π€©π€©hands down my favorite sushi spotπ£π₯’ near Easton. Service is outstanding, food is top notch and served quickly. I have eaten lunch, dinner and take out and consistently amazes meπ€€. If your in the area itβs a must try and if you past it already turn aroundππβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈπ
Picture is avocado salad, Philly roll, takoyaki (octopus)and a roll with banana in it(donβt recall the name sorry) avocado roll and dumpling soup.
Traveling through MD
the next day from a football game and needed a good place to refuel ourselves! We found it here along with some of our favorites: Miso Soup, Spicy Yellow Tail Sushi Roll, Spicy Slamon Skin Salad, and Tempura Green Tea Ice cream! We got a few sushi rolls for the road back home on the Eastern Shore of VA. Great service & atmosphere, too!
My family and I have been here quite a few times over the past decade. The service is always great, they recognize my parents from previous visits (which is super cute, and something that never happens at restaurants anymore), and staff are friendly and attentive. The sushi and sashimi were excellent.
Constructively I'll point out that the restaurant sign was half burnt out. Also the LED lighting inside is a cold temperature, which creates a harsh, uninviting feeling. Warm lighting would be much better. And the music wasn't really loud enough to be heard.
Can't wait for our next visit!
This place may look like a hole in the wall, but we have been 4/5 times now and it has been outstanding every time. The fish is always fresh and the staff is so friendly. My favorite app is the shrimp shumai!
Literally the best sushi Iβve ever had. I order weekly from here. THE BEST

the food came incredibly quickly like wow. Was so yum and a good location!

Good solid sushi offerings. Nice noodle options. Quick service.
Great place to eat in its price point. Always a favorite. Sat down for the first time instead of ordering takeaway. The servers were attentive, did not bother us or rush us, and were very helpful.
Amazing sushi!

Excellent. :: chefβs kiss::
My husband and I truly enjoyed his birthday dinner here!
It's all about the food. We love sushi and this place obviously does too!
Great food at great prices, with a short wait time and friendly staff
40 minutes waiting for a meal
One of the best sushiβs I have had! Please try the American dream!
We absolutely love U Sushi. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The staff is always so generous and kind. We eat there at least once a week. Even though I'm a vegetarian, they always have tons of options for me to eat. Before I became a vegetarian, I tried most of their sushi and it is delicious too. As someone who lived in Japan and is from California, I think I'm a fairly good judge of sushi. U Sushi is definitely the best you're going to get around here. I highly recommend!
Great place to enjoy good Japanese food. The seaweed salad and Vegan pan friend dumplings are my favourite..
Muy buena comida π± me encanta
The only thing better than the service is the quality of the sushi! We stopped here on our way back from a trip and we couldnβt be happier. Our server was very friendly and gave great recommendations on what to order. I hope I get the chance to come back soon!
This place was a great find. We were out of town and traveled to USushi and so glad we did. The hostess who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. She took our name and party size and assured us there would be space to accommodate us. We were a large group with a few young kids and we sat comfortably in the restaurant.
The service was excellent, from the moment we sat down to just interacting with the young kids and all the orders, the staff was attentive and friendly. They gave us space but also checked in to make sure we had all the good orders and that everything came out to our liking.
The food was very good. The quality of the fish and dishes were great and the prices were reasonable for the food. I ordered the vegetable tempura and it came out hot and crispy with nice flavor, not over seasoned. I also had the U1 Sushi roll and thought this was very tasty. The fish was fresh and well rolled where all the ingredients stayed together. My kids enjoyed their miso soup and teriyaki bento boxes.
Definitely recommend if you are in the area. We hope to visit again soon.
Had a great Fatherβs Day lunch. Endamame was very flavorful, spring rolls tasty and the sushi was amazing.
I ordered 4 rolls, a special roll, an appetizer. The basic sushi rolls were very good. It had a thick cut of fish, thin layer of rice, giving you a quality taste and look. The special roll was also very delicious and high quality. The Takoyaki appetizer was a bit underwhelming. They were small and not what I'm used to when it comes to this appetizer. The taste was decent, however it was only $5. The miso soup was decent, could of had a littler stronger flavor. Overall, this my new fav sushi place in Easton
Best sushi in the area !
Excellent Monday to Friday lunch price.
Best sushi around! Loved it.
Great sushi, nice and fresh! Staff very friendly
Great sushi but took well over an hour to get my food after ordering.
