Casual cafe with modern flair & murals serves up Thai classics, from noodles to Thai iced tea.
Came here for restaurant week. I love many of the different food items here. I’ve had the Pho and Pad Thai and loved it, also tried many different sushi rolls from here and all were delicious. This visit, I had curry puffs, the tower tartare with kani roll, a thai iced coffee, and the cheesecake eggroll dessert. The curry puffs have such a depth of flavor with the curry, they’re these tiny little explosions of flavor. I missed out for so long because I often get spring rolls, which are great, but try these too. The thai iced coffee is great but sweet and I’d rather that be an option for dessert over their cheesecake eggroll which just wasn’t for me. The ice cream they serve it with was great, I’d have just a small dish of that also instead of the cheescake dessert thing. Mom got the seared tuna with the California roll. I tried a piece and it was delicious, I could see getting that sometime myself. The food was great, I’ll definitely be back.
I love the food at this restaurant and I keep coming back despite the horrible service. We’ve constantly been forgotten about and waited well over 45 minutes for our food. The cherry on top was going in and finding no staff members in sight. Terribly managed restaurant, with very few good staff members.
This is my favorite Thai place in the area. Never disappoints! Tonight they were short-staffed and they had the courtesy to tell us it would be a little longer than usual for our food but it wasn't too bad at all and we appreciated the honesty.
We went in expecting to have a nice meal. They told us that we would have to wait for 30min first, then they told us we’d have to wait for an hour. So we decided to get takeout. We waited for more than an hour for our takeout because the restaurant is so understaffed and the management is really bad. After we got our food some of our dishes were very bland and extremely greasy. Awful experience.
We had a special request for vegetarian food with no meat, no eggs, no onion no garlic.
Within no time the food was ready and very delicious.
I recommend this restaurant 100% if u have special diet needs. The team is very warm and friendly too.
Special Thanks to the Chef!!(God Bless)🙏
The good is so good! The prices are very fair. The service was decent but they were very busy when we went so it's understandable that it was a bit slower. It's a much bigger space than it appears on the outside. The back room with the bar is so nice and there's a beautiful view of the river. I would definitely go back here again!! Everything we got was delicious.
For a Friday night there was a chill vibe. Not super crowded or noisy. The waitress and waiters were super friendly. The food was super delicious! Totally recommend for dining with friends. Also very accomodating for people with allergies.
Unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We were seated right away but had to wait 45 minutes for our small order (2 items) to be ready. I would appreciate if they mentioned the wait before we were seated or at least after we ordered. At some point the waiter came by and said the order will be ready in 5 minutes, nope, took another 20 minutes after that. To make the matters worse I've received tofu fried rice instead of beef fried rice that I ordered. Didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for the order to be fixed so just ate what was served which was pretty bland.

Love the food and the service felt like princess
Food was excellent, as for service poor. Took 45 minutes to receive a bottle of beer once we sat down and ordered drinks. It will be a while before I go again .
Call orders in. Prices are much cheaper, and there are no options for spice levels.
PHO Soup is awsome !!!
Pad thai noodles were cooked to mush and only tasted of vegetable oil.
My fav place to stop whenever I am go towards binghampton
If I ordered my food from Tioga, Downs and I drove all the way to Dayton to get it. There’s no reason why I should have to stand in line while two and three employees. Try to figure out something for one person. They just don’t have a very smart system when it comes to service. It’s Mediocre at best, and you guys do not take the time to say hey I will be right with you. That goes a long way. Just a little communication.

Damn. Food is on point, drunken noodles are straight out of Bangkok and the basil beef was perfect. Deserves to be the busiest Thai in town, super gem of a place.

Kitchen can be a bit slow sometimes, but phenomenal Pho and sushi. Great place
Great food. Great atmosphere. Great service. A must try in binghamton.
