Very nice restaurant. Nicely decorated inside. Food and service were fantastic though! Go to this restaurant if you're in Media.

Diner Review №7

Very friendly staff and amazing Thai food. I got the curry samosa, satay marinate, pad thai, and thai jumbo noodles 11/10. I will be back for more thai food.

Delicious. Great spot.

Diner Review №10

Vegan curry noodles were perfect. Spouse got the Pad Thai with tofu and it was lovely too. Large selection of the menu can be made veggie or vegan. Sweet little restaurant with a cozy feel and great service. Can't wait to come back and try their veggie pho next time.

Idk what some of the bad reviews are i’ve been coming here since i was 11 (21 now) with my mom and over the probably hundreds of times i’ve visited i’ve never had a SINGLE bad experience here. Their food is so flavorful, sweet and savory, and i bring family and friends here all the time. LITERALLY their food is amazing. Their staff is adorable and all of them are kind and very attentive. I live in NYC now and STILL don’t order Thai food here or from anywhere else because not a single one is as good as Nooddi Thai Chef. I recommend everyone come here!! Love Nooddi Thai Chef and their staff 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Diner Review №16

Fantastic curry and pad Thai

Diner Review №17

I’ve been coming here for years, and while prices are fairly high for the area, the lunch special is still a decent deal, as you get soup and appetizer and an entree all for the price of the entree itself.

Khao Soi was decent, but the noodles were more soggy than crispy.

Diner Review №19

Great spot for lunch or dinner in Media. Nice selection of entrees but I always end up getting noodes!

Diner Review №20

I arrived soon after opening. I got my food it was room temperature and mostly cold. The food was not presented well. This will be my last time eating there. After being a customer for the last two years.

Diner Review №22

We ordered a takeout from Media location last weekend - hearty soup, thai beef salad, beef curry and “wild boar” dish. The soup was ok, “wild boar” dish was just ok (not worth the money really), the beef in two other dishes was simply horrible - extremely chewy with a very strong aftertaste, like it was at least several days old. We ended up throwing away all beef pieces from our order. Dont waste your money on this place, go somewhere else!

Diner Review №23

Delicious! Extremely kind and patient staff. I love this place!
I left my card there on accident and they mailed it to me! 12/10 customer service. I'll be back every chance I get!

I ordered my favorite for the first time here, Pad woon sen. Was mostly noodles and they seemed microwaved and dry. Very few vegetables or meat. Inside looks really nice but ordered to go. so can’t really judge service or atmosphere.

Diner Review №28

Wonderful food and service!

Diner Review №30

Excellent Thai food in Media. Lots of vegetarian options. Lunch special is a good deal

Diner Review №31

This restaurant maybe good for takeout but I had a below average experience within their restaurant. It is a small restaurant but it took ten minutes to be asked about our drinks. I order pork thai curry for my entree and I never received it because they made the mistake in assuming that the thai curry was for takeout. The server openly yelled at another person for making a mistake. That person came out from behind the back and threw a straw at another group's table out of frustration. It took over an hour to get fried chicken dumplings, thai curry and a beef salad. The portion also was not appropriate for the cost of the food.

Diner Review №32

The prices have gone up and the quality has went to trash. They rely on chef Mic (microwave) to cook their fish, chicken satay, warm desserts and reheat dishes. The only items made in house are the fried appetizers and are actually good. Other than that, everything is a joke to Thai cuisine.

Diner Review №33

Best veg pho ever!!!

Loved it. Had a Daddy-daughter lunch date and it was phenomenal. Will return again.

Diner Review №38

If your Indian and your expecting a Indian kinda thai food then this is not the place for you, you would be disappointed like me.

2 rating cuz I personally didn't like any items over there and everything was sweet even the all the noodles..

$26 Tip was already charged in the bill without our concern.

Diner Review №40

I will say: the waitress was very pleasant. With that being said, I had ordered their Duck w/basil sauce and it was good up until I have found multiple strings of hair. I went back to the restaurant, they made me a new meal, only to find another string of hair. When I went back again in hopes to get a refund, they refused to give it to me and was only going to offer me a spring roll. They even asked me if I was sure it wasn’t duck hair (ducks don’t have hair, they have feathers).

