This is good. I used to go to the other location near 75. Found this place one day looking for Asian in Richardson that has outside seating. The bright porch light attracted us. Found out that they had just opened not too long ago. The food was all very good. The Pad Thai was ok, I don’t recommend it. The presentation was top notch. Food came out quick and the waitress was very friendly. Bonus is that they had outside seating which in this day in age, we all need places that has nice outside seating.

We are regular patrons and fans of Asian mint and have always enjoyed their food and service. Today that experience changed. The hostess and our serving staff had no smile or welcoming demeanor. In fact the server looked unhappy to be serving us. We mentioned to her we were vegeterian so no eggs or meat but she did not even ask us if we wanted tofu in our Entree. On top of that food was sub par and tasteless. Even their 20th anniversary special drink we order was completely tasteless.
The only reason I can think is that the staff has changed. The only good thing about Today's visit was June who came to check on us even though we were not assigned to her.

The food here never disappoints. Shrimp pad kee mao is my go too and it's fire!

Food was ok, not great but not bad either. Service was below average, empty beer glass, empty water glass and had to find someone else to get the check

Had a team dinner with 6 ppl tonight. Food was excellent as was the service. Highlights were the Summer rolls, curries, & drinks made with fresh juices. Desserts were excellent & robust. Plan to share!

Edited: My wife made an online reservation for our anniversary here because we really like the food, she put a note that it was an special occasion for us and asked if it was possible to write a message saying "Happy Anniversary" in the dessert as a surprise for me, or at least it was supposed to be.

When we arrived at the restaurant we were greeted by the waitress because the hostess wasn't there yet, it was soon after they opened, my wife told the waitress we had a reservation and she said "that's OK" but didn't check anything and proceeded to escort us to our table.

We ordered food and then dessert but it didn't have anything written and that's because for the restaurant we were just another table instead of the couple who decided to make a reservation in one of their favorite places and with an special request to write something in the dessert as any other restaurant would do for special occasions upon request.

When we left the restaurant my wife felt bad because the surprise never arrived, it was a failure.

1 hour later my wife received a call, we assume from the hostess, asking her if we were going to go, my wife told her that we were already there for dinner and the lady replied, "so you aren't coming?", my wife again said that we already went there for dinner 1 hour ago and the lady replied "OK, I'll cancel it", so that was weird.

Super delicious food! I've tried at least half of the menu and I've never been disappointed, not even a little! Fast, friendly, great service! One of my favorite places in Richardson.

I’m a Uber eats delivery driver and when I came in to pick up an order, it wasn’t ready. I waited for someone to assist me, they all walked by me and didn’t offer to assist. One of the guy waiter in front of me was speaking to his coworker and said “what is she here waiting for?” And the lady said “oh I don’t know, Uber eats”. Ask me what I am here for. I could be a customer and they just assumed. The lack of customer service just because I’m a Uber eats driver? It is a privilege to have your restaurant with Uber eats, not a right. Horrible staff!

Great FRESH authentic Thai food and excellent service!

Had the Massaman curry and the steamed dumplings, my friends had the Pad Kee Mow and they recommend that if you love noodles. I wanted curry and it was nice and sweet, perfect portions and overall great place!

What a fantastic delight to find this restaurant! I ordered all to go, the yellow curry & jasmine rice, chicken coconut soup, crab ragoons, tofu pad Thai, summer shrimp rolls and the melon green tea. Everything was delicious and rich but healthy. Perfect amount of spices and flavors. We will be back to dine in for dinner in the future. Utensils were given and everything was packed safely so no leaks or spilling. I subscribed to chef Nikki's YouTube channel too. Stoked about the cookbook to soon be released! The gentleman that took my order was a gem, everyone greeted me with friendly attitudes and attention. Thank you Asian Mint! Now I'll only eat Thai food at a different place if I'm downtown, happy to have you guys close to home.

Yummy, great appetizers

This is my most favorite Thai restaurant (now chain) in DFW. Used to go to the original location starting in 2006. Make sure to mention how hot you want the food as they may bring it very mild.

