Thai restaurant offering curry, rice, noodle & soup dishes plus entrees such as crispy roasted pork.
A solid if unspectacular Thai lunch spot.
Went here with a friend for lunch. Small restaurant next to a couple others with parking in the back. Turn on Reagan into the lot. Full on a Wed afternoon which speaks to good business. Has lunch specials on the weekdays! $13 for a selected entree from a list as well as Tom Yum soup. Not a huge deal but prob $2 off plus soup. I got the Thai fried rice with chicken and also got Thai tea. Flavor wasn't too strong which was a welcome surprise given my experience at other Thai places, but it was almost too plain. Thai tea was a little on the strong side and bitter for me as well. Portions were good. Service was decently fast. Not a bad lunch option if you're craving for Thai and in the area.
Visited this place & it was amazing! My bf LOVED the Tom Kha Soup and the Moo Ping (Thai pork skewers). The soup was creamy & a slight hint of lemon (I think). Very creamy & refreshing. The pork skewers (Moo Ping) came with delicious sticky rice & a vinegar-y sauce. A little goes a long was in my opinion. I got the spring rolls which came with a different kind of vinaigrette-type sauce (light yellow colored) & a thicker dark sauce similar to Hosin but with a twist is the best I can describe it. I also got the Drunken Noodle with Pork & no bell pepper. LOTS of onion, which I love. But if you don't, be sure to say no onion. The server was very nice & busy, but attentive to the best of her ability. The atmosphere is quiet & cozy. Will definitely be returning. ^_^
So I stopped here after hearing from a friend. I got food to go. The restaurant appeared very clean. Very small and quaint. The customer service was great. But let's talk about the food. I love Thai food and TRUST , I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I ordered the Basil Thai chicken pad Thai with beef and chicken lettuce wraps. The pad Thai with beef was GROSS. NOT SURE IF IT WAS EVEN BEEF!!!!!! The basil chicken which I asked for there highest level of Thai spice 5,...,Not spicy at all.
Spent $37 cash. If you want GREAT THAI FOOD- DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
Just what a Thai place should be. The drunken noodles with beef and a spicy level 3 were fantastic and have me ready to go back for more. The drunken noodles had a great balance of flavor and texture. They were a little wetter than some places but even more delicious.
I had the Pad Woon Sen and I was accommodated by removing the baby corn and carrot (I like them but wasn't in the mood for them in this meal today) and adding bean sprouts and bamboo shoots. It's so tasty!!! And I had a side order of Cucumber 🥒 salad and it had tasty shredded carrots 🥕 in it and I loved it!!! 😍
Quality Thai food! Nice people
Came here to try some new Thai food spot and being honest it was not the best the sever an older lady was so rude and never checked up on us! Our food also took around 45 minutes to come out!! And the place is super small and crammed def not family friendly I don’t recommend.

Yellow curry with chicken was delicious & service was great
Great soups for flu season. I’ve been sick all week and this local gem has been saving me! I’ve ordered every soup off the menu so far and I’ve loved every single one!
I got the Pad See Aw, level 2 with tofu and a cucumber salad. To go.
The service was quick and friendly.
Food was tasty but not at all spicy. I suppose being a gringo must indicate that I’m unable to appreciate spice. Even the hot sauce I got on the side was only moderately spicy. I understand though. It’s easier to add spice than to take it away, and so I’m sure they didn’t want to risk an unhappy customer.
The cucumber salad was different, with shredded carrots and raw red onion in a sweet brine. I was expecting something different but it was ok.
The prices were reasonable and I would recommend it. I’m inclined to return and try some other dishes.

My favorite Thai restaurant by far. The food and service are amazing!!!
The drunken noodles I ordered were flavorful and enjoyable, but a bit wetter than I expected. Traditionally, I anticipate drunken noodles to have a stir-fried texture without much sauce, but this version had a bit more juicy. That being said, the taste was still spot-on with the bold, spicy, and savory flavors you expect from this dish.
The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the balance of vegetables and protein was just right. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.
Delicious pad thai! Several options for business lunch
I usually go next door to get a burrito at La Ventana, but it has been so crowded lately that I decided to try Thaii Lotus. They didn't charge me for extra for more rice and they were very nice people. The service was very attentive and polite, even at closing time, which is when I was there. Some people get anxious for you to leave. The Cashew Chicken was very tasty. Maybe not the best Thai I've ever had, but you will not be disappointed.
