My go-to order is Pad Woo Sen with beef; spice level 2; and a classic milk tea. It’s my comfort food and they make it perfectly. I’ve always wanted to try their vast tea menu; but nervous to possibly get something I wouldn’t like. For my birthday my son worked with the team to order 12 varieties of tea, most with different boba toppings. We had a great time trying new things in a smaller size cup my son brought in and the team was awesome working with the “try new things!” goal. My new favorite will be the honeydew melon milk tea with tapioca! It was amazing. I am so grateful that they helped us have this wonderful experience for my birthday with my son.

Update a year later:
It has not changed much since the last time I was here. It's still pretty overpriced for food here sushi was 7.99 for 8 little tiny pieces. My ticket totaled a little over $15 for two items. The taro milk tea was pretty good this time. Other than that the sushi was kind of mediocre at best. It had more of a gingery taste to it or something that was not fresh. A fresh piece of sashimi has no flavor except a buttery finish. The sushi kind of tasted like it had been marinated in something to keep it preserved. I probably wouldn't come here for sushi, but the drinks are okay.

But not the milk teas.

We stopped and ate at this place before we went to see a hockey game and we will definitely be back. The young lady at the counter was so very nice and explained what they were and what they served. She gave a recommendation and we went for it and it was so good. On the spice level we went with a 1 and I'm glad because that was just hot enough. We will be back soon to eat and the portions they serve will definitely fill you up. They serve coke and that is always a bonus for me. So give them a try and I know that you will be glad you did.

Worse Pad Thai I’ve ever had. Greasy, runny sauce, very little meat and vegetables and very salty. It was almost all noodles, which were very skinny. I was really looking forward to some good Pad Thai. This was not worth the calories. I left most of it uneaten. The place was empty and no one came in while I was there. That should have been my first clue.

Delicious food - I would especially recommend the basil stir fry! The staff were kind and friendly :) The interior is bright and cute.

I ordered Thai Box online and was pretty disappointed in what we got. I ordered pineapple fried rice with chicken & hibachi fried rice with beef. Both dishes had maybe 2oz of protein scattered in tiny shreds, lots of big carrot slices to bulk it up, and the flavor was meh. Ordered both dishes at Spicy level 2, neither had any spice whatsoever. I admit though the Thai tea was super delicious! Unfortunately, we will not be returning and will get Thai food elsewhere.

Ill keep coming back. Good food and service.

I’ve tried so many options here, and I have never felt disappointed. They have a large variety of Asian foods, so much that it makes it almost impossible to choose each time. They also sell bubble tea (which I always somehow get lured into buying by the end of my meal… I’ve never been able to successfully resist lol). My top recommendations would probably be the pho and the chicken and rice (high spicy levels of course haha) for food, and for bubble tea, I would say the lychee drink with lychee popping is my favorite. 🧋💋

Stopped by Sunday afternoon for lunch. Was easy to find with plenty of parking. Was greeted with a warm welcome when entering and staff was very helpful with ordering. Place was clean and food came out well organized. Ordered a variety of noodle and rice dishes. Plenty of flavor and well prepared. Not too greasy or salty and food tasted great with just the right spicy level (ordered level 1 and 2). I'll come back and try the drink menus next time. Definitely a place worth trying out.

came here for lunch and got the pad thai and pineapple fried rice. the service was prompt and friendly. ordering was easy and food came out nice and hot. pad thai was perfect. noodle to veggie meat sauce ratio was very balanced and the pineapple fried rice was also full of flavor and had a great balance of toppings so I can a little of everything in every bite. I got mine spicy lvl 1 and 2 and it was just right for me. I'll definitely be back thank you for the wonderful experience

They are under new management and we really enjoyed the food and service. We got the pineapple fried rice, pad Thai and the pad see euw. All were delicious and fresh! We will definitely be back.

My son and I visited here, we let the cashier know it was our first time. She did a good job explaining the food and recommending different options based on our preferences. The food was very good we both really enjoyed it, we will definitely be back!

Some of thai restaurants were rude but this staff is extremely patient and courteous to my surprise. The food is out ofy expectations. Beautiful place, peaceful and welciming ambience. Nice outside seating too. Best thai food. Highly recommend

Stopped here for a late lunch on a weekend. The Staff is very friendly and helped us to choose the Vegetarian Friendly options, while food is little greasy it’s not a deal-breaker and their honeydew flavored drinks are amazing. Overall with 40$ for two people with 2 appetizers and one main course and 2 Milk teas are good

The Pad Thai is very Good! Their Summer Rolls are delicious. And the Boba Tea is really good! Also their Tangy wings are something to try.