Side note: I was curious and asked the Apollo pizza owner what would he do in that situation and he said he wouldn’t have given me the refund as well even though the situation wasn’t my fault. So keep that in mind when you’re thinking about getting Thai food or Pizza

Diner Review №41

Food was decent. It was a little pricey, but not outrageously so for what they served.

I'll go back for soup and noodles, but prolly something that is more signature for them.

Diner Review №42

There is no way for me to write this review without being brutally honest. It was horrible. We walked in and there was literally a bug 🪳 on the bench we were going to sit on. The server saw it. We saw it. I killed it. My wife and I looked at each other and we decided "Maybe it came in from outside. 🤷‍♀️" to give Nooddi the benefit of the doubt.
I eat Thai food all the time. I lived in Thailand. I am from Queens. I know all the Thai spots so I have had good Thai, and bad Thai.

This food was inedible Thai. 🤢 All I got was fried rice and it was as though they took an entire bottle of fish oil and dumped it in the rice. My wife's pad thai looked somewhere between grey and green. I took one bite on mine, looked at hers, and said we're leaving.
While waiting for the server to bring us our check, she went around and apologized to every other table in there. One table asked if the food was vegan, the server said yes but failed to mention that the noodles had eggs. The poor woman had an allergy to eggs! Luckily, she noticed.
But when she came she asked "Was the food not good?" and I said "I'm sorry but it wasn't. We can't eat this." And she said "Aw I'm sorry".

We went to Wendy's and had a much better meal.
Do Not Eat Here!

Diner Review №43

This is my third times here. My friends ordered pad Thai with shrimps. Chicken with Thai basil fried with rice and egg. The taste were good. For me, I ordered drunken noodles with spicy level 4. I think it’s quite oily and not spicy at all. 😔

The coconut ice cream and mango with sticky rice were perfect.

Diner Review №44

Food is soooo! Worth it. I will definitely be back.🤤🤤🤤

Diner Review №45

Diner Review №46

Love the curry dishes!

Diner Review №47

Good Thai food. Except I had to ask for a spoon to eat with my fork 😂

Diner Review №48

Love it every time I come here. Food is delicious, pricing is reasonable, service is solid, and good ambiance.

Diner Review №49

The pineapple fried rice was a true Asian Delicacy and I would love to come back and get it again. It was in no way stinky or slimy and gave me an amazing warm feeling. Would 100% recommend to anyone new around the area.

Diner Review №50

Great

Diner Review №51

Diner Review №52

This place is EXCELLENT ACROSS THE BOARD. What a fantastic time.

Diner Review №53

Diner Review №54

I've eaten many Thai meals in variety locations, BUT the drunken noodle here is the absolutely WORST meal I've ever eaten in my life. Beef is super chewy that if you will have to chew for 5 minutes/each slices. My summary is DISGUSTING

Diner Review №55

Diner Review №56

EVERY time our (retired) partner comes to visit, the ONLY place he wants to meet for lunch is Noodi. Food and service are great, so why mess with success. Mark Schmidt; Schmidt, Kirifides & Rassias, Media, PA

Diner Review №58

My buddy took me here knowing I love noodles. The food was good just very high priced. The worker working was extremely kind and very pleasant person. We went around lunch time and it got busy fast. Definitely recommend this place. Only complaint is the price of the food.

Diner Review №59

Diner Review №60

Diner Review №61

For this place to be in Media, I expected more. The food portions were very small and it didn't taste authentic. It tasted like an American was trying to make the dish for the first time. The two items that I did like were the 🦀 Rangoon and the spring rolls everything else was not up to par! Have to try another Thai restaurant...this was not it!

Diner Review №64

Go elsewhere this is lunch truck Chinese mascara dinner

Diner Review №65

Appetizers (shrimp tempura was not good, perhaps from frozen)

Diner Review №66

I ordered the dumpling soup stuffed w/ shrimp & chicken. It had cabbage in it & was very good! My fiance ordered the coconut soup, it was very good but had a hint of jasmine it. I liked mine better!! I ordered the fried, red snapper for dinner & we shared it. It was chewy the way it was fried. It was $23 & wasn't great @ all! I only enjoyed the steamed veggies & white rice. The prices are expensive!! They want $11 for 2 scoops of ice cream for dessert or a lil piece of cake each! It's not worth it. I would order the soup again though.

