Great Thai food. My goto is basil fried rice, usually it is lucky to have green beans in it, but these guys had beef, chicken, pea pods, green beans, and green onions. Medium plus heat was spot on. Served in an attractive bowl. Great job!

These my ppls!! They go above and beyond every time! Like most restaurants, they have their bad experiences & customers; but overall they wear GLOVES all the time, I’ve never got a hair in my food, if they mess up they are cool about fixing or reimbursing me. I just know there so humble and awesome. Lunch specials are amazing, dinner portions are larger! I jus love this place, for lunch, dinner, snack to split with someone , it’s all great!!

This is my go to Thai place when I come to the office. The food is good and it's very consistent. The portion sizes are generous and the prep time is quick.

I have been a customer for 5 plus yrs. They gave me the wrong order and refuse to give me money back , this place is money hungry. Food is ok, but no customer service. I will not eat here again! My dollar counts

I really didn’t care for the food, maybe I didn’t add enough spice but this was just okay. I didn’t like how my noodles were separated from my sauce and veggies. The noodles were sticky. The establishment was clean and the staff were nice. I just wasn’t a fan of my dish.

Got red curry thai noodles. It had almost no flavor but was exceedingly spicy even though I didn't request hot or extra hot (which wouldnt be that big of a deal if there was any actual flavor). Took two bites and ended up throwing it into the trash. Would avoid this place and go to a different thai place.

I love this place. The food is always good. The service is friendly. I go a few times a month. I love the Pad Pri with beef.

Generous portions. Supplies were stored in the dining area. Service was quick and the staff was friendly enough. But the SPICE! Both myself and my friend ordered medium and the food was essentially inedible. My lips are still burning from the heat 45 minutes later. Can’t even taste the food. Not sure if this was some sort of joke, but I will stick with any one of the number of Thai places that aren’t trying to kill me. I like spicy! But when you can ONLY taste the burn, and not one bit of the food, that’s a deal breaker. Very disappointed.

Very great service and food made was made fresh! I ordered the Kow Pad and Spring Rolls and with Mild + Brown Sauce. The spice level had a tiny kick to it but I didn't mind. Would definitely come back here for lunch or something quick to eat!

I really like their food, and presentation is everything and it’s always hot and ready to go. I have never waited more than 10 minutes when I come in to place an order. The place is always clean, they have a wide variety of options to choose from and their spring rolls are very good. Parking can be a little challenging at lunch time because it’s in a small strip mall area, but not bad at other times. The options I’ve chosen are what I’ve ordered and I’ve never been disappointed.

Usually, the recipes are consistent. Today the house special fried rice, was low on shrimp and had no beef. So basically they served me chicken fried rice with a few shrimp Meanwhile, the rice was hot when I picked it up. A bit disappointed I didn't get "the house special rice" but the meal was good.

Honestly do yourself a favor and go elsewhere... They make mistakes and the website isn't setup properly which causes issues and misorders. They have stir fry listed that doesn't come with rice... Then they list sides of rice for $3. So I asked where is the rice? And they said I didn't choose rice for my stir fry. So I explained that i didn't want a side I want what comes with it. They proceed to want to argue with me about what side is versus what comes with it. Never again.

I’m going to give this place 3 stars. It was decent I got drunken noodle and the noodles were a little over cooked, they were a little mushy. I ordered it with shrimp and added chicken to it for an extra $4 It came out to $22 I also got 2 spring rolls which were kinda skinny and small

Food was really nasty. I ordered N1 and they put some tomato sauce in it without telling me. They weren't supposed to do that.

Kinda weird vibe inside. They have about 500 plastic grocery bags taking up counter real estate. Cashiers add zero value, hardly even say hi. Food is good - seems consistent.

I came in today for lunch and ordered the create your own stir fry and Thai crispy roll. Needless to say, I was incredibly disappointed with the service and food. My steamed rice was missing from my bag, for which I received no apology and my “crispy “ roll was not crispy at all but covered in a white substance. I have had crispy rice paper rolls from other places before and they were golden brown and delicious. When I asked for a refund the “chef” spoke angrily from the kitchen window and said “I ain’t giving you nothing cuz ain’t nothing wrong with it”. I felt sad and embarrassed for how he spoke to me. He didn’t even offer to remake them. I should have listened to the other reviews and avoided the trouble.

