We are a family owned and operated Buisness. All of our dishes are made to order so During Peak Buisness hours there will be a wait your food. Thank you to all of our loyal customer. We appreciate your support!
This has been my family's favorite Thai place since our good foodie friends brought us here after our honeymoon. The hot and sour soup is divine. Drunken noodles come drowning in savory sauce. We can't afford to become regulars here, but for special occasions it's nice to dine there. They did a beautiful remodel on the place, creating a relaxing and casual atmosphere. Sweet staff and owner. Service is family oriented. They always bring our daughter a cute kid plate. My kiddo got stickers today :)
Great if you like spicy homemade food.
Owner seems to be fairly knowledgeable of what is and isn’t gluten free (the staff not so much).
She explained how they can use gluten free soy sauce to make most dishes.
**GLUTEN NOTE: She didn’t seem to know that the wide rice noodles that they use in the drunken noodles are never actually gluten free. We ordered that to-go so I didn’t notice until much later.
**SPICE TIP: The food is EXTREMELY SPICY, even when you order it mild/no-spice, as we did. If you are sensitive to cumin, chili powder, cayenne, etc you might want to stick to the fried rice and egg rolls. I can vouch the pineapple and peanut butter curry’s we got were both SUPER spicy, and also the drunken noodles which was milder but still had spice.
My husband who loves spicy food couldn’t handle the spice of the food we ordered as mild.
It was completely empty at around lunchtime to 3pm, so definitely worth checking out if you are craving spicy Thai.
OUTSTANDING!!!! I love Thai food more than any other cuisine and at age 60, I've eaten enough to make that bold statement! The Tom Kha literally brought tears to my eyes it was that good and the Massaman Curry held up that standard. I had Thai Iced Tea, which I rarely do, but it, too, was excellent - and it isn't always. I was traveling around New Mexico to decide which city I wanted to move to and I was so impressed, I added Orchid Thai in the Pros column for ABQ!
I'm sure there are other good Thai restaurants in ABQ but start here because it's a no brainer.
This is a really good Thai restaurant in Albuquerque. They opened at 4 PM and there were already people waiting to be inside. They have a huge selection of Thai food and I feel we tried it all. You place your order at the counter and then they bring it out to you. We ordered the egg rolls and fried tofu which were great. We also ordered the Pas Thai noodles, ground chicken, eggplant, panang curry, duck and so much more. Everything was tasty. The service was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The layout of the restaurant is pretty simple and they have plenty of tables throughout.
Orchid Thai is a counter-serve Thai restaurant off Central. There’s ample parking in the back that’s off the main road, which is nice.
Inside, seating is at tables with chairs instead of booths, so wheelchair users will have no issues here.
Orchid Thai serves a variety of alcoholic drinks along with the standard sodas and teas. The entree menu is large, and they had an item I’ve not seen in my years of Thai dining: a Green Tea Curry. Unfortunately I’m not a fan of green tea flavors, so I skipped this dish.
I got the Pud Thai (usually spelled “pad”), which consisted of a protein choice, rice noodles, egg, bean sprouts, peanut sauce, crushed peanuts, broccoli, steamed squash strips, and a lime garnish. I ordered the dish medium, but they forgot the spice and it came mild without a hint of added heat.
While the portion sizes were quite large, the food itself was mostly just fine. I’d describe it as “doing the job” since I was hungry, but I wouldn’t crave what they served. There are other Thai places around that are much better and are less expensive. It seems the focus here is on quantity over quality.
I really enjoyed the fast service and the amazing food. I tried the Green curry and the coconut ice cream and it was fantastic! I would definitely go here again in the future

Super yummy green curry. Amazing flavor, nice sized portions with rice. Super friendly staff, timely. Highly recommended!
Great food. Nice people. You order at the counter and they deliver. Affordable and good.

Best Thai in town- we make it a point to stop by every time we’re in Abq. We love the Szechuan eggplant and pud Thai. Friendly owners and great service. Highly recommend!
The food is good, but Pad Thai should come with cilantro, they charge $1.00 extra, and they don't give you enough rice for the curry..yes, more rice is extra! Ridiculous!
Amazing flavor...very nice staff
Amazing food, atmosphere, and staff! Hands down my favorite Thai restaurant in town!
The Best drunken noodles I had and the curry fried rice is amazing. The Thai hot spice level didn’t not disappoint. loved the taste.
Loved this place! The food was amazing. There was a good amount of leftover. We ordered the drunken noodles, basil fried rice and sticky rice with mango. The people were so nice too. Will visit again.
