Relaxed restaurant serving Thai & Chinese dishes in a traditional setting with patio seating.
In the past, I have tried a takeout and never enjoyed it, but that experience changed when I went in person last week. Warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and the food was flavorful and comforting. There are plenty of choices to choose from. I tried their vegan options. My only reason for holding back on my five stars is that I wish there were more vegetables and spices in my dish.
Good portion for lunch menu. Service is great.
I've been coming to Thai House since I was 2 (from their old location to the current one) and it is hands down the best Thai food I've ever had. 20 years later, I still come back and have been visiting consistently throughout all the years. In one of the recent times I visited, one of the staff members that I didn't know personally recognized me from when I came when I was little and that was a very heart warming moment. I also know the owner, Cameron, and he is such a wonderful man. The staff at Thai House is extremely kind and I always feel so welcomed and at home when I visit. I'm so shocked that this is the first time I'm writing a review for this amazing restaurant. It's probably because I eat everything before I have time to take pictures LOL! I came here tonight again and had to write a beaming review<3
For our appetizer, we ordered the Fried Tofu (DELICIOUS). This was the first time I ever had it and I will definitely be ordering it again! The portion size of this is also pretty generous and was perfect for sharing with 2-3 people. I also got a Thai Tea and loved it.
For our main dishes, we got the Green Curry with chicken, Panang with Chicken, and Lo Mein with Chicken. All of the food is amazing, but one thing I have to highlight is that the Panang at Thai House is the best Panang you will ever have. Whenever I go to different Thai restaurants for the first time, I always order the Panang to compare it to Thai House's Panang, but I have never been able to find another Panang that even comes close to topping (or even matching) Thai House's. It is perfectly made and I can't stress enough how tasty it is. The portions for each dish are extremely generous and prices are generous as well. I have always had leftovers after eating here!
For dessert, we got the Coconut Ice Cream and Red Bean Ice Cream and both were so tasty. I'm not a fan of Red Bean itself, but the Red Bean Ice Cream was surprisingly very yummy to me!
Overall, this place is a must try and I can't wait to come back again. I've been a big fan for 20+ years and I always will be <3
I came here with my brother on Saturday and it was better than I expected. I ordered House fried rice with sesame chicken. We ordered the Thai shrimp rolls as appetizers (it comes with Thai sweet chili sauce). He ordered the Larb chicken with steamed rice and cabbage on the side. The customer service was amazing. We were greeted with warm welcome by the staff. They have a choice where customers can dine in or out of the restaurant. It’s so beautiful. We were seated inside the restaurant and it wasn’t crowded. All in all, everything was great and we enjoyed our meal. I got full very quickly😂😂. My brother ate all my food for me. We spent $52 on everything. Not bad. Thai House, you’re so amazing
Taste is good, I just find that they can be a bit more ethical with their service though. Imagine ordering a shrimp eggroll and chicken wings then to be taken back by the result. For one in my shrimp roll there was ONE shrimp each. they have the tail sticking out the end as design i guess but I’ll attach pictures to show what i mean. Either way it’s deceiving. Then they offer WINGS but really they’re drumbs. I’m typically a flats kinda person so it was to my surprise to not get one as expected. Again I’ll attach pics, but i just wanted to provide clarity for patrons who decide to order here for the first time.
My wife and I had lunch there. The vegan menu is in the back of the lunch menu. You can choose your protein with the meals, which I’m not sure if it makes a difference. The “chicken” in the General Tao’s and the Green Curry dish were perfect for their respective dish. Could not tell it was not real meat! The atmosphere is calming and enjoyable. The servers are nice. The place wasn’t too busy, so not sure why our Thai teas were forgotten, but at least we had water. I would have reminded the waitress during our meal if she had come over to check on us. Still, the vegan choices and quality of the food are reasons enough to go back.
I have been a loyal customer at Thai House for a long time because the food has always been great. My family and I have returned several times, always enjoying the experience—until today.
Unfortunately, our visit was overshadowed by a shocking and unprofessional encounter with a server who took it upon himself to add his own tip to our bill without our consent. When questioned, he openly accused us of never leaving tips, which is completely untrue. We have always tipped at every restaurant we visit, including here. More importantly, tipping is optional, and no customer should be forced or falsely accused in this manner.
I addressed the issue with the manager, expressing that while I don’t mind paying a tip, the way this was handled was unacceptable. Instead of apologizing, the server inserted himself into the conversation, doubling down on his accusations and even going as far as saying it was up to me if I didn’t want to return.
This experience left a terrible impression, making me feel unwelcome and profiled. It’s hard not to see this as discrimination. Because of this, I will never be back to Thai House, and I strongly encourage others to reconsider supporting this establishment. No customer should ever be treated this way.
DO NOT EAT HERE.
Very good restaurant, we enjoyed our entres, the atmosphere, and the service was top-notch too. We ate here for lunch, we were seated right away, the food was served quickly. My wife had Thai Noodle, I had Rummit Shrimp. The dishes included a small bowl of soup, spring roll, and a much needed fortune cookie! Very good dining experience all the way around.
Tipping is not mandatory. If I'm happy with the service and the food, I don't mind to tip. But it's up to the customer.
I would tip generously for "all you can eat" K-BBQ since the server has to go back and forth bringing the dishes.
I wished it's like in Asia and Europe. I don't have to worry about tipping and their food are excellent.
Great Thai food in Roswell!
I ordered the beef and noodles with spring roll and hot and sour soup with jasmine. Everything was fresh and great flavor. Thank you
Always a great meal.
They were great taking a group of 10. Great variety of Chinese and Thai. All ordered different dishes, good flavor food. Service great. Also vegan food. Definitely will go again
I have been coming here for years and it seems like every year they’re quality in their taste just gets worse and worse. The food is so greasy and oily with no flavor at all. You can tell that they reuse old oil or something because it taste just stays in your mouth. They don’t give enough Portions of protein to rice ratio. If anything you’re paying for more rice then you are vegetables and chicken. They used to be really good. I’m not sure what’s been going on with them, but it’s time for me to look for a new favorite Thai restaurant because this one is not it anymore.

