Asian eatery offering three distinct and authentic cuisine under one roof.
The staff at Dock Asian Eatery is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to offer recommendations or adjust the spice levels to suit your preferences. They’re attentive without being overbearing, and the service flows smoothly from start to finish.
If you’re looking to pair your meal with a drink, the Thai iced tea is a great choice, balancing the rich sweetness of condensed milk with a hint of spiced tea. The dessert menu is worth exploring too
This was a while ago (almost 3 years ago so they may have improved since then) but their Thai satay bahn mi still haunts me to this day in that nothing about it was Thai or bahn mi besides the easy veggies part. They used a hero bread instead of a baguette and they used British curry powder instead of satay sauce.
Service was good but this is the kind of Asian food I expect to find in the Midwest. Not NYC
After a long day exploring Manhattan, this spot was exactly what we needed. We sat outside to enjoy the lovely weather, but the indoor seating was also nicely decorated with a great atmosphere.
We ordered red curry with vegetables, spring rolls, and pho, all of which were delicious. Considering the price and generous portion sizes, it’s a great value and would definitely be my go-to Asian spot in East Williamsburg. The service was also excellent—our water glasses were never empty!
It’s a cool place with great food!
For 3 of us our bill was about $105. We ordered 2 appetizers, a regular beverage, a large house sake and 3 main dishes. It wasn’t busy when we came but it picked up while we were there.
There is indoor and outdoor seating.
The music was great and was suitable for a Thursday evening.
The look/decor of the place was pretty cool. Overall great vibe- not too dark but not overly bright!
They have a good size menu with plenty of options. If your vegan/vegetarian options are limited.
One star off because service could be a tad bit better. Like I said it wasn’t crowded when we came but our server seemed occupied. We had to look for the menu which is just a barcode on the wall by the table. I do feel like as the night went on our server got a bit more friendly/attentive so maybe he was really busy when we first got in. Our table was also closer to the door which was a bit annoying because we would get a gush of cold air every time someone came or left 😄. Not too big of a deal but just an fyi if that stuff bothers you! Also sadly not 1 dessert on the menu :/
Overall if I lived closer I would visit again as I think the price is great and the food was delicious!
The food&atmosphere here are on point! As Thai people I could recommend for authentic taste from this place especially the Chiang Mai noodles really tasteful and come with good portion, the service is also great the server here are attentive and provide me a great experience definitely coming back
This place is my comfort spot. It’s pan Asian cuisine largely based on Thai cuisine. Their pineapple fried rice is one of the best in the city, cooked with eggs and a protein of choice. The egg really elevates the flavor. I love their yakitori too, nicely roasted with just the right touch. Their curries are also very comforting and it’s a perfect dish for winter.
We stopped by Dock on a Saturday evening after a fun day at Prospect Park and oh my goodness, we were blown away! The decor was stunning and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered two bowls of ramen and two drinks and let me tell you, it was a flavor explosion! Dock is definitely a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a tasty meal in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend!
Chang Mai noodles (aka khao soi) is my favorite!!!!!!!! Unreal delicious.

Nice outdoor deck seating! seems like they have great lunch deals, although I went on a weekend.
One of our favorite spots in Bushwick to eat at. The space is cute and industrial, on the cozier side. Service is good. Food is consistently good as well. Some of my favorites are the duck bun, curry noodles, and takoyaki
Overall, recommend for quick, affordable meals that are more casual. The restaurant is also in a prime area with nightlight and theatre (company XIV/cocktail magique), so there’s plenty to do after dinner.
I’ve probably been here 30 times and I have only ever ordered one thing. The Spicy Miso Ramen is the greatest thing I have ever had. It is so good it has ruined ramen for me. I’ve tried so many other ramens and nothing compares. I now get angry when I eat any other ramens. I would marry this ramen, divorce it, work on myself, rekindle the relationship, and marry it again.
The service is amazing here. They could’ve fed me toast and I still would’ve had a wonderful experience.