Delicious food and amazing service from friendly Staff! Wonderful experience for me and my 3 children. We will definitely be dining here again amd highly recommend.
My favorite Thai restaurant in Albuquerque. Sweet Basil is Amazing. Basil makes everything GOOD. Worth a visit. Tasty Thai food is what they GOT!
Delicious, fresh and flavorful Thai food. I’ve tried a lot of Thai restaurants and this is my new favorite spot! We ordered the garlic shrimp which was loaded with garlic, green onion and chili, along with the chicken fried rice. Can’t wait to be back soon

This place is so good! They had amazing service and amazing food!! The people were so nice and so kind, I would recommend this place! 5 out of 5 stars!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent! We will return again.
First, the restaurant was nice and the staff was lovely.
My comfort food is Pad See Ew (Pad Siew on their menu) and I was excited to try this place. I posted a photo of what they brought out. Pad See Ew is a stir fried noodle dish. What they brought me was overcooked rice noodles in a pile on the bottom of the dish and covered in a gravy. I had to mix it up myself. I definitely would not recommend it.
My daughter got the meatballs and dumplings from the appetizer menu. She said the meatballs were chewy and only ate one. The dumplings were flavorless, seriously.... frozen store bought are better.
This place has rave reviews so maybe it was an off day for them. But lunch was over $50 for 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, an entree and tip so we can't afford to go back for another try anytime soon.
Comfortable for those who really like Thai food.
Inside the restaurant is quite bright.
Best tai food in the city ♥️ my favorite
My go-to for Thai food since... forever! Everything is fresh and delicious and staff is friendly.
We got to go, and the food was great, although the brown to go containers seemed to leave a strange taste on the food packaged inside. Anything packaged in plastic tasted awesome!
Nice place. Great food and service.
Food was delicious, service was attentive, and location is in a walkable neighborhood convenient to the Albuquerque Rapid Transit (ART) system (one block away from the Highland/Washington station), which saves the stress of in-town driving. Definitely will be back!
We cannot stop thinking about this restaurant! We visited for the first time and it was delicious! The presentation of the food is also beautiful, my pictures don't do it justice, as I couldn't get a picture before everyone started digging in. From the fried dumplings, to the pineapple fried rice with shrimp, the sweet and sour shrimp, and then the mango with sweet rice for dessert! We cannot wait to go back to try more! Order your food at the front, find your table, and make sure to bring cash to leave a tip on the table. The staff will refill drinks and clean up your tables as you enjoy your meal.
This place is delicious!
Great food. Huge helpings. Reasonable price. Very friendly wait people. Delicious food. Very clean. Very nice decor.
Food is decent, but very expensive, at $16-20 per dish. Counter service.
We have eaten here for years, always a smile great service and the food is worth the weight. This is not a fast food restaurant. It's all made after u order,so sit back and enjoy the atmosphere...Vince &Sandy
Gave us both food poisoning from the MSG, and if the $60 for 2 entrees wasn't enough, they charged an additional $2.50 for a side of cilantro. We'll never be back again
This is the first time I have been there since COVID. I don’t mind the order at the counter now but the food was not nearly as good as it used to be. Very bland. Everything I ordered was bland. They do give large portions but I would rather have tasty Thai food. My $15 tofu Pud Thai became $20 when asked to add on chicken. I had my 7 year old nephew with me and he only wants noodles so I ordered (or tried to order) just a plain plate of noodles and a coke. They finally understood that is was just some noodles. The noodles came cold and dry and not even any kind of sauce offerred. They forgot the coke in the original order and maybe instead of just giving him a coke which costs all of 10 cents, they made a deal about it and put a new ticket on my table for the coke. The Gaeng Woon Sen broth was very bland. I had to add sriracha just to get flavor. We also ordered the PuPu tray for 3 and that is exactly what you get - 3 pieces of each thing. The fried chicken was overcooked and the shrimp was refrigerator cold. My pud thai, soup, pupu platter, tea, and side of noodles was over $60. Thai Cuisine II across the street is much better, less expensive, and will not have a hard time with any changes if you need them. Thai Orchid was one of my favorites but I will have to look elsewhere. Maybe they were having a bad day but I just don’t think so. They also ask for a tip before you get you food. Not a big fan of that process.
menu has lots of reasonably priced options. portions are pretty big. i got the pad see ew and it was fantastic. service was slow so don’t go if you’re in a hurry. looking forward to coming back and trying more.