Just stopped in for Thai to go without pre-ordering. Our food came out quick and it was delicious. I did ask for a three out of five on the spice scale and I might’ve gotten the white person scale, but it was not hot.
Thai Tea was not good it was not sweet the cup was filled with 80 percent ice , when I asked to get more sweetener owner seemed offended when I asked is the Thai tea made different here in Texas , this will be my last time ordering from them .
Quantity is small for the price you pay, parking is a challenge and place is cramped unless it is a weekend.
Amazing food and the staff is super nice. i try to pick things with lots of veggies and less sauce based and the staff there is super helpful and friendly. Fantastic food!
I ordered the drunkin noodle beef with zero spice. It was good but not great. I wish the sauce wasn’t so sweet that they cook everything in and I wish the portions were larger for the price.
Do visit them if you want to get insulted their front staff was so rude and refused to give basic necessity like water. We ordered food from DoorDash and when we went to pick the food decided to dine in to our surprise they not just refused to give us a table like other customers but also refused to give water as we didn’t pay for their service. Water discussion went for 5 mins with their colleagues as it was too much for them to offer.
Was not sure if I ordered food for free from their reaction inspite of spending 35$

Drunken noodle is on par with mall food. Let's not get crazy
The red curry is delicious.
Sheesh! Pineapple curry w the Pork was on f point 🤤 whoever is cooking tonight needs a raise, yesterday
Muchas gracias!
They show lot of vegetarian items in the menu, but nothing is vegetarian except Fried rice. I was honestly told by the staff that all other items have fish sauce or some king of paste made with sea food. Parking is hard to find.
I drive an hour away to eat here and it’s worth it every time! 🪷 Try the mango sticky rice for dessert!
Disappointed. Red curry did not taste like curry, it needed more coconut milk.
It’s a cute spot didnt realized they closed at 2:30 , I got there at 2:23 so I got takeout rice
I ate like 4 bites and my stomach started feeling weird & I instantly threw up !!:( I’m glad I had a extra plastic bag on me because I wasn’t able to make it to the restroom I’m so sad , I’m not sure why I puked , but I will save the food try it again when I get home to see if it’s good or not. I wanted to enjoy it while I was out , To pay $14 for rice and can’t enjoy it really sucks , it’s the only reason why I will try it again later when I get home because of the price, I hate wasting money, I’ll give update if I throw up again or not. The place was cute aesthetically, I hope nothing was placed in the food to make me puke, Ik I came in before they closed but I didn’t have an attitude or anything they simply could’ve turned me away if they didn’t want my services . Maybe I’m allergic to something , gonna see when I get home 🥲
Food was ok but was dining alone halfway thru my food and had to use the return and they threw away my food.
Hidden spot, I drove by for years not knowing it was there, with the best Thai food I have found in Dallas (or a lot of other cities). Like everyone else, the Drunken Noodles are a go to favorite but don't sleep on the amazing Tom Yum soup, Thai Dumplings or Curry. The staff is very friendly and even when you order delivery if you have special instructions they always pay attention to the detail. Go in, order delivery, whatever it takes. Just try them.
THE BEST THAI-
Was visiting Dallas on a work trip and visited Thai Lotus Kitchen for a solo dinner. The staff was amazingly friendly and the restaurant was small and quaint. Some of the best Thai food I’ve had! And I’ve had quite a lot! The Pas See Ew was fantastic! Highly recommend visiting!
I love this place. If there is ever a question of “what do you want for dinner tonight” Thai Lotus it is.
Some of the best Thai I've had. Definitely try it out. Level 5 spicy curry bowl is my fav. Not spicy, but delicious. Disclaimer: please note my baseline for spicy may not be most peoples
Ordered to go ... food was good but they forgot to put any napkins or utensils in my bag.
Always a great experience
Amazing pad Thai and drunken noodles
Wonderful neighborhood thai restaurant which serves authentic and lovingly made thai food very reminiscent of the food I enjoyed when visiting t
Thailand. As good as the food is the Wonderful and warm service which feels like going home to see auntie, be nice to the staff here, they're real gems 💎 😊
Decent place to eat. I have been here a few times. Food food. Service is nothing to ride home and tell mom about but overall good place to eat. Don't pay to park just to come here and eat but if you are in the area grab something. Its best to come when the area is not busy because there is very limited seating inside.
