Please visit and awaken your senses to home cooked freshness and flavor of Thai Food.
My first impression of this restaurant was how nice and clean it is. There are outdoor seatings available too. Long parking lot since the restaurant is located along with other businesses. Nice vibe I get there. Staffs were friendly and attentive. The food may not be the best Thai food I have had, but definitely not bad. I wouldn’t mind returning. They are delicious!
I came here with my husband and the menu already made us struggled because we want to try so many items. At the end, we settled with Tom Yum soup, which was tasty and with a good amt of ingredients, just right. A papaya salad that we thought could have serve cold. It wasn’t cold enough to us. The best about this papaya salad is the small sticky rice. It was very delicious. Compare to another restaurant that we tried, this papaya salad became alright to us. Could improve. A Pad Woon Sen where we thought the beef was a bit overcooked. It was a bit rough to us. The overall taste was good. And finally a Tropical Duck Curry. This one was yummy. The duck is slightly crispy on the outside and meaty inside. We wish the duck could be more tender then it will be a even better dish! But the curry sauce was perfect! Delicious!
Overall, both my husband and I are satisfied with our dinner tonight.
Good food, but average service.
We visited this place on Thursday for lunch around 1.30pm. There were 2 more customers only and it was not crowded at all.
We wish our waitress was friendly. She didn’t greet us and didn’t check if there food was okay until we were done. They also rushed the order.
We ordered appetizers, soup and entrees. They brought the appetizers and soup first but they brought the entrees when we were half way through. The entrees got little cold and there was not much place on the table. We felt that they rushed and made us leave early.
The appetizers were okay, soup was great, the dragon noodles were awesome, Thai curries were too sweet.
Overall, it is a great place with good food. The waitress and the cook were wearing masks and I felt this place is a safe place w.r.t to COVID.
Absolutely wonderful! I went with my mom, who is strictly gluten-free (GF) and my 6 y/o, and they had so many delicious options. I got the Thai noodle soup with beef and she got the chicken pad Thai. Everything was so good! 6 y/o loved both the chicken and beef, as well as the rice noodles. The service was excellent! Highly recommend them!
Great food! Get the Pad Thai.
Very clean restaurant
The food is excellent, and spicy....delightfully so.
Delicious every time I go!
We did a birthday dinner here. Love the food and atmosphere.
We accidentally spotted a Thai restaurant on our way - and this surprisingly was just amazing. Perfect taste that suited us vegetarians& perfectly spicy - dinner portion size was great too. Value for money too.
Love their drunken noodles. They can adjust the spice levels as needed.
Food is delicious! The basil rice and stir fry are perfect. The vegetables are not over cooked and the servings are generous.
10/10!! All the dishes I tried here were packed with flavor, good portion and a good price. I want to eat here everyday! The waitresses were super kind and attentive. The flowers on the table were a nice touch and the place was inviting and clean! The Thai iced coffee was soooo delicious I had to take some to-go as well. The tofu papaya salad was super fresh and crispy. I will eat here every time I’m in the area for sure!
Food is amazingly good, one of the best thai restaurant in NJ
The Drunken Noodles here are fantastic! Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Great environment.
The quantity of food has decreased in a plate.
Inconsiderate management which does not care about kids of the guests who may have dietery needs.
We ordered for the first time on a Saturday night for take-out from the Marlton location. Ordered from the website directly for pick up the Bhan Thai combo appetizer and shrimp Pad Thai. One of the items in the combo is a summer roll and in special instructions I wrote “shrimp in summer roll (if given choice)” - because on the single menu item there was a choice but not on the combo item. When I went to pick up the food, the hostess withheld the bag and said I owed her $2 and I said I paid online (ironically I even (stupidly) left a $2 tip). She said that they usually use tofu in the summer roll in the combo and it’s $2 for shrimp. Ok so yes, I understand that now but as a first time customer didn’t realize that was the case and honestly did not even have $2 cash on me! I told her I specifically wrote if given a choice, as in if not then don’t do it. She argued with me a bit more and then went back to the kitchen in a huff. Three employees stared at me across the restaurant and talked and she came back and said it’s fine just go. I tried to say one more time I didn’t know and she cut me off mid sentence and said it’s fine. Cut to me getting home already annoyed that they made such a scene over $2 and I’m eating the sub par food and the summer roll had NO shrimp in it - only tofu!!! So I called back to say this and the same person who was rude to me at the restaurant must have been on the phone and argued with me STILL that she checked with the kitchen and decided not to charge me. But it’s not like she switched the summer roll - I said but if I had just paid the $2, I would have paid for nothing! And she continued to defend herself, put someone else on the phone who was a slightly nicer but stood behind what they did. I’m appalled. First and last time we will ever give them our business. Luckily the food wasn’t even good so I won’t be upset about it.