This used to be such a beautiful restaurant inside with water features and decor. It was one of my favorite restaurants in Albuquerque- the. best ambiance of any restaurant in Albuquerque!!! Now the food is ok but it feels like fast food and I can’t go back. Bill Daily used to go there, but you’d never know it.
Good food and they are open a little later than other places around
Such delicious pad thai noodles! Highly recommended!
Delish
I could eat there weekly. 😋 delish!!
Thanks for seating us an hour before close on NYE! Delicious mango sticky rice and super friendly service.
Fantastic Pad Thai!
Great food. AUTHENTIC THAI. A+
I got the duck and it was wonderfully cooked. The portions were huge for the affordable price, and the staff was super nice and down-to-earth as well. A great spot to pop into for lunch while in Nob Hill!
Excellent! All worth it!! Tourist people this place is a must!
The best curry fried rice in the entire city of Albuquerque
This has always been our favorite Thai restaurant…. Sadly no longer. The food is really good. The people are nice. But, ordering at the counter is so impersonal. It’s just not the same. I mean, I get why they did it (I think ). So now we go to Thai Spice. It’s almost as good plus they serve you at the table. If we decide we want something else we don’t have to walk up to the counter to ask for it. I don’t know… I wish Orchid Thai had table service because I’m going to miss this place. If this is your first time eating here, you won’t know what you’re missing so no worries, you’ll love it!
Horrible service. Super rude and the food was mediocre
Bare bones place, only us two and two other women... a group of men left right after we arrived.
We were told to grab me us and sit down. We didn't realize we had to get up and go to their counter to order until the other 2 ladies did so. 🤔
We asked about adding ginger to their cashew chicken and were told there would be a $2.50 upcharge. $2.50 to add a tsp of ginger to a dish that costs $14.50 - $15.50???
I go to restaurants for the service, not the food per se. And I am fine paying extra for something I add on, but the $2.50 upcharge, and to be honest, the server's disdainful attitude bothered me.
So we left. Long review for a place we didn't even eat at, lol.
But the owners should take note: customers want customer service....
Cause if I want to order and carry my own food back to my table, I'll go to a fast food place, not a sit-down restaurant.
BTW, Ginger costs $.99 to $2.49 A POUND. Throwing in a tsp of ginger (because really, do you need any more in a single serving?)
P.S. Read my review of Thai Cuisine II across the street and just to the north of Orchid Thai....great service, good food, good serving size for lower prices, and flexibility ("we can add or substitute anything").
Food is not as good as it used to be. Ordered a laab salad w/sliced steak, and was very dry. Pud Thai lacked flavor. Pineapple curry w/chicken hardly had any pineapple, curry was really oily or greasy, and chicken was chewy. $60 for 3 entrees seems like a lot relative to quality and flavor.
The mango rice is so bomb!!!!!!
The food is good but holy cow is it expensive. Even for pickup the system kind of forces you tip a lot. Having a default of a $6 tip for two curries is kind of insane I ended up paying $44 for two curries a little too expensive for a portion that fills up a small soup bowl.
Delicious green curry, ordered Thai Hot and actually got something spicy. It's very oily so it starts looking kinda gross on the reheat.
Good food and open after 9pm
The food was fine, and the dining room was really clean and up to date. I was really pleased with this.
The atmosphere is super chill, and the food was AWESOME
Our favorite Thai restaurant! Love that you order and pay fast casual style but the rest of the service is just right. Staff is friendly and attentive bringing your food and keeping drinks topped off.
The place is always spotlessly clean.
And the food is excellent! The chef’s specials are always delicious with great attention to the presentation.
First time ordering from Orchid and I am so glad we ordered an extra entre because we enjoyed it all weekend long. All 3 dishes were very different - pud thai, panang curry, pud seiew - and and the combo was amazing!

Literally sooo good, you guys are the best <<33
Great food!
Phenomenal food for a quick lunch break.
No. Just ewwww! I had the Pad Thai and it was supposed to be medium spicy. Not medium spicy, not spicy at all. No flavor at all. Came to Albuquerque for a day trip and this place was a total disappointment. I was hopeful when I read some of the reviews, but nope will not be back. The server was nice though.
This use to be our favorite thai place, not anymore. We ordered our usual, tom ghai soup and pad thai noodles chicken. Found hair in our soup, got it replaced, or was it? The noodles were bland. Actually they both were. Has this changed ownership recently? The remodel is decent but the quality of food has been diminished, so sad. And service, it is pretty much "fast food" style. So not much service to speak of. Asked for green onions to add flavor and was told that it would cost...no compensation or goodwill for the ewww, hair!!! Nope, not our favorite place anymore. We won't even be back. Any recommendations for a good thai place for next time?