Got the Tonkotsu Ramen and I don't regret one bit of it. CJ (our waiter) was so nice and welcoming. The atmosphere of this environment is immaculate. The homely vibes and the warm smells of an Asian household really bring the whole meal together.
Excellent service, we had CJ as waiter, and our service was perfect. Food was yummy and the vibe was nice.
Excellent service and exquisite cuisine. CJ shoutout. The vibes are immaculate. Love the warm lighting of the restaurant.
Absolutely delicious food.
Delicious! Lots of mushrooms and seafood. Two of my favorites
Best food amazing massaman curry i want to come back already 🥺 6 out of 5 stars it’s even better then the best

Music was so bad it ruined the meal
Horrible taste of food! This place is over rated!
bad quality food. bad taste. sad:(
Good local Asian fusion. Mostly have gotten it as take out, but sit down is pleasant as well.
Pick up for miso took over 30 mins, insane
Racist/Discriminatory experience for the first time , I’m in shock. I come here often for ramen. Today I walk in and sit down, waiting to be attended to , I wait for 10 minutes and nothing yet so I assume they are busy. Then a white woman walks in and sits in the table that’s directly in front of me. She gets attended to as soon she sits down , they serve her water , give her utensils and take her order while I’m still sitting there waiting to be attended to. A man working there had the audacity to ask me “have you been attended yet” trying to play it off. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from staff, there’s no excuse for that and there’s no way anyone could have not seen me.This was clearly on purpose. Gladly didn’t tip.
AMAZING ramen! Exactly what I was looking for while visiting NY
It’s Friday night 10:35pm. Walked in, it’s 3 of us so we ask for a table for a QUICK dinner and drinks and the lady at the bar speaks in foreign language to another lady who tells us they close at 11pm then corrects herself and says 11:15pm. So we say, “cool we’ll be quick then”, lady doesn’t like that so she says that they are “basically closed”. Ah… bummer. Keep in mind that the place is half full and we’re not the only ones there - it’s Friday night. We walk out disappointed as the restaurant is still open but “basically closed”.
To the business owner: what kind of hospitality business in 2024 refuses business during BUSINESS HOURS on a Friday night? Get your staff in line because unless the person who refused us is the owner, they are making your business lose money. Not a great look
This place is not very good. The food is painfully mediocre, and some of it tastes reheated. I got the corn fritters, fried squid balls and bao. The pork on the bao was dry and tasteless. Maybe the duck bao is better. The squid balls were just full tentacles mushed in there with little else. The corn fritters were the only thing I liked at this “Asian eatery.” The service is also very low effort for a “sit-down” restaurant, and the ambiance leaves a lot to be desired. Bottles of disinfectant and other stray cleaning equipment were strewn about. Says a lot that it was almost empty at peak dinner time.
Dock is one of my son's favorite go to places. He's a fan of the duck dishes and pineapple fried rice. If your a fan of peanut dishes you might want to stop in although you can let them know of any food allergies. Check them out and remember to ask what's a good sake pairing..enjoy!
One of the best Asian restaurants I’ve ever been with very beautiful and friendly personnel 😊 Alex from Germany
Such a unique spot in Bushwick. The chef is killing it!!
I ordered for pick up. I arrived a few minutes after the app said the order was ready and had to was another 35 minutes before the order came out when the restaurant was half enpty. Because some of the food had been sitting, it was cold. And after 35 minutes they had to cancel one item that was still not ready so that I could finally get my order.
Placed a takeout order. When they notified us the food was ready, it still took over 30 min of waiting time after we got there for it to be ready (and even then, one dish was still not ready). If you plan to order take out from here, expect wrong information and very long wait time.
The best ramen I’ve had in Brooklyn!
First time I came was when they first moved from Williamsburg to Bushwick. I thought it was pretty bad then. Since I’ve only come here one other time in the summer of 2024 and everything was good! The service was friendly, the ambience was nice. The bathroom were clean. The food was tasty and the dishes all came on time. Would be happy to come back
Absolute gem of a place! Their food is beyond good!