I used to eat here alot when I worked in Allen. Glad to see it's still around after covid and when I'm in Allen I will always eat there. What makes me angry though is do not put 8:30 as closing when I went in at 8pm to place a to go order and tell me your kitchen is closed. Put 8p then. Really makes me not want to support yall anymore when I was counting on that for dinner for my husband and I.

This is a lunch staple place for me when I am in the Allen area. Give the Singapore noodles a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

Fast friendly tasty fried rice

Upon walking in you are immediately hit with the bathroom stench which is completely unappetizing, as one could imagine. The customer service is severely lacking as the woman who took our order was extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here based on their customer service alone and then adding in the fact that the entire restaurant smells like a toilet, you do not want to give this place your money. The food didn’t even make up for their poor customer service. The Lo Mein wasn’t cooked all the way through nor did they have any flavor and the pho had absolutely no flavor. It tasted like they boiled water and threw rice noodles and some chunks of chicken in it. The same woman who rudely took our order came to the table to make me hurry and finish my pho and insisted on putting it in the to-go container for me because I wasn’t doing it fast enough. I’ve never experienced this level of disrespect from a restaurant before. Will never return and I don’t suggest that you do either or even ever try this place.

I had the lo mein and my partner ordered the tom yun noodle soup. We had the thai fried rice to share as well. Got to say when you crave some Thai food, try Thai Box. Owner/ manager? was super chill and awesome when getting my order.

Delicious and reasonably priced for the area and portion size.

[3/1/2023] Unfortunately, I have to remove stars as the new management is not friendly. Instead they are downright rude. The quality of food has also taken a nose dive. Our last two visits were not so great. Won't be going there again. It's a pity because I had given them 5 stars when under previous mgmt.

The restaurant is always very clean with friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable, so you cannot expect proper silverware and plates for what you’re paying for. Sure I’ve had better Thai food at some places, but at almost double the price. We love the panang curry, pad ke mow, and pretty much everything on the menu.
The only complaint I have is that their secret drink is a ripoff at over 5 bucks. It’s basically sprite with a spoon of yogurt. But that’s the only exception. Otherwise, great food considering the prices.

I’m sad about this place now! I used to go to the one in Addison weekly and it was soooooo great! I missed them so much I drove all the way to Allen to get it and it’s not good like the Addison location was. It was so FLAVORFUL in Addison!!! I definitely can’t be driving that far for a downgrade. Sorry guys!

This used to be our favorite "Asian" food spot to eat at, we would usually either pick it up or have it delivered through UBER or something. Recently they have been skimping heavily on the portions of their chicken soup, including the actual chicken breast, and noodles. The chicken soup is over $10 a bowl, and you end up getting maybe $.75 worth of soup, $.75 worth of chicken, and $1.25 worth of noodles. Terrible price per unit. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE!

Expensive and yuck at the same time.

Disappointed. I don’t typically don’t write reviews however disappointed with the expensive sushi roll. As you will see in the photo, the sushi was literally cut paper thin.

I have only tried sushi here, and it was Walmart quality at premium pricing. Bathroom was gross. Employees were nice but not particularly helpful. Empty restaurant during prime time in a very busy area. Drink machine was out of order.

I ordered chicken Singapore noodles and spice level 3 out of 5. What I got was tasteless/no seasonings and the chicken over cooked and dry. There were maybe 3 slices of jalapeno to give it a little taste but that was all. I asked for hot mustard and soy to make it better. It is very clean and has a nice vibe though. Still not going back.

I have been a regular but lately their customer service is horrible. My husband went to order in person and the lady got his food wrong. He called and the lady was very rude on the phone. This time I used this clove app for the first time to order. When I got there I looked at the food and realized there was an error. The lady took the food back but refused to give a refund or replacement. They even charged me more for items but it was not present in the food. She told me they have no manager, is not there fault the app got the order wrong. What happened to good customer service smh.

We stopped in for lunch. The restaurant is clean (bathrooms too), service was friendly and very helpful. My husband had spice level 5 and didn’t feel it was too hot, but the flavor was great. Fried dumplings- I could have rated a dozen. And Mango bubble tea was the perfect suggestion for a nice day. They have a kids menu, too. We will be back.