Duck curry and drunken noodles were excellent
What a great Thai place! The duck curry and drunken noodle were some of the best I’ve ever had. The duck curry had layers of flavor and the drunken noodle had veggies cooked to perfection( at least what I think perfect is, no crunch left but not close to mushy like a stew). I had to push the plate away so I wouldn’t eat myself into a coma.
I was so excited I forgot to take photos. That’s ok, because you can’t taste the flavor from a photo. Definitely worth trying if you like Thai food.
There is dedicated parking for several of the restaurants behind Cedar Street.
Drunken noddles here are A++++
Cool little shop. I usually get takeout since there's not a ton of room but the food is good.
awsome. great vibe.
The green curry tastes just like in Thailand. So good. They follow the recipe really well.
Shut up and giv'em your money. The whole staff is amazing and the food is next level.
Tiny place but delicious food! I’m so glad we stopped here.
The best Thai restaurant ever!!
We been coming here for several years. We drive 50 miles to just eat here every week.
Tiny little place, so it doesn't hold a lot of dine-in, but the food and service were great!
A cozy little hole-in-the-wall Thai shop that's serving legit classic Thai dishes that is honestly the best Thai I have found in Texas so far.
The Dumplings and Chicken Satay are deliciously authentic, and the pork Ginger Dish is my new favorite that I recommend trying if you want some a little bit lighter but still full of flavor, and get it at a level 4 if you like spice.
The place only has about 13 seats, so if it's a busy time of day, I'd order ahead for pick-up. Parking is tight, and hidden a bit in the back behind the shop. Turn in to the back alley, and parking's on the left, but there's not a good way to get to the front really besides walking around the entire building.
Food is DELICIOUS. The steamed dumplings are a great start. Tried several things. The waitress asked for a level of spiciness from 1 to 5. I chose level 2 and 3 which was perfect for me.
Plates are as pretty as they are tasty.
Best bang for your buck Thai food in Dallas. Look no further for your next to go Thai experience
I love this little restaurant. I've loved it for over 20 years and recommend it to everyone. Their food is consistently delicious and the service is excellent! My favorite is the Tom Ka and the Pad See Ew 👌
💜💜💜 one of my favorites, always delicious. The Red Curry and Coconut-based soup are my go to's.💜💜💜
Excellent Thai food. The service is great.
Pineapple curry was awesome. Very friendly and quick service
Simply genuine and good Thai
Easily one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to in the US. Very unsuspecting from the outside and those are my favorite types of places. Outstanding flavor, portion on the basil beef with jasmine rice.
Great service, kept my iced tea full, and very polite. I’ll be back tomorrow
This place is great! The food, customer service, and atmosphere is awesome! Highly recommend trying out this restaurant.
This is the Thai restaurant I dream about. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried and I can’t wait to experience the rest of the menu.
The chilly spring rolls are so tasty with the perfect snap of fresh veggies and a peanut sauce that sends it over the top. I usually go for fried rolls at other restaurants but a day later and I still can’t stop thinking about these spring rolls.
The pad see ew is so flavorful. It’s balanced with the perfect amount of (not too) sweet and savory.
The pineapple curry is so complex and has a wonderfully rich depth of flavor.
Even though my experience here has been relatively limited, I feel like you really can’t go wrong with anything on this menu.
Great food, great people, great service! This a weekly spot for us, they always serve us with a smile and we never have to wait a long time for our food. The food is always amazing and the prices are good too. I recommend this place if you are in the mood for Thai and in the area!
This is my pad thai go to place!
😋
It’s worth the price. It’s also a pretty cute place! Very friendly staff and the food is cooked to perfection. I recommend the chicken Pad Thai!
My favorite Thai place in Dallas. I’ve tried many and this place is my favorite. The staff is very nice and welcoming!!!
Don’t hesitate. It’s delicious.
One of the staff members helped a customer with hand tremors. She offered to purchase a special spoon to help him eat better. She also provided a plastic bowl for him to better be able to eat and she portioned his food for him a few times so he could eat. Bravo for your great customer service and helping this customer!
Stopped in here for a vegetarian meal. Had four spring rolls and the cashew dish with tofu. They deliver on the flavor and spiciness (4 was good, but I could have easily gone to 5).