I used to get take out from here almost every other day, but after the remodel the prices have gone up significantly and the portion size is significantly smaller.
Best Thai food in the 505! Great family owned business.
I come here often! Love Thai food and this place is it! The food prices are reasonable and the lady who runs the restaurant is friendly.
Really good Thai food!!
Wife and I wanted Thai food, and gave this place a try.
Service was friendly and fast, food was delicious.
Recommended.
We have always loved Orchid Thai but haven’t been in about a year. We ordered takeout and were really disappointed in the $60+ bill for two entrees and two appetizers. We would have accepted that due to inflation but the quality was no where near where it used to be. The potstickers seemed frozen, soup was lacking any flavor, and the chicken pad Thai had no chicken. I’m sad to see this local institution go downhill like this. Please course correct!!!
You'll have a great experience here by yourself or with other people you'll be glad you came to this place
Piping hot bowls of beautiful soup. Very clean nice environment.. With the trip and the price.
Really good food
The food was excellent and so was the environment. Don't like the lack of table service.
The foods were really good. Their dessert was pretty good too. We had tom yum, drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice and mango with sticky rice for the dessert. Those were really tasty. Definitely come back.
All time favorite, food is made as you order so be prepared to be patient but it is well worth the wait
The server / probable owner treated my wife and I very poorly when we came late one Sunday night and ordered two teas and fried tofu. She continued to insist we order more as if we didn't satisfy her with our small purchase. She doesn't deserve any customers if she is ungrateful that we didn't spend enough money. They are also Chinese and not Thai so it's not even authentic.
Edit : she also gave us the wrong tea (green) when we ordered jasmine and corrected her at the counter when we ordered. Still brought us green tea. After reading reviews from the past year it's clear that they have switched owners, and I am also not a fan of the tip before you even see the food process they have. Don't eat here.
My wife is Thai, and she was very impressed. Excellent, Thai-style dishes. We go to Thai restaurants on our travels, and this is the first one to cook with real Thai basil.
Have to order at counter, then sit down. Food just not as good as it used to be.
Good food. Good service. Good prices. However, the renovation removed all the charm of the original iteration.
Ordered chicken Pad Thai, extra onions, extra peanuts, add broccoli. I also ordered egg rolls. It was over $30.
The Pad Thai was mediocre at best. Egg rolls were ok. Hardly any chicken in the Pad Thai, lunch was disappointing.
I had a great version of my default choice of Pad Thai. Huge portion. It had 2 unexpected ingredients: zucchini and a few broccoli, but those didn't detract from the dish.
The format is odd in that you take a paper menu, or glance at the 3 very bright huge TVs beside you on the wall displaying the menu. Then you order with the cashier. They later bring your meal on dine-in-style dishware.
Clean and fresh food at the order. Even we bring a first timer eater for Thai Cuisine, she loved and we travel 1 hour back and forth to eat again for second time.
I had the Thai pineapple fried rice with shrimps
Delicious
Food was solid, but there were chunks of inedible lemon grass left in the dish. Thai hot was more of a medium spice, especially for New Mexico. Online order and carryout was quick and easy.
The Green Thai Hot Curry with tofu and added eggplant was absolutely delicious. PuPu platter was perfect and the pineapple curry was very delicious. Will be returning.
Definitely our favorite Thai restaurant in town. Great menu selection, fast service and awesome food. We have been to Thailand twice, and this restaurant is pretty close from being authentic!
Friendly staff and freshly prepared dishes. The Mongolian beef was very tasty. Prices were a little high compared to other Thai restaurants.
The dishes that I had were tasty. I would like to try some more of their menu.
Cozy little restaurant good service and a little above average food.
Love the food here! The chicken fried rice is amazing! Although I made the mistake of ordering hot! I can tolerate very hot Chile, but this hot is extremely hot! I couldn't eat it, so be careful ordering hot.
This place is so beautiful! We ordered carryout because it was close to closing time. We need to come back and enjoy the space.
There is a waterfall that brings tranquility. The bathrooms are clean and looked nearly like a bathroom you'd have in your own home.
We ordered the green curry with tofu and veggies and the pad se ew with tofu and extra veggies. Also enjoyed the Thai iced tea.
