The menus could definitely go for a cleanup. Some menu items were difficult to see. Dining, they don't check on you a million times, which is nice. If you need something, just ask.

The parking is a bit tricky. You have 3 options:
1) parallel parking, a beach-side specialty! Locals love parallel parking, therefore you will learn to love it too. Or, at the very least, get some practice in.
2) if there even is a spot for angular parking, just like at Publix or Sam's Club. Easy to get into, sometimes hard to get out (visually).
3) normal parking, with light exercise. The best way to go into a restaurant, in my opinion. No stress of parking, and some calories burned on the way.

A friend recommended this place for great sushi and they were not wrong! I’m glad we gave it a chance and can’t wait to go back. They have a massive variety of sushi options, we were struggling to narrow it down! But everything we tried was so good, fresh, and the staff was very friendly. It does have street parking, which I wasn’t aware of before arriving but it wasn’t an issue, just something to note if that’s more of a concern for others considering going. We will be going back with family when they visit!

Everyone in our group of 4 was very happy with their meal. Pad Thai, crispy noodle chicken (very good, but quite salty), sushi, and cashew chicken. We were seated in a nice, small area set off to the side. We all agreed we would go back.

Friendly and polite staff, but inattentive. 45 mins from order to meal. Ingredients vary each time you visit and order the same dish. Still good, but kitchen may be a bit improvised. Bring your own water.

They have the best Tom Kha soup on the Treasure Coast. Every dish we've ever had there has been delicious. Highly recommended without question.

If you want quality sushi from a family owned restaurant you want Saigon best sushi in Florida hands down!

I normally enjoy this place, have come for last few years. I also happen to be one of the only person of color that comes here. What I didn’t appreciate was they added their own tip on my bill assuming I wouldn’t give a tip. It was unethical and we were actually going to give a greater tip than what they forced. I asked why they did that and they didn’t have a response but just kept saying “sorry sorry”. It sucks feeling targeted. Watch out!

Best Lobster Roll In Vero Beach

Best quality and freshest sashimi I've had in Vero. The restaurant is small and cozy inside, warmly lit, not dark and the service is fantastic. Prices are very good and this is by far my favorite sushi spot now. For parking, just park across the street. No real parking lot in front of the restaurant but not inconvenient at all.

My husband and I went last night for sushi. Everything was excellent. It is a smaller place but well-spaced. The music inside was peaceful and not overbearing. The staff were courteous and attentive and the rolls were fresh. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area! I especially recommend the spider roll but it was all good.

An amazing find! Came to Vero Beach with some friends for the weekend and decided to try a local spot, the sushi was delicious and super fresh! The crispy fish salad was to die for and an amazing shareable appetizer. Chef Sonny’s skill in the kitchen is showcased with each delicious plate that is served here. They have a very wide array of dishes to choose from. I got the Kani Salad for lunch and it was a great choice for a delicious and light meal. Will definitely come again!

My favorite sushi restaurant in Vero. We were there again today 6/29/24 had another fabulous meal with great service. The sashimi and sushi are great, I have been to Japan several times. This stacks up well.

Wow 10/10 recommend. The presentation of the food is creative and all the ingredients are so fresh! We have been here so many times now and it NEVER disappoints. It’s amazing!

Best sushi in Vero! My favorites are the Dragon Roll & the Vero Beach Roll. I always ask for a side of spicy Mayo and eel sauce. Everyone there is so nice and the sushi comes out perfect everytime.

This particular Restaurants Sushi Menu is extremely questionable - barely any pure good fresh raw fish combinations on the menu - mostly all rolls include or partially are mixed with fried fish, and/or imitation crab meat and or cream cheese, huuuuh??? ...totally unacceptable and ridiculous to say the least - now note they have raised prices considerably - through the roof mind you!!! The entire inside of the restaurant is old stale zero ying yang - look behind the walls riddled with food residue & crumbs of all sorts - just sad it is obvious this Restaurants main agenda is driven by nothing but money!!!!

I went here the other day I had the wonton soup, which was ok And I ordered the roast pork with cashew nuts. I don’t know what kind of meat it was, but it didn’t look like roast pork to me so I didn’t eat the meat and it had no flavor whatsoever. The ladies that work there are very nice but that’s all I can say about it

Nice little restaurant in Vero. The food is very fresh, delicious, and served quickly. The beef pho is on point and was my favorite dish of the evening. I highly recommend it. The steamed rolls are also very tasty. My wife got the chicken pad Thai, and it was also very good. Our eyes were larger than our stomachs, and we also got three rolls, Tuna roll, JB rolls, and I can't recall the name of the third one, but they were all delicious. I highly recommend this establishment and I dont think you will be disappointed. The menu is huge. Looking forward to our next visit.

