I got Yellow Curry with Chicken and it was excellent. They loaded it up with chicken and potatoes. The potatoes were nice and soft, just how I like them! The curry broth also had great flavor and just the right spice!

The portions were big and filling. We were stuffed.

Golden gem in Henderson for Thai! This place is very quiet, there was only one other customer in the restaurant eating. The service was very efficient and friendly. I ordered take-out. I had Pad Thai and Pad Mow (spelling?). The flat noodle dish was SO flavorful that it out the Pad Thai to shame. It was also very good, but couldn't beat the Pad Mow that was mild in spice but full of flavor. The Spring rolls were outstanding as well as the garlic fried rice with fried chicken! Best fried rice I've ever had. I'm very much looking forward to trying out other dishes.

Not sure about these existing reviews, but we tried Mama Pam’s yesterday and were greatly disappointed. We ordered the Crispy Pork and Crab Fried Rice. The pork was not crispy at all and it was so hard we could barely chew it. We couldn’t eat it and didn’t even want to take it home. The Crab Fried Rice was “okay” but there was hardly and crab meat in it at all…but a ton of scrambled egg in top. We told our hostess about the pork and it being inedible and she didn’t even apologize. Her response was just something like “Oh, really?” An apology at least would have been nice. Best Thai food I ever had

Unhappy with server taking it upon himself to tell me what spice level I eat my food.

My wife and I frequent Mama Pam Restaurant weekly (either dine in or take out). Today we dined in. Upon entering I spoke Thai to the server/cashier named Sammy (on the receipt). He asked how I spoke Thai and I advised that all of my friends in LV are from Thailand, and I'm practically adopted Thai.

When I ordered Pad Key Mao at spice level #7, he kept telling me it would be too hot. My wife explained we eat there weeky, and that I know what spice level I prefer. Sammy then suggested #6 spice level as a compromise, as his cook is directly from Thailand. I advised I was aware of the cook's origin, told Sammy no to #6 spice level compromise, and reiterated that I wanted #7.

When the food arrived, I advised my wife that the food was not #7, and after waiting a few minutes decided to eat (Sammy had disappeared to the back of the restaurant). Once I paid the bill and tipped, I was then given the receipt after asking for it from Sammy. With tip, we paid $90.12.

It was once we arrived home that I saw that Sammy disregarded my instructions and placed the order with the Cook at #6 spice level ( see attached photo). Very disappointed that he did not follow instructions.

Alley was really sweet and helpful she took my order and I had to get take out but I would have liked to dine in. The portions are great!! The food is so good. I got the Tom Kha Kai soup, Chicken Larb and Red Curry. I ordered a lot bc I love Thai food and leftovers. 5 stars all around definitely a hidden gem

Chicken in the yellow curry was raw. Inside the crab rangoons was still frozen. Probably one of the worst Khao Sois I've had. Never coming back.

Noodles were cooked wrong. Veggies were cut too large and so we’re not cooked through. There were no green onions on pad Thai and it was extra passed out with way too many bean sprouts. I like bean sprouts, but half of the box was just that. Flavor was good and service was very good, but I wouldn’t eat here again.

Pad Thai, tasted like it was cooked with leftover burnt grease from the deep fryer. Plus an abnormal amount of sugar. Even the fried rice dishes had sugar in them. Guess this is what Americans believe is Thai Food, anything loaded with sugar and MSG.

Tried to order food from doordash from this restaurant twice. The first time my dasher was told someone else picked up my order. Totally fine, not the restaurants fault, potentially. I was really not upset about this as this happens all the time. I cancelled my order, and placed another duplicate order. Second time they REFUSED to make my order, after accepting it?? My second dasher put me on the phone with the restaurant and they basically were accusing me of lying about not receiving my order, as if it's my fault someone stole my food. Please do better, this is ridiculous...

We have ordered delivery from this restaurant (about 7 times now), so can only comment on the food. BUT, this place has the best Thai food I’ve found in vegas. Delicious, authentic, and their spice level is accurate. We have tried many different dishes and never been less than absolutely satisfied. Soooooo happy my friend recommended this place

Man I tell you what. if you know anything about authentic Thai food you know this is the number one spot in Las Vegas, period.

I’ve probably been to 20 different Thai restaurants in this area and although some of them were quite good, they didn’t know how to spice it up the way real Thai food should taste, which is extremely spicy, and the flavors weren’t authentic.

I live off and on in Southeast Asia and have been doing so for about 25 years and have traveled through Thailand extensively and know exactly what true, authentic Thai food should taste like and this is it.

So please understand that if you don’t like your food insanely spicy and swimming in those little Thai chilies that burn you from all ends, you need to order your food on probably level two or three to compare to all the other Thai food restaurants around here because They get crazy with the spice, which is a good thing .

