Family owned restaurant serving authentic Lao and Thai cuisine.
Such a lovely place. This is our 2nd time here and it's still so good. For the price, you will not be disappointed - portions are huge and quality of food is delicious and authentic. Service is wonderful. Place is so clean and beautiful. The only thing is it's not spicy so don't be afraid of getting 4 or 5. Overall, such a great thai place!
UPDATE: 2/07/2025
Still the BEST Lao & Thai restaurant in Dallas metro area. I’ve tried other Thai restaurants but Sticky Rice is still the best and authentic place to get nam khao. The owner said they make them fresh to order. No wonder it tastes so good! Their Lao style papaya salad is top notch and so wonderful with sticky rice. The owners and the employees are so sweet and very attentive. They gave us a tote bag, cups and hats with their custom logo on it. For sure we’ll be wearing the hats often.

We order food here once a week since they open a few years ago. By far it’s still the best place for authentic Lao and Thai food. I tend to order the same thing, like my favorite Lao style papaya salad, catfish curry, sticky rice and pad see ew. I always order jeow bong. They have the best jeow-bong in town. Besides the Lao festival, this restaurant is the only place we order jeow-Bong. For the first time, I ordered Kao Peik noodle soup since I keep seeing posted on FB. I always smell and taste any soup first before I put anything in it. I am very impressed how flavorful the soup is! The best part about this soup is that they serve with fried garlic. I love garlic! I can eat garlic like there’s no tomorrow. This place is awesome!
Excellent food! The last time, my husband had the pineapple fried rice and he said it was very good. You have to know my husband, but he is very very picky. I had the fresh spring rolls. I don’t like spring rolls that are deep-fried and they have delicious spring rolls with a variety of meats that you can add upon request. The service is quick and the workers are friendly. I have company in town we go there and have the Pad Thai.
We ended up eating here by accident and we loved it! Another place was getting ready to close for the evening so we decided to try Sticky Rice. The service was good, very friendly. And the food was delicious!! Reasonably priced, and a generous portion. We will definitely go back again!
Fantastic food! We don’t eat out much but when we do, we try new places. It was so good! I personally had the chicken fried rice, my kids got Pho, sweet and sour chicken and my husband got the Mongolian beef. Also they have these giant macaroon ice cream sandwiches. 🫶🏽 The price is a little high but what isn’t these days. Great service!
Sticky Rice was a yes for me! Ordered Pad Thai and Pad See Ew; both had a lot of flavor and the portions were generous to say the least! Spice level was rated 1-5 peppers, I got two and felt like it had none, bf got 3 and just a hint of spice. One thing that I LOVED about it was the food was PIPING hot! Idk about you guys but I feel like actual hot food is a lost art at restaurants nowadays but not at Sticky Rice! The crème de la crème was definitely the mango sticky rice! 🥭🍚 Rice was the perfect consistency, sticky, but not mushy; partnered with the sweet coconut milk and tangy sweet mango it was absolute perfection; highly recommend. Service was good not great. The only real critique I had was ambiance; dining experience is cold and quiet; aesthetic adds to the lack of environment. Would definitely order to go again for sure!
Sticky Rice is a delightful Thai restaurant and a local favorite for residents of Murphy, Wylie, and Sachse. Known for its authentic flavors and cozy atmosphere, it offers a memorable dining experience. The Tom Yum soup is absolutely outstanding—packed with bold, tangy flavors and a perfect balance of spice. If you enjoy heat, go for a spice level 3 for a solid kick. The soup does have a generous amount of mushrooms, so be sure to request no mushrooms if you’re not a fan.
Another standout dish is the Pad Kee Mao with sliced beef. The beef is tender, flavorful, and pairs perfectly with the dish’s aromatic spices and fresh basil. It’s worth noting that the restaurant sometimes shreds the meat instead of slicing it, so it’s recommended to specifically request sliced beef for the best experience.
