Generously portioned Thai curry, meat & veggie dishes in relaxed strip-mall quarters.
Coconut chicken soup w lemongrass was very delicate and tasty. The chicken was tasteless though. The spring roll was a 10. My husband's roast duck was awful. Just bland. Probably cooked the day beforehand abd reheated. The veggies that came with it were half raw...just terrible. Since we visited last about 4 years ago it seems it's gone downhill. Perhaps the other dishes are fine.
I take responsibility for not noticing on the menu that bamboo shoots are listed as the first ingredient in the green Thai curry, however the restaurant should be ashamed to serve green curry that was almost entirely bamboo shoots as my pictures show. Actually tried eating it and regret not actually telling the staff member who came by to ask if my food was OK that I was not flat out honest vs. polite. Curry sauce was awful to add insult to injured taste buds. Fresh spring rolls were the saddest things ever and peanut sauce flavorless. Both dishes came out so quickly - under ten minutes that there is a highly likelihood these were not made fresh and end of the night scraps. Certainly looked and tasted like them. Have had Thai on both US coasts and even in South Dakota and it’s been four star and NEVER used bamboo shoots as the main ingredient. Jasmine frankly owes me a refund for this over priced embarrassment but definitely will not be going back and just cutting the loss to a lesson learned.
My daughter's favorite pho broth. I love their Pad Kemao. Comfort food. All the flavors are good - American spicy, though. Order extra hot to taste all five together.
I feel like the noodles aren't fresh anymore (that gummy yummy hot-pan seared goodness of fried fresh noodle wasn't there... but it still hit)
Fix your signage.
We’ve driven by Jasmine for years and always had the intention of stopping in to have dinner. Upon recommendation, we stopped in for lunch and we were so impressed. The restaurant itself is clean, well decorated, and roomy. The food was absolutely delicious! Each dish was presented well, and more than enough to satisfy. We’re looking forward to returning to Jasmine again soon.
Overall an okay experience. The duck curry was really tasty. The curry had a nice sweet flavor. The portion was just right. The presentation of the dish was beautiful.
There were a few issues though. The wait time with getting our orders down and waiting for the food were long. It does seem like they are having staffing issues. When my dish arrived, I received shrimp instead of duck and the wait extended to 10 more minutes. My spice tolerance isnt that great but I ordered a spiciness of hot but it tasted very mild so if you're chasing after spicy food, I wouldn't recommend here. The prices were a bit higher than we were expecting as well.

Excellent food and service, the best Thai restaurant in Buffalo.
I have good memories of the food but the horrendous service makes it inaccessible. I tried all day to place an order for a special occaision and y'all left us hungry. Forget you, Jasmine Thai.
Pad Kee-Mow is decently good, a bit extra spicy than one would assume for the dish.
Won't recommend ordering dinner portions during lunch, drastic difference in portions.
I had lunch while waiting for my phone repair from UbreakIfix located in the same Plaza. The food was delicious & I really enjoyed the Koi fish in the tank. The portion was as big as my head! I wish I had taken photos.
I used to come to Jasmines all of the time. Recently, they made a new rule where you’re no longer able to order your food how you like it (less spicy, more spicy, etc.). I asked the server for my order less spicy, as I always have for the past 10+ years. The lady answering the phone was rude, stated they don’t allow that anymore as a recent rule change and was completely fine losing a 10+ year customer. I reiterated several times that I’d like my food just a little less spicy as I always have but wouldn’t budge at all. Said they’ll only do it one way. Very poor customer service willing to lose a loyal customer due to a recent rule change not allowing customers to receive their food how they want it. What sense does that make?? Won’t be coming here again.
So very average. Huge portions but bland tasting. The squid was overwhelmingly the tasteless batter. The sweet and sour sauce was also a strange, milky pink colour and had an earthy taste I've never had before; mostly cornstarch and vinegar? The batter was wet with oil, so it was not hot enough when it went into the fryer. My wife’s Pad Thai was overly stodgey and had a metallic taste. My pepper and garlic chicken tasted of just garlic, so you could not even taste the large pieces of chicken. They should go and eat at Rin Thai on Main/Harlem or, Thai Orchid on Evans, to realise how fragrant and tasty Thai food should be.