Drove the Vero Beach from Fort Pierce to explore and decided to try Saigon Sushi for lunch .. the Fired Tofu appetizer was very tasty and the 2 Pho entrees (Beef and Pork/Shrimp) were good .. the temperature in the dining area was too warm making it an uncomfortable experience

Great lunch place. I had mixed vegetables with beef and wife had mixed vegetables with chicken. The meals come with a spring roll, small bowl of chic rice soup, and a mini salad. All were excellent! Atmosphere dark but cozy. Street parking limited. No extra charge for credit cards.

The Sushi was as good, or better than anywhere I have eaten it. The staff was friendly and did a great job. My only complaint it was warm in there. It was very hot outside and it seemed like the AC was out. But All in all a very good experience

The broth in the seafood Pho was rather bland & we had to add hot sauce & soysauce to add flavor. I would not order it again. But the ginger fish was out of this world, excellent!!!! We will be back, and we will both be ordering the ginger fish next time. The rice and veggies or perfectly cooked and delicious in that fish's sauce.

I am surprised by the reviews as I’ve been here plenty of times over the years and it seems to get worse every time. We had to send a few dishes back last time and didn’t get anything to replace it because we were pretty disgusted with the food. It used to be good but I don’t know what happened.

Best sushi I EVER had! When we walked in we were seated immediately. The ambiance was so amazing and intimate. Everyone was so inviting and really nice. We had multiple waiters asking if we were okay or if we needed anything. The food is literally so delicious, I haven't tried everything but you will not be disappointed. The best part was when the chef came and introduced himself. This is officially my second time dinning there and I will be back for more. Yum and thank you!

fantastic food. I got sushi and my girlfriend got Drunken noodles. Both my rolls were the suggestion of the waitress and they were absolutely amazing and huge. The noodles were flavorful and had enough for leftovers. We did wait at least 40 min to get our food but it was so worth it. Go

I was very impressed on the quality, presentation, and portions of Saigon.

That said I would highly recommend checking them out when in Vero.

They did some amazingly unique and fun presentation things that kept delighted visually and sensory. (check the pics)

I also thoroughly enjoy Thai food and Tom Kha is my favorite soup hands down ( I have been working on my home cooking recipe for 8 years).

It came out a bit hot but all and all the flavors were great and I didn’t even need to add any spice.

Within parking the lot is pretty much non existent so park across the street in the 3 hour parking.

The Lobster was was an awesome presentation and very good, get that! The crispy duck was amazing and the rolls in general are very good. This downtown Vero spot is worth the visit.

Top quality Sushi!!! Everything was amazing, and what a delicious take on the Super Volcano Roll. I almost forgot to mention how the calamari appetizer was cooked to absolute perfection... Melt in your mouth good.

Saigon use to be my go to sushi place. Until my recent trip, I was eating my appetizer and I spotted a cockroach running on the edge of the table. Asked the lady to clean the table, She only cleaned the edge. Was kinda disgusted at that point. Would not recommend.

I sincerely love this place. Not only are all the people who work here incredibly kind (shout-out to Honey!) but the food never misses. Anything that I've had from here is always spot on, and always always so delicious. This little hole in the wall Japanese -Thai restaurant is a lovely spot for a romantic evening. Intimate tables, mood lighting, and delicious food. Tucked away off of downtown, this really is a hidden gem establishment.

All of the food was really good. Not the best I've had in my life but all was very consistently good to very good, even the complimentary salad and soup. I had the ball duck and shrimp shumai. My friends sushi, everyone was satisfied so try it out.

Curry chicken pretty good, one suggestion is to saute the chicken first so it's more cooked. A big suggestion is to introduce outside seating; great space in front is being waisted and to be honest the inside could use a renewal. Outside seating would be the lowest cost option and provide the most value for the restaurant.

Hands down, Saigon Sushi has the BEST sushi! I am from Michigan but travel to Vero Beach often. One of my favorite things to do while visiting is making a stop (or two, who am I kidding?) at Saigon. Every visit I try something new and have yet to be disappointed.