While the quality of food is excellent, the pricing feels slightly on the higher side for a local spot. Hopefully, the prices can become a bit more affordable while maintaining the high standard of food and service. Overall, Sticky Rice is a must-visit for Thai food lovers in the area, offering rich flavors and quality dishes in a welcoming setting.
Really tasty curry dish followed up by the popular Sticky Rice and Mango dessert with the right amount of warmed rice with warmed coconut cream and a healthy serving of sliced mango; so good!! The peanut dressing on the side said was good too! Don’t forget to get Thai Tea to top off the experience!
The penang curry is some of the best I've ever had
Kind staff. Good food. Can't go wrong with their Thai Beef Fried Rice Yellow Chicken Curry and Tom Yum Soup. I also love the Jasmine and Ginger Teas.

Genuinely the best thai food in the entire metroplex
Good food, service and at a reasonable price.
We have been going to this restaurant for years and it is always an excellent experience. I am a vegetarian and I particularly like their veggie eggrolls. Their pho with tofu is delicious. The salads are always fresh and the dressings tasty. The staff is accommodating, efficient and pleasant. My only complaint is that they are not open at 11 am on weekends, ( they open at noon instead)but they have to rest sometimes, I am sure : )

Really enjoyed the flat noodles! And cream cheese egg roles
Great food and great service
This place is too good. We always get the pad see ew with extra beef and yellow curry with beef (both at level 3). We do take out each time and eat enough for that first meal, and it’s still good as leftovers for a couple days after (it only lasts that long lol). They give a good amount. It’s pricey but you get enough food.
The best Thai food in the area and the restaurant service is excellent.
I always order the pineapple fried rice and it tastes absolutely delicious. My only issue with this restaurant is the customer service.
I ordered massiman curry and it was unbelievably good. The best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Staff looked like they didnt want to be there. I'm still looking for authentic Chinese food in the DFW without being "Tex-Mex". Authentic Chinese fried rice or Chow mein doesn't contain corn or jalapeños. I'm sorry, I've eaten Chinese all over the country. I'm done searching, I'll stick to Panda Express at least I know what to expect.
This is probably the best Thai food in DFW. Everything we ordered has been amazing
Flavor Bomb!!! I am kicking myself for not getting to this place sooner. We got a to go order and had a 20 minute drive home - opened up the boxes to it still steaming hot so you know it’s super fresh. It was flavorful and the portions are SO big for the price. My husband was a tad disappointed that his wasn’t spicier (he got level 4) but he said he wasn’t mad because the flavors were so robust. Will be returning soon!
Chicken Fresh Rolls ( their version of a Summer Roll) were a little dry . Only two will cost you almost $8 with tax.
Great herb chicken and red pepper sauce. Got the pork rolls as well. Very good food.
Very good food and they also brought the food fast. Also very good customer service.

I used to work in the international district in Seattle with a Thai restaurant on every corner. Sticky Rice could hold it's own up there, making it the best Thai in area
Esta una mecera que discrimina
Their online ordering needs help. Ordered through Grubhub and the delivery time is always too ambitious. Initially said would be delivered at 6:15. It changes once the order is received which I’m used to on a Friday. Then I get a notice saying order cancelled due to unexpected volume.
I don’t know what to expect when I order here anymore. It’s gotten really bad lately.
I tried this place for the first time last week and the pad kee mow were really good, went back and got the pad Thai noodles but I’m super disappointed, the noddles were all stuck together and the dish was extremely dry, probably won’t be going back for that
This would be a 5 star if eating their rice didn't feel like I'm crunching on sand. Can you all please make sure the rice is washed and rinsed properly? I love the taste of everything but every time I eat rice from there it feels like I have gravel in my mouth.
I can’t wait to go back
I’m a Chef and I must say Everything was great. The Pho was so delicious!!! Thanks for your service.

Upon two visits some fairly extensive culinary satisfaction has been realized.
Both times I eagerly enjoyed the Pad Thai while dining in, along with a couple of chicken eggrolls. Each time I also ordered their pineapple fried rice to go.
I added chicken and shrimp to both of these dishes even though the Pad Thai comes with tofu.
These portions are large. So even though my bill is around $40, I can take home and eat up to four times for that money. Now days that's not bad.
Service and ambiance are good.
Excellent Thai food with friendly service and fair price. I recommend this restaurant to Wylie and surrounding community.
Food is good.
We live close by in the Aviary and this is our go-to when ordering out. I especially love their papaya salad that rivals the Lao ones I've had in San Diego. Just picked some up today with fermented crab and oh man this is so addicting! They did not skimp out on the crabs either!!!
I must say though, if you've never had fermented crab before...be wary. It's potent with so much umami flavors it's hard to describe. I feel like it totally makes the whole dish.
My husband normally just orders the pad thai noodles and it's always a hit, huge portion too. I do wish that they offer crab protein for pad see ew or other noodles though, instead of just for the crab fried rice only. Oh! And I wish they had roast duck as a protein option too..maybe they'll consider?
In the end, you can't go wrong with mango sticky rice for dessert to share. One of the best I've had, especially when you eat it right then and there when the rice is still a lil warm. Yummmm
I give 4 stars because there's always room for improvement...but it was hard to find what to improve on here. Vegetable spring rolls and Thai basil beef are easily in the top 5 of the best I've ever had.
Sticky Rice was a yes for me! Ordered Pad Thai and Pad See Ew; both had a lot of flavor and the portions were generous to say the least! Very bad, but the tea is good. Total tourist trap.
My family and I love eating here. The curry and pho is amazing!
Enjoyed the Pan Woon Sen with Chicken & Glass Noodles!
The quantity of the food matches the price, food is great, the service is great, anyone who can handle some spice should come here.
Found this restaurant on Trip Advisor while in Dallas. Arrived there about 10 minutes before opening. Beat the rush. Excellent, fast service. Food looked beautiful and tasted fresh and delicious. We will be sure to visit again next time.
There was this really loud group of the point they laughed and talked so loud that I was mad.. people around me were annoyed and I can tell and NO ONE told them to keep it down..
Slowest restaurant in the area, if you don’t have time to wait 40 mins for your meal, look here else other than this place
Good thai food and good service
Some dishes I loved were the po tak soup, panang salmon, beef jerky, nam khao, and papaya salad. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend!
The curry was amazing.
I been here many times but today was the worse service I have ever experience from any restaurant. I place an order with two meals and the guy took it as me ordering 4. When I got there he told me the price and I said no is only two and he gave the receipt and told me he was not a mind reader and said he read the order back over the phone but he never said 4 orders. If you are going to treat ppl like that why be there and he was already rude when I order it over the phone. I left and decided not to get the food. This was today at 2:20 pm 04/04/2024 the Murphy Location. He spoke too fast and I was hard to understand. Hire ppl who care about customers and if you are having a bad day is not the customers fault. He is lucky because I won’t get on his level.i would give no stars if I could.
Went there this past Sunday with friends and ordered CRISPY ROLLS (VEGGIE). The taste of the rolls were quite nice but there was a huge plastic piece inside the roll that I almost ate. It looked like a piece of a plastic bag. We notified them as there were pregnant women at the table. Staff apologized and took the item off the bill and took a dollar off each 4 main entrées. I couldn’t eat my mine dish because I was worried about finding more plastic. I would not return.
We’ve been here 4 times. 1st time was many years ago - no major issues just didn’t find the food to be anything special.
Recently we went as a group and had a great experience: good service and yummy food. Then we returned shortly thereafter but was disappointed that a dish we ordered previously as a group was made with minced meat instead of larger, cut pieces. Upon inquiry, our server explained the chef’s default meat prep method is minced unless if you request for non-minced. We found this explanation to be contradictory because when we ordered as a group, we made NO requests yet they prepared the dish with whole cut pieces. Nevertheless we decided to visit again, and sadly this 4th visit will be our last.