The absolute best Thai food I’ve had in Vegas and I’ve had them all. The heat scale is accurate to request. I had glass noodle Pad Thai with chicken. Amazing. Wife had Tom Kha. She had same reaction as best ever. Met the owner who moved here from the east coast during covid. Many awards won there. This place is the real deal. I hate to write the review as I know it’s going to make it impossible to get in soon.

I came across Mama Pam Real Thai food while searching for a more authentic recipe experience. We were pleasantly surprised at how busy this establishment was. The customers eating were discussing how incredible everything tasted.
This is a family owned restaurant and you could feel the catered experience from the moment we stepped into the restaurant. Our waiter Amber was knowledgeable and friendly. When I mentioned Thai hot she knew what I meant and stated that mama Pam makes it authentic and that she would recommend to take the "hot" down. I insisted. I was was shocked to taste the authentic "Thai hot" in the food. Something that is hard to find. The food was a moment to savour. The owners husband greeted and walked from table to table engaging with the customers. Making you feel welcomed and that your food experience was a good one.
Love this place! I will definitely be eating Here again and again when I'm in town.

Food was pretty good. The veggies were overloaded with soggy bok choy/cabbage and the egg rolls were kinda soggy inside. Curry was good! I don’t think I’ll order from here again. Noted that it was a take out order. I can’t speak to the dining in experience.

Date night with husband, delicious food, but I had to send my Tom Yum back twice because it had long dark hair swimming in it.. The cook was really nice, apologized, but TWICE...(no thank you, I'll grab a salad on the way home).

Having been to Thailand, I can honestly say this is one of the most authentic Thai food restaurants in Las Vegas currently. Mama Pam even came out and greeted us when i ordered a 10/10 spice level fried chicken. The larb was spicier (we ordered that 6/10) in my opinion and everything we ordered was fresh, on point flavorwise, and spicy the way it's supposed to be. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you are looking dor unique flavors and authentic vibes.

I ordered the Tom Yum Koong and it was so delicious and tasty. Spicy #3 cleared out my sinuses so next time Spicy #2 it will be. Very flavorful food and the staff was very friendly. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Soup entree and drink $37....VERY GOOD PRICES

Did order over the phone quoted me 20 minutes when I arrived they told me another 20 waited 45 minutes then they decided to cancel my order last minute and when I asked them for my food, they said that the kitchen was closed horrible customer service. Mamma Pam is my favorite Thai food in Las Vegas. The service is excellent and the food always comes out fresh. I recommend Pad Thai, Pad Prik King, and the Som Tum salad. I try to order something new each time I go and I am never let down by the good eats!!!! I recently tried Beef Stew and Beef Ball noodle soup with a spice of 4 and it was excellent. Please note: Level 4 spicy might be too spicy for you. I have a high tolerance. Rule of thumb if it's your 1st time, go with a spice level 2. You can always add more spice!!!!!

Excellent Thai food! I was very, very impressed with not only the flavor, but the size of the portions. I am a big Thai food fan, and very picky. We tried over 8 dishes, as we had a large party, and everything was excellent. Additionally, the service was fantastic.
The location and interior is nothing fancy - super simple, yet, very, very tasty.
There is a reason this spot has such great reviews.
If you are looking for a fancy aesthetic, this is not your place, however, it is clean - just basic.

Thai cooking is one of my family's favorite cuisines, and over the years we've tried many local Thai restaurants. Last week on my birthday my daughter wanted to buy me dinner so we decided to try some takeout from Mama Pam's. We got the basil chicken and the Drunken Noodles, both at spice level 7. They were both great!! Great flavor and the spiciness hurt so good!! I went by the next day to find the location as the directions went to Ocha Thai, and found that location is now Mama Pam's. I went inside and told them how much we enjoyed our meal. They were very friendly and I look forward to trying more of their dishes!!

Garlic Fried Chicken and Fried Rice was delicious. Rice was just right and the chicken had nice crispness. Spring rolls were good too. Quick service. Clean restaurant.

My family and I LOVE Mama Pam's. When our favorite Thai restaurant closed down a few years back, we were crushed. We began the slow crawl through the absolute ocean of Thai places to find our new go-to and hallelujah!! We found Mama Pam Real Thai Food. Everything we've had here has been immaculate. Flavors, textures, service, price. They have it all. Curries are excellent, not too soupy, and full of flavor. Their pineapple fried rice is another favorite. Lastly, we almost always order the chef's special Ground Chicken Basil. It's a perfect savory dish with an unctuous fried egg on top. Yum! I don't think you can order wrong here if you tried.