Happened here by accident, but some accidents are great!! The dump across the street needs to hire people who are in "hospitality" like here. Dropped $60 on lunch with tip for me and my wife, and she loved it more than me, and i had the one above sushi dinner #1 i think, she had hibachi shrimp, DINNERS! Here is why we came here:
I was already disappointed with the amish market, but when i looked up directions i looked up food and found InJapan. Read the reviews, watched the videos, and looked at all the photos. When i parked and told my wife we were having lunch there her face lit the F up! Shes like really?! I'm like yeah, looked it up when i got the directions. We walk in, the chicks on the phone taking an order, doesnt smile, doesnt greet us (most "adults" can multi-task) and asks 3 diffrerent times, "anything else", which is fine, i am thinking, you're an untrained punk kid, most of us are use to it, but when, 1, 2, 3 people came from the back, and the bartender put her cake up on the counter behind her, and there was 2 people over at the "hotplate" i turned to my wife, and why is the greeter taking orders?! Seriously!?Nope, we're out of here.
So as we're leaving, i see the ledos pizza, and was like, oh babe, we ate there in another state before lets hit that, so we buzz across the street , ONLY TO SEE another Sushi place! That i am telling you right now, was a, what do you freaks say, "blessing"!!! It had people in there eating, multiple tables, and the door didnt even finish closing behind us and the woman stop speaking to the person next to us and sat us. THAT IS SERVICE!! Dropped $60 on luch with tip! NOW!! To post THIS Over on their site about this unhospitable eatery. This place is good enough for you, if you came out of the farmers market tho, you have no bar.
We go there often. Good food, not bad accommodations. Friendly.
Good fresh sushi π£, great service, great lunch special deals , miso soup tasted good π
Best sushi in the tri counties
The best Sushi spot with freshness.
Great sushi.

Can't wait for our next visit!
Good sushi....I get yellowtail and scallion ..California rolls...always good..
Great meal enjoyed dinning in. Service was great.
Love it!!
I bought the Hibachi chicken for lunch. The teriyaki sauce it is sautΓ©ed in was delicious, light and delicate. The vegetables it comes with included mushrooms, onions, broccoli and zucchini. It was so good and perfectly cooked. It also comes with some fried rice and a little salad. Next time I will ask if I can get double vegetables and no rice because the vegetables were just that wonderful.
This was the first time I had been back here since the pandemic. Food is still good, service is attentive, and prices are still reasonable.
Honestly the best sushi I have had in the area for a few years. The quality is way above the price point. Decent portions of fish on the rolls. The rainbow roll may as well have been full on nigiri. Beautiful. The spicy salmon roll melts in your mouth, every cut of fish is excellent, delicate, and flavorful. Nothing off about it. Definitely try their spider roll of course. Next time I'm hoping to give them Two Thumbs Up and try the special roll by the same name.
As a bonus? The steamed shumai? Appetizing *and* delicious. Great place, wouldn't expect it from the location or appearance. Friendly staff, you can tell they are taking the pandemic incredibly seriously. Please patronize their business, and tip very well.
When on the first date in a long time it was a very good experience. Very good food service was excellent
Love β€οΈ this place. I will visit whenever I'm in town. Thai basil rice is my absolute favorite.
Great every time!
Sushi is very good as well as the other dishes that I have had. The staff is always friendly. My whole family loves having dinner here. Highly recommendβ
Great Lunch special 2 rolls on my choice and Miso soup for $11.61 with Tax. Affordable in deed and yummy too. I would have added a picture but I ate it already :-)
Extensive menu. Always great food and service.
Customer service is always great!
Mango chicken was delicious. Real hot tea. Great service.
I've been here couple of times already there food always tates great. It's a must place to go in easton. By the way there staff is nice and very accommodating.
Excellent sushi and sashimi! Staff is very friendly, too.
Great food and good service, but the atmosphere feels like the designer was depressed when it was built
Family of six and everyone had an excellent dinner! The service was great! We will definitely come back!
Worth driving from Cambridge
we always get lunch from here! very good food and reasonable prices too:)
Perfect place
Just another sushi joint on the shore, not really much better or worse than any other of them. Wasn't really feeling the red curry.