First off the young lady that works the counter/ register is definitely in need of coaching in her approach and understanding what the customer is conveying to her and give the customer what their paying for! Ex. Customer specially asked her about a certain rice being exchanged for a substitute rice instead of saffron he wanted brown and she could not make that concession for the customer. Something so small and simple ... her excuse was " that particular dish comes with saffron and it can't be altered"

Huh??? Why not it's one rice for another all other ingredients stay the same with the exception of the rice...🤷🏽‍♀️ I didn't understand that and neither did the customer who was ordering it. And also the portions of the food you receive have drastically changed on a much smaller scale ... for the prices their asking I do believe they could have kept their original portions. The customer should get their $$$ worth. Food is still very good but the portions are extremely limited.

The food actually taste good. However I ordered a house special with chicken, beef, and shrimp with an extra egg. It was $20 which is fine but there where literally 3 razor thin pieces of beef and 1 shrimp! ONE SHRIMP for a $20 dish!??! Gtfoh, and to get more shrimp was $ 2 a shrimp. 1 shrimp in this dish is absurd!!! Absolutely terrible!

The food is fresh and clean. The wait is usually quick, and food is quality. The food is not cheap but you pay for what you want. The one negative is that you have to ask for condiments. If you don't, you won't have them. UPDATE: The process to order is not as customer friendly as previously, and they are very short staffed. The food did not seem to be affected, but the prices seem to have increased since the last time I was there.

I give it an extra star because they took our order & food came fairly quickly BUT.. My boyfriend told the girl at the register Mild with a tiny bit of spice. I ordered MILD plus. His order wasn't spicy at all. Mine was SO spicy that I couldn't eat it. My bf said it was super spicy as if they made it hot plus plus plus. I asked them to remake it. She stared at me. Then I asked for more rice to bland it down & she said I had to pay for extra rice. I told her I shouldn't have to pay since they made the mistake they should have fixed it & made it correctly. My 1st & last time I'll be here! I LEFT hungry since my food was SO SPICY I couldn't eat it. I had only 2-3 bites & mouth was on fire 🔥 for the next 10 minutes & nose was running.

This was my first time here. The young at the counter was patient and explained the menu to me.

Service was fast and the spring rolls were good but the fried rice was severely lacking flavor and there were no soy sauce packets in my bag to assist😭 better luck next time!

This place is good when they’re on their game but when they’re off .. the customer Service is lousy.. my order had super soggy shrimp in it .. worst shrimp I ever had .. I only took two bites out of my meal it was so lousy… I’ve never had it that way there .. when I asked for a refund.. They declined and didn’t offer any apology at all .. all I got from The lady in charge was excuses.. not even can I make you something different.. just excuses & insist that the shrimp was OK when it was clearly soggy almost like it was waterlogged … after going there numerous times.. this will be my last trip there .. obviously they don’t value their customers and I would never go back there nor would I recommend this place to anybody….

Finally a place that actually has spicy food lol. A lot of places unfortunately have to tone it down because ppl complain and I hate it (if you candle handle heat why are you here bro😒😂? Ruining food cause you bland 😒 go away)! The spice was definitely there, but it could have used more seasoning. I added salt and it helped.

The food was pretty marginal at best. Pineapple Fried Rice was very bland. Tofu tasted bad so i didn't eat any of that. I enjoy Thai food a lot and have tried a lot of different places. I won't be back.

Unfortunately when I ordered at this establishment my second bite of food had a very long black hair In it. When I called to ask if there was something I could do, about it she suggested bringing the food back…which is fine if I lived around the corner or if gas was cheap. I live 30mins from the place & have other important things to do other than wasting gas to bring back contaminated food. Instead of just discounting my next purchase if I ever returned. But now they never have to worry about my service again, because this is gross.