Amazing Thai food.
I got carry out and the curry was excellent. The restaurant was dead except for 2 people at 830 on a Thursday. The place is nice and clean just no vibe with no customers
The service was great but unfortunately the food was just not good you could taste that nothing was fresh. The only thing I enjoyed was the greentea drink.
I’ve dined in twice and gotten takeout once, and every time my service has been great and my food has had great flavor. My only complaint is, I’ve gotten pad Thai twice and both times the noodles have been burned. The flavor would be perfect otherwise so I’m tempted to give the pad Thai a third try but I am hesitant. They curry and appetizers I’ve gotten have always been stellar though!
Absolutely a treasure, served with lots of live on the plate!
The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Every time I've been service has been awesome. The green curry is simply delicious!
Cannot beat the price, service and food. It is BYOB
Very attentive staff and excellent food!
Absolutely loved it ! Spring rolls , fried dumpling , and calamari was amazing . The crab fried rice was my favorite!!! It was so fresh and tasty
Spot on! One of my favorite Thai restaurants in the area, visit their other location in Mt Laurel too! Everything on the menu is fantastic and the chef puts a lot of effort into every dish.
Excellent food and great service
Everything is very good .The food is good, the service was great . My mom went to Thailandese before. And after eating she said that it tasted like the food she ate in Thailandese .
Everyone's meals were delicious!!! And our servers were exceptionally helpful!
This was a cute little place I stumbled upon for an impromptu date night! Weather was great so we sat outside and enjoyed the evening and the food! Pleasant and prompt service from the staff and great food! I'm pretty sure we were the last customers to leave that night!
The food is amazing, I recommend the curries. The building is a little small, so it can get crowded when it's busy. The service is on the slower end. But in the end my family likes to come back because we very much enjoy the food.
Authentic! Owner is one of a kind 👑🙏
Grabbed some food from there on our way back from NJ. Food was just OK. Maybe it would have been better if we ate it fresh. I judge Thai places by their phat Thai and this one was just OK.
Lost one star for inconsistency. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes just okay.
great food, good service. fresh taste. order some. Thai tea or coconut water and finish the meal with some sticky rice.
We always loved their OG location (MT Laurel) - excited to find their new location in Marlton!
Wonderful Thai place with a authentic twist! We placed a to go order on a Saturday. Picked up and it was hot & fresh & ready!
Wonderful flavors with fresh veggies. Everything is high quality! Level 2 spicy has a strong kick indeed!
Delicious Thai food awaits you here!
The bhan Thai fried rice with chicken was super delicious! Great service and great food! 10 out of 10 highly recommended. Will be coming back again!
The ambience and service is good. The food quality is not up to the mark. There are very few veggi options. The most of the dishes have strong fish sauce smell.
Best Thai food in the Area we've had so far. Keeps us coming back for more delicious food. Fav dish is Drunken Noodles 🤤
Tasty Pad Thai. Good unobtrusive service, but a bit loud as acoustics need some sound dampening materials in hard surfaced walls and ceiling. Pretty noisy even with a relatively few diners.
Delicious!! Nice place with plenty of seating and an outdoor patio. Staff is patient and efficient, prices are reasonable and the food was large portions and delicious.
Okay thai food. Nothing really special. Reasonable price. Lunch specials.
Attractive restaurant that offers professional and friendly service not to mention delicious food.
Wish they offered family style Tom Yom soup.
The pad Thai was so tasty I was so sad I had to take it to go for later but I loved it here!
We are eating here tonight for the second time this week. The food is excellent and better than the food we ate in Thailand. And the service is exceptional. Definitely worth eating here.
I've only had one dish - Green Curry w/Chicken. I use it to test if I like their Thai flavor and spice level. Bhan Thai is fantastic. Ordered three times, each time, it's delicious, consistent, and has a dynamic flavor. The rice is meh, but make your own and enjoy their curry
I rarely give reviews on Google so this place is certainly very good! Very rare for Thai restaurants to offer Rack of Lamb. It was awesome in addition to the Thai salad with peanut dressing and coconut soup with chicken. Rack of lamb was very good size, meaty and full rack of lamb - better than any full size American restaurant. This was actually better quality in comparison. Definitely top choice Thai restaurant!