Diner Review №67

Diner Review №68

The most velvety curry but you might leave hungry. The portions sizes are not enough for me and I’m a small eater, let alone my husband. For the price, and deliciousness I wanted much more.

Diner Review №69

We took the recommendation of our waitress and loved our food. Highly recommend, everything was delicious! Rice portions are small, so if you love rice like me, make sure to ask for an extra portion ahead of time. 🍚 Servers were incredibly attentive!

Diner Review №70

The food was delicious. I had a curry dish, salad and moon dumplings or something like that. It was all amazing.

Diner Review №71

The only place I’ll get Thai food. Worth the money and the drive. Must have: Spicy Drunken Noodles with Duck. Even if you’re not big into duck, the duck in this dish is so worth it. Duck Is a fattier poultry and it soaks into the noodles making this dish to die for. My partner doesn’t ever eat duck, but she always gets the duck on this dish, extra spicy. Their crab Rangoon and spring rolls are also very good, but the drunken duck noodles are the star of this show.

Diner Review №72

Diner Review №73

I love the food here and it's been consistently good. However, since the pandemic they've been hiking prices by a lot. I walk out of there with paying over $20 a dish not even including a tip and they're not special dishes. That's bonkers. I remember paying less than $15 a dish a few years ago. They're now the most expensive asian food spot that I've seen in the area. One of the other Thai locations is a whole $5 a dish cheaper for the same thing. I hate goodbyes but I may be looking elsewhere for reasonably priced food.

Diner Review №74

We came here after trying the Thai Noodi Chef location at glen mills assuming it would be the same. Comes to find out they have separate owners and the food tasted very different.

To begin, the service is great. The young man who works as the waiter is extremely kind. However the food is not the best. We ordered the chicken pad thai and it was too saucy and overly sweet. The chicken in the pad thai was extremely blend and did not seem it was cook with the noodles.

Diner Review №75

Diner Review №76

Pricy but good food

Diner Review №77

Diner Review №78

Great service and fantastic food!

Diner Review №79

Diner Review №80

Party of 7 everyone enjoyed the food, very tasty

Diner Review №81

Great tasting Thai and friendly staff

Diner Review №82

Great food, prices, and service

Diner Review №83

The food was amazing. However, we ordered an appetizer of spring rolls and our waitress completely forgot and never brought them. It wasn't even a busy night so I'm not sure why this happened. She was friendly overall tho

Diner Review №84

Food was good. Employees little girl screaming not so good.

Diner Review №85

Food was good. 2 stars because of child standing on prep counter.

Diner Review №86

I think the restaurant is understaffed. It took way too long for the food to come out even though there were only 6 tables. I understand that there are pickup orders as well but if you can’t serve 6 tables in a reasonable amount of time then I don’t think that’s a good service. The waitress was nice tho. There was a table next to me that wasn’t got cleaned for the entire time I was there. One thing struck me the most was the dish called “Som Tam”, which is Thai papaya salad. However, the dish was a basic spring mix with no papaya. I ordered a chicken and tofu pad Thai, but they messed it up and put the tofu in my friend’s order. I’m very disappointed about the food and the whole dining experience.

Diner Review №87

The food is okay, not very authentic. The “som tam” doesnt have any papaya in it. Our visit was extremely understaffed; the service was lethargic despite our waitress being super kind and friendly. The table next to us wasn’t cleared from the time was sat to the time we left.

Diner Review №88

Good food. Nice atmosphere. Good service. No complaints.

Diner Review №89

Have been going to Noodi in Media, PA for years and generally enjoy it. Not sure if there has been a change in leadership but our latest visit was not great. Missing one of 3 items on a pick-up order. Had to wait an extra 10 min to get our Crab Ragoon and when we got home, it was burnt with very little filling... so not worth 10.95. The Kimchi was good as usual. They charged more than the prices on the menu. The service was very slow and not very friendly. No apologies or anything for the missing food and extra wait time.

Diner Review №90

Amazing drunken noodle take out.

Diner Review №91

Nooddi was generous enough to seat us 25 minutes before closing. The food came out promptly, the music was chill, and the service was so friendly. The tom kha soup with tofu was delicious!