Nice thai food
They have a great patio on the river which is nice. I go to a lot of Thai restaurants and I have to say this one doesn’t make the top of my list. I had the red curry and chicken. Which is usually in past experience a nice coconut milk infused with curry basil and a mixture of vegetables. This one was more like it was in a curry gravy. Felt heavy and thick and flavors were muted and bland. The spring rolls were the same, and oddly came out after my dinner was almost done. Bartender was very kind and accommodating and made conversation which I look for especially when sitting alone in a restaurant.
Tom Gai Kar on a cold wet day. It doesn’t get much better! Been coming here for years….
I think it's okay
I love this place !! Thai fried rice with chicken is great!!! And you don't know what your missing till you try their little crispy spring rolls ! I'm not ok going a week without those🤣
The last 2 times I ordered take out something was missing. The last time I called, they took my info but never called back to refund me. They used to be amazing but now it's hit or miss. Not consistent
We had a special request for vegetarian food with no meat, no eggs, no onion no garlic.

Great service and food, extremely clean restaurant
Pad Thai was really good
I ordered Green Curry with shrimp to go. I ordered online. It told me not to call the restaurant with any problems but to text the online service and they would call me back. Then I never heard from them again, so I didn’t even know if my food was ready after about 20 minutes. I called them and the restaurant said my food was done already. So I went to get it. The curry was nice and hot. It was the correct spiciness. The flavor was very good. The shrimp were good, but the vegetables were absolutely horrible. The bamboo shoots were hard and tough and the green beans were stringy felt old the snow peas were passable, it was disappointing. For $20. I do not think it was a good meal.
Wow fantastic Pho soup and the service was impeccable! Cute waiters too and very good prices-I was very pleased!
15 dollar main, 1 dollar of rice equals 90% of the meal, so stingy with the chicken and vegetables, felt ripped off.
Excellent as usual, the server today, his name Shawn, was absolutely the best, attentive and pleasure! He is an amazing credit to Thai Time!
During our recent visit to Thai Time, we had the pleasure of being served by Amya. Her service was nothing short of wonderful, making our dining experience truly special. Amya went above and beyond by taking a few memorable snaps of me and my wife, adding a personal touch that we greatly appreciated. While the food was okay, it was Amya's exceptional service that made our day. We're looking forward to our next visit, hoping to see Amya's friendly face again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience!
This place is the most best Thai place in Binghamton.I would highly recommend this place if you want sone Thai food to eat, great service, great employees, abd great food!
We stayed in Binghamton on our way to the South. One of the best Thai food we ever had. Drunken noodles tasted so heavenly. They had a deal on Thai curries on Thursdays, tasted good and of good quantity as well. Must try, when you are in town.
So I had ordered take out the other day. I always get the drunken noodles, which btws is yummy. But the main thing I wanted to specify is the fact they charge TWO extra dollars for take out food!!! Never heard that at any other business. Charging an up charge that they already do w/ paying by card is understandable as they have their own fees. But paying w/ cash & still charging extra fees on top of that is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention I ordered a SIDE worcestershire sauce & they charged me 50 cents which is again ok BUT it wasn't even half way full. Rip off. If you're going to charge extra on everything please correct your portions. I had ordered such a big meal & y'all just threw in not even a half filled sauce cup. I don't think I'll be going back...
Amazing Thai food! Pineapple curry was simply amazing!
Well we went on half price sushi night so it took over an hour to get some rolls . Everything was really good though... The dinner options are great as well
UPDATE 1/24 . Great service and food..
You will wait for food. You will wait for service. I don't mind doing either for how much I love this place
Horrible staff. I was sent here for a delivery order and the staff kept telling me “one sec” and would ignore me for like 25 mins until they walk up again and say “yeah it’ll just be a minute”. No joke this went on for 3+ hours. Started my shift at 4:30 and this went on until 8pm until my customer finally had enough and stormed over there herself.
Absolutely ridiculous. The disrespect.