The green curry was good but not one of my favorites. The pad se ew was flavorful and delicious. So glad we added extra veggies.
Only complaint was that we ordered 2 entrees carryout but were only given one set of silverware to go. Please ask people if they need it and give them appropriate sets.
I would come back here next time I'm in 'Burque for sure!
Always amazing food, delicious drinks, and friendly staff. If you haven't been in a while, go check out the redesign. It's even more beautiful than it v was before. Stop by and try the sesame duck (great to share with someone else), the pad Thai, or pretty much anything on the menu!
Some of the best food out here period, and the portions are excellent!
THE FOOD WAS SOO GOOD AND THE BULDING WAS REALLY PRETTY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD TOO 10/10 RECOMMENDED. I went here for my birthday and they forgot about my mom's order and they were really apologetic about it.
Sophie was AMAZING!!! She was the bester waitress we have ever had!!
The food/atmosphere/presentation was FANTASTIC!
Service was PERFECT!
Thank you for the wonderful date night!!!
Amazing experience, we we’re celebrating our daughter’s graduation and Sophia was wonderful, she was great and was very attentive to our every need. Great conversation and the food is amazing. Will absolutely come back, 10/10…
Love the chicken pineapple curry
Ordered a soup that was supposed to have lemongrass/ginger/coconut milk flavors - the soup tasted like only water. No Thai spices in there, hardly any veggies and the veggies were tasteless. I ordered it at medium heat, so could go hotter, but there was NO flavor. I ordered 2 dishes and the bill was $40. Not worth it for water soup. I added my own chili sauce that’s the orange specs, otherwise no flavor. This place used to be good and maybe it’s the quality of ingredients these days, but very disappointing now.
Delicious as always!!
The papaya salad was perfect!
I try really hard not to be picky about food service as I understand how awful others can be, but I’ve never really been somewhere less accommodating. my girlfriend and I took her two kids out to eat, they’re not the most adventurous with food so we simply asked for plain chicken or beef on the side for them, we were informed that can only be done when a main dish is ordered.
So we ordered them main dishes and got the chicken on the side. Our food came and the chicken was mixed into the dishes both kids had zero intentions to eat, and it was made abundantly clear they wouldn’t. It wasn’t really a tall order to ask of any restaurant especially when our dinner was over 60$, we also asked for two boiled eggs, which somehow costs 5$. The dishes that had “extra chicken on the side” were hardly a single chicken breast in total (20$ for that dish) its chicken and noodles…
The waitress absolutely refused to make any kind of accommodations. The food was super overpriced, the portions are small and some of it came out cold.
But hey the flower they plated the meal with was pretty!!!!!!
Curry Fried Rice is very good
I always liked this place and the food they served but I haven’t been for a while. The wonderful funky Thai ambiance that it had before is gone. No more beaded curtain, hanging art pieces or fresh flowers on the table. Not even servers who take your order at the table, but rather you order at the counter and a “number” is placed on your table. It feels so much less personal and much more sterile. The pad Thai seemed ok but not very warm when served. I miss the ambiance of the old!
Very clean, good service, food was delicious and large portions. My husband likes his very spicy, like Thai spicy, these guys do it . We definitely recommend this place.
Drunken Noodles
Pad Thai is really good. Newly remodeled and nice and clean. Service is always good.
Very tasty decent spice/heat level but I enjoy eating "fire" lol...always friendly service, good food, decent portions...fave Thai place locally.
Expect time delays if you decide to eat here, waited over 45 minutes for #5 chicken wings, then minutes later my full order was brought. Disappointed on this visit.
This place used to be my favorite Thai spot in town by far! That being said I was craving pad Thai this past Saturday. Even though I live on the Westside I was willing to drive across town to get it from orchid. I ordered shrimp pad thai with extra lime and peanut and a Thai tea. Much to my surprise it was a whopping 24$ including a tip. Way too expensive... The food was okay... I got a whopping 5 shrimp which were overcooked and fishy tasting and not properly deveined ... 3 lime wedges and 12 Oz Thai tea which was mostly ice. Not worth the price or the drive. Will not be returning.... Would not recommend
Delicious as always!
Some of the best Thai food I've had in town! I love their pineapple curry
Big menu, fresh options, cute decor. Food was great. Not a lot of seating so time your visit.