Diner Review №92

Decent food - One of the entrees was cold on arrival, despite the place being relatively empty when we walked in. They did reheat/remake one of the dishes. However, both the dishes we had (Red Curry and Jungle Queen) tasted almost similar, which was a bummer. Will try something different if I end up there again to see how it pans out.

Diner Review №93

This is a slap in the face to Thai food. People GO elsewhere. I want my money back

Diner Review №94

Diner Review №95

Halal chicken was available. Delicious food!!

Diner Review №96

Terrible food, terrible packaging.

Diner Review №97

Ordered food on a Saturday night, at 6.30PM as my friend wanted Thai. They told me to pick up 50minutes later. I arrive at 7.15PM because I like to pick up my food warm and not sitting on a counter for 15 minutes. They had no trace of my order, but did tell me remembering I called. They had to ask me what I ordered again. Looked like two clueless students working behind the counter, the place was full of standing customers waiting to pick up their food, nothing was ready and everyone was pretty upset. Now he tells me that the food will be ready in 20 minutes, I said OK. I went outside to let my friend know that it would take a bit longer than expected because it wasn't ready. I talk with my friend a little bit, and go back about 15 minutes later to get my food. The guy asks me again what I had ordered, I tell him that I just told him for the second time 15 minutes ago, he answers well I thought you were angry and you left so I did not get your food ready .... Needless to say that by that time, YES I WAS ANGRY!!! And so was everyone else standing at the counter waiting for their food. I left and told the guy I would write this review. This place is a joke, I used to go when they opened and it was always good. The prices have gone up, the quality of the food has gone down, it's just OK now, I've had much better Thai, but the service? Seriously? What are they thinking? Listen, if you cannot keep up with the take outs, just tell people on the phone and we will find another solution. Totally unacceptable. Put some more people behind the counter on a Saturday night, and make sure they know what they are doing. Scrambling through post-it notes all over the counter is probably not very efficient. Even if had gotten my food, it would probably not even have been the right order ..... I crossed the street, went to order sushi at Temaki, they were ready in 10 minutes, my order was perfect, the staff was courteous .... I will NEVER EVER set foot at Nooddi again.

Diner Review №98

Great food, but not cheap.

Diner Review №99

if you’re in a rush don’t do it -but if you have time- it’s a tasty thai lunch. we had the curry noodle and drunken noodle lunch specials. very good flavor. really loved the mushroom moon dumpling. the decor is not great but the food is solid.

Diner Review №100

Waited 1.5 hrs and requested twice for my food. I almost canceled it but then they said it was ready. I waited another 10 min and had it wrapped up to go. My bill was incorrect and I had to ask them to remove charges for two things I did not order. Very poor service.

Diner Review №101

The spring roll is very crispy. I like the coconut custard.

Diner Review №102

I’ve always liked this place but upon my most recent visit there was roaches crawling off the walls and across the booth so I no longer feel comfortable eating here

Diner Review №103

Diner Review №104

Great local Thai food and great service

Diner Review №105

Nice little spot. Can order extra spicy and actually get it thai spicy.

Diner Review №106

Hands down the WORST food I’ve ever had from so many positive reviews. It’s currently in the trash. Pad Thai was foul tasting. The other two dishes were inedible as well. Prices are ridiculous. $46 for three noodle dishes?? Nothing in them by way of protein or vegetable to drive that price.
Do not recommend nor will ever return.

Diner Review №107

Dinner there, food is OK and too salty, service is slow as I had to grab the menu myself.

Diner Review №108

Way too oily and nowhere in comparison to the one in Glen Mills

Diner Review №109

Excellent Tom Yum soup

Diner Review №110

Diner Review №111

Service was terrible. Saw mulitple cockroaches crawling on the floor. Food was bland and undercooked. Would not give me a refund. Never, and I mean never go to this restaurant.

Diner Review №112

The drunken noodle have a really strong fishy smell, I dont know what it is but it's horrible. It used to be my fav dish. Sad

Diner Review №113

Diner Review №114

Excellent food and reasonable prices. Service was great as well.

Diner Review №115

The food was wonderful. The prices are reasonable and the service was as good as anyone can expect be during these Covid days.