So first thing spice level 1-10. Should be a 1-5. We ordered 5 and could not eat the food. Beware the spice level here is on another level. My lips are still burning. They did remake order this time no spice. Great food great service Thank you

So this was my 5th time ordering from here. Me, my husband, and a friend all ordered a type of chicken curry for lunch based on my recommendation because the food here does taste incredible. However, clearly the quantities were very uneven despite all paying the same amount, which was awkward when I got home and showed everyone their meals and our friend got half the amount my husband received. We all loved the food, and I will compliment them for adding spice when we asked because a 5/10 and 8/10 was indeed very spicy. But this is the 2nd time out of 5 that the portions have been off so I’m just hoping they fix that.

Best Thai food in Henderson!

This little hidden gem has some of the most authentic Thai food I have found stateside.

I really would have liked to have given this place five stars but I can only give five stars on the base quality of the food itself. It really is good food. The thing that made it loose stars was when I asked for specific spice levels they kept insisting that it's very hot especially when I asked for a five or six out of 10 on one of my meals, a Tom Kha and the seven out of 10 on another one which was a chicken Pad Thai. They were pushy about me getting less spicy and kept emphasizing on how spicy it was. I went with their suggestion on the pad Thai and only got a three out of 10 and the chili powder on the side but I stuck to my guns and got a 5 out of 10 on my Tom Kha. The pad Thai had no heat at all and only became spicy after adding all of the chili powder that was provided to us. And despite asking for a five out of 10 for my tom kha, it was not spicy at all either. The food has great flavor but when I want heat I want heat and did not appreciate at all being told about how allegedly spicy their heat levels are and that I should get something less spicy. When I go into restaurants and I ask them if they have heat levels one to five or one to 10 and I tell the person taking my order what I want, that's what I want. I don't appreciate being argued with.

I ordered the chicken pad Thai, it was very spicy.

First time here and service was attentive and quick! My other half and I are big fans of Thai food and unfortunately the food didn’t meet the flavors compared to other places we’ve eaten at. We got the beef salad and Tom yum soup and thought it needed more flavor. Tom yum needed more of a kick and beef salad also needed a kick and was salty. Other than that, their Thai tea was yummy and ambiance is really nice.

We got the Tom yum soup and panang curry beef to go. The soup was an insult to all Thai soups. It was hilariously watered down and the quantity (small) costed $8 and was not even enough for a single person.

The panang curry was tasty. We got the 7/10 spice level and it didn't blow my face off. Skip the soup and get the curry!

Mama Pam is from New York, where she owned her Thai restaurant business for 20 years until the pandemic her and her husband came to Vegas. They are both the most sweetest couple. An excellent addition to the Thai restaurant community of Las Vegas! While most of the dishes are from Southern Thailand, I had an absolutely excellent khao soi, a Northern Thai specialty. The service was excellent and very welcoming. I highly recommend!

Amazingly delicious Thai food. Most similar to food found in Bangkok and just as good. Perfect balance of flavors and textures.

We tried Pad Thai, Drunken noodles, Basil fried rice, Crispy duck curry, spring rolls, Thai dumplings, mango sticky rice and Thai tea. Every dish was perfect.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior inside is cozy and staff is friendly. There are 2 Thai restaurants in the area- make sure to look for the Real Thai banner. The location is close to the road.

We love Pam’s! Food is authentic and the sauces are so tasty. Prices are very reasonable. She had one of the most popular Thai restaurants in NYC that closed after Covid. So when we found out she opened again in LV we had to visit. Highly recommend.

Honestly a wonderful place to get legit Thai food. They have many of the typical menu items found in the US, but they also have some incredible more traditional food. Very impressed and by far the best Thai food I have had in Vegas area. I strongly suggest!!!

As we walked in for the first time, the atmosphere felt much like home. The service was amazing, and the owner came out to talk to us. The food was even better and it was very authentic.

Best Khao Soi I have ever had. Khao Sao is hard to find so whenever I’m traveling and I see it on a menu, I get it. This place has tender, juicy and super flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles . Perfect orchestra of flavors ! Must stop to try . Staff was so kind and the place was tastefully decorated .

Original: Food was good. Ordered a 4 and I think they switched my spice level with another person I had in my group because hers wasn't spicy at all. I didn't say anything to the person so no hit there. Service was good, food was good not the most amazing but def good. I'll definitely be back and try more. Atmosphere is basic. Few basic tables and chairs nothing special. A quick spot to get good Thai food. Not for special occasions in my opinion.