I liked that they were playing food tourism videos too: gives me ideas for recipes and places to visit.
Drunken Noodles , Fried Rice , Red and Green Curry are best.Tiny and well organized place with good food options. Service was quick and I also recommend their Thai tea!!
One of my favorite Thai restaurants in Dallas! The drunken noodles are amazing
Thai Lotus has some of the best Thai food I’ve tried in the DFW area. Absolutely love their yellow curry! My sister and so go almost every week on our lunch break! I even told her the best birthday/Christmas gift would be to recreate their recipe because I would eat it every day!
I bought an order of the vegetable egg rolls and the pineapple fried rice. The vegetable egg rolls were tasty, warm and crispy. Very good.👍 However, the pineapple fried rice was TERRIBLE.👎 It was not warm or hot at all, rice was over cooked (too brown), not very tasty, no pineapple (I only saw one little small piece) and extremely dry. I also could not tell if they put extra egg. For the price I was very disappointed. On a positive note my waitress kept filling my glass with water. That was nice. She was very attentive.
Such delicious food, and quick, friendly service! Would definitely recommend!
The Thai Coffee and Pad Thai were both great but the Duck Curry was just ok. The flavors were all good but the Duck Curry was more the consistency of water than coconut milk/ cream. The Duck was definitely not worth the up charge as it was so sparse and weird texture and too much canned pinneaple. The service was really great and friendly. This space is small, no frills.
I love this place. Great authentic food and nice chill atmosphere.
This is the best Thai food in Dallas hands down
Love this place! People are always so friendly, the food is always delicious. They have a soup around lunch time on weekdays, that I’m obsessed with.
I absolutely love this place it's a small location with delicious food! My personal favorite are the drunken noodles. Also, shout out to my waiter, Eve. She was so kind and attentive.
Basil fried rice is my go to! It's consistently excellent :)
The best service ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Best duck curry i’ve ever had.full of flavor not too sweet like others. It’s just right!
And i had dumpling which was very good compare to another thai restaurant. Definitely come back to try something else next time!!
I recently took my husband here for a late dinner. As usual, the place was SUPER clean, and the food was delicious. I enjoy eating here because every dish they cook is tastefully done, hearty, and cooked perfectly. Plus, the food is reasonably priced. Tonight, Thai Lotus won over a new customer, one who normally hates Asian foods--my husband. We both look forward to dining here again.
The food is always flavorful and delicious. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. The food is reasonably priced. It is just incredibly small.
I would normally give detailed praise or elaborate about the issue, but after my experience at this restaurant with my family I won’t waste my time. Terrible customer service. Will not be back. Ever.
They don’t follow instructions on what you order .
The food was great, pics next time.
Generous portions. Staff from Thailand!!!
Very good, will definitely make the trip back.
Delicious Thai food
Where do I start?? This has got to be hands one of the best restaurants in Dallas. From the great customer service (which is very, very hard to find nowadays) to the cleanliness to the amazing food please do come here to eat! You will not be disappointed!!
Coty, sweet staff and excellent food, loved it.
so good. yellow curry is perffff
It is a great hole in the wall place. Great food and affordable
Clean Thai Food & Restaurant!
Great service as well!
They have really amazing food but my heart broke when I roach fell from the ceiling on me today. I wanted to cry and did my best not to make a scene and the guy sitting at the table next to me killed it but I was already distraught. My coworker went a ahead and still paid the bill but I don’t even know if they told them because I had to walk out my nerves got bad.
Wow very small place , very big flavors.
Best pad kee mow I've ever had!
Proportions were big. Pad kee mao and curry were so good and flavorful! Honestly I prefer this over Sabaidee and Si Lom.
Excellent Thai dishes! Great prices! You need to go here, for sure.
Great Thai food. They were able to offer vegan as well. Awesome service.
I really like this place. The pad Thai is the most traditional I’ve had in the area and the spice levels are great. Their curry’s are also amazing. Definitely become one of my favorite Thai places! The employees are also so nice and efficient. Definitely recommend stopping in or taking out!
Thai hot was not hot enough for me. Delicious though!
We stumbled upon this Gem! We did NOT regret it at all. It was clean and welcoming. The food arrived quick hot and delicious
The best Pad Thai in Texas! The restaurant is cute and the ladies were great! I will return.