Went here for sushi and sadly they didn't have any but what a blessing in disguise that became we decided to stay and just wow it was WELL worth it the food is amazing pineapple fried rice was phenomenal, Thai tea was amazing, Rama with chicken and peanut sauce was so on point I wanted to lick the plate my wife got Lard something and I wanted to steal it from her 10 out of 10 for this place
I ordered 2 orders of chicken Thai fried rice to go. When I opened the food to eat, they did not place tomatoes, cucumbers, or scallions in the dish. I ate at this restaurant prior and had all those additions included in my meal. It is very disappointing placing an order expecting it to be one way and being let down. 😒
Extremely slow service. No one seemed to care.
Ordered a salmon roll and a California roll. Both were very good. Will definitely go back again.
Pho and spicy lemongrass
Yum!
Great food, ordered take out and had part of the order missing though.
I love the food here, but the service has gone down hill badly. We walked in and got sat at a table quite quickly. Seemed great. Then sat at our table for 25 mins before being greeted by our server(or anyone besides girl who sat us down) when our server finally did come by, we were then rushed to order food and drink as if we were a bother was the impression we got. Sat another 15 mins and still no drinks showed up. We then decided to just go. 45 mins waiting on even a drink was unexpectable. Floors were very sticky too walk on as well. Shape up thai time. You used to be great in all aspects of your business.
Found a bug in pho that's all
Delicious food and great service!
I liked the casual atmosphere and modern decor. Good apps, decent cocktails. I was disappointed the entree offerings for Binghamton restaurant week were horrible!
The Pad Thai was mushy and sickeningly sweet. I sent it back and tried their Thai rice. It wasn't any better. I gave up after a few fork fulls.
I say stick to drinks and appetizers and go elsewhere for a meal.
Great food! Service is slow
A little bit of NY in Binghamton!
Jami was my server and recommended my table some of the sushi specials. All of which were divine. Jami always has a lovely energy and smile as she carries on throughout her shift. She managed the bar and several other tables throughout my time there. I specifically would go on Wednesdays just to be served by Jami. She really puts her heart and soul into her work.
This is a repost as my last review was deleted
Oops 😬
Delightfully funky Thai restaurant with full bar and outdoor deck overlooking the Susquehanna River. While the food is delicious, it's the atmosphere and service that make this place special.
Drunken noodles awesome. Thursday curry special.yummm
Good Thai food served in a short amount of time.
I have loved thai time for years, however when i found a big piece of glass in my food tonight, I doubt ill ever be back too bad
Food was decent. It was upsetting that once we were given the bill the prices of everything we ordered were higher than presented on the menu initially. When asked why this was, we were told that they were still updating their menus
I've had great experiences here in the past, but probably won't be returning again. The girl in the front provided terrible service.
If I could give a ZERO rating, I would. I’ve been in this restaurant with my family for over 90 minutes. So far, 3 out of 5 of us have been served- at 20 minute intervals. The shrimp is not deveined, (disgusting), and the kitchen staff is moving like molasses. They continue to fill take-out orders while we sit here waiting. First time here- NEVER AGAIN!!!
I would like to start off by saying the yellow curry has by far the best flavor we have ever tasted in any curry, however we are still very disappointed. My husband and I really love Thai food and we ordered our two favorite dishes, pineapple chicken fried rice and yellow chicken curry. We ordered takeout for dinner and live about 30 minutes away, so we didn't get try it until we got home. We like our curry over our rice and so when we dished it out that is how we made our plates. I took a few bites and soon found a hair in my food. I called right away and the staff I spoke with were both very friendly. I do not recall the name of the person who answered the phone, but the manager was put on and was very kind. They both apologized and the manager offered to either refund me for my full order, remake the whole order, or give me a gift card. Due to it already being late and having a special needs daughter who I needed to get to bed, I requested our order to just be re-made at a future date to which the manager kindly obliged. We called ahead to place our order and picked it up to bring home for dinner last night. Upon dishing it out on two plates and having our first couple of bites we realized our curry had tofu in it, rather than the chicken we had ordered. Had we actually ordered tofu it probably would have been amazing, as it was loaded with it. However, we had to pick out the tofu and were not left with much as far as vegetables. Needless to say, we are very disappointed... honestly not sure if we will go back and try again.
