I've been here multiple times. I've followed them from their Elmwood location. The food is always fresh and delicious. Service is always fast and friendly. I love that they have outdoor seating for the summer too. They offer a lot of gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options. We got the chicken satay, crab ragoon and tofu apps. We also got the chicken pud Thai, pineapple fried rice with tofu and chicken and the Thai fried rice with beef. Everything was delicious.

We (family of 4) had gone for my daughter's birthday. We had chicken satay, tofu tod, tod min, coconut shrimp for appetizer. Chicken pho, Sesame chicken, red curry with tofu and fire udon. All of them were flavorful and delicious. Will definitely go back.

I will not be setting my foot here again. On 2nd Dec afternoon, me and my friend decided to go here for lunch. I ordered red curry (BTW, they have no Massaman curry, nor Penang curry is what the waitress told us). After a lot of waiting the waitress comes with Green curry, with absolutely no explanation nor expression. When I asked her (I repeat, I asked her, she did not bother to tell me, nor ask me before changing the dish at her discretion) is this red curry?! She tells me sorry they don't have red curry so she brought green curry! I mean, do you even know how to deal with customers when you don't have a particular dish that you took the order for??

We went for lunch, the people are so kind, and all the food was delicious, fresh and made in house.

The best Thai and meal we had on our Niagara vacation. Real taste and not too salty just perfect 👌

The ginger dressing is the reason to come to this place. We buy jars of it to take home. The sesame chicken was, perhaps, overcooked because the meat was tough. We waited a long time for the check and I had to go inside and ask for it when we were the only table left. The atmosphere inside has a strange, tacky, coffee house vibe. Also, the prices on the menu didn't match the actual prices. I will go just to buy the dressing.

Food is pretty pricey for what you get. When we got our bill, we paid at least $30 per person for lunch which is a little overboard. I remember the food being much more flavorful. We came for lunch and were the only ones in the restaurant for quite some time. The service was so so and slow but everyone was friendly.

First time here and we loved everything. The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the Pud See Ew (pictured). I ordered it mild and it was a bit spicy but full of flavor. Everything from the tables, glassware, plates, etc was extremely clean and beautiful. Highly recommend this quaint restaurant! Almost everything can be made GF, which was a huge plus to our group.

One of the best Thai places I've been to. Every dish we ordered was so flavorful. Cherished each bite.
Some must order items are the Tom kha, Red thai curry and the Pho. The pho broth is #comfortfood.
My only complaint is the slow service. We waited almost an hour just for 3 items, but they were definitely worth the wait !

I dined in tonight and I heard some yelling from the kitchen. It seemed like the manager was yelling at one of the employees in front of everyone. This was very unprofessional and rude and I will not be coming back again.

Y.U.M. This place is excellent. Service is great and the food is amazing. From the first bite you know it’s fresh and made from quality ingredients. We had the Tom Kah coconut soup with shrimp and it’s the best coconut soup we’ve had anywhere. I had the pineapple rice, and the hubs had Pud Thai. Both were great! If you like Thai food, this place is a must try.

Went in for a quick lunch and ended up having a real quality experience! The food was delicious--the fresh coconut water is a must-have. We ordered the pa ram and pad see ew, and both were fresh and delicious. The owner is awesome too, super friendly and willing to share tons of knowledge about Thai cuisine (and coincidentally, gardening tips)! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Don't do delivery thur Grub Hub, takes over an hour. Beware of spice levels.

Cozy and clean place .My husband and I really love Thai pork fried rice and sesame chicken however the sesame chicken sauce was a bit salty .Slow service and a bit pricey .The staff was friendly however at a lunch time only 1 serving at the dining area then after 10 mins the owner came to help and service .

Always a great experience! Plenty of delicious and flavorful dishes to try, slowly working my way through the entire menu. The wings are a must try in a town full of wing options. The fiery udon is perfect for a cold winter night if you can handle the heat, and the pra ram might be my new favorite! Love to see Rin there, she is a wonderful host!

LOVE Rin Thai Bistro! The dining room is so cute and inviting and the energy is great. Rin seems to connect with her customers, managing the flow of business and social lunch diners as well as delivery service folks with the kind of easy, gracious hospitality that's increasingly hard to find.
And oh, the green Thai curry! Perfect heat, perfect quantity, fair price. I usually cook my own food, but Rin's green Thai curry has gained a spot in my meal plan!

I got the pork fried rice. It was quite bland. The Thai iced tea & Thai iced coffee was very good the food was average. Seating was very uncomfortable. I would give them a second chance maybe I ordered something that isn’t quite their specialty.