They made the gravest mistake of poor/unsanitary food handling. The owner brought 2 of our dishes to the table next to us; we watched one of the patrons eat a couple of pieces of food from one of the dishes; then watched our server remove the dishes after it had been on their table for at least 10 minutes and carried them to the kitchen; only for another server to bring out the SAME 2 dishes a couple minutes later (the food could not have been re-made that quickly and I could see a dent where some of the food was already eaten) and try to server it to us!! We refused to accept the dishes and decided on the spot that trust was lost and we will never return.
Great place! The food was great quality and for a great price. The staff was attentive and food came out quick and tasted delicious!
Food is wonderful!
They messed up my to go order and I called to see if they would correct it. I had the receipt and order number and they said they would have a manage call me back. I called 2 days in a row and kept getting the same answer “the manager isn’t here I’ll have the call you back”
Food is decent but WAY OVERPRICED and terrible service
Love this place. Have been eating here for years. The atmosphere is great though small, but I usually get pickup or delivery orders anyway :) great food. Love the dumplings and pad see ew. Full of flavor and quality.
Good Thai food. Freshly cooked. With a great selection of dishes. Friendly staff. It is indoor dining only.
Yummy 😋 😋
Great!
Great food. Portion size also great. Authentic Laos/ Thai Restaurant. I love papaya salad and herbal fries rice
Good food and service.
The food was terrible. We ordered Orange Chicken and it was hot n spicey..and burnt.
Food smells so good 😋. Many orders are waiting to go at the counter. Family warm cozy atmosphere. Staffs are young and helpful. Beautiful decoration with two colorful flowers tall vases outside. You can always find a table here. Good place to enjoy.
STILL THE BEST THAI FOOD IN DFW! Their soups, spring rolls, entrees, and their fried rice combos are amazing. You can make it as spicy as you’d like or tamer if need be. Pork rolls, Tom Kha, Spicy Basil, Herbed Chicken, crab fried rice (& pineapple fried rice) are regulars I/we order. Murphy location delivery/pickup only currently (through their website and/or door dash). Macaroon ice cream sandwiches are a definite dessert choice. Iced Thai tea or coffee are also much loved. I’ve yet to have a bad meal dine-in, pick-up or delivery.
This location is very good overall. Great flavors, generous portions, broad menu with some really delicious options. Highly recommend the Tom Kha soup - well balanced, rich and creamy but not too heavy and not too sweet, recommend trying with some fried chili oil added. Fantastic sticky rice, tasty selection of curries, and excellent lao sausage.
The best food & service
Outstanding Thai Dining Experience! The best Thai food in the area. We’ve been coming here for years. Take away or dining in, the food is excellent, service is friendly, and is top-notch with a clean and comfortable atmosphere.
They use fresh quality ingredients which makes it an amazing flavors. A must try
everything here is a banger! great food. nice people. quiet atmosphere. can't ask for more. definitely come to sticky rice for some delicious local thai! yeni was great!
Great fresh tasting food ! Amazing vegan options
Well I ordered probably 45 dollars worth of sticky rice food through grub hub i may add, which made it more expensive. All good next time, Ill go pick it up. Promptness was great! When I got my food, the appetizer I got was awesome, which was the steamed Thai dumplings. My problem is the entree, The Pad Kee Mow with extra seafood. I got 2 pieces of shrimp and a gallon of noodles with a scallop here and there and a few pieces of calamari with a dash of crabmeat. Over all, over cooked and a very unsatisfactory amount of meat for what I paid for. Save your money for another place.
Super yummy yellow curry. 😋
Love, Love, Love this place. Everything I've tried was extremely good!!!!
I live in the neighborhood but somehow missed this gem. Today dined in and loved the food. Basic strip mall Thai restaurant set up with amazing soups and entries. Soup bowls are 6 dollars , good for one person. Entrees are reasonably priced too. The Pho was amazing.
Food is great but it’s getting pricey. A single meal is about $15-$18, use to be about $12.
Fantastic food, and they'll send you a 15% off every month.
the pineapple fried rice here is the best! thank you
Fantastic food!
Mango Sticky Rice is awesome!