If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. 2 hours no food. Upon receiving the food the shrimp is Not deveined , meals coming 20-40 minutes apart from each other . A party of 5 couldn’t even eat together. 2 hours in only 2 people received their order, requested a manager on multiple occasions to only Receive “ the head server” .
Food is spectacular. Pineapple fried rice and pad thai are delicious. Thai iced tea is best in Binghamton/Tricities and is made the way I love it, without the milk mixed in. Tastes just like when my friend from Thailand would make it. Spectacular food and atmosphere. Waitstaff is extremely pleasant and the bar in the back is beautiful. Outside section is also very nice. Pho was also scrum and much better than Pho-nomenal imo
I have been wanting to experience this restaurant for a while now … well … tonight I did and it didn’t disappoint … I sat at the bar and was taken care of by Fallon who was fabulous … she cared about how my food was and her service & conversation was exemplary … the food was awesome including the Thai beer I enjoyed … the Spicy Basil Dish was delicious … and recommended by Fallon … I recommend Thai Time Raw … and give it 5 stars too …
A nice restaurant for flavourful food in the downtown area. They are able to make things vegetarian without fish sauce which is excellent. The drunken noodles and red curry are my favorite. They have outdoor seating by the river in the summer which is amazing.
Update July 2023:
Dropping my 4 star rating to 3 because we just learned that all the curries are made with a chicken powder base. This was very thoughtful of the waiter to double check with the kitchen when we asked but it is still very unfortunate. Our favorite place in the area for curry but sadly no more. Please make a vegetarian / vegan friendly curry.
The food is decent but this is one of the most frustrating places I’ve ever tried to order from. Most of the time you can’t even get through to anyone. I’ve tried on about 10 different occasions was only actually able to order food 3 times. There also notoriously slow with the food. But sadly the other Thai places around aren’t much better. In Syracuse I could get delicious Thai food whenever I wanted. Down here I can’t even get it when I want it most of the time. So sad. Someone could make a killing down here actually running one of these places well.
Was very busy. First time i have ever been here, went with 2 co-workers.Sat outside. Would definitely recommend.
They will make it spicy if you want.
The food is never disappointing here, it's absolutely delicious. It took an hour for our drinks to arrive, and 2 hours for food (it's understandable to have long waits for sushi on sushi night, but our pho and noodle dishes also took 2 hours. The food wasn't brought out in any order, just as it was ready). We saw 4 other tables of 2 or more arrive after us, get their drinks, meals, pay, and leave, before we even got our food. We really are rooting for this place, but this experience was no fun, especially when you're hungry.
Nice place for formals/date parties. Cute outside spot for photos. Food is pretty good too!
Ive come here a few different times and this has probably been the worst trip out of 4. Our host was lovely and sat us in our preference. Our table didnt have soy sauce on it though. We also then waited 10 minutes to even be asked for drinks. Our server Tobias took forever and when check out came he split the check wrong and then disappeared. Literally disappeared. Not to mention when my food came out I asked for no veggies. Just broccoli in my drunken noodles. There were onions and when I pointed it out as soon as it hit the table they went back and picked the onions out and missed several. The sushi chef did wonderfully with the hand rolls though.
Food was great! looking forward to when they open the outdoor space!
Awesome food with a fantastic staff and a great view of the river from the back dining room. Absolutely worth every penny!
Love this place. Never dissapointed with my food!
I came here for Valentine's day and it was really delicious.
Went here for sushi night. The sushi was not great. We were not impressed.
Generous portions, good prices, and did that tastes outstanding. This is a place to try if you like Thai food. To see the place from the street you may think it's a low budget place but the inside is really nice, and it's huge inside. Big bar in the back along with a sushi bar. Check out their menu on line. We'll be going here again soon.
Good place for Thai food.
While in uni, eating out wasn’t a priority due to financial restrictions. Thai time was one of the only Thai restaurants while I attended.
They’re good was consistent, portioned well, not Americanised the the point beyond recognition.
They do nice date parties for organisations and the staff is very nice.