Food is great, probably best Thai in Marlton. But atmosphere is lacking in the small, loud space so take out is the only option that makes sense to me. If they offered delivery through DoorDash or Grubhub that would be helpful.
Always amazing food! The quality of the food is top-notch
Very tasty and fresh food with exceptional service. Garlic Salmon was cooked perfectly. 9.5/10
I usually give five stars to this place, but nowadays there are too many inconsistencies. Not a dependable taste everytime you go :(
I hope they get back to consistency.
Their salad and sauces are surprisingly good (not run of the mill). I wish they show the same care in my other vegetarian orders too.
Not bad by any stretch, but not as good as it used to be
Delicious, fresh, and amply-portioned food, staff is attentive without being chatty or obtrusive, and the ambiance is inviting. Love it. ❤️
Ordered food today and the flavors were spectacular 😁
I have ordered here many times as I reside close to this location. The time I was extremely disappointed. I was disappointed in the quality control of the food and the service.
We ordered a few entrees and appetizers. When I got home I checked and realized they forgot to include the rice. I called and instead of offering to to provide the rice I was put on hold for 5 minutes to see if the rice was in the bag. Obviously, I know what rice looks like and by that point to avoid any delays I headed back to the restaurant and when I got there again instead of having the rice ready they questioned if I checked every bag. I was offended as they made it seem as though I was trying to pull a fast one for a container of rice. By the time all of this had transpired the food was cold and the taste was so-so. I wish this is where it ended.
We ordered chicken satay for appetizer and there were pieces of cling film (looked like the chicken was fried with it) in the container with the garnishments.
I am extremely disappointed with the service (especially since I tipped 20% on a take out order) and the quality of the food.
Good food
Great food, just like the other location. Nice outdoor seating. Will be back.
Wish that I could give moe stars .. this our go to and tonight is won't go to
My first impression of this restaurant was how nice and clean it is. There are outdoor seatings available too. Long parking lot since the restaurant is located along with other businesses. Nice vibe I get there. Staffs were friendly and attentive. The food may not be the best Thai food I have had, but definitely not bad. I wouldn’t mind returning. They are delicious!

Overall, both my husband and I are satisfied with our dinner tonight.
Quick and excellent food.
Very poor service! There were plenty of people standing around and all we got was a glass of water in the fifteen minutes we waited for a server! We left!
A wonderful catered office lunch today. We
ordered appetizers and entree trays for our office celebration of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month and Bhan Thai did not disappoint. Everything was expertly prepared and was hot and ready when promised. They do a great lunch here for eat-in or take-out and can cater for larger groups as well. Highly recommend this local gem.
We often order online for pickup for a Friday night treat. The som tam and sticky mango rice are a could of our favorites but we've not been disappointed by anything. Looking forward to coming back.
Very tasty. Huge portions.
This is the second time of my visit while reviewing this. This place is awesome. Taste is really good. I ordered appetizer - bhan than combo, entre - red curry with chicken, drunken noodles with shrimp and Tom kha soup. Photos are uploaded
Nice atmosphere, tasty food, not expensive. We'll be back.
Can’t go wrong with any of their food but if I had to pick my favorite it would be Pad Thai and Bhan Thai fried rice. After trying their pad thai it felt like all the other pad thai I have ate previously were missing ingredients! Also, friendly staff and clean restaurant. Lastly, place is BYOB.
Nothing special. No taste. Very bland. Got a chicken dish, barely any chicken.
Enjoyed a nice gluten-free lunch. Service and food (coconut curry soup with vegetables and chicken) were good.
The meal we experienced here was wonderfully delightful. We normally don't order spicy, however we requested mild and got an explosion of flavor with a little kick. It's set apart from other Thai establishments. We've had Thai before but very few establishments we would patronize multiple times. We will be back here possibly tomorrow 🤣.
Great service and wonderful food. We have eaten here several times and each time the food is just as good as the time before. The environment is nice as well.
Fresh and delicious!
Good food, good quantity
The food size is generous. Ordered the veggie spring roll and tofu pad Thai, I almost can’t finish it. The tofu is so tasty!!