Decided while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced to try this Thai restaurant out.
The service was excellent.
Being from NYC, I was accustomed to having international cuisine. I was quite surprised of the portion size of the food. The entree for dinner was enough for 2 people.
The 2 spring rolls with chicken and shrimp combined was amazing.
Awesome experience.
Healthy thai food.

The portion size of the pad Thai is larger than other restaurants around. However it is usually a bit dry. Just adding more sauce would be perfect. Overall it’s fine and I would go back. Friendly staff and quick service.
Take-Out experience:
Shrimp count on the Pad Thai: 6
Very good, but as someone who often avoids too much spice, this is mild-0, add your own spice from the provided container, and then probably more from your own pantry.
Huge portion of noodles, very small portion of protein. In a chicken Pad Thai, I'd estimate 1/2 lb chicken.
This is hands down the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Best in the US indisputable. I only lived in Buffalo a year and a half and this place was a weekly or more trip for me. Literally I miss it every day. If I could get this stuff airmailed I freaking would.
Omg great place

Whether I'm eating takeout or dining in, the quality of the food is always excellent. The coconut ice cream drizzled with honey and peanuts is divine. I had my mom in here once and she tried ordering something off the menu, but it wasn't what she imagined it would be. So I tried again and chose the pork dumplings and crispy noodles for her. The crispy noodles were supposed to come with chicken etc on the side, but something glitched on the ordering app and she just got the crispy noodles, but she still really loved them. I think she found a new snack food.
This is a must visit place. Some of the best Thai food we've had! The flavors were amazing. Tried the Pad Thai, chicken fried rice, chicken skewers with the peanut sauce, and the cream of coconut soup.
It was the best. Kindness, amazing food, service, price, Everything is perfect.
Their fried rice with shrimp is delicious!
Haven't been in the store but got door dash
Got
4 chicken sa-teh with peanut sauce
2 fried egg rolls (with a sweet ginger sauce? Is clear but pairs so nice)
2 fresh spring rolls (with peanut sauce too)
steamed dumplings (with a garlicy, stir fry tasting sauce)
And I got a side of white rice
ALL. FANTASTIC. AND DELICIOUS 😋
Great Thai food. My favorite is the green curry. Normally I get my food to go and order online. The food is always great, I never have to wait and the staff are friendly.
I have ate in the restaurant a few times and it was always a good experience. Service was excellent and so was the food. It is rarely crowded so I have never had to wait to be seated.
Love this place great options if you want healthy
It’s okay - 2.99/5
We really loved the spicy here, the real thing!
I got the shrimp as my protein, the Pad Kee Mow. it I only got 3 shrimps in total… And the restaurant were quite busy at the time, there was only 1 server. And the server were having her good day, doesn’t seemed patient.
The service here is really great. I really like their amazing beef dish. The sauce was quite flavourful, with a strong peanut kick to it. However, I wasn't a big fan of the noodle dishes it was a bit too soggy for their pad thai. Giving a 4 stars, since the customer service and the beef dish was good.
This is my favorite restaurant in Buffalo. My go-to meals are panang curry, pad kee mao (hot), and pad thai. Highly recommended.
Food is always excellent.
Their food is always amazing 👌🏽. We often dine there, everything is good apart from service! It seems like their customer service is going down slowly and it’s been a while since we’ve been observing/experiencing the decline!! I would suggest that, they should train their front employees about the standard of customer service in a restaurant environment!
I visited them today evening and experienced some rude and unwelcoming behavior from couple of front staff! I hope Jasmine management will take this seriously and make some effort to maintain customer service standards! Thanks
They charged 18% gratuity for a family of 5 people like us. They counted kids as adults which is totally insane. Most of the restaurants charge gratuity for a table of at least 6 people. I don't know if that is unlawful but felt to me pretty unfair.
Photos are from the time we went in August 2023. We went recently and both got pad Thai. The first time I got drunken noodles and they were very spicy, so if you are spice averse I'd recommend you avoid that. The vegetable and pork pad Thai were delicious. The Szechuan sauce they have at the table is always a good addition. The curry rolls as an appetizer (not pictured) were also great 👍 always a place for good food.