Super nice place, the ramen was really good. After eating lots of them and in Japan, I think the broth was tasty and creamy, the egg was yummy and the pork was sooo savory. Maybe noodles were a bit thin. Overall, a real ramen and a generous portion.
A real pleasure.
Had an amazing time with my friends, our server CJ made us feel very welcome and had great food recommendations. The food was very tasty and worth the price. Will definitely be back! 🤤
I ordered two items and they just weren’t like how they were described in the menu. The worst part was the duck buns were just stale duck meat shavings instead of slices of actual meat. It felt like they fed me trash, if I’m being honest. They served me an iceberg wedge as my minced chicken salad and I asked extensive questions about the dish and was still surprised with a huge iceberg lettuce wedge. I don’t eat those because how can you properly clean an iceberg wedge?
Wonderful Chef with fantastic taste for original food. Great atmosphere. Always happy to be there
The best
Excelente restaurante buena comida
Good food
My partner and I have been coming here since 2021. We order practically the same things every time. The beef platter which is always served hot came out on a hot cast iron but the beef was cold, like it had been pre cooked and refrigerated and then lightly heated.
The blue Thai mojito started at $13, went up to $14 and in one year, jumped to $18. Must be under new management.
We had a great experience. The cocktails were delicious. We each got a bowl of ramen and split the spicy eggplant and basil. The ramen was HUGE, so we could have just done that. They were so flavorful and absolutely delicious.
The food was good. The corn fritters could be done to order to make sure that they go out crispy. It felt like they were cooked the day before and reheated in the fryer.
You might easily miss Dock Asian Eatery as its entrance blends in with the street, but inside, you'll find a two-story, nicely-decorated place to chill. They offer a variety of food choices—definitely worth trying. The service is attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.
All food is delicious. Especially the stir fry and pad thai, which were more delicious than thai restaurent I've ever had. But the service is a little slow.
We ordered the Tom yum, green papaya salad, peanut dumplings and a seafood stir fry. Nothing was even slightly spicy and every was overtly sweet. The Tom yum was inedible it was super salty, not sour and really sweet. Huge disappointment. We also one of the squid still had its beak which I bit down on so yeah won’t be back.
Wow! Such a good spot! Prices are absolutely reasonable and the food is excellent. We came here with a large party and they did not disappoint. I also LOVED their Thai iced coffee. It saved me.
Amazing food!!! And Dee is the BEST. highly recommended and GF options available:)
Service is absolutely abysmal and non existent. Such a shame because the food is fantastic. They had the audacity to ask for a 20% tip to BEGIN WITH after ignoring us for 15 minutes after we sat down.
Fun place! High ceilings, industrial vibe. When we went there was a party upstairs in the loft area so I suppose you can rent that space out. They were very loud but it was all happy noises so no one minded. I had the veggie ramen, which I liked but my partner thought tasted seaweedy. He had the Thai basil fried rice which was excellent according to both of us. There are several vegetarian options and plenty of meat options. Full bar. Decent prices. 2 entrees and 2 drinks came to about $70. Personally I would go back if I'm in the neighborhood again!
The QR code and service just harshes the experience
This place was so lovely. The food tasted fresh and delicious and the music was such a chill, relax vibe. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very patient. There were options for Thai food and Japanese food which meant a beautiful variety of options for dishes. The hot sake hit the spot on a cold day, too. Will certainly eat here often.
Everything is so good!
Endroit sympa. Les plats sont très bons . Tarifs très raisonnable.endroit à découvrir
I don’t go to Brooklyn very much but my daughter and I lucked out when we found this place. The food was terrific and the prices were as well. The staff was welcoming and attentive. It has a great vibe. I might find my way to Bushwick more often just to go back. Highly recommended.
