The lo mein is very tasty 😋🍜👍, so does the mango chicken 🥭🐔👍
Quality has gone out the window. I paid an up charge for the curry rice but it doesn’t taste like curry. My two meats are bbq chicken and black pepper chicken and they both taste the same. This place was once the bomb. They even serving with the cheapest straws that break when removing the paper. I would steer away from this place. There’s many more options now inside the mall. Oh the cashier guy needs to communicate instead of grunting.
Food there is good, especially the ones cooked to order. I’m fond of the shrimp lo mein in general. Staff is also nice so didn’t had any problem with customer service there as well. However, there’s some problems I want to emphasize here. Firstly, the first time I ordered a drink from the soda machine, my sprite tasted very odd compared to the other fast food restaurants here. Would recommend newcomers to get a bottle of coke or water instead of getting it from the coke machine. Secondly, in one of the times I ate food there, I had a bad stomachache and diarrhea later on, which makes me wonder if some of the food quality there is healthy and not over expired (believe me its probably the food here since that was the only food I ate for the entirety of the day besides a pop tart). Lastly, and this was on a Saturday of all days, I saw a small cockroach crawling in the wall of their restaurant which gives me big red flags if its even sanitary here. Surprised that no one yelled about that; either they didn’t noticed or they kept quiet like I did. Mainly the 3rd reason is what severely repelled me away from this place, even if I’ll miss the shrimp lo mein. Thai Max needs to improve lots of things to make this a 5 star; didn’t made it a 1 star because some of the food here does taste good (cooked to order food definitely) and good customer service. Sincerely, a worker that regularly works in Baybrook Mall.
I love this place and the employees and I hate that rude lady who was there earlier 🫶
Very unwelcoming staff. The two guys serving at 5:30pm today are the most unfriendly service agents I ve encountered at a restaurant. I felt silently discriminated against. I bought d food bcos I was really hungry and too tired to take further steps in trying out their neighbors. Food wasn’t bad but attitude of staff sucks.
The most rudest staff. I ask the guy could he cook some fresh rice due to the rice looked old without any shrimp in it. So I guess he felt some type of way because I wanted fresh rice he slopped my food on my plate with two small shrimp. I will never eat at the place again. They are not friendly and don’t make their customers feel welcome to come back..Very poor poor customer service!!! I wish I can give a negative 10 stars!!!
First, it's Americanized "Asian" food, not Thai. Maybe the owner is Thai. Who knows. They claim to not use MSG so I figured id give it a try. I had the Mongolian beef and the mango chicken with noodles. It was good. It wasn't magnificent, but it was less than $10 and I've paid more for less. I'm full and feel the meal was satisfying. I'd eat here again, if I don't end up with an MSG headache. The tea is instant so I will just get water next time.
The staff was nice and service was fast.
If we start off with - this is mall food - then everyone will understand that it isn't Asian cuisine you're jumping into. With that said, they offer pretty much the same selection as most other Chinese, Thai, or even "Cajun" mall eateries. I have learned to never bear too much in the name and go look at their menu and food display. Oftentimes, they have someone handing out samples of their popular meats if you need to get in idea of the flavor. Overall, for mall food, it's not bad, and the price is mall acceptable.

Muy buena comodidad yumiiii 😋
Food was great and the maple chicken is pretty good!

The noodles are just spaghetti noodles
And the chicken is okay
The dog meet was amazing

Good mango and bbq chicken noodles need more flavor though
Best asain food. Love it.
Worst place to go to when getting food my mom and I found two strands of hair in our food and the staff got mad thankfully we got our money back but we’ll never eat here again.
Food is decent , little portions for what you pay, cashier is rude and you can walk down a little more and get way better food
Best spicy shrimp lo-mein!
Good mall style Thai fast-food; not CHINESE. Also, Thai Max does offer dine in under reduced population census health rules!
It was amazingly yummy
The mango chicken is delicious. I never try it before util yesterday. I liked it.😚
Love the mango chicken!
Do you love yourself? Don’t go here.
Generic “Asian” food is pretty common around CL, but this one is the bottom of the bucket compared to all of them . All the food is super greasy, it’s obviously been sitting around all day, and is borderline flavorless. At least, go to ChinaMax, or even better, Panda Express. Even if you don’t want to spend much, trust me, you can do better than here :D

Ordered chicken and fried rice pretty simple.
6 hours later the worst food poisoning i ever had in my life and i rarely get food poisoning or stomach bugs. I was throwing up for 2-3 days avoid this place at all costs. Only good thing that came out of this is that i lost 10lbs.
It's a good place
7.99 2 meat plate . Not always fresh
This is our favorite place to dine when we were in Baybrook Mall - excellent Asian food!
The good I'd eatable and well priced
Had fun and was great
Yuck order the mango chicken and tasted and felt like it was old. And their noodles are gross too. This place needs to be kicked out of the mall!
Not real Thai food. No Pad Thai (for example). Just inferior Chinese/Vietnamese food. Might as well go to a Chinese buffet because at least you can get all you can eat.

Ordering food, and honestly I think I saw the guy texting but really didn't think anything of it. So I go pay and I decide I want to add an eggroll. So I go back and the guy is still texting. He put his phone down on the prep area, grabs the little white bag, opens it with the hand his phone was in all up in there, and puts the eggroll inside with his hands. I told him "you were just on your phone, and you touched my food. Put the phine down, grab some gloves, and handle food the right way." He was so SHOCKED and saw absolutely nothing wrong with it. He said "my hands are clean" I just left. 5.15.18 around 3pm. The Asian young guy. I went to chick fil a.

It is so good. I get it every time I go to the mall
Bought the chicken fried rice and although you get a large amount of food the quality is horrible. Chicken was very chewy and fatty.
NOT REAL THAI FOOD. As a Thai person, I feel VERY offended that it is called THAI Max and then sell CHINESE food to people. Even as Chinese food it tastes absolutely horrible. In Thailand, I have never herd of any items on the menu before because it is ALL CHINESE FOOD. Since there is already a China Max at the mall and sell only Chinese food, they might as well rename Thai Max to China Max 2.
I was gonna order food and I'm a female and the man said yes sir (unintentionally, I hope) and then said yes mam and his fellow worker and him laughed it off. I will never eat here again. Work on your attitude please.
This place is very trash. This is my second time going and the first time I got food poisoning and was throwing up for days and now I have it the second time and am still throwing up. I think it's the noodles because my friends got the same chicken but they got rice and it was totally fine. This places food is gross even the fruit does not have flavor but the only good thing a free refiels.