Pineapple fried rice was good.

Though they are famous for their Pad Thai, I appreciate their alternative options of getting it with shiratake noodles. It saves calories but keeps the flavor.

Get the fried calamari, it's good stuff!

The Asian female server is definitely rude and poor in English. It's funny how these Asians work entry level jobs and have ZERO manners + customer service.

The food was better than other stinky Thai establishments, so that's the only reason I gave this dump 3 stars.

Asian restaurants are getting a bad rep for making things sweet and then adding nothing but red pepper flakes by the handful to make it spicy. Spicy food is supposed to be spicy the entire sauce/curry/soup from part of the recipe itself, not just red chili flakes thrown in. Had to throw away a quarter of the soup because of the red chilli flakes pooled at the bottom. Please learn to edit the recipe to actually include spicy and TASTY ingredients as part of the recipe itself like maybe green chili or cooking off various spices into a spicy curry paste etc.

It was a horrible experience. The server was racist towards us and was very rude. The food was not good too. She ruined the whole experience for us. Choose a different restaurant.

Asian Mint offers a consistently delicious pickup/take out service. Staff is friendly and it's easy to order over the phone. (make sure you call the correct location!) and I have not experienced any mistakes in our orders.

I mean I really don’t know. My husband wanted to try this so we went. It’s an Asian Fusion spot. The place was nice and clean. I’m not sure what to say about our waiter. I really don’t care to discuss her mood with us but we made sure to respect her and tip her nicely. The food was okay but it wasn’t my vibe. Just because it wasn’t for me doesn’t mean it isn’t for someone else. My husband thought it was okay.

We ordered Thai coconut soup, Thai fried rice, Fried egg rolls and mint cake. The food taste was terrible the only thing that we liked was the dessert rest everything was too oily, felt like a lot of soy sauce in the fried rice and the egg rolls were very oily.

She said this is normal for orange chicken to be this way. It was literally fried chicken with no sauce.

I enjoy the pad Thai , curry, all the fried rice ,dishes including pineapple fried rice. The spring rolls are amazing ! I’m hoping that they open a sushi bar at this location like they do at their other locations in Dallas! I highly recommend this Thai restaurant! It’s my favorite in dfw!

First time here this place is amazing ! I sure will be returning. I trie the Thai tea with lime juice for the first time which is the authentic way they make Thai tea and it was amazing !

We had out-of-state guests with us, and we all agreed Asian Mint was excellent. Food, service and atmosphere all top-notch. It also was quiet, and easy to hear each other at the table.

Went here recently and had a wonderful lunch. I ordered the original Pad Thai and it was delicious! A bit on the sweeter side but I couldn’t stop eating it. My food came out in a speedy manner and the entire waitstaff was so friendly and ready to help. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, whether it be a quick business lunch or a good dinner!

This was my first time trying this place. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! I do recommend the servers not to come by every 5 minutes asking if I decided and was ready to place an order. Every 5 minutes is too much especially when I told the server that I was talking with my friend and wasn't ready yet. The server came by at least 6 times. That's overdoing it and the server never had a smile on his face. 5 stars for everything except the service at 3 stars.

The absolute worst Pad Thai I have ever had. It wasn't even Pad Thai; it was noodles with a bunch of stuff around it. For the price I would go to any generic mom and pop Thai spot for Pad Thai; Ruang Thai is the best.

The Asian lady behind the bar was extremely rude. I ordered my food 20 minutes before I show up for her to tell me my order will take another 15-20 minutes. I was told by the person that took my order in the phone that my order would be ready by 10-15 minutes. I would’ve let it slide, but my ginger chicken stir fry had multiple strands of hair in it which I totally didn’t mind because the chicken was raw and inedible, so I had to dispose of my of it.
To be fair, the house fried rice was pretty good but I lost my appetite after noticing the hair. This will definitely be my last visit.

We got the shrimp rangoon which come with an amazing sauce. They are very good and fresh. I got the no carb Pad Thai which was very good and my friend got the coconut milk soup, which he also said was good.