I have been eating at Jasmine for almost 8 years now. I am in love with their Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mow. Recently, their pad kee mow has been unbearably spicy. Ive eaten Pad kee mow atleast 50 times in the past 8 years but recently even their regular hot (which is their mild) is soooooo spicy that you cant even eat more than 5 bites without your entire body burning up on the inside. i have a pretty high spice tolerance but this spice level is crazy. The Pad Thai is a hit or miss too. Too dry sometimes.. Please get back go how you were Jasmine. i moved out of Buffalo last year but I still always make a stop every time I'm back.
Jasmine is THE BEST Thai place in Buffalo! The food is absolutely incredible and the staff is so unbelievably nice. I go at least twice a month for lunch/dinner. If Jasmine ever closed I would need time off of work to mourn. LOVE this place!
My wife and I have been going to Jasmine for years; both in-restaurant and take-out. The food is always so good, no matter what we get. However, for us, it's the pad thai hands down. It's consistently perfect and may be one of my favorite meals to get in any restaurant in the area.
Love the food Here
Great food, one of the best Thai restaurants I have ever been to. The hot food is really hot, so be caution.
It is a good restaurant with well-prepared Thai food. Great options, all customized for protein and spicy levels. Affordable dishes (10-15 USD). It's worth a visit.
Have been coming here since 2010. Great food and great experience for me. Food is upto my liking with the spices and seasoning.
Poor taste and service. We ordered the Pad-Kee-Mow, I asked for hot and they provided a dish which was unbelievably hot and uneatable. I asked for a help with the Dish and the server refused to adjust the taste and ask to order a new dish instead. Absolutely do not recommend if you want to enjoy some good Thai.
Did not like the pad thai at all! I does't taste right. Maybe it's the fish sauce. Did not like the smell of the restaurant either. but The service was great!
The calamari is not coated correctly where it was just oily. The pad woonsen’s noodles are extremely salty while the chicken is bland. The pad kee mow is just spice and oil with no other flavor. We were rudely told we weren’t allowed to bring a drink in and had to bring it back to the car.
I got the fried rice and it’s just beyond spicy u can’t even enjoy the food that’s the level of spice they put after I asked them to put regular spice
Absolutely delicious food, have been going here for literal years! I recommend the chicken panang.
The food is absolutely delicious and worth the trip, My son and daughter in law took me for my birthday, can’t wait to go back !
The server didn't pay attention to us when we tried to order and she didn't try to remember what we'd like to get. When we want to make sure our order went through well, there was a mistake and the server said "I'm a little bit busy." what service attitude she learned. we wasted our time and money.
Everyone says their favorite restaurant is best in town. I was skeptical when going, but man, this pad Thai was the best I've had. Very well done , great service, good portion sizes. 10/10.
This restaurant was pleasant.
Had Beef noodle soup today. Delicious!! Ordered over the phone. Had laryngitis and young lady patiently took my order and even made me laugh and laughed with me , cause it was crazy trying to understand me. Thank you so much.
great place to stop for dinner after a trader joe’s run! green curry and roast duckling were great but the panang beef stole the show!!! just amazing
Overall an okay experience. The duck curry was really tasty. The curry had a nice sweet flavor. The portion was just right. The presentation of the dish was beautiful.

Curry was AWESOME
Superb Curry shrimp. Excellent service !
Very good Chicken Red Curry with massive portions. Egg roll was not very good. Just lacked filling mix. All cabbage. Will go again for sure but not for the egg rolls
Just an overall disappointment
ordered 2 lunch entrees a green curry " the special" that tasted like a hint of curry very watery and maybe 1/2 a cup of rice . The pad thai noodles were ok glued together except the chicken was full of cartiledge throughout both entrees. 28.27 for sub par food.
Everything is always so delicious. Couldn’t recommend more.
Omg!!!! Great food, service, promptness for take out. And when someone smiles these days when working, will get my vote. Please try them. This was my first time. Will frequent often . 👍👍👍
Pad KeeMow with tofu no egg is my go-to order. Their tofu is amazing, I have a hard time going anywhere else because you don't know if they have tofu and, if they do have it, if it will be good. I'm not vegetarian, I just like tofu. Try them out!
Their take out is easy, I never have to worry about not having everything I need! One downside--I think their online ordering is down? But the phone call is always quick and easy.