Very good the chicken catsu is a must
Great place, nice quality of the food. Staff is welcoming
DARLINGS! USUSHI is it! BINGO has been called with this unknown but rapidly growing since we have started tripping on this treasure after a Matinee with one of Lupe's favorite Divas Lady Gaga and the very lovely Bradley Cooper in a decent remake of the BRILLIANT judy, Judy, JUDY and Classicly Magnificent sjames, Sjames, SJAMES MASON of A STAR IS BORN! and forget Babs' rock and snore version A STAR IS BORED. anyways...the Sargeant and I fell across this...he LOVES Sushi and Sashimi! like raw meat. except fish. Lupe loves the other great Japanese options. USUSHI's wasp inspired Cali Rolls (you know....no raw fish for Lupe...HOLD THE RAW TUNA!!!) Tempura dishes, and their brilliant PORK or CHICKEN KATSU! oh my...like a brilliant Wiener Schneitzel! perfection! so it ain't all about fishies!
the green house salad with that neon sesame dressing and God Forbid nothing ICEBERG chilled to perfection lettuce is...flawless.
and? USUSHI'S homemade Wonton Soup beats EVERY Chinoise joint in the area...and then some. FLAVOR!
USUSUSHI'S Double Tartar is outrageously smooth round of Culinary Heaven!
the Age Fried Tofu Appetizer is also wonderful...and Lupe has NEVER understood Tofu. this is light divinity,
as are their Spring Rolls. so while the Sargeant gets the BEST JAPANESE Sushi/Shasimi FINE DINING anyplace(!) Lupe gets what she likes. and PERFECT for a diet...if you want to tighten up some of the nasty brutal oncoming age weight with very simple HEALTHY options!
and yes, the interior is simple and classic, the servers are spot on and care. just make sure YOU communicate! their first language is NOT MacDonald's Menu American!
and the lovely Hostess/manager CHRISTINE is also a Treasure to Talbot County's Superior Cullinary Retaurants! Lupe knows them ALL! very well. (we'll talk over Grey Goose up chilled to perfection DRY Martini's). she is very shy! but? get to know her!!! she is a class act and does it well! a word to the wise! oh! and WONDERFUL Sakes!!!!
Ciao Bellos! Guadalupe! (Lupe!).
Always good. Many choices and can do Thai if you like too
I order sushi to go. It was done in a timely manner. The sushi was good. The spicy mayo was very spicy. There were only a few patrons in the restaurant and several people arrived for their to-go orders.
USUSHI is one of our favorite restaurants in Easton. We have been eating here/getting takeout once a week for 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The food is high quality, fresh and made with care. We are lucky to have them in our community.
Truly if I could rate this establishment with zero stars I would. Food was mediocre at best. The service however was absolutely atrocious and the most unprofessional Iβve ever experienced. My friend and I have gone to this restaurant twice for food and on the first occasion we were asked how the service was after giving no tip to which we replied that it was βgoodβ. It was nothing special and the server got our food incorrect- giving us an extra roll we never asked for and completely forgetting one of our items which resulted in no tip. This last time the service declined even further. Our server declined to give us a kids hibachi meal as my friend was not younger than 12 but this was not an issue last time when he was under the impression he would be getting tipped. After this they took over 40 minutes to bring out ONE single California roll when i had ordered 3 and I then had to wait an additional 20 minutes to receive my remaining two. All of the while people sat after us were already receiving their food. Understandably when we went to pay, we did not leave a tip as the service was substandard. We were then given a lecture by the woman at the front desk about how it is supposedly a requirement to tip at an establishment if the service is good IN FRONT of other customers.
We proceeded to explain that a tip is earned and not a given and with the amateur service we received we did not find that it was earned. Furthermore, if this is an expectation then it should be included in the receipt. I myself have worked in the food industry and fully understand how important tips are but never in a million years would I ever embarrass customers and try to intimidate them into giving a tip.
I advise anyone looking to get sushi to go to Sakura for better quality food and staff that arenβt entitled brats. Never will I ever give my money to an establishment that tries to bully their customers into giving tips when they have not been earned and I suggest everyone else does the same.
Everyone is friendly, their sushi is the BEST. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, they do not have delivery service available. Even if you work within the town limits.
Not super traditional sushi but good for the area.
Salad was a bit watery.
Takiyaki was great but missing garnish like fish flakes, seaweed and sauce was on the side.
Ichiban roll was great.
Service at first was a little slow but picked up.
Love love love. Best eastern shore sushi. That was my review about 4 years ago. Unfortunately itβs gone from 5 stars to 2. The last time I was there about 6 months ago the restaurant smelled like fish. Not a smell you want in a sushi restaurant. I took my sushi home and I just couldnβt eat it. Very disappointed.
I had the Sushimi Lunch Special, very good! The service was quick and professional. I don't go to Easten very much, but when I do I eat at U Sushiππ£
I eat here at least once a week and itβs wonderful every time. Their lunch specials are a good value and portions are very reasonable.
