I'm so glad I found this place. Right in the heart of town. Very nice dark/low-key atmosphere, food is always delicious, and service is impeccable. Awesome place to take that special someone or the family. Everything about Izu is consistent, so you're getting what you pay for every time. Very good menu selections. How many rolls can you consume in one sitting? How many are Izu willing to make? Remember to let someone else pour your sake for you!

As we were walking towards a pizzeria, we saw Izumi sushi and decided to try them out. Boy, was that a great decision. Friendly service, great food and chill atmosphere. Sashimi was fresh and very good. Price wasn’t bad either.

Me and my fiancé visited Izu Sushi yesterday. I have to tell it was our best experience so far. My fiancé is Thai so visited a many sushi/sashimi restaurants,small,big expensive but sushi here was best. All ingredients so fresh and decorated really well. Veggie tempura was really good too, in other places we used to get just 4 or 5 pieces of veggies but here was a lot more Place is smaller but really cozy. We saved location in our favorite places even we live hour away,I’m sure we will visit restaurant in future

My son and I visited this restaurant twice in one week. My son loves sushi, and he doesn't like crowded places this was the perfect spot. I was able to find parking in front of the restaurant and we never waited to be seated. I love their friendly staff. They even remembered us when we returned. My son even asked me to do a review, and he is only 10. The Alaska salmon rolls, miso soup, green salad and teriyaki shrimp where amazing. I ordered a strawberry smoothie which was also good. We also had California rolls and calamari rings. The staff even provided my boys with a pineapple treat at the end of our meals. We were in town for only a few days and will be back once we visit again.

Every specialty sushi roll I've had here has been great. The few kitchen entrees I've tried are quality too. Preparation is always quick as well.

Wow!! Found this place on Uber eats and let me tell you; The food was amazing!! I’m new to Pennsylvania and this place was much needed!! They have this yellowish sauce that is sooo good!! I put it on my whole meal!!! Goes great with the avocado mango rolls as well 😊👌 My new go to spot and will be visiting soon!

I had the sweetheart roll, salmon avocado, and eel avocado rolls were fresh amazing. The atmosphere is cute for date nights and was informed it's BYOB. There's other non sushi items on the menu too. My friend ordered udons and it smelled delicious from across the table. Definitely adding to my list of Lansdale eatery.

While opening a business very close by, I believe I ordered our dined in at LEAST once a week! Such a cute place inside, and the food is great and affordable! I reccomend the bento box lunch, you get some much bang for your buck! I enjoyed the chicken katsu, and the Amazing Shrimp! Sushi is fresh, and you HAVE to try the money bags!! Our families all love it here now, and we are happy to have them close by!!

I have been on a Ramen hunt across America, my standard was high as my first introduction was Ippudo in NY. Initially, I didn't think this Ramen made the top of my list; however, after trying other establishments this is the 2nd best Ramen I have had and the best Ramen in Landsdale. My only complaint was that the Ramen was on the saltier side but I will take that versus weak flavored broth.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They are extremely unsanitary! Not only did I witness someone prepping food AND COUGHING OVER IT (no mask on, and did not turn away or cough into their elbow), but the soup I received had TWO pieces of hair on ONE wonton! Imagine how many other pieces of hair may have been floating around in the broth. Please do not go here if you care about your health!!!!!

Fuji morning is my all time favorite.

Don’t waste your money. My wife works near here so on occasion we would order takeout for her to pickup on the way home. While it was never out of this world good, it was always consistently solid. That is until today’s order.

We got pineapple fried rice (decent), miso soup (ok), sweet potato tempura roll (eh), AAC roll (bad), and Asian mango chicken (awful). In particular the AAC roll the avocado was brown and unappetizing. And the mango chicken description implied a glazy kind of sauce, but the container looked like chicken and veggies in a soup. It was very unappetizing both visually and taste wise. The pictures should explain well what I mean. All in all, last time we order from here.

Twice I've ordered takeout from this place and they tell me 20 minutes. 1 hour later and no food. Gave them one last chance. Ordered online and it says 30 minutes but to wait in th car and they'll call when it's ready. An hour later, no call, food was sitting on the counter. I'm done with this mediocre place.

They really need to stop putting their kids to work. I didn’t talk to anyone over 6 years old during my whole visit. Also saw one of the kids wipe his nose and touch peoples’ food. Absolutely vile and not okay whatsoever. Not only that but the portion sizes are a joke. Ordered a shrimp tempura roll which only came with 4 pieces and 3 pieces of tuna sashimi for $20. Never ever coming back.