C.J and D were AMAZING they made the experience 10 times better than it already was. I love the food and the drinks are so delicious. I’ve gone to so many high end restaurants and none have compared to this one. Definitely coming back on Tuesdays.
The food is always delicious here and CJ was a great server! He was very friendly and attentive :)
Ordered out, have never been here but found the food fantastic! the appetizers dumplings and also the octopus were outstanding! really happy with the great quality and flavor and also the presentation even though it was in take out containers was really nice! it also stay hot for at least 30 minutes, as i waiting for my friend. We also split the ramen: excellent broth! Overall a great dinner on a rainy night and we did not have to wait very long! For sure will order again or make a visit.
Literally the best (vegetarian) pad Thai I have ever eaten.
Stopped in after work with a group of 4. We ordered drinks, then we were asked if we wanted food, everyone declined and received a dirty look from the server. Then it became harassment when every 2-3 mins 3 servers asked if anyone wanted to order. I get it was It was Friday around 6:30-7pm but there was other empty tables around. After about 30 minutes a server brings us the bill without anyone asking for it, we planned on getting another round of drinks but I will never return after this. It’s unfortunate because the cocktails were actually good.
I've been to Dock many times which is why it's strange I'm just now leaving a review. I think I always plan on doing so but the food looks to good and I devour it before snapping a picture. The truth is Dock has a wide range of asian foods all of which are good enough to scratch any itch. However the tonkotsu ramen and spicy miso ramen are unmatched on their menu. They hold there own even against other ramen shops in the area (looking at you ichiran). I can't say much more about the menu because I always seem to go back to those two items. Anyway I'm sure you won't be disappointed with anything else on the menu.
Ahh!! i love this place. I had the banh mi and the ramen and it was so delicious and very much filling. I honestly couldn't even walk out the place. Atmosphere is amazing, very relaxing, low lit, several restrooms, and honestly worth a mention, they have an outside hand sink. I cant eat without washing my hands so not having to worry about restrooms being used was amazing. The drinks are very yummy and refreshing too. Good portion sizes.
A delicious place with the loudest, most obnoxious music. It must think “it’s Bushwick, so party hard”. Too bad. It has much potential otherwise
It would be fair to gatekeep this amazing restaurant. As a well traveled foodie, I can assure you that this is an excelent choice to eat asian food. The price/quality ratio is on point. The food is delicious and the service is definitely better than 90% of NYC restaruants. I have gone out of my way to eat here and have taken many tourists friends. The green curry, the shrimp entrees, the spicy noodles, the pad thai, the matcha beer, the papaya salad, and the red curry are my best recommendations. In that order. 10/10 Hidden Gem. Highly recommend.
I love this place !
The spicy Miso ramen is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had in NYC.
Delicious food 🍲
I love this place! I have been several times and the food is always so delicious. They have a vegan duck option that is my favorite thing to get. I cannot recommend this place enough.
This place is very racist and discriminatory. I ordered takeout and planned to eat my food as I walked around the neighborhood. Once I got my food, I wanted to remove it from the packaging to eat it outside. A waitress approached me and started to usher me out of the restaurant. Keep in mind I was not being disruptive. I was minding my business. I also gave a tip for a Togo order as well. This was very rude, and the food was not even that great, not worth the high prices!
Cool place, good food and extensive menu. A little cold in temp and feeling
Stumbled into here after a show at Elsewhere and so glad we did. Service informed us they were closing in 45 minutes but that’s all we needed. Excellent food and quick responsive staff. Can’t wait to go back when I can have more time. Try the crispy duck!
Delicious Thai food ever , Lots of Menu options , awesome atmosphere and a friendly staff Nikki she was nice and was hilarious highly Recommend! Will definitely come back again .
Not recommended
Summer rolls were basically just a bunch of tasteless vegetables wrapped up. Go to a dedicated Vietnamese restaurant to get a decent summer roll. Presentation was pretty but taste was really off. I had to drown each piece in sauce to make it palatable.