So, my favorite Mom & Pop restaurant closed recently, and I was devastated! I was going to that place for 9 years. Because of that, I needed to find a replacement ASAP because of my LOVE for Thai food.. in the search for a great authentic Thai restaurant, I Googled "Mom & Pop Thai restaurant near me," and based on the reviews, I decided to give them a try!
Let me tell you, the reviews were all true! Mama Pam definitely cooked the food with a whole lot of LOVE!! My first time was last Saturday - delivery to my house. Ordered the flat noodles ( Pad see ew) that was absolutely AMAZING! Impressed by that dish, I decided to visit them to dine in today. We ordered the Thai dumplings, pad see ew, crispy duck salad, garlic crispy chicken fried rice. Every dish was full of flavor, spices, blessings from their King & Queen & a whole lot of LOVE!! With every bite, my friend and I looked at each other and was completely SPEECHLESS!! We both expressed ourselves through slience, nods, smiles and yes- more eating!! You know the food is great when you're in complete silence!! 🤤🤤

!Be CAREFUL Lol! Great tasting food! Great atmosphere and great customer service. Just please be aware of the spice level. I normally get spice levels around 5 or 6 depending on the place. Since this was my first time here i got a 4, and OH let me tell you it was GOOD! but was unable to finish it. The spice level is more of their traditional Thai spice and man!!! Great place though!

I've found my ultimate favorite Thai spot that I now visit on a weekly basis! The food is not only authentic and delicious but also boasts a beautiful presentation. I simply can't get enough of this place, conveniently tucked away near Green Valley Pkwy and Sunset in a cozy little plaza. It's a fantastic choice for both takeout and casual dine-in experiences. I highly recommend giving this hidden gem a try—you won't be disappointed!

Excellent food and worth driving in for if you live further out in Henderson. This location is right down the street from Trader Joe’s. I ordered the Pad Thai and it was spot on! Owner is super friendly and you can tell he loves what he does. Will continue coming in and trying new dishes. Highly Recommend A++

Excellent pad prik khing. The beans were crunchy, the curry was hot but flavourful and didn't overwhelm the shrimp, of which there were eight large ones.

The food is absolutely delicious and Rodney the owner is very friendly. Give this restaurant a try you won't regret it.

So glad we found this little gem on our weekend stay in town. The staff were very friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in, and helped explain a lot of the food my partner and I knew nothing about. We ended up both getting noodle dishes (N11 and N12) and they were delicious, especially my N11. A note on the spice: I like moderate spice, and my gf loves super spicy food (as in, she snacks on serranos). I got a 3/10, and she got 6/10. Both were perfect for us and it's hard to imagine how hot 8/10 must be.

All in all, we're very much satisfied and will probably visit again to try another dish or two before we leave town.

This place is more of a take out place. If you like sweet pad thai Mama Pam is the place to go, delicious!

My husband and I picked this up for lunch and it was awesome! I had the Garlic Fried Chicken Fried Rice and he had the Pad See Eil. They were so good that we just shared both dishes. We've been trying to find a Thai food place closer to home and we finally found it. We'll definitely be back.

We ordered panang, pad kee mao, and Tom yum soup. Every single dish was tasty and packed with Thai flavor. The atmosphere is so cute! I love all the Thai influences. But most of all, I felt so welcome! It was such a nice homey feeling that you just don’t get often in a big city. 10000/10 so good.

If you're looking for Thai food in the Henderson/green valley area go here‼️ The food is flavorful and they actually make the food spicy. I got the spicy catfish and pad kra pow with mixed seafood. It was delicious. They do make it spicy however so watch out. I usually go for an 8/10 at most places but even a 5/10 here was more than enough.

The owners are from Bangkok and used to have 3 restaurants in NYC and had to refocus in 2020 due to the C19.

Lucky for us, they up set up shop here 2 months ago and brought AMAZING and AUTHENTIC Thai food.

Tom Yum

The decor is very low key and makes you feel like you’re in Thailand 😂

Finally got to check out what the Mama Pam buzz is all about tonight, and wow, that was insanely tasty! The sausage fried rice and beef with broccoli / carrot stir fry was amazing, and the tom kha is some of the best in the biz. Congrats to Mama Pam and fam! I'll be back every time I visit Vegas from now on. :D

1/15/23 - My best friend and I Came here on a Sunday. It’s a small restaurant there was about 4 other group of people in there when we arrived. We sat down and the server which I am assuming is the owner took our order. We asked about the spice and my best friend said 5 and he asked if she was sure. Another table next to us told us to go low and ask for a spice rack and then proceeded to tell us that’s their first time in there and they are going to be coming back because it is so good. This was very good to hear. We got our food and I am big Archi’s Thai restaurant fan but OMG!! This place beats Archi’s hands down!!!! The owner told us he is from New York so he wanted to bring his flavors here and the food was soooo delicious!!! If you’re in green valley, I highly recommend this Thai restaurant!

We just moved to Henderson, NV, from Alaska and found this gem for Thai food. If you're looking for authentic Thai street food, this is the place, hands down! The place is pretty simple with great service and amazing food. This place definitely a bi-weekly visit for us.

This place is my new go-to because the jumbo lump crab fried rice is absolutely delicious! All their fried rice, chow mein and lo mein are the kids favorites. The staff is friendly and my food came out quickly!