Crab Rangoon were really good and actually had crab I think, but everything else I got was completely average. The veggie spring rolls taste similar to the frozen ones I get at Costco and the Thai Fried Rice tasted okay but was lacking in flavor. I spent $41 for this which is insanely expensive for what you get.

The quality and freshness of the food is worth the wait that some on here have mentioned.

Entrees were about $6-7 more than what you would get for the same meal at another local Thai place but again, the quality and freshness were well worth it.

We were really excited to try this place. We ordered pad Thai, fire udon and pad see ew. All dishes were quite good flavour wise. I’m giving it a 2 star because the portion size was just a little too small. For the amount of money they charge, they should give more. I mean noodles are not expensive, why not give more. As mentioned, flavour was on point, sadly there wasn’t enough. And I was not very impressed that we got charged extra because we asked to put the spicy sauce on the side, instead of making the dishes spicy.

One of the better Thai meals I've had in New York state which was a pleasant surprise. Good large portion, fresh vegetables, great fresh rolls and they made to very spicy as requested. I spent a decent amount of time in Thailand and while I don't claim to be an expert, this place was great. I wish I lived closer but I hope to come back again!

Disappointing food” is an understatement. They served two vegans chicken and another meal with egg. When we politely told the server of this error, the management denied it and brought the meals back to us. Finally convinced them that we do not want these meals and took it off our bill. We paid for the Spring Rolls (that we ate) but they were AWFUL! Never again! We sat at our table for 35 minutes waiting for a bill so we could pay for the spring roll. We were the ONLY customers at that time. Not busy.
If you have sensitivities or allergies, this is NOT the place for you!

Food and service were both 5 star. Probably the best Thai that I've had in Buffalo. Will return soon. Keep up the great work.

We visited Rin Thai today for the first time and enjoyed a variety of fresh delicious dishes. As a vegetarian it is not always easy to find entrees that are as appealing as the other entrees. I love the Tom Kha soup and the mango salad. We ordered a red curry for later and it is delicious as well. My only comment is that I am going to need more rice with this curry for lunch tomorrow. Thank you Rin! It was a pleasure to meet you. We'll be back soon.

What a great experience! Dad and I went for lunch and had the spring rolls with hoisin plum sauce as an appetizer. Dad had the pad thai with chicken, which he said was delicious, and I had the pineapple rice chicken, which was also delicious! The food arrived in fairly short order.

We took away one star because when we arrived at the restaurant, the staff was nowhere to be seen. We could hear employees chatting in the back, in the kitchen, and they do have door chimes to alert staff when customers come and go. That said, we waited for 3 minutes (timed it!), and no one showed up to seat us. We then before decided to seat ourselves, and then our being seated attracted one of the worker's attention. Once they arrived in the dining room, the staff was friendly overall, but they need to be present to welcome customers as they arrive in their restaurant. As my dad said, we could have walked out with the cash register and no one would have even noticed!

Was excited to try this place as it had great reviews and were willing to pay a slight premium for it.

The location looks great, it's beautiful. Was incredibly disappointed by the food portion though and quality. Somehow spent $40 on 2 meals, paying extra for rice on the side, and got 4 tiny pieces of chicken that were overcooked and not that great. Even the sauce given with the chicken was a 30% filled tiny plastic container.

On the other meal, the tofu was incredibly overcooked and didn't have much flavor. There was maybe 1 or 2 small pieces of broccoli. Had we not gotten rice on the side (paying $5 extra for 2), we would have both still been incredibly hungry and somehow still spending $30+

Confused by these other reviews honestly, maybe it's better when dining in? Bummed out because we thought we found our new favorite spot upon first finding the place.

Came here with a few friends for lunch when it was fairly empty, but our food still took quite a while to come out. The flavor of my entree was delicious though - a perfect level of spice and balance of seasoning! I judge Thai restaurants by the quality of their Pad Thai and this one was great - different from my favorite at Thai Orchid but yummy in its own way! The Thai iced tea was a good complement to the heat of the dish. In summary, I would return but likely only if someone else is picking up the check 😉

Loved it. Got the mango salad, 2 fried rice and a pad Thai. Good sized portions on each. Great flavor on all of them and fresh veggies and herbs. Just the right amount of oil in each dish and the perfect amount of heat in the mango salad. Loved the Pride Flag hanging in the window and the fact that it’s clearly a family owned and run business. Would 10/10 go back there again.

I love this place. Their prices are a bit high in my opinion, but it is nothing I didn't expect. I love the chicken satay and the pad see ew. I am usually a pad Thai kind of person, but the pad see ew is a must have. The spice levels definitely vary depending on who is in the kitchen so be cautious about how spicy you get your food.

They accomdated us immediately and the place was busy. Food was great, staff was fun and friendly. Great experience!
