The best authentic Thai food I have ever eaten and that includes a recent trip to Thailand this past year. I'm not a big fan of super spicy food, and this was right up my alley. My friends love spice and ordered the hot stuff. They were in heaven. Another friend ordered vegetarian and was very pleased.
Host is welcoming and available to offer suggestions for those new to Thai food.

I ordered Volcano chicken.🤣🤣. Im sorry its General toast chicken. This is not Authentic Thai food, i know what it taste like .I can only taste General toast chicken in the food ; i added spicy flavour to my order. .The service was good but this is not a typical Thai food. This is American type of home made food. I travel to places to give review on food and many countries and Tris-state to give reviews.. The service was good but the Authentic of Thai in the food i ordered is not there. Secondly , over Prices for the Food.

Went for a quick Saturday brunch with a few friends about a couple months ago and I can thoroughly say I enjoyed everything I had. Advertisers and maincourse were very tasty and the service was quick and servers are very responsive and helpful, easy recommendation.

I grab a Pad See Ew here and there, in my opinion, it’s delicious. I’ve had it elsewhere, and nothing ever compares. By the looks of it, it’s a little expensive for the quantity, but the Pad See Ew is very rich, and I’m always satisfied by the time the last bite comes around.

The owner Frankly and staff give me such a warm welcome. The food is good; I will definitely recommend this place to eat.

As always, our take out was delicious! Frank is a hardworking man with great food & great staff! I trust their food service is clean & sanitary which is very important.

Ive been going to this restaurant for years and I’ve been to so many Thai restaurants but this one by far is the best one, they always greet people with kindness and are always are so nice with anything they do. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone

Friendly staff and nice clean restaurant. Even though the sign said "must have reservations" we called from outside the door and they accommodated us. The food is tasty, but the serving sizes are just too small, especially for my husband's chicken ginger. It basically just had bits of chicken in it. Note that we aren't big eaters, just your average hungry Joe. Sadly, we probably won't be back.

It might sound silly, but their Wanton Soup is beyond belief! I sometimes just order the soup alone.

Their yellow curry is great, so is the fried basil rice and drunken noodles... the curry puffs... everything I believe is great here.

They changed their prices and didn't update the menus!! We found out AFTER we ate. And, they lock the doors in the middle of they day, they say you have to make "reservations " but the place was almost empty. Way too many issues for a simple afternoon lunch.

This restaurant is an old faithful…One of the best family run businesses in the area. Everything I’ve ever ordered from the satay to the fried rice, is just amazing!!! I visit about 3 times a month and that says a lot for me because I am very big on cooking at home. Prices are decent for the quality of the dishes.

Very disappointed in the food today. For years we been going to Frankly thai and loved it but today when we picked up our take out order it was disappointing because of the amount of food. The dishes were so small we paid 55$ for 3 dishes and were not satisfied. There was barely any chicken in any of the dishes. The drunken noodles mainly had eggs instead of chicken.

This place is amazing. Second time. Same meal as good as the first time. Maybe I’ll try something else next time.

$17 dollars for a really small portion. Either lower price or make portion bigger? Anyways food was okay use too much grease and sauce.

The gentleman that took my order on the phone was really pleasant. The sweet lady brought the food to my car which was nice as it was raining. The reason for the 3 stars was the red curry was really sweet but they did try to make it spicy as per my request. The drunken noodles were pretty good but the portions were too small for the price. Paid almost $37 for 2 dishes.

I ordered from here for the first time and got the Chicken Pad Thai and was very disappointed. When I got home and opened the Chicken Pad Thai I was met with a strong off-putting odor. I tried to diregard the odor and decided to still give it a taste, I could only do one bite and the Pad Thai tasted as it smelt...very very very bad. I had to throw it in the trash, definitely a waste of money. Really wish I could give it negative stars but Google wouldn’t let me.

This is one of the best Thai places. The portions are reasonable. I had spring rolls as appetizer and dumplings. I had a red curry with chicken. The best thing is that it is BYOB.

Ordered my usual & have no idea what they did but did not enjoy my meal. Wife enjoyed hers. Mine was not even close to what it has been in pass be sads

I love this place but I have a condition that does not allow me to eat spicy foods at all. They use to accommodate me when I ask for an order to be NOT SPICY, and it would be perfect. Now I get the order home it’s too spicy to eat, now it happens all the time. I loved the food but not the burn. Not worth 2-3 days of discomfort.

The owners really seem to love what they do and the people they do it for, you. And the food is amazing too.

The best thai food I've ever had. Try the scallion pancakes, and golden bags to start. Cant go wrong with any of the noodle entrees. The specials are always great. And wash it all down with a thai sweet tea. Absolute gem.

Second time coming here and the food doesn't disappoint! The environment is very relaxing and the is staff is also very friendly, and on point. Our waitress made sure everything was ok, including refilling our water as soon as they noticed the glass is empty (I say they because another waitress who happened to be nearby refilled my glass when my waitress was in the kitchen). Definitely one of my new go to places.

Very unprofessional behavior. Went to Frankly Thai at 9:10pm on a Wednesday, 50 minutes before closing time. I drove 30 minutes to get there and was so excited because everyone said their food is delicious. When we got there, the doors were locked, so we checked the time and looked inside. There were a good amount of people seated. Finally, a lady (not too friendly) came and told us that we could only get take out. I asked why when the restaurant was still open? Mind you, I'm not the type to go to a restaurant 30 minutes before closing because I don't think it's courteous. We would have eaten our food and left promptly. She tried to say that they close the doors because it was almost closing time, but when I became assertive and stated that she still had 50 minutes, she said okay and tried to let us in. We refused. We didn't want poor service or tampered food so we took our business elsewhere, to a Caribbean restaurant, where it was appreciated. I'm sure that their food is excellent, however, I will frequent a place with a kind staff and average food more often than a place with excellent food and an ungrateful staff. Customers are the reason why your place is open so appreciate their business.

Thai food here never disappointed, If you go during busy hours there might be a waiting time. Take out available, plenty of parking. Owner is extremely nice always chatting with guest always out on the dining floor making sure everyone is enjoying. Best Thai food on Long Island hands down

The red snapper with green curry is something you have to try. The fish is big but taste so good you will be surprised when you finish it in one seating.

The food was really disappointing. Pad thai noodles had no peanuts. Literally. Drunken noodles and Pad See Ew was a disaster, the noodles were torn and shredded beyond belief. Also, I've never heard of a thai restaurant that doesn't have lime. Points for ambiance, but servers are rude and keep rushing you.

Portions are very small, and it isn't the best Thai food I've ever had. On the plus side wait Staff is pleasant and efficient. The cooks husband greets the customers making the dining experience very personal. It's a cozy spot, I wish the food was better.