My first experience tasting Thai food... I ordered Red Curry (just a little spicy - you can request this) with brown rice. I loved it! For any first timers, I would describe the curry as a thick broth with savory, sweet, and spicy notes. I also tasted a peanut flavor. A very complex flavor! It also had snow peas, green beans, and bamboo shoots cooked al denté in the curry. It was delicious! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive too! I'll be back!😊
Anytime I order or eat here the food is absolutely fantastic!
Unfortunately I didn't grab pictures of the drunken noodles with ckn and tofu but it was delicious!
I also had crispy egg rolls
Great bowl of Pho but missing some of the classic add ins I'm used to.
Very good Thai iced tea.
Good food but the service couldn't be worse. The way in which takeout orders are managed is pathetic.
The food is simply amazing.
I went to Thai time multiple times and their food are good, I recommend their pho more than anything else, sushi is alright.
Although I like Thai time but their cooking time is definitely longer than other restaurants, don’t go there if you want a quick meal. I hope they will have enough employees or management in the future.
Very long wait and not worth the food.
This was my first and last visit. The service was slow and so was the meal prep. I ordered a beef salad because I am not a fan of fish oil. The dressing had fish oil in it which didn't go well with the beef. There was no description of fish oil on the menu description. Only after paying my bill, did I learn that they do not give change involving coins. The waiter did not make me aware of that prior to me placing my ordering. The coins I was owed after paying the bill were automatically absorbed into the bill without my consent.
The service was excellent the food was very very good the atmosphere was cozy. A little dark for those is us that wear glasses but I highly recommend this for dinner different in the area of don't have much good food in town anymore. Over all very pleased and will make this one of my downtown favorites being an ex NYC 'er it brought the culinary yeah and the hip city atmosphere that I miss so much. Kiddos to them!!
Very enjoyable experience. Waitress was attentive and personable. Patient with all our questions. We had happy hour wine which was good. I order sushi apps of salmon roll and eel. But we’re good and beautifully presented. Precious had a very good massaman curry but we both agreed the Panang curry was star of the show. Can be ordered with no heat. Good meal.
Nice place and food is pretty good and great sushi
Food was ok, more Thai fusion than authentic Thai. Atmosphere was super nice. Service was good. They had cocktail specials advertised out in front of the restaurant but weren't serving them for 4 more hours.
Curry puffs are delicious!
The sushi was delicious!
place took an hour and 20 minutes to make our food. We placed an order online, and when we came to pick it up, at the exact time it said it would be ready, we were told, one more roll of sushi had to be made by the chef, 10 minutes later, “he’s rolling it right now” and another 10 minutes went by and they finally give us the food, no apology, no discount
Great food!!
Delicious! Fuimos varias amigas, todo estuvo genial. Luego volví a ir con mi esposo! Buena atención y deliciosa la comida !
PLEASE READ It was really good but we had to move inside because of the BEES OUTSIDE other than that everyone was really nice and the food was amazing
THAI TIME....great food and service
Tried something new. It was very good 👍
Yum
Food was good, sushi wednesday is one of the better deals in the area but servers are extremely hit or miss. Came here last week, got great service. Came this week, server was very condescending and had an attitude when we asked for basic things like more water and soy sauce. Having a busy service and not being as attentive is understandable, but having an attitude for basic needs made this experience really disappointing.
Great outdoor seating. Nice breeze. Service was excellent! Food was great. As good as new york city pad thai.
Great place with a variety of dishes and drinks. The outdoor patio is very comfortable and has a nice view of the water. Our server was wonderful!
Recent visit and I was a bit let down. What was easily one of the best Thai places in town, it was instead mediocre and filthy. The chair cushions are really dirty and not really a cushion.. best to just take them off. Summer roll was gelatinous and chewy with brown lettuce and non existent shrimp. It was a bummer. I will give it another go one day in the future but for now it was a disappointing shadow of what I remember.