Diner Review №116

Nice atmosphere and nice staff

Diner Review №117

Absolutely wonderful. A wide variety of tastes in one place. A unique melting pot one could say. I must go again.

Diner Review №118

Ordered Dumpling sampler and Veg entrée.
Kitchen is slow is prepping but food is good.
Fried ice cream is really good.

Diner Review №119

Drunken noodle w/chicken and Bangkok garlic chicken were great. Looking forward to coming back.

Diner Review №120

Great BYO place! Their lunch special is my favorite in town. Would highly recommend the Tom Kha soup, pad se ew, and the spicy noodles.

Diner Review №122

Diner Review №123

Diner Review №124

Absolutely delicious, just visiting Philly and I wanted something fast and tasty and this delivered all that and more. Fantastic. Cashew shrimp and chicken... if I lived near here I would get it all the time!!!!

Diner Review №125

Diner Review №126

Diner Review №127

Great food and friendly staff! My girlfriend’s favorite, too!

Diner Review №128

Great Thai food! I have been going there for over 10 years

Diner Review №129

The meal was AMAZING! The service was top notch! The atmosphere is so endearing and comfortable! 10/10 will eat here again!

Diner Review №130

Always great go in to eat much better than takeout.

Diner Review №131

Worst pad Thai I've ever had. Vegetables had to have been from cans, noodles were a solid mass, literally no flavor. I tried to eat it because I was hungry, but threw the whole thing in the trash. I'd give it a negative star rating if i could.

Diner Review №132

I went into the restaurant for a takeout and the food was generally bad. The Chicken Pineapple Fried Rice smelled bad and was slimy indicating that the food went bad. Crab Fried Rice was a similar story. The Dumplings were dry and the wrapping was not cooked thoroughly.

I would highly advise against going to this branch. The one at Wilmington Pike, Glen Mills is the best and truly served one of the best Thai Fried Rice in Philly.

Diner Review №133

I get take-out dinner from Noodi at least once a week. Everything I've ever gotten has been amazing. My personal must have is the kimchi dumplings 🤤 Foods always ready pretty quickly and the portions are good for the price. I easily can have 2 dinners out of one order of curry or pad thai. Definitely recommend!

Diner Review №134

Excellent food and service

Diner Review №135

Diner Review №136

Great prices and service with delicious thai offerings, will come back to try more!

Diner Review №137

Ordered 3 entrees for pickup and was told to arrive in 30 min. Waited an additional 40 minutes after arriving. After we finally got our food and got home, the pad Thai had barely any sauce on it (it was so bad I went to acme to buy a bottle of sauce to use on it). I was extremely disappointed.

Diner Review №138

The food is fantastic and our server Louise was a delight to chat with.

Diner Review №139

Wonderful! Our waitress was friendly, patient, and attentive. The Ginger Wild was Perfect. The Thai Basil was delicious - but could use a bit more heat; that likely needs to be requested. The Coconut Soup was very good, but, not what I expected. It had no red curry at all, so, a tad bland, but a very nice comfort soup the way they make it.

Their Thai iced tea - Perfection.

We will definitely be back.

Diner Review №140

Diner Review №141

Every Thai restaurant I go to (and I've been to a lot) I always order Thai fried rice. Nooddi by far has the worst I have ever ate. First of all they clearly use a frozen or canned vegetable mix of peas carrots and green beans. Secondly such a small portion for $15. Thirdly I ordered my rice with shrimp. The shrimp taste like they just put cocktail shrimp on top of your rice, it wasn't seasoned or cooked. If they put as much effort into the flavor of the food as they do with the presentation they would be alright. I highly recommend Sugar and spice or Avianna for Delaware County Thai food!!! So much better than this place and by far less expensive for the amount you get. Very disappointed.

Diner Review №142

Diner Review №143

Excellent food. Amazing & attentive service!!