Very Slow & Food tastes like S#!+
Gave this place another chance because last time I had a pretty good experience with the green curry.. I ordered the same green curry with chicken as I did last time and the chicken amount was absurdly low today There were about four maybe five pieces of chicken that was about half the size of my index finger... for $13!!
I also ordered a cashew beef which surprisingly had more beef in it than the chicken (7 to 8 pieces instead). Don't order the green curry chicken from here for sure. the portions definitely succumbed to the recent shrinkflation. I don't think the amount of chicken in that dish could even fill the palm of my hand
I even poured out the curry from the original container into glassware so I can make sure that I wasn't missing anything but I indeed was missing a lot of protein
We LOVE Thai/Asian food, but I try to avoid gluten as much as possible. We are always trying to find Asian restaurants that will provide this option. We used to order Thai Noodle Wave but now they are uncharging for gf and do not offer it on nearly as many dishes as Sticky Rice does. We have also tried Asian Mint as they have gf options and they were also overpriced for food that really did not wow us. We have tried Sticky Rice twice now and ordered several different things and all the dishes are amazing! The chicken in their herb chicken fried rice is super yummy. Their lettuce wraps are super flavorful. We have liked everything we have tried so far. My husband really likes the Pad Woon Sen. Prices are very fair as well. We will definitely be ordering from them a lot in the future!
The food is good. The corn patties are awful. Very bready (tastes like a dry fried bread and has no corn flavor or kernel). They need a much better recipe.
So good!
I love Thai food if the restaurant has a skilled chef that knows how to cook ! Our first time to dine here. We ordered Tom yum seafood soup, green and yellow curry chicken and pad Thai noodle.. pad Thai was horrible , mushy , clumped , overcooked noodles, chicken meat was hard it’s probable been frozen for a while ,color of noodle is brown and loaded with sugar ! The white and brown rice taste like plastic !
Curries were like coconut soup dessert since they were also sweet loaded with onions ! I don’t understand why they add so much sugar !! Sorry for those that love Thai food but this place is not authentic Thai resto! I will not go back to this place .
One of our local faves!
Pineapple chicken fried rice is always awesome. Great service!
Delicious! Just a warning, unless you’re into fire-breathing, don’t order #4 spice or #5 ! It’s scorching! My fiancé is a big fan of hot food (spicy) and he’s regretting ordering #4 spice… Great service, quick to get our order ready, we didn’t order online.
Love the panag, patseu, and patai. I love this place can not live without it.
Food was okay. But the customer service was excellent. Will be back here.
I was very excited to try this place as i’ve never had this type of food. My associates and I spent over $50 on a delivery order. It had been over an HOUR and still no food. We checked status which said food was delivered. Food was in fact NOT delivered. I had to be refunded. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering from this place again.
The waiter was amazing. Store is very clean. Food is great!!! 10/10 will come again
Food was delicious! Ordered the combo pad thai and pepper beef with white rice.Great flavor!Husband liked it and he's a picky eater. Food arrived hot and there was plenty of leftovers. Will definitely order again and try other items on the menu.
Delicious food
Always love coming here. Great food, great people!
Very good food, great service, great atmosphere, and experience.
I recently ordered the food on Uber eats at this restaurant and unfortunately had a long wait time of 40 minutes and there was no any progress, then I called the restaurant to check the progress. While I understand that restaurants can get busy, what was more disappointing was that the staff lied to me about the situation. If you didn’t see the order, then you can tell me the truth. I would have appreciated more transparency and honesty in the situation. Also the staff was not even trying to make it happen. And told me I had to wait another 35 mins. And still no progress.
I ordered a few items from the menu. I ordered Pad See Ew and took a couple of bites. Didn't like it, the food was too salty.