I wouldn't order take out from here. I ordered last night and got my usual Kha Prow Duck. When I received it they replaced the duck with chicken. NO phone call no note. The Kha Pro Duck is $28.95 and the Chicken dish is $15.45. Thats not okay and I was ripped off! The chicken was a pretty disappointing dish. Ill try a different Thai restaurant next time.
Food was really good but service poor.
Food was good! The portions looked small to me at first but were filling. As a party of 2, we ordered Pad See Ew, Spicy Thai Fried Rice, and Chicken Satay, and were quite full. Biggest issue was the wait. We waited for about 35 minutes for our food to arrive and the appetizers were served with the entrees.
My wife let me know that they wanted Thai for lunch and asked me to pick it up. I asked her to add TT's ceviche to their order as I hadn't had it before. I figured for $15 it was a good value so why not. I've had ceviche in South America before and know what a good ceviche is.
I went in to pick up the order and was handed a plastic bag with a large paper bag and a smaller one next to it. I figured the lone item was the ceviche but double-checked with the counter person. She was pretty sure it was in there but checked anyway. In the smaller separate bag was an order of Summer Rolls. Cold, so it makes sense to keep it separate. But what about the chilled raw seafood cooked with a cold citric acid? I found it sitting atop all of the hot items in the other bag. I asked the girl why they would place a chilled item in with hot items and, disengaged and uninterested, informed me that it was only her fourth day there which tells me that she was poorly trained. When I saw the paltry serving serving size of the dish I asked her if that was all there was to it, a half-filled container? She told me there was more and in fact there was; exactly six bland tortilla chips.
And so, without any further comment or apology from the server I walked out, most likely to not return.
To be fair, when I got home and dug into the ceviche it was actually quite tasty.
Good thai food in Binghamton ny.
The food is always phenomenal, but repeated experience has taught me to never plan for this to be a quick outing. Always an astonishing number of staff on hand, yet they take quite a while to get to you. And then get back to you. Most recently we sat for over 20 minutes after all finishing our meals just waiting to ask for the check... And then another 20 minutes waiting for our server to come back to collect payment once we got it.
Again, I highly recommend for the food and atmosphere, just don't try to squeeze Thai Time in in under two hours or if you have somewhere to be immediately following.
Good food friendly staff
Food just ok, had drunken noodle's 3 small pieces of chicken and 3 shrimp, tons of noodles.
NO customer service. I was so disappointed in my experience. Made reservation at 11:30 am for 6 people at 6pm. When we showed up at 6pm. They found NO reservation. Placed at the very front of the restaurant where NO one wants to be. But we where thankful they could fit us.
Waited for 10 minutes at the table the for waitress, finally asked hostess may we get menus.
Well the experience continued down hill from there. Waitress that has no interests in being one, took drink orders, when she brought them, she wanted us to tell her who ordered what and did not even bother to hand the drink to the person who ordered it.
When she took food orders forgot she only took 3 food ordered instead of all 6 of us. We had to tell her who she missed.
Food slowly showed up three orders ....then one more order after three people where half way though the meal. Then the 5 order showed up.
Oh and when the food for 3 was served, we ordered one glass of wine , latter she came out to say they where still MAKING the wine when the 5 meal was being served!
Anyways the 6 order never came no one ever checked on the table to see if we had what we needed, I waved one of the three hostesses, they came over, I let he know I still waiting on my meal. I had ordered chicken and shrimp. And guess what I was served beef and shrimp! What a shocker! Had to ask them to exchange it.
Ok, this horrible experience does not end, I asked for boxes for everyone. Gal who really is not there to work, brings out tiny boxes you know 4"x4" only fits a small hamburger, this works for everyone but the 6 meal that never really was eaten because every one had finished their meal so a bigger box was needed.
Get this, asked for a bigger box and her reply was the manger said they can not give bigger boxes! I said fine let me talk to the manger.
The waitress (I use the word lightly ) returned with larger box. No manager.
My family had an horrible experience. We will not go back.
This restaurant needs to know we go to there for the service as well as good food! Other wise we could have ordered from grub hub! But now I feel like that would go wrong.
Not what I was expecting.