The pad thai here was super good! Food came out quick (and it was pretty busy!) And the service was friendly. I got medium spice which had the perfect kick for me (but it was spicier than mediums I've gotten at other thai places so you might want to go down a level if you're unsure).

I've had Thai Iced Tea from so many places. This was unacceptable. Hard white and black specks of curdled or contaminated ingredients should never appear in a drink. It isn't condensed milk if you're wondering the white spots are hard.

When the young lady was taking my order I told her I wanted a little spicy and she told me the medium was it! Once I opened my food I see nothing but chilli peppers every where! It’s so spicy that my toddler was crying about how hot it was. Once I call back the manager says it’s nothing she can do even though I told the cashier I wanted a little spicy. Horrible customer service!

I generally enjoy the food very much. Service is also very good. My problem is with the decreasing amount of food while my price is the same. Last week I ordered a dish that cane with rice on the side in a separate container, as usual. Today I ordered the same dish, which came with the rice inside the container with the main food portion...which meant I got a main food portion that was less by the amount of space occupied by the rice. I didn't like that. I didn't complain because someone else paid. I certainly would have complained if I paid.

UPDATE on November 17, 2021:

Yesterday I ordered a meal and forgot to order my drink with the meal. I paid the total that I was already given and then remembered that I forgot my drink. I told the cashier that I wanted the chai tea without ice. She counted out the change from the first quarter and then immediately went on to place the next order and count change out from the change she already counted. My years of experience in food service prompted me to tell her that the traditional method for handling that transaction was to give the customer the change from the first order before ringing of the second order. She obviously didn't appreciate that because she threw the money in my hand. When I gave her the money for the second order, she threw the change in my hand again. When I got the drink, it had ice in it. I gave it back and ask for the drink to be remade without ice. She rolled her eyes and said she'd give me another one, and went back to her conversation with the next customer. I have not responded at all to her rudeness at this point. She called out my number when my food was ready. I went to get the food and sat down. Realizing I had forgotten my silverware, I went back to the counter. That's when I heard her mouthing off about me to another coworker in the kitchen. I had enough and I requested a full refund.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this business. I called in a pickup order of Pad Pak Curry add shrimp. My brother picked up the order and brought it to me at work. I realized they gave me chicken instead of shrimp. I called and was told that I had to bring back the meal for them to show the cook and replace it. I went all day at work without eating and had to pickup my son after work by a certain time. I called and asked if they would put in the correct order so I could just swap it and go. I was told that they were not taking anymore phone orders and that I had to come in and wait. They had inconvenienced me with their mistake and made no effort to accommodate me. This business has very poor customer service skills and are not concerned with customer satisfaction. Take your business elsewhere.

I had eaten this a couple weeks in a row but the 3rd time wasn't a charm. They didn't make it spicy, I paid for extra shrimp that were missing and it wasn't steaming hot as my previous orders onto something new.

I called at 8:30 pm...they close at 9. I was told "we stop taking orders at 8:30 and it's 8:30". I asked if she could take my order being that I am on the phone...she said no. I get 15 minutes early but 30 minutes??? And to have me on the phone and NOT take a simple order for one person...that is insane. I will NEVER try them again. This is my first and last impression!!

Wonderful pad Thai. Carryout dinner for two was $28, but there was enough to heat up leftovers the next night. So a pad Thai dinner serves two people, or it serves one person for two nights -- and I'm talking hefty portions each time. Just remember that it gets very busy at 6 pm.

The excellent food and Sarina’s terrific service were marred by the fact that the peanut sauce for the satay (which was bland beyond compare) was missing when I sat down to dinner with my family over a $50+ carry out order. When I called, Sarina apologized profusely but after speaking with her manager told me all she could do would entail me having to leave the dinner table and go back to the restaurant for the sauce! I thought that was not only pretty crummy service but also a lousy attitude.
Is one supposed to unpack the order and go through every item to ensure that it is all there??!!

Got the pad thai at the "extra hot" spice level. They deliver on that promise. Only get "extra hot" if you've ever gotten "extra hot" at other places and thought, "Could be hotter, I don't hate myself yet."