Perfect for lunch. Easy to order online and pickup.
Great
My favorite local sushi. Price, quality, service - it's all there. Try the Yummy Roll! You won't regret it.
Excellent Sushi, always fresh and delicious with an excellent variety. Very attentive and courteous waitstaff.
Please don't advertise that you have lunch until 3:30 if you won't make the food at 3:20 for the price on the menu. Sorry my wife is a teacher and wouldn't be able to pick it up until 3:45. Great service for the community!!
Great food & really great service!
Very very good. Ordered plum wine, which was sooo good. Food was great and server was nice.
There were only 4 tables with guests and we waited over an hour and only received our drinks and soup. We had to leave as we had to be somewhere. We never got our dinner. Very disappointed that they were more concerned with the take out orders and not the guests dining in. Everyone was waiting for food to be served.
Delicious! We were looking for sushi before our road trip and were beyond pleasantly surprised. All of the food was extremely fresh and the rolls were so good. We ended up ordering two portions of gyoza because of how tasty they were. Wish we lived closer so that we could eat here again!
Ordered take out. Quality and freshness was nice. The soup had nice flavor, and salad was decent. Online ordering menu differs from printed. A minor annoyance
Good prices . Fast service.
Our initial interaction with the staff was a bit awkward. We werenβt sure if the restaurant was open for dine in or just take it. It was communicated to us to next time call ahead in the future to make sure there are dine in seats available.
Overall our server was great and the sushi was wonderful. I got the smoked salmon nigiri which was fresh with good portion sizes. My husband got a Kyoto roll in which he also throughly enjoyed. The pricing for the sushi was reasonable and we left satisfied. We would return here in the future!
The sushi at u sushi is FANTASTIC! They were happy to accommodate my shell fish allergy, the servers were professional and friendly, everything tasted fresh and was proportioned perfectly. I couldn't be happier.
Best sushi in easton for sure!
Literally the best sushi, prices, and staff! Always fresh and delicious. My go to is the dynamite roll. Missing their indoor dining because their staff is super nice and attentive. But very glad theyβve stayed open. You will not be disappointed getting carry out!
So many options, from sushi to hibachi, noodles and Thai. Love it all. Definitely on the regular rotation.
Good sushi
Service was ok, product was decent. I do not like how they package everything in containers together. So sauces get on eachother and it was for more then one person so containers had to be shared.
Always great! ππ
Best Japanese food I have ever had.
this place it unbelievable. I went there yesterday and I ordered on the phone but I was already on my way. Then I got there and it took almost 2 1/2 hours. 2 1/2 hours FOR TWO SUSHI ROLLS. I also had horrible nausea and threw up. 1 star
My favorite Sushi in easton. Excellent every single time.
Was soooo looking forward to my1st ever visit. A little let down as the California roll of my combo did not taste as fresh as the Sashimi :( Definitely prepared much earlier than to order.
Hostess was very nice but wait was definitely longer than expected.
Would give them another try Sashimi very good!!!!
like injapan but does not have the lion king roll not very poggers of them
Very good food a little too american for my taste I preferred more traditional Japanese food
They have amazing food. My only complaint was last time my sushi looked rushed and was falling apart when you picked it up.
Recently moved to Maryland, and have ate here twice. Different special rolls both times. Can honestly say, this place is exquisite!! Never have dissapointed!! Will keep coming back!
I come here at least once a week. Love there many sushi options and cooked items. They're very friendly and professional. The food is worth the cost and very fulfilling.
I love the Godzilla Roll. 1st time I ever had it. I will be back next week.
Very disappointed. I cannot speak to the Sushi but the Thai/Japanese food was not good. The sauce was non existent. Food was plentiful but the chef does not know how to cook Thai. Not one person in our party of 4 liked their food. Canβt tell you how disappointed we are! Hope things improve
Quality is always amazing and the staff are efficient and friendly. Recently tried the bbq squid and if you're not picky, you have gotta try it!! So simple yet so tasty!! Still giving their all even though there's no dine in for the time being, and it's much appreciated
This is the best sushi on the entire shore. If you don't know learn quickly!
Tara and I have been coming here since they opened. They have NEVER disappointed! Peace.
Always fresh and delicious...Consistently AMAZING!
Great sushi, pleasant employees, clean atmosphere. Busy place
My favorite place. Love, love, live their food
I absolutely love this place.
Excellent service and sushi! The miso soup is awesome!