Ordered delivery to the hotel, received the order at the door courtesy of their preferred vendor, food was hot and delicious! Pretty sure the amazing chicken has crack in it; it's addictingly good 🤤👌 10/10 would recommend

Used to order here a lot and it was good, up until tonight when the food was vastly different quality. The miso soup was very watered down and the sushi was not the same as it usually is. The fish had fat in almost half of it and even only eating a few pieces, I feel sick to my stomach. Definitely went down hill

Overall I was unimpressed with the restaurant. I was welcomed by a very young child and while it may be an unpopular opinion that unsettled me greatly. The wait to have my order taken was much longer than I expected to the point I almost left without even trying the food. The people who work there appear to be kind natured but that alone does not make a successful business.
I ordered a salad, appetizer from the kitchen, and an entrée from the kitchen. Originally I planned to order quite a bit more in order to really test out the full menu experience, but the prices were more than I was willing to pay given my loss of appetite over waiting too long to have my order taken.
The salad was confusing as I was not given a choice of dressing, the dressing was slathered all over my salad, and in the end ended up not being to my taste.
Bacon wrapped scallops looked nothing like the picture in the menu, not to mention they were drenched in a sickly sweet sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds which again are not to my taste. There was no mention of this in the menu; I souly went off the picture, that was a mistake.
My entrée, the seafood triple, met my personal quality standards, however unfortunately the vegetables that the meal was served with proved to be ones I could not eat due to personal health reasons. However again there was no mention nor warning of this in the menu.
As an apology for the long wait I was given a free desert, fried cheesecake, on the house. While the gesture was nice enough I unfortunately could not eat that either due to personal health reasons.

Because of the above reasons I highly doubt I will ever dine at this restaurant again, and I would not personally recommend going either. The menu is very misleading and the service is too slow for someone with a busy lifestyle.

Delicious food great service very friendly

First I must say the owners had their young kids working at front desk , very unprofessional. They were only like 8 or 9 years old. Second, the young girl working at front desk had mask on and coughing. We decided to move outside at that point. The girl coughing carried out my husbands water and from then on he did not touch it. Outside chairs were dirty. Sushi came out and it was not good. All fillers no fish. We complained to waiter and he did nothing. Let’s just say we will never be going back. There are so many other good sushi restaurants nearby like Ooka. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Pineapple fried rice is excellent. We had a Philadelphia roll, an avocado mango roll, and an Alaska roll. All were fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely come again.

Sushi is absolutely delicious. We eat once a month from IZU and it’s always above and beyond with presentation & flavor! Fresh fish & great service!

This is one of the best sushi places I have ever been to, and I've been to a tons! The lunch combo and prices in general are VERY reasonable, they were one of the few places that soak their ikura in sake, and their portion sizes are very generous! The amount of fish is thick and rice on the rolls is thinner. A lot of sushi places cut costs by having a lot of rice and small amounts of fish, but not these guys! They also have a lot of unique options like pumpkin soup!

Their avocado and mango in the rolls are super refreshing as well and the size of the ginger salad was big! Never seen that before! Their boba teas are yummy and they even put extra effort to make cute designs on their entree plates with Sriracha sauce and spicy mayo. The decor is nice too.

It's not the closest sushi place to us, but we will go out of our way to get some of the best sushi here in Montgomery County! So many unique rolls and they are really delicious and fresh! Service can be a little slow during busy times but they are super friendly and will go out of their way to make accommodations for the guests. It is understandable in the current labor market when good workers are hard to find... and keep. Definitely a must-try!

This was my first time there. The service was friendly and prompt. The sushi sampler plate was very good. It contained several raw fish sushi. We also ordered California roll. It was tasty, stuffed with avocado. My main course was teriyaki salmon with fried brown rice. It was delicious. I recommend this place if you want sushi or some Oriental dinner plus you're supporting the Lansdale merchants!

Do NOT order from here. If you want to go in person. Your experience may be different. I ordered 5:36pm. I called to check in on my order at 7:15pm and they claimed it wasn't ready. I call back 5 minutes later to cancel and suddenly its out for delivery.

The estimated time for delivery was 6:46pm. Im pretty sure they lied to keep me from cancelling. Luckily I was paying cash. I had no problem denying the order when it arrived.

There a number of sushi places in Lansdale and the surrounding area, but you don’t need to look any further than Izu. Izu is the best sushi I have ever had, and it’s conveniently right on Main Street in Lansdale. With friendly service, an excellent menu, and a welcoming environment, your next sushi dinner needs to take place here.

I'm a frequent customer, and I have to say this is one of the best sushi places in town. This is second only to sushi back in japan! And I would know, I go to Japan often. There is a variety of sushi and other Asian foods, so there is something for everyone to enjoy! My personal favorite is the money bags. If you're up for some sushi, I can assure you it'll be worth your money and time to come here.

I paid same amount of money to eat this and they made it like this to look okay on the top and look at the thickness of each tuna piece. They told me that I pressed wrong button to order this but what kind of button did I press wrong on the Dasher to have thin piece of tuna and half cut tuna when it supposed to be covered all the way and make a heart. Never ordering from here from Dasher.

2 years ago, this place was great and fresh. Tonight, I got food poisoning after ordering food delivery from here. Vomited couple hours later, extreme abdominal pain. Didn't taste the same as items we normally used to order.

There are better sushi restaurants in the Lansdale area, and Izu is acceptable but nothing special. Their rice reminds me of Sushi rice from the 1980s; overly sweet (at least for my palate.

So, why two stars? I called and ordered from their sushi lunch menu. I requested no white tuna and chose the miso soup rather than the salad.

I picked up my order and —you guessed it— it had white tuna. But wait! There’s more! They gave me salad rather than the miso soup I ordered.

There’s better sushi in the area with better quality fish, and they don’t screw up your order like Izu.

Love the dressing on their salad. Good spicy tuna rolls. The 3 roll lunch meal is a great deal. Bit of a difficult location to get to by car though, you need to park and walk.
