Nisa's food is quite possibly the best Thai food I've had in decades across many states and countries. Even my partner, who does not like Thai food, insists on going here every time we are nearby. The spices in every dish are delicious, aromatic and deeply complex without ever being muddy. They are cooked in a small kitchen when ordered and done so very quickly. Each time we try a new dish and have been consistently surprised because we thought the last dish we tried was the best and couldn't get any better. We were skeptical about the awards (local) they had won, but this place deserves international recognition, frankly.

Random find while visiting Astoria column. Food was excellent. We ordered drunken noodles and basil fried rice. Both felt authentic Thai food. Kept it to medium spicy level. Would highly recommend this place.

The rolls were so good, we added chicken, it was so fresh and the sauce was the best sauce we have had with spring rolls, ever. The pad thai was delicious and loaded with bean sprouts, the best way to have it. The drunken noodles were super flavorful.

We visit that's area last year and just wing in to try some local Thai restaurant without any expect .. but this place did a good job to serve an authentic Thai taste with Thai style unique hot pot that rarely find in other Thai restaurant.

Every-dishes we ordered is yummy.. big portion...price is reasonable...kids friendly.. area is clean staff is nice.

Recommend you stop by and try some dish here.

We ordered fresh spring roll and pork yellow curry with brown rice.
-Good service, almost self-service. You should order food at the counter.
-Every Wednesday they offer senior discount 10% as long as you order 1 main entree+1 appetizer. Automatically he told to discount when he saw us :)) Very clear and honest!!
-Food was good, however for me a bit sweet (for peanut sauce and curry broth).
- The price was very reasonable.

Good Thai in the middle of Warrenton is hard to do, but Nisa pulls it off and has for a while. Classic Thai dishes, not too spicy. Even full stars is pretty manageable, ask for hotter and they will oblige. Good flavor, always a nice welcoming staff.

Surprising find off the main highway. Authentic Thai food. We loved everything we tried: salad rolls w/ peanut sauce. Wontons, Pad See Ew w/ pork and the Massaman Curry. All fabulous! We will definitely be back

Always great and fast but homemade taste

Best Thai food on the Oregon coast! We ordered a spicy lamb dish cooked to perfection in a succulent slow cooked rosemary sauce and a wide rice needle dish packed full of vegetables and chicken (Pad Kee Mow) Ordered medium spicy on both and a side of Thai crushed dry peppers in case my husband wanted it extra hot. Anyone who thinks this place is short on flavor needs to learn how to order Thai food. Best quality, portions, and fair price for two outstanding meals.

I had the eggplant with basil, my mom had the pumpkin curry. Both had lots of veggies with a good portion size (so, good for vegetarians/vegans and those that want meat/seafood). Great flavor and great spice adjustment. I also really like its location - a little outside of Warrenton/Astoria. Definitely recommend.

The Drunken Noodle was amazing - perfect spice, nice mix of veggies. Also had the Pad Thai Lemongrass Chicken, which was really good as long as you like some sweetness to your dish! Good quality cuts of meats at this place, too. I'm impressed, and I'll be back for sure!

The Thai food is THE BEST. We stop here each time we're in Astoria. Wait time on a clear day can be a bit long, but it's a small rustic beach-type of place, with YUMMY food. We had the Tom Kah soup with rice on the side n flaming beef. 😋

Nisa's Thai Kitchen is the best Thai food in Clatsop County, hands down.

It's been 5 years since I last reviewed Nisa's and they're still a 5-star spot! We still go back for different things, but the Pad Prik Khing and chicken wings are our favorites. Nisa's is one of the few places on the coast where you can ask for your food spicy and they'll actually give you spicy food!

It's worth explaining that point: First, you don't have to get it spicy. It's just as tasty without the heat. Second, just because you order it spicy doesn't mean they simply dump some sauce on it. You get a well-seasoned spicy dish. That's not typical, believe me!

If it's your first time, try the Pad Thai, chicken wings and Tom kha. Come back for the Pad Prik Khing, Eggplant and Basil, Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodles, or Pineapple Fried Rice. You can't go wrong.