Started the meal off with a summer roll. Very bland and looks like no effort was made to even try. Maybe the drunk college kids enjoy this food.
But unfortunately I wasn’t intoxicated during this experience. I ordered the Drunken Noodle it was extremely bland and came to the table in the shape of a bowl (like how you get cafeteria food served flipped onto a plate from a bowl) Sad I think them Name Drunken Noodles means the state in which you should be in to eat the noodles.
I took one bite and said heck no I’m not paying for this, Top Ramen has more flavor. The same went for my boyfriends dish he got the Panang Curry with steak and the steak looked and tasted SUS to say the least.
But the absolute worst part was when we asked our waiter if he could just bring us the check to pay for the summer roll we ate most but not all because we were starving. I offered to pay for that but said we had only taken one bite and didn’t like the entrees. He disappeared and never came back. Another waitress appears maybe 10-12 mins after and says “are you the guys who ate the summer rolls?” I said yes and explained that we didn’t like our entrees. She then responded and said we needed to pay since we ate most of them. I said absolutely we will pay for the rolls and I had already said that to our waiter and then I said it was the entrees we didn’t want because they were bland and not good and we only each took one bite. She again questioned us and left the table and disappeared. Again we sat for another 5-10 mins and finally got up and found them and said we would just like to pay so we can leave.
Overall and awful experience and will not return. Unless I’m going there to get drunk.
Customers Beware.
Not what it used to be :(
Umm..$5 strawberry margaritas during happy hour, need I say more? 🍹
The food was great, The service even better and the atmosphere fabulous.
Took 2 hours to for a takeout that was suppose to take 90 minutes and they didn't include half the order. Usually good but not tonight
Terrible service like next level bad
TLDR: tasty food, would recommend
Came here on a Friday night with somewhat low expectations after being turned down at a different restaurant, but was pleasantly surprised. Food was piping hot and came quickly. The portions were pretty generous too. Overall it’s one of the better Thai places we’ve been to (however cannot attest to the quality of the sushi because we didn’t order any).
Beef and meatball pho: flavorful and non-greasy broth, noodles were a good texture, and meat was good too
Curry puff: not terrible but not really flavorful, would skip next time
Chicken satay: one of the better ones I’ve tried, not dry at all
Pad Thai: texture of noodles was good and flavor was right, chicken and shrimp were pretty decent
Summer rolls: pretty average, nothing special but not bad
Pas See Aew: on the sweet side but overall not bad
We were seated at our table. It took 15 minutes for a server to be told we were her table. I don’t think it was her fault. It took an additional 20 minutes for our drinks to come after that. We were considering leaving. Our drinks came as I was about to leave. Our food came out shortly after that. My starter meal came with my meal. My husband got one of his dishes that should’ve been his meal. His main course came 10 minutes later after I was done with my food. We were watching other couples leave due to lack of service or not being seated, even though there were lots of tables open at the restaurant. But on a positive note, all our food was delicious. His crab dish was barely warm but it was delicious. My crab roll and seaweed salad was amazing. The Pho my husband got was spectacular. So this place is wonderful for food, but I could not bring myself to go back there because the wait staff was very inexperienced and they need a manager to make sure people are waited on and get their food and drinks.
Amazing espresso martini, food was great, mood was good, service was friendly and quick. Highly recommend
Great vibe, food, portions. Pad Thai- yum.
I give this place 1 star. 4 of us went to lunch. 2 of us had terrible meals. I had salad with rotted lettus in it . Carrots were dried out . Green peppers were old. Hardly any dressing. Pineapple fried rice was ok but not as it use to be. The other was the soup. rice noodles were over cooked . Beef was nasty. We were not offered replacement or $ off when the waitress was told it wasnt good. Service as poor. We will not be returning. They were Not busy when we were there.
Food is delicious. Our server was very good.
Takeout system is crazy. I have no idea how they stay in business. I placed an order using Eatstreet that is ON THEIR WEBSITE, but they say they don't even use it and never received my order. Now, apparently it is my responsibility to contact Eatstreet and receive a refund. What a mess.