Fried rice was really, really bland. I don't consider myself a good home cook but I know my simple fried rice is significantly better.
Server took an extremely long time to take our order and it wasn't a busy time of day.
I liked the restaurant aesthetic though.
Asian food in Brooklyn... sigh.
An exciting selection of Asian dishes.
I eat here almost every day, last 5 times i got wrong order. They asked to write a comment and again send the wrong food.
Got seated promptly and had some of the most delicious duck buns I've ever had😍 right off of the L train at Jefferson Street so it's convenient.
Dock Asian Eatery is a fantastic dining experience. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. Every dish we ordered was served hot, and the flavors were absolutely delightful. A great place for those who appreciate delicious Asian cuisine in a friendly atmosphere.
Loved this place. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Not wait time, quick service, and great atmosphere!
Tuesday night my friend and I were lost in Bushwick. Which I was very hungry!
One of the good place to have Thai food in Brooklyn(but not only one). The vibe here is casual, like coming to a warehouse who's really a good cook. The dining hall could get a bit loud as its always a full house.
Dining table and chair are not the most comfortable but the food here make up for why you should still be here.
All the dishes that we had are perfectly done. Some are similar to the dishes(Padcha Seafood ) you had but they make it so much better with little twist here and there.
Good chef and friendly service.
I will definitely be back soon!!!
Great place. awesome atmosphere. food and drinks were perfect.
Tasty food but expensive.
2 stars because the staff tried to charge me an "18% service fee" (on top of the tip). Strangely when i started asking what it was they brought me another bill and that fee had disapeared off the bill! No words, no excuses. Didn't look like a mistake.
Food so good !!!
This place is a people-pleaser - lots of meat and vegetarian options. The chicken satay was excellent. They have a unique selection of cocktails too. The service was speedy, and the indoor and outdoor seating options give you a range of different vibes.
I dined here solo on a Sunday afternoon. I’ve been craving pho all weekend so I decided to stop in since I was in the area. The broth lacked flavor and my beef was dry.
My server (my receipt says Tar D) never checked in on me or asked about my food. Nor did she ever say “thank you” when dropping off my check. But I heard her check in on another solo diner and even thanked him so kindly when she dropped of his check. She did refill my water though. This left a bad taste in my mouth because as someone who also works in the service industry - treat everyone the same. It’s odd watching my server be nice to other people. I wouldn’t come back here.
Got dinner here solo and had a non alcoholic Mojito, the crispy duck buns, and karaage. I love karaage- it is a Japanese fried chicken and it is usually made with dark meat. It seemed like this version was white meat so it was drier rather than juicy which was a bummer. The crispy duck buns were rather good, with a good sauce on the meat and cucumbers for nice texture. Vibe is casual.
Suggested by our tour guide. Very good. Would definitely pay another visit if I ever go back to NYC.
Food was excellent
Fun atmosphere, friendly service.
Dropped in for lunch had spring rolls, gyōza and pork bun. All delicious and served with a smile. The place is clean and has a good vibe. Highly recommended.
Nice spot for bahn mi and cocktails. Ended up here before going to a concert at a nearby concert venue. The bahn mix was good, the fries were addicting had to have two orders. Their spicy sauce and aioli are good with the fries. Their bar has an extensive selection of liquor. Will come back to try other things on the menu and when I’m in the area.
The service felt rushed, some of the waiters have an attitude, seem to make impolite jokes and aren’t frank with the customers, and aren’t positive in interacting. The food is average compared to other Thai spaces.
Muy buenas Gyozas y Bun.
Loved this restaurant!! It is pretty hard to impress me with Asian food, but the Dock Asian Eatery was amazing! We had pad thai, summer rolls, gyoza and peanut curry with rice and tofu (spicy!). Each dish was beautifully presented, tasted awesome and had great accompaniments. The cocktails were strong and we also had a sake bottle which tasted great, The waiters are very nice and helpful! Even though the restaurant was quite busy on a Saturday evening we did not have to wait to get a table.