Diner Review №144

Well, to start, all of the workers are here under the table for about $40 a night. Which, if you’ve ever worked or been to a restaurant, you know most waitresses keep their own tips and that’s what they profit, well not the case for the unfortunate 14-18 year olds that are the waiters and waitresses here. Food is not kept in prime conditions that ensure food cleanliness or freshness. I always very much appreciated the vegan options, but everything is cooked together so it doesn’t really make a difference. As far as bugs in the food, it’s quite common actually. While working there I had one climb in my bag and almost took a roach home with me, so keep your items on your lap while visiting. The Thai tea was pretty good until I realized it’s more than likely days old at some points, only on busy nights is it made over and over. Unfortunately the owner takes a lot of pride in this establishment but as a former customer as well as worker, I must say it’s the LAST place I’d recommend on state street especially. If you want authentic food then go to the Thai place across the street, they’re super nice, or go to the mexican place two blocks over. You’ll be saving your money and time. I can’t imagine them being safe during covid, when precovid safety regulations were absolutely atrocious for ANY food establishment.

Diner Review №145

The woman at he front desk was very friendly and helpful. Food is very good!

Diner Review №146

We really enjoy the food here - we've only ever done pickup, and each time it's easy and on time - the people working there are very nice!

Really happy we finally tried this place after 4.5 years of living in Media...now I crave it!

Diner Review №147

Best noodles I think I've ever had. Very fast service too.
We got Mee Goreng and Singapore noodles.

Diner Review №148

Food is always delicious. Crew is excellent. Love Noodii's in Media.

Diner Review №149

Service takes very long, especially for delivery orders, I waited 30 minutes extra for my order. Also, when you try to call they are very quick to run to the next call. The owner actually hung up on me because he was so flustered.

Diner Review №150

Sweet, bland food that is not authentic or tasty. The spice levels are not accurate as well. The quality of ingredients are poor. Overall, this is one of the worst Thai places that I have eaten. I don’t understand all the previous reviews. Very disappointing

Diner Review №164

Staff went above and beyond

Diner Review №165

Easy to customize your order, great tasting food.

Diner Review №166

Fantastic food, friendly staff, and tons of vegan options! This place has been here for years, but this was my first visit. It's a small, cozy space, but with plenty of tables and pleasing decor. The staff was super friendly and answered all our dietary questions.

And there are SO MANY vegan options! Even the mango sticky rice dessert is vegan! They also have many gluten free choices!

Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Diner Review №167

Great lemongrass soup!

Diner Review №168

Diner Review №169

I love this Thai restaurant. A friend brought me here and now it’s the only place I go for Thai food! The pad Thai is BOMB! I highly recommend the kimchi dumplings.

Favorite Thai place!!

Diner Review №174

Very fresh and tasty options. Fast and friendly service!

Diner Review №175

Diner Review №176

The pad Thai was not very flavorful and one of my pieces of chicken had a bone attached. They did not include silverware in my order.

Diner Review №177

Im not sure what’s going on with this place but I been coming there for almost a year now. I waited 20 minutes with no server to ask or even hand me a menu. They basically ignored me so I left. You lost a customer I won’t be coming back it’s a shame because I really liked the food here. Terrible customer service some of the worse i experienced.

Diner Review №178

Food here is always outstanding!

Diner Review №179

Diner Review №182

My wife and I did a date night at Nooddi the other day. It was a nice quiet place to sit and enjoy each other's company. Food was pretty good, and service was fair...a great place to go if you have time. While we sat in the restaurant, the number of UberEats orders shocked us... it was a constant stream. My wife recommends the Thai Curry.

Diner Review №183

Terrible food, which is probably why they have to scam people with their fake "lunch special" to make a buck.

Diner Review №184

Diner Review №185

It was okay, tastes were kind of off? Like vinegar and not warm??

Diner Review №186

Diner Review №189

Diner Review №190

Food is great. Service is very slow.

Diner Review №191

I used to love the fried chicken dumplings in this place but as of today a not so good review coming from me. The restaurant where we were seated was filled with tiny cockroaches that came swarming from the corner table into the wall while we were trying to have our dinner that even terrified the server who was serving us.It made me think how much roaches will be there in the kitchen area if there were so many in the seating area .They did give us 10% discount over the meal after the roaches had made me get up and change my location to the adjacent seat but too late even if they would have offered me free food I am not visiting them again , definitely not a hygienic and clean place to have food if you need to avoid any major health issues. Not recommended by me as of today.

Good local Thai restaurant. The food we had was will prepared included chicken satay, Thai bandage salad, Tom ka soup, Bangkok garlic all very well done. If you live in Media, it's an rest walk. If you're driving look for parking. Expect to pay about $40 for 2-people.
