is consistently superb, and the portions are quite generous.
As a vegetarian, I particularly appreciate the delectable range of meatless appetizers and entrées that this restaurant offers. I would highly recommend the pineapple fried rice and the pad thai.
Very nice lady running the entire front house. Great service, really great food! Chicken Pad Thai. Lunch. $13.
Food was delicious. Ordered pad Thai and love the quality of the noodles. Also ordered crab fried rice and it was super flavorful with the fish sauce. They also gave us chili sauce in case we wanted more heat- be careful bc it is super spicy. The Thai iced tea was also delicious. Will definitely add this to our lunch rotation. Service was great!
The owner was kind and took time to talk with me. I got the pad thai which I enjoyed. This is a family owned restaurant, and I recommend checking it out!
Though the food is good, I will never go back to this restaurant because of the server. The first couple times I went, my waitress, who is the only waitress they have, tried to select the tip option for me and told me to tip her 18%. I tipped less because of her trying to tell me what to tip her. Tonight I gave the restaurant the last of my business after the same lady brought me the credit card machine and publicly shamed me out loud in front of everyone saying how much I've tipped in the past and how much I should tip her. Absolutely unreal and unacceptable. This isn't Thailand, learn some American decency.
This opened up near my house and it’s become one of my favorite Thai restaurants in all of Houston.
First off, I only order to go here, have never dined in. And a quick tip, order about 30 minutes before you want to eat it, they are good but are short staffed and very busy.
I usually start off with the green papaya salad, here it comes with fried chicken and sticky rice so you basically get two appetizers for the price of one.
The Tom yum here is solid, they pack it with a decent amount of shrimp.
As far as the curries go they are all good, but my favorite is red curry with roasted duck, not many Thai places offer duck as a protein option.
Crab fried rice is my go to here as well. Super flavorful.
As far as noodles, pad Thai and pad kee Mao are delicious.
Finally, they are one of only a few places in town that offers Khoa soi. This was a dish I fell in love with in Las Vegas at Lotus of Siam and have been searching for it in Houston. So very happy to see it here.
Overall, even if I wasn’t near by I’d drive to eat here!
Love this Hole in the wall restaurant! The ladies are super cute and sweet. The chicken pad thai was just....omg... delicious 😋. This would definitely be an adorable date spot. The inside is simple and beautiful. Will be back soon
Limited menu, but everything was very tasty. Really good red curry & pork skewers (Moo Ping).
I ordered the Thai chicken fried rice with a Thai tea. It was delicious. Perfect amount of spice to the rice. Thai tea was perfect and the highlight for me.
Ordered pad noodles green curry and Tom yum soup all great. The noodles have that wok hei

The delicate rice noodles, stir-fried to perfection, were like nimble Roblox avatars traversing the virtual terrain. The succulent shrimp and tender chicken added .
Absolutely amazing. Best in Houston area. Better than most places we ate in Bangkok.
Just as good as the food in Thailand! Everything was 10/10
Vegetable spring rolls, crab fried rice, red curry with chicken, and chicken pad thai were delicious.
So far we have been there two times and both times the service was great and so was the food.
Ordered to go and the food was amazing! Will definitely eat here again
The food was so good! My friend and I met up for lunch there, and while there wasn’t many people, the atmosphere was still pretty nice. I would say that the service was a bit slow when it came to us getting our check, but other than that, it was amazing! I enjoyed the fried rice and rolls we got and the Thai Tea was sweet and refreshing. Would recommend checking this place out
Great food and nice ambience
We have been too all the nearby Thai restaurants and so far this is the best one. Also they are very friendly for gluten free food!
One of the best if not best Thai place in the Houston area. I’ve been to plenty and I can’t get enough of their food! Great owners with a rich background! I’ll def be back! No pics cause we ate it all!!!
Amazing little hole in the wall Thai. The Pad See Ew was amazing complemented with the carrots and broccoli to add just the right amount of crunch. The veggie spring rolls were deliciously crunchy and a great starter with a beautiful presentation. I’ll definitely be back for the excellent and speedy wait staff.
This place offers excellent Pad Kee Mao. I also recommend their Khoa Soi and Red Curry with medium level spice.
Maybe not the most decked out restaurant. However, they make up for it with the food and service. The number of takeout orders going out the door itself should be an indication of how popular the place is. Personally, it's very convenient for us, and there's ample parking compared to some of the other Thai joints we like in Sugar Land.
The Pad Thai is amazing. Great local owner restaurant:) will be back.
Delicious food! Mom and Pop feel but the food was sooo good!
🔥
Such a cute place with delicious thai food! We’ve ordered from here three days in a row after trying it out
This is a small restaurant good for small groups.
The food here is very good and the service was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back and will bring my dinner friends group.
First, the food has been amazing. My husband and I stumbled across this gem a couple weeks ago and decided we wanted to order again, and they did not disappoint. I was really impressed though with the owner, John. They were really busy this evening so my husband had to call a few times to place our to go order. My favorite dessert has been mango sticky rice ever since visiting Thailand, and this order came out a-lot different than my first in color and size. Well, i called a few times and couldn’t get anyone so I left a long message about it. To my surprise , within a few minutes i got a call back from the owner, JOHN, who took the time to call and explain the difference in color ( blue vs white) which has to do with a type or flour(flower?) used in the rice and soaker in coconut milk and we discussed the size. He took down my name and told me to ask for him whenever I ordered next. I myself am a business owner and recognize and truly appreciate such great customer service. Even outside of that though, ALL the food we have tried has been REALLY good! this is our new favorite Thai spot. Great job to the owner and team, i give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Looking forward to our next order!
Delicious food and the service is very good. The waitress was very sweet and patient even though it was a busy day. They also serve Halal meat if you have that restriction.
I've had food from Thai American Bistro dine in, pick up, and delivered. It's consistently amazing each time. I even tried the papaya salad since it's so highly recommended even though it's not something I would typically order, it was fantastic. Pad Kee Mao with beef makes me sing with joy, usually get a 3 out of 4 spicy and it's quite an enjoyable flavor and heat.
Excellent Thai food
We order here often—it’s always been so good! Grateful for this spot close to home.
Simple, bright, super casual but food was delicious!
good food.
My new favorite Thai restaurant. Love this place and love how friendly the staff is. It's a family run restaurant and we've loved getting to know them and see their hard work
Amazing food and service had the Tom yum, basil fried rice and red curry
A must visit place if you are in the neighborhood. The service is warm and restaurant is cozy! The food is delicious, good size portions and reasonably priced. The Pad See Eww, Chicken Pad Thai, Tom Yum Soup (extra spicy) and crispy spring rolls are the family favorites.
The food was very good! I ate some fried chicken and sticky rice with noodles and shrimp. DELICIOUS. The Tai Tea is awesome. can’t wait to come back here again!
Didn't dine in so atmosphere Didn't apply. Food was good would try again
Fantastic Food. Very delicious and amazing service. Met the humble chef with a killer Thai Food. Great Job Team. Will see y’all soon. Very soon.
Amazing Thai food!!
Amazing food
Great service
We enjoyed our take out meals. We ordered chicken tai fried rice and chicken pad Thai. They were large portions and the spiciness just right.
We'll definitely go back for more.
I have order her more than a dozen times. Excellent quality of food. I recommend the green curry, but they have a lot of other good choices. I've met some good staff, but only eaten in store once (got a great rec from owner, like a Thai chicken noodle soup).
friendly owners, great food
Love the food here. Thai basil rice is bang on super yummy. The drunken noodles were really good too. The first time I tried I liked the red curry too, but this time it was just whatever. Everything else was super delicious!
Food was great. Service was superior. This neat little restaurant is doing a great job of looking like they are a hole in the wall, but they definitely aren't. I expected pre-fab food (frozen, not freshly prepared), but that is not what they serve. On our visits, their business appeared to mostly be take-out (moderate people coming and going traffic) with only two other tables occupied. Small place: six two-person tables, and two 6-person tables. The star of the show is the food. As usual for most Thai restaurants you can dial the dish heat when you order. Our orders arrived perfectly prepared. Definitely worth the 20+ minute trip from the Richmond area.
Best Thai around, and wonderful service. I love the Red Curry.
Amazing Food! Next Thai Gourmet !!! Hands down the best Thai restaurant now!
Great food and friendly customer service
Hands down some of the best Thai in greater Houston area. Yes I said it! So glad it's close to home.
I have enjoyed everything I have ordered here.
So glad we tried this hidden gem. The wife and I were out looking for something new and happened upon them. The food had excellent flavor and heat level was just right. Services was quick and responsive. Its great to have them in the neighborhood. We will be regulars. The Thai ice tea is the perfect drink to pair with the menu. I appreciate their menu isn't huge. Shows they focused on making a few things really well.
So so so so good! If u live in riverstone/sienna area come try this place NOW. Food is delicious, fresh and just great. Fast and friendly service, looks like it's a mom and pop. Cute, comfortable interior. But man, THE FOOD. Its excellent. Best Thai food I've had in a long while. They also have HALAL options.
Best Thai place in Riverstone…
Would recommend
Just tried this place. Amazing Thai food, very authentic. Good spice level options. Lady working (saidv she was the owner's sister) was extremely nice and friendly. My new go to Thai place, especially being so close (in Riverstone) compared to Thai Cottage. Wife had the Pad Thai, amazing with thin noodles. I had the beef Pad Ka Prao (simple, common thai dish, but surprisingly a lot of restaurants don't carry it), it was on point. Baby girl had fried rice from the kids menu (hefty serving for a toddler). Definitely recommend!!!
Aint nothing American about their food. Tastes as if I was back in Thailand. LOVE IT! You can also adjust the spiciness to your liking.
I ate:
Pad Thai
Boat noodle
Tom yum soup
Authentic Thai food! Friendly staff!
Ordered Take out over the phone of Thai Fried Rice and Green Curry Chicken (both Medium Spicy), Food Tasted fresh, great and flavorful, got a text in 15 min that food was ready and the staff at the place were very courteous, Adding this place to the keeper list and will be ordering more in coming days!!
Very consistent and delicious food. Highly recommend this place. I have catered from here twice and ate inside once and it’s always been amazing!
Their Pad Thai is delicious!
Recently discovered this restaurant, definitely hit the spot. Everything we ordered - red curry , Tom yum and Tom kha soups and the noodles tasted good: this is Will definitely go back again.
Have ordered from here a few times and each time the food has been fantastic! Great flavor and spice.
Meh, the basil tofu had 4 measly pieces of tofu and lots and lots of eggplant. Had I wanted eggplant - I would’ve ordered the basil eggplant. The pad Thai was tasteless, and I did ask for spicy. The reason it’s getting a 3 star and not a 1 star is because the pineapple fried rice saved the day!
I will stick to Naha Thai!
Second review because I decided to give them another try.
I ordered tofu pad Thai, and added shrimp for $3, and I asked for it to be spicy. The pad Thai was SWEET and there were exactly 2 pieces of shrimp. Come on!!
Tried the pineapple chicken fried rice again. It was amazing the first time and today it was just tasteless and mushy.
Not going back EVER.
They might just be the best Thai spot in sugar land. Their spice levels are right on point with lots of flavor. I will continue to keep going there to satisfy my Thai food cravings.
I never make time to write reviews but am so disappointed i have made time. My kids and I love pad thai and went to this place due to the rating online. I drove 45 mins to get to this place. The taste was nothing to write home about, the chicken smelled bad and tasted wierd, one of my kids hated it so much he threw up. What pisssed me off was i paid $3 for shrimp and got exactly 3 small shrimps not exaggerating. So 1 shrimp is $1? I guess the ratings here are not for the pad thai. I will never eat here again.