Great spot! The food was enough for two meals (for me) and the staff was delightful!
I tried the Pad Thai and it was light and fresh.
The only complaint, the door read 12 as the opening time, but I think it is actually 11. So just keep that in mind , don't wait, walk right in, say hello to the fish and your hostess and enjoy your meal!
Jasmine is definitely one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Buffalo. They have reasonable prices and big portions. On this outing we ordered the Red Curry with Shrimp and Jasmine Fried Rice with Shrimp. Both were delicious as usual. I highly recommend giving Jasmine a try if you haven't already, you will not be disappointed.
Nice
They do sushi catering at SUNY Fredonia where I attend. It's good, though the vegetable roll has occasionally tasted funny. Might be storaging issues. The seafood has caused me no troubles, is delicious, and I have yet to experience any food poisoning. Even the one-star reviews that this place gets is related moreso to service than food safety. So the services should be perhaps improved upon but the food itself is fine. Good.
Overpriced but good food
Came in and order to go, they took longer than expected so I asked if I could eat in the restaurant, the restaurant was empty ( only two tables with clients / 4 people ) … the lady said no ( very dry and not nice). That was it for me. Never going to comeback.
It was rude and not sympathetic, I was going to spend more money and order different dishes…
By the way Wegmans summer rolls are way better!
Had some great pad Thai! Shrimp and chicken. Light on the shrimp but otherwise tasty and a good sized helping. Took some home for lunch tomorrow.
I've been visiting Jasmine for several years. If you are in the mood for Thai food, they are one of the best restaurants in the area!
This restaurant is great. Nice staff, amazing food.
We were hungry after arriving in Buffalo from Tampa and I was craving Thai food. We tried another place that was closer but they only offered take out options.
We called Jasmine, learned they and their dining room were open so we headed over.
They were welcoming and warm. I needed a place to charge my phone because it was low on battery. They helped me out.
For appetizers, I ordered the vegetable soup and my husband ordered papaya salad.
Their soup was a delight! I didn't try the papaya salad because it had peanuts but my husband finished it all by himself. He said you could tell by his empty plate how good it was.
For main course, I ordered the red curry chicken with brown rice, we got a gluten-free drunken noodles to share and my husband got their eggplant dish.
It was some of thee best red curry chicken I've ever had! I enjoyed it so much, I didn’t leave space for anything else.
My husband tried to devour the eggplant dish but it was so big he couldn't manage it.
When it was time to go, we had three take out containers and they offered us extra rice on the house!
Their food is the freshest-tasting Thai food in my view with additions of fresh cilantro, green onions, etc.
Their food is an experience, they offer huge servings of food so it's excellent value for money, their staff is very kind and friendly, the ambience in the restaurant is great! 10 stars!
I highly recommend them.
P.S. Unfortunately, my phone was completely out of battery so I regret not capturing any photos.
Fast service and large portions. Chicken teriyaki and pad thai both very delicious.
I called ahead to see if they could do vegan options and the person on the phone confirmed that they could - just specify in your order.
Placed 2 different vegan orders, and received chicken and egg. I don't think I'll try to order from here again.
Ordered 3 meals to go for 5 people. Pad Thai, Panang w/chicken and Red Curry with pork. Picked it up, it was all ready for us. Went home and there was plenty for all of us and even some leftovers.
Used to come here once a week for Nam Sod. They took it off the menu and refuse to make it anymore so we don’t come anymore, such a tragedy
Great green curry
Always tasty food.. Have been many times. It would get five stars if they still served massaman curry
Tasty and intimate, with plenty of GF vegetable options!
I keep coming back. Amazing food. Worth every single penny. Highly recommend.
Good food.
Good nenu
Simply Yummy. Great tasting dishes. Can't go wrong here.
Poor ventilation means you will leave this place smelling like this place
Food is always so good... My favorite is the fried rice. It is so tasty!!
Portions big but amount of seafood not as generous or as tasty as in previous visits
Jasmine is my go-to local source for Pad Thai and has enjoyed a long history in our community. Spring rolls are always crisp and refreshing.
Consistently good food. I return often.
