Pad Thai Heat levels were kind of not proportional. So I got the non-spicy and she got mild. Non spicy was way too sweet and tasted too much like orange chicken. I tasted her mild and no heat at all! We might go another time and amp mine up to medium and hers up to spicy. If you can handle a bit of heat I would suggest at least medium for any at all. Calamari was alright

Today we saw this from the road and decided to stop and try it. We had a great lunch. High quality, authentic Thai food and very nice service. Thai Story captivated our taste buds with their incredible curries. The red curry was a fiery delight, while the pineapple curry offered a perfectly balanced sweet and savory experience. Each bite was an explosion of flavor, leaving us craving more. The service was warm and attentive, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. We highly recommend Thai Story for anyone seeking authentic and delicious Thai cuisine.
We took out so food a five service and atmosphere a 3 as we didn't get a full experience. Will order again!

Excellent service and food! I've traveled Asia for business often, this brought back memories. Perfectly balanced spices paired with nice veggies and protein. Top 10 meal of 2024. Highly recommend their spicy catfish. Chicken Satay was a nice start.

Omg, ordered garlic prawns for dinner for 2 people. Took a nice big bite and they were still shelled UNDER the breading. So nasty. Mouths were filled with huge hard prawn shells and grandson was gagging. Plus we were bummed because we were pretty hungry

So thankful this Thai restaurant opened up. It is a gem.

Came in on a whim with my family cause we were in the area passing by. Extremely glad that we did, the dishes are unique, flavorful, and utterly delicious along with the owner being super friendly and accommodating. I will be happily making return trips whenever I'm in the area, but it's honestly worth the trip by itself.

Really great Thai, and I've tried a lot! Very happy this place arrived in our small town. Only issue is the portions are a bit on the small side. They are maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of what I would have expected for the price. But at least what was there was quite tasty and very well made!

I am so glad this owner opened his restaurant in Bainbridge/Chagrin. I've tried 5 other Thai restaurants in the area and Thai Story is definitely the best and consistently great. It's not just the best Thai food I've ever had, it's some of the best overall food I've had. My favorites are Choo Chee Salmon, Roasted Duck Curry, and Flaming Fish. My wife loves the Pineapple Curry and Tom Yum Soup. Having 2 small kids I've only done takeout so imagine how good the food would be dining in. At my last pickup the owner, who is very nice, said his menu is more authentic Thai food rather than American-style Thai food. The flavors are amazing and there are a lot of options you don't get with other restaurants, proving his point.

My spouse and I like to come here a lot, and we were just there last night as well. Food is consistently good, staff are always friendly, and the resturant itself feels warm and inviting. We will probably be back a lot as well, since she wants to end up trying most all of their dishes.

So delicious! The food was fantastic and so much flavor in every bite. You can tell all the ingredients were fresh. Our server was also so sweet and friendly to us and our baby! Definitely recommend and we will be back!

Thai Story has been a regular take out for us when we just don’t want to mess with making a big meal. The food tastes great, one takeout box with rice is more than enough for two people. The staff is very friendly, and you get your takeout on-time, every time. They have two numbers in their Google page, but I suggest using the 216 number as the 440 number is a cell and the VM hasn’t been set up yet.

Got takeout (pad thai and the chili wings) during their opening week. Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere inside was friendly. The wings were fantastic, highly recommend. The pad thai was slightly lacking in flavor but was excellent nonetheless. We will definitely be going back.

Top notch ! Ordered the Chicken Satay , Calamari , Garlic black pepper duck, and the mango chicken curry. Every single bite was delicious! For the price , you get good portion sizes. Even the little details were perfect, like the cucumber salad that came with the satay, they were cut into unique shapes and had been pickled to have a sweet crunch. You need to go try this place! Keep up the perfection , Thaistory!

Thai Story has been open for less than ten days. We were here on their third day and were immediately obsessed with the quality of food, the atmosphere and the incredibly friendly staff. The owner and his family are so friendly and the food is incomparable. Spicy catfish, Bangkok fish, basil fried rice, red curry tofu, roti with blueberry sauce, and the mango sticky rice are to die for good. Place was packed tonight. You can’t miss this if you are anywhere near Chagrin Falls. We live more than 1/2 hr away but I guess will be visiting the falls more often to be have an excuse to dine here. A great addition to Chagrin Falls restaurant scene for sure!

This restaurant is amazing, it's newly opened. The place is clean and their staff is very friendly. There is plenty of parking. I like their roti, salmon, fried rice and pad Thai. I like that this is not a chain and it is family owned. If you're in the area, check this out.