I loved the shrimp rolls and fride shrimp rice
Made a 45 min drive to try their food. Ordered the food one my way there and was told the wait time is 45 mins and it took close to an hour. They were busy with dine in and to go orders
Ordered
1. Curry fried rice with tofu spice level 5: Extremely dry fried rice, zero soy/salt made it all the more difficult to eat. We had to stir fry again with soy sauce to eat
2. Pad Ke Mow with Tofu Spice level 5 : This was decent extremely spicy. Will try the level 4 next time.
3. Herbal Chicken Fried Rice Spice Level 5: This was the best item we ordered. I enjoyed it.
Not worth the drive and wait, might give it another shot if I am in the area
Not a fan of their Thai papaya salad. It’s very fish saucy and lacked sugar and lime. The good reviews about the papaya salad are generally for the Laos version. With how sour/salty the Thai one is, I can bet the the Laos one is pretty good so if that’s your thing definitely try it out.
Nam khao is good
🤢🤢🤢
Don’t do it.
Good food. EXTREMELY slow for takeout. Only order if you are cool with eating 1.5 hours later.
Dear Sticky Rice Management,
I ordered two Thai spicy basil entrees tonight - one with chicken and one with beef and both came minced with barely any meat. If you are going to give minced protein, you should label it as such when ordering online through Chow otherwise it’s basically a bait and switch. Had I known this would be minced, I wouldn’t have ordered this. The flavor was good, just barely any meat so basically I’m paying for rice and some veggies. Also, the steamed dumplings tasted so hard and tough I couldn’t finish it. Please do your customers a favor and label your entrees accurately when ordering through Chow otherwise it feels misleading and scammy. Please note, I did just notice that on your company website the menu does say “minced” in parentheses, however, I didn’t see the menu on the website before ordering. Everything should also be clearly labeled when ordering online so that there’s no confusion and people don’t have to constantly refer to the menu on your site to be clear on what they are ordering. Until you get this fixed, I’m not spending any more money at your establishment. Also, who really wants to eat minced meat? Seems rather cheap.
Ordered at 6:15, surprised told pick up at 7:15, was told another 10 minutes to finish packing and just received at 7:50pm.
Order took 90 minutes to get to the house and was incomplete. Website and Facebook page say they are still open but every time I call I get sent to voicemail we have had this place before, and really enjoyed it. This experience was awful.
The food and service is always awesome!!
Food is good. I ordered the Tom Kha, and Our server recommended our second dish (Pad Kee Mow); wish my hubby a nice shared and was a great recommendation!
I didn't give this restaurant four stars because the food was not good. I gave this restaurant four stars because although the food was excellent and their service was great, BUT the atmosphere of the restaurant isn't as inviting.
That definitely won't stop me for coming back though, anytime I'm in the mood for soup this is the place I like to head out to.
Love this place ! Been going here for awhile . I always get cashew chicken or beef and the crab rolls .
Polite waiter. Food good
Don't go here.
I’ve tried many restaurants to find the best Chicken Fried Rice and Sticky Rice is by far the best with their Thai Fried Rice! You get a large portion for the price and the flavors are amazing.
Awesome service very helpful
One of the most authentic Thai food. Great staff. We had a blast.
Paid over 40 $ for 2 fried rice orders to go . They didn’t put any napkins or silverware. Was I supposed to pay for that too ?
The food was excellent, but our waitress seemed in a bad mood and not very cordial.
Place is clean, food is AMAZING. I ate the herb chicken and fried rice. Was perfect. Only minor thing I didn’t like was that when I ordered tea they gave it to me in a bottle and no refills. Not a big deal but was a bummer. Over all though I love it and will 100% come back anytime!
Great food
Ordered the mango rice but it came without the mango.. odd. Ordered fried rice and it came with raisins in it? The fried rice tasted like soy sauce with raisins.. not a pleasant first time experience.
Update Sep-17: Crab fried rice was excellent. Redemption from the weird tasting Pad See Ew last time we ordered. Salt and pepper squid also good.
Previously:
The pad see ew had smell of eagle brand medicated oil. A few bites had strong hints of this smell. Ask the cooks to wash their hands before prepping or handling the ingredients please.