I don’t know why there are so many 5 star reviews this place didn’t have good food and was over priced. Went with my wife and we Got two thai teas, the tamarind duck, the red snapper, and the crab fried rice. The Thai teas were way too sweet. The tamarind duck was also way too sweet, there should have been less tamarind sauce or sauce on the side to drizzle on it, although the skin was crispy. The pla rad prik (whole fish) red snapper was not good either, it was not a fresh fish and had a very fishy taste (fresh fish should not be fishy in taste). The best item we got was the crab fried rice which was pretty good. The portions were large but overall the food was not worth the price. The total bill came out to almost 100$. Price isn’t really the issue, the food was just not good, would not go again.
Awesome place for Thai food . Chicken satay and chicken combo starters are good . You can also try the shrimp or chicken ban Thai fried rice . Loved it . Good place for lunch or dinner with your friends . The ambience is good . They have outdoor seating option too
Good food, but average service.
We visited this place on Thursday for lunch around 1.30pm. There were 2 more customers only and it was not crowded at all.

We happened to be in the area and are Thai food fans so stopped by to try this restaurant.
We’ve been to many Thai restaurants around NJ and had one favorite for many years prior to trying Bhan Thai. This is by far the best Thai food we’ve had anywhere. Lots of vegetarian options and large portions. Red curry, kra prow, pad thai and cashew nut were all delicious. Very fresh vegetables.
Great outdoor space and super friendly servers. Very clean space.
It was on the way home. Suddenly decided on this restaurant but it was a good decision.
Food: awesome
Restroom: very clean. They take care of everything.
Location: easy to find and visible.
Seating: well-spaced
Staff: friendly and ready to help.
If you are around, sure give it a try.
Good food and a nice outdoor seating area.
It’s byob and they will host parties if you are looking to have a small gathering.
Everything was overly sweet
The food here is amazing... amazing ambiance!!!
Everyone's food was delicious!
Food was scrumptious!
Excellent Thai food.
I really can’t say enough good things about Bhan Thai. I used to go to the amount Laurel location, but since we live in Marlton and are about 5 minutes from this location, it is just perfect!! Both locations share the same wonderful food and service. The waitstaff is so nice, and the service overall is fantastic. We pick up curry or noodles once a week on average, and I’d say we have eaten close to 30 meals from here at this point. You get TONS of food so it’s amazing for the price as well! We always have leftovers for the next evening. The curries are our absolute favorites, but their drunken noodles and pad Thai are also totally delectable. Their food literally puts us in a great mood, so if either me or my husband has a stressful day, I’ll pick Bhan Thai up after work and it works like a charm to improve our moods! Anyway, I can go on and on about this place, try it, you’ll love it!!
Loved all our appetizers that we had for lunch. The steamed mussels were particularly outstanding with delicious vegetables and a flavorful broth. Service was excellent. Perhaps a bit pricey for the portion size.
Absolutely fantastic! I went here with my family for my graduation night. Service was fantastic and food was wonderful even though we arrived really close to closing time. Thank you Bhan Thai! Will definitely go here again.
Mount laurel is best , this location is decent but the staff need training on customer service
Best thai food around! The flavors are amazing and you can tune the spicyness. Definitely 5stars.
We order from here a few times a month. Compared to most places we've tried, their flavors are spot on with how we expect everything to taste. Awesome place! Try if you haven't!
This was truly the best spur of the moment experience I’ve ever had. I had a taste for Thai food and I liked the appearance of this restaurant when I was driving down Route 73. Not only is the outside beautiful and inviting but the food is amazing. This is the The best Thai food I’ve had in my life. There is no other Thai restaurant that can compare to the food I had tonight. I had Pan Khing, shrimp dumplings, which were not your ordinary shrimp dumplings these were super phenomenal, Spring rolls which were so fresh and delicious, crab meat pancake: I’ve never had anything like this in my life, chicken fried rice delicious delicious delicious. Everything is so fresh and to top it off it’s extremely affordable. I can’t wait to come back and dine outside. Thank you for the awesome customer service and the best food ever.
Great duck!
Awesome consistent taste! Lil expensive, but totally worth it on that special day!
Bhan Thai serves quality food in a lovely atmosphere. The interior of the restaurant is bright and clean and the patio seating is surprisingly nice for a strip mall with umbrellas and beautiful plants. We ordered the vegetable pad thai, the tofu pad pak and the shrimp pad pak as well as papaya salad and shrimp dumplings. I ordered the thai iced tea, which was perfectly sweet with authentic smoky undertones. Our meal was delicious and I am looking forward to coming back for more!