Love their crispy spring roll, pad wu sen, basil fried rice however when I ask for extra veggies and pay for it I seriously only get a very small amount of veggies. It is disappointing to say the least because of the extra fee I pay. I really love their amazing food and can eat their every week if I could just don’t like that I feel cheated sometimes.
I enjoyed every piece of their food, so delicious
My favorite around oak lawn!
Try the pad see ew!
Pad Thai and fried rice are great as well.
Always friendly, attentive service and good quality food.
Great Thai restaurant. Got the red curry and drunken noodles. Both were very good
Great food, friendly and efficient staff
The service and food is always exceptional!
Everything was perfect, the food was great and the customer service was even better, thank you!
Excellent food and friendly, attentive service. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.
This place is really awesome!!! I had the won ton soup and the crispy pork… I believe it was called. Well, they were both very delicious. Very flavorful. The gentleman in the front was super nice and helped me with my selection. I believe the owner… she was just a doll. Talked to me as I was finishing up. Very nice people. Loved the little quaint establishment. I loved it. Will definitely be back. Thank you.
Great food, cozy dining
Yes, we drive a good distance for Thai Lotus! It's worth the time.
Tasty Thai spot. Pad Thai is good here.
Bought March 24th, 2021.
Great food and service. The Tom Yum soup and drunken noodles, spice level 5... Chef's kiss!!! I will definitely be coming back.
This place is perfect!!! I got the Chicken Pad Thai and it was phenomenal and the best I’ve had in Dallas! Wooooooo!!! 5 stars and a very satisfied belly!! :)
Tried this restaurant for couples time now. I normally picky about Thai food as Im Thai. I impress with the food at the Lotus. Small restaurant, staffs are friendly and the food is good. I love duck curry and beef salad. My son order Pad See-Ew and it's really good too. Definitely go back to try other dishes.
Drunken noodle, spicy with shrimp is my go-to!!!!
The food is always 1th class!
Best Pad Thai in town!
Fantastic service, clean, quaint, friendly... would recommend!
So beyond good!! 🤩 I ordered some take out with friends this weekend and can’t stop thinking about it. I’ll go back soon!
Best Thai food in the state for sure, literally makes my jaw drop everytime order anything off of the menu.
The service is also fantastic and brightens up my day whenever I visit.
I cant recommend this restaurant more to locals and tourists alike for a taste of delicious foreign delicacies.
Absolutely outstanding pad thai. Super flavorful with just the right amount of heat.
One of the top Duck curry’s I’ve had, and solid drunken noodles. Definitely a new favorite for Thai takeout
Got the Panang curry and the Combination fried rice. Man was it good. Service was good. Quick and well deserving of a tip. Lol
My favorite Thai food in Dalls.. they are so kind
So good, if you are a craving for any Asian food please come here if you like spice ✨
Incredible Thai food every time! So glad to have found this place. Love the curries, drunken noodles, curry noodles, basil dish and more! Always quick and courteous service as well.
I will start off with saying the service was fast and great. However the food was not what I expected. The flavors and consistencies of the dishes were a little off. We had the Tom yum soup and the massaman curry. Tom yum soup was kind of fishy? The curry didn’t have much flavor and was on the watery side.
Nice waitstaff, unfortunately the food didn’t hit the spot for me. The TomYum soup had tomato in it and I didn’t see any Thai chili. Masaman curry was very thin and not rich enough for my tastes. Lacked authenticity. If you’ve never been to Thailand I’m sure this place will be acceptable, I don’t think I can return.
Basil Thai Fried Rice
I know this place doesn't have the glitz and glamz like other places on this lgbtq+ district but LAWD, this is some good authentic Thai restaurant. I am visiting town and will definitely come back for more next time.
My favorite Thai place in all of DFW! Highly recommend the drunken noodles, and they know how to cook some amazing tofu.
As a Thai food addict this is by far the best Thai food I have had in my entire life. It is always consistent and the service is fantastic.
My wife and I will literally drive 30 mins one way to eat here.
Lastly, there is something special about this TEA!!! How do they do it???
Buddhist friendly
Always delicious!
Food is very bad and customer service is very bad.
Worst Thai food ever tasted
Red curry is like water
Drunken noodles smells not able eat at all
Yellow curry and pineapple fried rice were fantastic!