Used to love this place but it has definitely changed. The past few times I've ordered here, the rice has always been undercooked. The pad see ew and pad thai has always been lacking in flavor. The pad see ew noodles were so choppy in length. I didn't want to write a review, but this time both of the dishes I ordered were a disappointment. I really hope they make some changes because I would love to really give it another try!
Took veg spring rolls, veg and tofu basil, pineapple fried rice. Taste is ok but the rice was half cooked in both the fried rice. Not expected☹️
Edit - 08/15/2022:
Ordered today and the rice was back to the GOOD OL' STUFF! Very happy. 5-star again.
Edit - 07/17/2022:
I'm actually reducing the stars to 4 star. We had a meal today and something is different and not in a good way. The Thai Fried Rice is still good but it is not the same. Something changed and I hope the owners will change it back. It may be supply chain issues with certain spices but if it stays like this Sticky Rice will lose their place as my favorite Thai Food. That would be extremely sad. Hope management sees and makes the change back. Still a really solid 4 stars.
Edit - 09/10/2021:
I'm making an edit hoping management will see this place is still amazing but I would really like it is they opened at like 4:30-4:45 pm so I can pickup food on my way home. Still 5 stars!
Original review:
Thai fried rice is amazing. Great place in Sachse/Murphy area for food. This is our family's favorite dinner place.
Sticky Rice is on our very short list of restaurants we enjoy going back to time and again!
I had mango sticky rice for the very 1st time & it was delicious. The mango was fresh. The dish was served hot/warm & the sticky rice was swimming in coconut milk with sesame seeds sprinkled on top. I don’t have anything to compare it so I’m giving this place 5 stars because I would absolutely order it again from here.
I used to really enjoy their food, everything was tasty and fresh. One day I had ordered the herb chicken fried rice for pickup — never had an issue before. This plate had a pebble in it. I had pickup the food a little before close so when I found it (and I mean “found” like I had chewed on it) I the store was already closed so I contacted the next day (when the were closed all-day) to leave a voicemail. I was hoping for a call back but never received one. I figured they just didn’t get my message, so after waiting all week I called again (on a day the were open). The employees kept telling me that their managers were out and the didn’t see anything in the books about it, but that they would put it in there for a call back. I never heard anything. I wasn’t even too upset about the pebble, I was more disappointed it seemed like my issue was avoided and ignored by upper management. I used to love supporting, now I don’t even feel right to go back.

Update: I think communication between staff and management isn’t always together. May hear something from one person but the next day no one will “see it in the books,” (referring to when I called about my previous issue…it was never resolved). Again, the food has never been of bad quality, but in the case of an issue, showing up in person, rather than over the phone, I highly recommend. My family still enjoys their food every so often, I hope they fix the issue soon because it’s not a bad place, just may need a bit of improvement in that area.
Edit: Used to love their food. Got a cockroach in my order today. Saw it at the end of the meal. Their kitchen is not clean it seems.
Loved it! I ordered Vegan Pad Woon Sen & Vegan Ginger curry with Jasmine rice. It was hot and really flavorful. Well prepared & packed. Will definitely order again.
Very bad food and customer service
This location is take-out/delivery only. I ordered the crispy rolls, pad thai, and pho with meatballs for a big lunch since I skipped breakfast. I did order during lunch rush hour, so the wait was longer. Everything was packaged pretty well! No food spills.
First, the crispy rolls were delicious! Although Sticky Rice is a Thai/Lao food place, the pho here was surprisingly good; even better than some of the pho I've tried at some Vietnamese restaurants. The broth was very flavorful, but the meatballs weren't my favorite.
While I was craving pad thai the most, it was actually my least favorite. The portion was pretty big but severely lacking in flavor. I didn't eat much of it, but after lunch my stomach started to hurt. A couple hours later, I heated up the pad thai leftovers because I was hungry. Again, my stomach became upset, and I had to use the toilet. and yeah I also gave the pad thai a third try cause I was desperate and had midnight cravings lol. And same story.. had to use the toilet right after. Safe to say something in that pad thai was off.
Always excellent food!
Well prepared & packed. Will definitely order again.