Won’t be going back. Ordered a medium heat pineapple curry for a cold winters night and here were my issues: overpriced- I did order an extra protein but to be charged $5 more (with no warning) seemed unacceptable considering the container was only 2/3 full. (Paid over $20 for the dish) The curry had an odd smell to it, a weird twang to the flavor and no heat. Also who puts potatoes in pineapple curry.. I’d had been better off eating chicken nuggets from McDonald’s. Didn’t notice the recent reviews.
SO good! Nice filling portions and a beautiful place to dine in
Fantastic food and service always! Best Thai around
Brand new setup but the food is still great.
Got drunken noodles and they tasted great
Food was great, price ok. Took longer for the food to come, but wait was worth it!
The was good, since they changed its worse won't be dining there no more.
i don't see the hype. for real. the dish i ordered was $18 (panang with chicken) and i had the audacity to ask for no bell peppers sub bamboo shoots which were an extra $2. and it wasn't even flavorful. i would LOVE to find a legit great thai spot in town. $18 for rice, chicken, and subpar curry? no salad, no miso, NO THANKS.
My family and I have been going to this restaurant for years now. We hadn’t been by since the pandemic had started because we always enjoyed eating inside due to the very relaxed and intimate setting inside the restaurant. We had heard that dining was open again so we decided to eat there last night and I must say that this restaurant has completely gone downhill since our last visit. To our surprise the inside of the restaurant was completely gutted and remodeled. The restaurant is now a very cold and sterile environment compared to what it once was. Not to mention the prices on the menu reflected their remodels. The beef and broccoli plate that I normally get used to be very fairly priced and now is nearly $18. Literally almost doubled in price. Don’t even get me started on the portion sizes now. I remember when you could get a plate at this restaurant and have enough for lunch the next day. My plate last night didn’t even have enough food to fill me up and was much more blan than I remembered. Another disliked addition of mine was the fact that you have to order at the front counter when entering the restaurant before you sit. This feature totally takes away from the intimate setting it once was. It felt like laziness on the restaurants part. Lastly, the cherry on top of the cake were the very detached and emotionless servers we had. None of them had any personality or a good serving skills. I had to practically beg for a refill on my soda. All in all, the food was okay, extremely overpriced, and the restaurant itself took a turn for the worst. Orchid always used to be a treat for my family and I but I must say we will most likely not be back. Our cute Thai hole in the wall restaurant is now a typical commercialized restaurant that just isn’t the same anymore.
Way over priced! The beef in the beef salad was tough and they use the cheapest cuts of beef and chicken. Glad I won't have to go there again.
This was my first time eating here and it was fantastic. Clean and pleasing aesthetics. Food was delicious and portion was very generous (made 2 meals for me). The menu is huge. I will be back, and I can't wait.
We have been going to Orchid Thai for several years now. They have always been wonderful - and especially during COVID, they were so accommodating! Last week we went inside to pick up our order as they have reopened inside after their remodel. It was incredibly busy and we waited a bit, which was fine and expected. I had my kiddo with me and a dog in the car. I had mentioned it to the server. So we stayed in the car while our order was being prepared. When our order was ready the server came out to the car, checked our order, and was so sweet and helpful! It's hard when you have a little one and a dog sometimes and I just wanted the server and Orchid Thai to know that I am so grateful! Also the food was delicious!
On line the hours of operation is inaccurate.
Says open Tuesday 4pm to 9pm. Actually the restaurant is closed on Tuesday!!
Same old orchid Thai. 2 hour wait times.
Been going here for about 14 years and everytime I go (@least twice a month) everything tastes exactly the same. Staff is familiar, decor is familiar, the food, the tastes, all familiar. Consistently delicious. I reccomend their fried rice, definitely the pineapple fried rice and the veggie egg rolls with their "egg roll sauce." Best pineapple fried rice in Albuquerque!
I really hate to do this, from a 5 star rating to a 2... After coming to The Orchid for many years, I am very disappointed in my most recent experience. The new staff is rude and the food was sub-par. Before the remodel I used to frequent this place and order the same entrées. The food was consistently delicious. However, the food the past few visits was not the same. The new packaging is aesthetically pleasing, however, the food and service was not good! Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning. The girl at the front taking orders was pretty rude, sealing the deal. So sad to have mad this choice as this used to one of my favorite eateries in Albuquerque
One of my favorite lunch spots, they are the best!
They are temporarily closed for some renovations, they need to update their google or website. We came far from to eat Thai at this location.
The best Thai food in town. Really appreciate how thoughtfully they've handled operating throughout the pandemic.
Our favorite thai place. Love the pad thai, and sticky rice and mango. Fast, polite, and fresh food.