The best part about this restaurant is the number of vegetarian options they had!
It is about 2 mins walk from the L subway line. I would highly recommend this restaurant and i hope I can go back and try other dishes soon!
Really fun place for takeout OR dine in and really yummy veggie options. Their miso soup has really substantial and chewy tofu :)
This restaurant had a great vibe at the time that I went I was trying to eat more vegan and they did not disappoint they had a mock duck that was absolutely delicious. Between that and the drinks I was extremely satisfied and I hope to visit again. There was a big group of us so it was great for the amount of people we had.
Great food fast delivery
This place is soooooo good, reasonably priced and legit incredible food
I can't recommend this place. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mishaps during our visit. I asked for a spicy miso ramen (medium spicy) but it came out extremely spicy and lukewarm. The presentation was nice, but the paste they put in the soup overpowered the miso and there was hardly any noodles to justify the price.
I wanted to ask the waitress about my food but she disappeared after she handed us our food-no other service was given to us besides taking the order and delivering our food.
She didn't appear again until we were way past finished. Not sure if this is just an employee shortage but we felt very left out compared to other customers. She also mistakenly charged only one of our cards. Overall, I wish I liked this place but the service and food was a dud.
Great place, good food, but terrible service, the waitress are too rude, they demand you more tip than the tip you wanna leave or they treat you in a rude way... I’ve been a couples of times and it’s always the same.
The mushroom medley pad cha was excellent, as well as the massan curry, service was a bit slow but friendly
Just popped in real quick to get some takeout. I was amazed with the flavor. Got the mushroom Bahn Mi. Highly recommended.
Tom yum noodle soup was without any flavor. I asked for chili sauce, they charged $1 & it tasted like condensed tomato soup. The prices on the menu are covered up. This place only exists to be photographed for its trendy interior. Honestly please don’t even serve food if you only care about your decor. That is the worst bowl of soup I’ve had in a long time. 5 stars because I’m not mean
Like the interior design and good prices would recommend
We came here, because we read the good reviews and wanted to try the pad Thai. It’s part of the lunch special and we’ve ordered it during lunch times. The pad thai itself was very good. As we later saw the service wasn’t. They brought us the “dinner pad thai” at 1 pm because I didn’t specifically asked for the lunch special. I’ve had a gazillion lunch specials in my life and not a single time did I have to specifically ask for it. In case of (unjustified) uncertainty the waitress could’ve at least asked. Another waiter afterwards came with the spring rolls (as part of the lunch special) and said, that there might have been some misunderstanding. At the end they still booked the dinner price.
So if you visit this place make sure, to be EXTRA extra clear of what you wish to order.
Therefore:
food: 5/5
Service: 2/5
Equals 3.5/5
I’ve been here twice, and the food and service are great! I would definitely recommend coming here if your ever with friends or on a date!
Good food centrally located.
This was our third time back at this lovely eatery. We arrived on a friday @ 7:30 to a 10 minute wait which was time easily served under the warm outdoor lit picnic tables.
This time we had the spicy miso ramen (medium spice was perfect- got the nose running a bit!) and the spicy basil eggplant dish (mild and delicious. comes with rice skin is a bit thick/chewy but so good if you like eggplant.
for drinks we had the red bull tropical tequila (GAME CHANGER)
and the kiksui 10oz bottle of sake ($18) which was very sweet
Un ban mih très bon en plein milieu du quartier de bushwick.
Highly recommend!
Quick and tasty
Trash food, trash service
The food was good but my mock duck in garlic sauce was not coated in sauce well and the dish was a little dry so I couldn’t get it super saucy. The papaya salad was amazing and the chicken bun was good. We also got the veggie spring rolls which were very crispy and delicious.
The waitress never came to check on us and we wanted lemons to brighten up our mains but we never got a chance to talk to her. However the bussers were great and very prompt so we think it might’ve just been our server who was hard to reach.