Excellent food and friendly service. We dined in. My Green Thai Curry was perfect! I shared some of the chicken with my companion, because it was more than enough. I'm already planning my next lunch when I'm in Warrenton again in a few weeks.
Service was friendly. I downgraded to four stars only because we were unclear that we had to get up and place our order at the counter, after being seated with menus.
We were there at 2:30 PM and it was still busy, but plenty of seating inside. There are also a few tables outside.

We found this little place a few years ago and every time we're back in the area,. as it's a long drive for us, 6 hours there, we have dinner or lunch. We have never been disappointed. I would say don't go here, as that's only because I'm selfish and would like to have all the food for myself because it's awesome. Fresh, exciting, yummy, filling, tasty, can't put enough words to express how good the food is. Keep up the good work to this establishment as it's earned its reputation. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. We did take out this time. However, if you have a pet, you can eat outside on the small patio area. Don't pass this place up if you like Thai food as you'll be upset when you find out what you missed.

Had the special of pad krapow, very good. Spice level of 3 is quite spicy! Wife had the massamun curry with tofu and it was quite good. Will be back for sure whenever we visit this area.

The food is still delicious. It's sad what the labor crunch has done to Nisa though; no table service, disposable dishes and cutlery and smaller portions. I'm glad she's able to stay in business. The food is awesome!

good to very-good Thai food, all around. the appetizer platter (appetizers are often the best part of a cuisine) was very nice. they offer lamb dishes, which I prefer. pad Thai was a notch above the global average of very good. vegetables were just right: clean taste and not overcooked. the sauces were bold without overpowering

the location is next to a marina and the decor is a bit utilitarian (previously a chowder shack?), and the current owners have added as much as one can to make it feel exotic. the staff are cheerful and friendly

Cute little restaurant with pretty decent food. Expected a little better selection on the menu but understand with staffing issues they're probably keeping things as simple as possible. Which is why you have to order at the counter and sit yourself. I also had to clean my own table. My son loved it but it was also his first time trying Thai food.

Best kept secret in Warrenton! I moved to the area 15 years ago and have driven past this little gem a few thousand times, but never stopped to check it out. Was working in the area with a friend and decided we'd try it. 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 bottled waters.......$39. We shared dumplings and spring rolls. I had pad thai and my buddy had spicy chicken stirfry. All of it was delicious and very fresh. High-end cuisine in a low key, buss-your-own-table(at lunch time anyway) atmosphere. Service was friendly and prompt. Wish I had taken pictures. Looking forward to bringing my wife here.

I’d give it a higher review but the service wasn’t great and no one answered to talk to.The Thai tea and my curry were great but my boyfriends flaming beef was cold. Watched a girl lick her fingers grab a cup than serve it to the customers. As well as touching her face and hair. My boyfriend and I wound up getting sick from the food and it was a disappointing anniversary dinner overall.

Went to Nisa’s a couple days ago and the wait for food was really long. The pad Thai they served was cold and the chicken was burnt. Really disappointed by this as it was recommended to me by a friend

Highly disappointing... Have eaten here a couple times. Hopefully it's was just an off day. Trust being said: took an hour to get our food. Portions smaller, no actual plates or silverware, everything basically served in to go boxes. Food was substandard quality

This restaurant is very beautiful and the food is quite tasty, but it is spoiled by the poor customer service. Also, the food is priced far too high for the amount that they give you. They had appetizers for 7 dollars that looked like miniature doll house food. The waitress that served us was rude. She had a bad attitude and had a few demeaning comments. Maybe it’s because they became busy very fast and they didn’t have enough people working, but there is no excuse for service like that. Definitely not worth going again. 👎🏼

Great Thai food. Two great experiences and I'll be back. First time was done in. Awesome service. Good food. Good prices. Second time, same order but Togo right before they closed. Ordered extra spicy and was warned. It was nice and spicy. Drunken chicken noodles and veggie pineapple stir fry have been the got to so far. Looking forward to trying their crab rice and curries!

Traveling to the Oregon coast and found this incredible gem. Very good Thai food. Small and local with great service too. Beware or enjoy, spice is 1-4. I usually have a 3 out of 5. 3 out of 4 was almost too much.

The best Pad Thai along the Columbia river! We've tried several other Thai restaurants and nothing comes clothes to Nisa's. We wish we could take them with us when we have to leave town, they're that good.