Great food and wonderful staff
First time for me. Been on to do/go list for a little while. Was not disappointed. Liked all the dishes I ordered for take out (summer rolls w shrimp, crab pancake, steamed mussels, pad kee mao, and the basil eggplant) and prob would like it more if I ate there, fresh and hot straight from the kitchen.
Great place, attentive staff, professional service and delicious food.
the spring roles and bhan thai fried rice were made just the way we liked it! and the coconut juice is a must try one!
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good thai food near marlton area.
Food is always fresh, great flavor and service is always good.
Love this place really quality food. Curry like liquid gold!
This place is great. Super clean, attentive service and the food was excellent. We were traveling through but if I lived nearby this would be my Thai place.
Amazing food, kind professional staff, and a wonderful atmosphere.
We love Thai food and this place was a treat perfect seasoning and large portions!
Thank you for a great meal, the curry and the pad Thai were perfect.
The authentic Thai food here is crazy good. Everything is delicious, fresh and safe!
Very good
Everything was great!
The best Thai cuisine ever...hands down!
My friend and I ate here last night and everything was sooo delicious. We made a reset and we were seated right away, our server was very friendly, and attentive. Our food was very flavorful and we really enjoyed our experience there. It’s the best Thai food I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend you try this place out!
Foods great.
Food was delicious and quick. Some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had and pretty reasonably priced. Excellent costumer service, everyone who worked their was extremely nice. 100% coming back.
Best thai duck ever. The skin was super crispy. The meat was super tender and juicy. Fried honey banana was awesome as well. The fried wrappings were paper thin and crispy. The banana in the middle was hot and soft and melted in my mouth.
Even after placing order on phone manager waited for payment before starting the $15 order cause their system says I did not pick a soup order six month back and she found that to be good business practice , seriously ? I wish you all gud luck with that attitude of yours and enjoy the food on my behalf for which I paid and decide to not to pick because of all the lies manager has to say in her defence.
If i could leave 10 stars i absolutely would. I love this place. They have the best pad Thai In the area, some of the best I’ve ever had. And the Thai iced tea is also some of the best I’ve had around here! They are always nice and pleasant, and they always accommodate my special requests. The delivery drivers are fast and very nice. Oh and the creme brûlée is to die for. It can be a bit pricy but the quality is worth it. If I’m craving My guilty pleasure meal, i always gravitate towards this place. Thank you!
Good food 💯
Awesome Food
The food just isn't that good...very bland and sauces are full of sugar. The chef needs a visit from Gordon Ramsay. Cool building and staff is friendly.
excellent food, very fast service.
Food was delicious and service was wonderful
Food is authentic but quantity is not what they charge for it. They even charge for extra rice..
So they charged us $2 for extra plate of rice. When we argued that we get more rice when order online for pick up, reason given by owner was when you dine in they have to pay employees to wash dishes. So to make up that cost they give one less scoop of rice when dine in.
When asked then we better off order online, response was it's your call.
Wow!! What a Penny wise Pound foolish business attitude.
Lost loyal customer !!
Again, no question about quality of the food!!
Wonder why small businesses go belly up. :(
Great service, incredible Masaman curry.
Really good Thai! Wait staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Would recommend for a quick bite call ahead during Covid. They do have nice outdoor seating.
Service and food were both excellent!!
This is one of my favorite restaurants!!
Placed an order for takeout. Friendly staff and food was great.
First off we were so happy to see them open closer to home. We were already impressed with their Mt Laurel location.
My wife and I went in for lunch and were amazed by the decor and spacious interiors. Mt Laurel is so tiny but always busy.
She got the red curry with tofu after getting Thai basil fried rice all the time and was impressed. I got the green curry with shrimp 😋 and it was super delicious. We both got spice level 4 which gives a great kick to the sauce. Same flavors and taste as the sister restaurant. Large portions and decently priced.
People are still discovering this place since its just been a month since it opened but give it a try and you won't be disappointed.
Delicious and authentic Thai selections - great choice for date night or movie night. Large portions, courteous and prompt service. Grilled seafood and vegetables were especially satisfying.
Excellent Thai food. Well above the average " calamari " ... regarding the quality of their food. Their "Thai Lemon grass Soup" is the best that I've ever had!! Their " Thai Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao) with Shrimp " were fantastic, you just need to specify your level of spices. Very pleasant atmosphere, very prompt and excellent service ... we will be returning again and again!!!
This is the best Thai restaurant in town with great service. There is wide selection of menu items and the food was very delicious! If you love Thai, this is a must go place. We will keep going there more often! (:
