I’ve had lots of Thai. You could say I love to ‘thai’ Thai food. And this place is the best, hands down. It always gives me a happy ending…in my stomach. And then in my soul. Because it’s soul food, not “Seoul” food though, that’s different. But I would keep eating this place even if I was the sole person there. That’s how good it is.

It's a nice warm restaurant. They have spice level 1-4. I had level 3 and felt I should have tried 4. We had egg rolls, original fried rice, pad Thai and pad kemow. Everything tasted good. They have BYOB and AMEX card is NOT accepted. I looked their small aquarium with platies.

If I could give a thousand stars to this restaurant I would. Everything is extremely delicious, the appetizers were good portion and great flavour, and I had the Coconut Curry and til this day I'm still dreaming of that sweet flavour. You can tell it's a humble and authentic restaurant. 101% recommended.

Stopped in for some dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the mellow atmosphere and energy in the little restaurant. Dinner prices were a bit more steep than the lunch prices. The food was wonderful!

We happened upon this restaurant when the other restaurant we were going to was closed, and we were so glad we did! It is simply the best Thai food we've had since moving to Texas.

I had the Pad Thai with chicken and it's just like my favorite dish from home. The peanuts put it over the top! They tasted fresh roasted. My boyfriend had the Chu Che Pla. It was the best catfish either of us has ever had! Definitely ordering this again!

The only downside is that there was only one woman working and she had to do takeout, in restaurant serving, and answer the phone. But it was so delicious you forgot about the wait! Come when you have a little bit extra time. It will be worth your wait!

The chu che pla is the dish I would eat on my last day of life. It is simply the best dish I've had in DFW. If you like fish you MUST try it. So crispy. SO delicious.

The food is well packaged for to-go orders. And prices are reasonable. The food is good. Things are on the sweeter side and doesn’t have enough spiciness and sourness. Be sure to order ahead as they are busy and orders then to take longer.

Restaurant in a strip mall with ample parking. It's on the back part of the area so it's a little hard to spot. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and pleasantly decorated. The beef green curry was very good although a little short on beef. The waiter was not at all friendly but provided good service.

This place is A1!! First off the cashier is super sweet and makes you feel at home. Nad their fried rice is to die for ! Its soo good !! Deff will be back bc the service and the food such a great combination. Cant have great food with bad service so this place is awwsome!!

Had a Horrible experience at this place when I went for Dine-in. The person that provided service that day [likely he is owner], he was impatient with me while taking order though I was politely confirming the entree. During the payment time, he didn't have proper knowledge how to use his own credit card machine, he failed multiple times while running my card, getting it declined at least thrice and announcing it to me while I was still at my table. I tried to explain that my card is active and it should work, but he was very defensive trying to prove my card is the problem. When I went over and selected the right options in the card machine, the payment went through successfully. I tried to politely provide my feedback about this service and he responded in a very Rude way screaming at me, without even caring that other customers were present right there. I don't want to ever go back to this place after this worst experience. Service is more important than food in my opinion. No customer deserves this.

Dine here and had take out many times. Food is always delicious, cook time is very fast, prices are reasonable. Great go-to place when you want a casual neighborhood Thai lunch or dinner. Very nice owners / servers. We will keep coming back.

The staff are so kind and welcoming. I tried their food for the first time recently and it was amazing! Defiantly one of the best Thai food places around and the prices are much more reasonable than other restaurants.

We were 3 and ordered fried cod fish with thai herbs and sauce, pad kee mow and thai basi fried rice .
fried Cod fish: taste is really good but contains lot of vegetable oil. It has vegetables as well like brocolli, mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers.
Pad kee mow: texture is perfect , taste is not bad either. Little sweet and we spice level 4 so had both sweet and spice taste.
Thai basil fried rice: chicken is too dry but friend rice has good flavour of basil and few other spices.
Over all experience was good.

Excellent food, easily the best in and around here. Fish fry ( Chu chi pla ) with thai spices is a must try. Fish Pad cha is excellent and must try too.

Best Thai food in the area by far- my husband and I have tried lots of other places and always come back here. It’s been our constant the last 2 years. Sick? Thai pan. Bad day? Thai pan. Celebrating? Thai pan. We order here at least once a month and it’s so good. The green curry, summer rolls, pad Thai and Tom Kha are our favorites. Thank you for always having amazing service and quality!!!!

Was ok, food came out fast. Wife found hair in her food (it happens), but waiter did not say anything and just changed out soup for a salad. My food chicken lemongrass was pretty good and decent size for $10 lunch. But I ordered level 4 hot with 5 being hottest... Pretty sure they did the "he can't handle it" and made it weaker. My people went to war over the spice trade so not sure why they do this. Anyways was really mild. Level 2 max. Cant remember what wife got but was more bland than mine. We will stick to Silver Thai down the street. When I asked for hot there my eyes watered and my sinus cleared, just the way I like it.

The Tom Yum soup was full of chunky ingredients and thus quite filling. The Massaman curry was not as thick and flavorful as I'm used to, but the version I got here is probably a lot more healthful. Since 4.5 stars isn't an option, rounding up to a 5.

This was a disappointing experience. The meat was dry and stringy, and the flavors were mediocre. Plus, for $13 each dish, the portions were not great. For how many Thai places are in the area, we won't be returning.

I have been coming here for years for lunch. I always get Pad Woon Sen with pork and no heat spice level added. It has a slightly sweet note which is what I'm looking for in this dish. It's consistently delicious.

Love Thai food and this was excellent. Adjustable heat is awesome- next time we'll definitely go with a 3 or 4. And a picture of this delicious food.

It was ok, another American version of Thai food. I’m fluent in Thai and overheard the cook asking the waiter how to make a dish in Thai cause he didn’t know how to make it. Overall ok. But I don’t think I’ll come back. Overpriced food for small portions.

This is hands down the BEST authentic Thai restaurant! I absolutely love it every time. The food is fresh and the portions are large enough to share or have left overs and the prices are fair. Tom Kha Chicken soup is outstanding and the drunken noodles are delicious. The summer rolls and peanut sauce is a must have and the list goes on! Service is fast and food is hot and they are always so nice. This is my go to Thai place!

First time there and got to go. The papaya salad was just average but the shrimp fried rice was good (I know why get fried rice at a Thai place...). Giving extra points for the good to go packaging. The papaya salad box was put into plastic bag because they knew it would leak. The freshly woked hot fried rice wasn't just thrown into a Styrofoam container but instead on top of foil first.

Ordered the Tom Yum noodle soup. Included ingredients (mushrooms and tomato) that were not in the menu. No cilantro or green onion. Basically got the same soup (Tom Yum Gai) that my wife ordered with some noodles and bean sprouts. Flavor was good. Double check your order before you leave.

I have been looking for Thai food that compares to my aunt's cooking from Bangkok and Thai pan has satisfied me. Today my girlfriend tried Thai for the first time and loved it, the servers made our rice in the shape of a heart. I will be coming back often.

Ive had Thai food all over the country, and nothing compares to Thai Pan for me. I’ve been eating here since I was a kid and have never once been disappointed with my order. That’s basically unheard of when it comes to restaurants. Their fried tofu is to die for, they have a great spice scale (and you can ask for extra if you like!), the Tom Kha is delicious, and the sauce on their Pad Thai is second to none. Also, the staff is the sweetest. :) I highly, highly recommend them!

Ordered two chicken curt items for dinner from here. It only had bowls of gravy and very little chicken. Taste was not good either. Very disappointing.

Everything about this restaurant is good. The people, menu, ambience and finally food.

Ingredients in the food mass I received were hardly distinguishable. Although the dish was supposed to be spicy, there was no spice nor taste in it. Just a weird rancid smell. They should really think about who is working in their kitchen.

I'm sorry but the order I got through UberEats is literally inedible as my drunken noodles were made with rotten vegetables - specifically broccoli, green bell peppers, and even tomatoes. Rancid taste and smell. Same peppers used in red curry. Whole order going to trash. Why they aren't using fresh ingredients is baffling and beyond me. Saddest looking drunken noodles I’ve ever seen, just nasty never again.

Today I ordered food to pick up from this restaurant. My daughter went in to pick up the food and accidentally grabbed the wrong one. We noticed in the car that it was the wrong order and drove back to get the right one. My daughter went in once again to get the right order and I was completely baffled when she came back into the car sobbing, gasping for air. She said that the workers were yelling at her when she tried to get the correct order. She was completely overwhelmed by the workers and had an anxiety attack right there.The workers showed insane disrespect to not only a customer, but my 12 year old child. I do not support a restaurant that hires terrible like this.

If you are in the mood for amazing Thai food you should definitely order from Thai Pan.

Would no longer recommend, it tasted really sweet, it was all very one dimensional, almost like dessert...
Not sour, not salty, certainly no bitterness. First time having Pad Thai that was red and so sweet I was concerned I would get diabetes.

Delicious lunch here today. Had Pad See Ew which was delicious as well a tasty Green Curry and 4/5 Papaya Salad which burnt oh so good.
Would definitely recommend and will order take out from here as soon as possible!

Called in order and went in to pick it up around 1:15pm place was empty inside. I ordered the Tom Kha noodle soup mild with chicken breast I should of ask for extra meat I swear it was only like 5 pieces inside the soup. The broth was amazing itself had a great flavor. But maybe I should of sat and ate it there cause what I saw on pictures here my soup didn't look anything like it. Looked fuller in the pic.

The food is great. Ann is a chef and very funny if you have the chance to talk with her.

Our waitress was distance at first but by the end of our meal she was pleasant and talkative.

Decent Thai place, we order panang curry and it was too oily, chicken did smell bad will not recommend as there are better Thai options around this part of town.

Great little gem

I love Thai Pan Restaurant in McKinney so I decided to give this place a try. It is a little different the noodle dish that I usually get had a bitter tasting vegetable in it and it threw the whole dish off I asked for no vegetables only green onions but I guess they didn't get the memo because they put that weird vegetable and my food I basically didn't eat any of it because it was impossible to pick it all out and I didn't feel like complaining. I will never go back to this location.

Great tasting Thai food ( which is not easy to find). Staff were cheerful even though it was close to closing time. Pad see you was delicious and spice level is on the real Thai scale.