I love Jasmine Thai! Their Chicken Hot Pepper is my go to. I wish I lived closer so I could have it more often. Their fried rice is also delicious. Great food and quick friendly service.
I’ve had better pad Thais elsewhere but the restaurant seemed nice and it was a large portion
Most of the food was really good and the portion size was very large. I mean issues and the reason I'm only giving it four stars is due to bottled soda over fountain soda and the spring rolls were not fried like I've had it most other Thai restaurants. The price did seem to be in line with a portion size you get.
I had dinner with a friend of mine, and the atmosphere and food was just perfect.
we’re not try to have problems but we are very bad experience at this restaurant. the food is bad and specially when we are talking with the old woman over there( i don’t know she is manager or who) but she was talking to us very rude, her attitude is very bad and she is not even say sorry about the food at all when we are taking to her about the food are bad. we will never come back and waste your money then make you unhappy too
Panang chicken and Bangkok pasta are my favorites
Food is usually pretty good but this visit it was disappointing. Prices have gone up.
The food was out of this world! Service was hospitable and friendly
Great potion size and good taste... Definitely worth visit. Tofu portions are generous. Fried Tofu was a bit bland, no salt... by itself but pairs fine with the peanut sauce.
Cockroach literally crawling up the wall as i ate. Never again.
Service was extremely attentive and the food arrived very fast. Was excellent taste and portion sizes are very generous.
Jasmine is the absolute best Thai restaurant in Western New York and arguably one of the best Asian restaurants in the region. The Pad Thai here is locally famous and a MUST try. This place has so many regular customers and for good reason. If you live here and haven't tried Jasmine please do. Anyone out of town in Buffalo also, order from here. Jasmine does Pad Thai better then anywhere I've tried in New York Coty or Toronto. Their other dishes are also great. Love it. 5 stars.
Best absolutely the best!
Ok
Standard Thai and some Vietnamese dishes. Good place to go with friends for a chill meal.
Good pad Thai!
I ordered on 1/30/22, when I arrived home after half-hour drive , I found that part of my order was missing, they cut the dish portion and the chicken was not cooked well, it was raw and chewy . Will not order from this overpriced place again. Their medium-sized cup of coffee price
became almost $5. This place was good in the past, but now it is just an overpriced restaurant that doesn't worth it.
Consistently delicious food. Huge servings!
Love the food allways great.
Great food! I want to try everything!
Service was slow but friendly. Food portions were generous and delicious. Atmosphere is family driven.
Well, finally made it to this Thai gem in WNY.
Everything was fresh and hot.
The Shrimp Jamine Fried Rice dish was a bit light on veggies and protein, compared to a competitor, BUT, could of just been the lunch portion vs. dinner serving. It was awesome for what we got though, so 5 Stars.
If you can’t go to Thailand at least go here 👍🏻.
Excellent!
I order from here on a regular basis and was disappointed by the fact they decided to cut the seafood portion in half where both of the dinners I ordered consisted of mainly rice. When I called to communicate my concern I was disappointed by the fact the owner said he had no control over the matter and that going forward the dinner would continue to have less seafood and more rice. I will take my money elsewhere 😌
Took longer than indicated but the food is always good
The best Thai food I ever eat! Pae kee mow highly recommend!
The chicken pad thai was great! I was surprised/disappointed that the chicken satay was deep fried similar to a chicken finger. The peanut sauce was also excellent.
Hands down the best Thai food in Buffalo.
Quick service and amazing food. I love the Gapow fried rice, pad gapow, pad kee mow. I’ve tried a few other things and everything tastes great! Highly recommend.
Waited for over 15 minutes and the lady says they are done seating people in at 6:50 for a restaurant open till 8pm. Avoid this place if you value customer service
Ordered take out while in town visiting...was told 30 minutes and when I showed up to pick up the order, they said they hadn't even started. Then after waiting another 20 minutes got the order opened it and it wasnt even steamed..veggies were raw, cold and the peanut sauce was the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted...definitely not worth the wait...
I can't believe they took my order for a pick up and when I got there I had to wait 20 minutes for them to tell me they took my order and never made it. I am never going back to this restaurant again. Horrible service.
Love the owners, love the staff and LOVE the food. Their Panang curry & tom yum soup are the best I've had locally!!