While dining there we watched as a server was extremely rude to a customer arguing about a tip amount. Never seen anything like that and we will never be back
While dining here last night saw the staff accuse a family of not tipping and heard that the waiter gave himself a tip on the CUSTOMER’s credit card. Will never go back
We used to love Thai House and have dined there multiple times, but after today, we will never return. Our server took it upon himself to add a tip to our bill without consent, then accused us of never tipping—completely false. When I raised the issue with the manager, the server interrupted, doubled down on his accusations, and even said it was up to me if I didn’t want to come back. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and felt like profiling. I can’t support a restaurant that treats loyal customers this way.

DO NOT EAT HERE.
Our favorite Thai restaurant ever. We are here probably once a week! Never gotten something we don’t like here. Seriously, favorite restaurant. Love it
I don't get the hype w /all the great reviews, I chose to dine here from all the good reviews, but this was the worse Chinese food i have had in awhile- the Hunan Beef was raw when we arrived home with it. and it tasted so bland , tossed it out was not even fit to eat .50.00 worth of food never again - wasted .... Dont eat here. soup was awful too , how can u not make simple hot n sour soup thats suppose to have some kickk to it ?? It was so bland and literally had nothing but 2 slivers of mushrooms and 2 slivers of a green onion, all hot was beef broth, yukkk
Good vegetarian food options
Food was good

Good portion for lunch menu. Service is great.
Have had many great meals here. Never a bad dish. Service and atmosphere is always top notch. Thank you!
What was the original location and name of this place? Trying to find a place to replace our old favorite Thai restaurant we used to love! Wondering if it’s run by the same people
This place was absolutely excellent. The sue-jian hot braised is a great option for vegetarians. Hands down my favorite restaurant because eveyrhting is just so delicious, waiters are great and bring food out in no time, and by far the best thai restaurant I've ever been to. 10/10.
The Bangkok Grouper is outstanding. The personnel are all great
I love their Bangkok Shrimp. I have been ordering that from the Thia House for at least 30 years. Please don't ever take it off your menu.💯
Thai House is so good!! My favorites are the Bangkok Shrimp, Spicy Thai flat noodles and the Red Curry. It's all great. 😃😃
Great food and atmosphere. Quick and attentive service.
Great Thai & Chinese dishes in this long standing restaurant. Excellent service and reasonable pricing.
Taste is good, I just find that they can be a bit more ethical with their service though. Imagine ordering a shrimp eggroll and chicken wings then to be taken back by the result. Great staff/ Great food!!!
Wow
Nicest people with the best food. Never disappointed.
DELICIOUS with so many options of meat, seafood, vegan and vegetarian!
I came here with my brother on Saturday and it was better than I expected. I ordered House fried rice with sesame chicken. Me encantó. Un ambiente muy cálido, confortable...la comida super deliciosa. Obviamente volvería a venir
Been going here for years and years!!! It never disappoints! The food and service are fantastic!
Great Thai and Chinese. Super friendly and personal service. Very clean and they still use cloth napkins at lunch - such a nice touch! Excellent value too!
A very nice Thai restaurant with good variety of Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisines. The food is cooked well and is extremely tasty. Their spring rolls were a little oily, but the spicy felt noodle, fried rice and ginger chicken were made to perfection. A must try in Roswell area.
Excellent food and service, this team cares about both. Highly recommended.
Went here for lunch today. The overall experience I got was that this was a mainly Chinese restaurant that also sells thai food, which is kinda ironic seeing that their name is Thai House. First, I got the thai tea, which I would say was 30% tea and 70% condensed milk. For my dish, I got masaman curry, and the best way to describe it is thai food with a Chinese twist. It was good, just not what I was expecting. The overall price was amazing, and I'm willing to come back and try again, however, only if I'm in the mood for Chinese food. Would not go here if you're craving thai. Service was fast and nice.
Honestly, I think this is the BEST Thai in the ATL metro area. They have a vegan/vegetarian menu which makes them even more special. Love their Hot Braised, Pad See Ew, Larb, Green Curry and Coconut Ice Cream. Family owned and service is pleasant. Really the food is delicious and authentic. Thai in Atlanta is seriously lacking and Thai House somehow fills that void. HIGHLY recommended.
Thank you so much for offering a whole section of your menu to vegans! The clearly labeled options were so helpful and comforting.
Wow, as a vegan, I REALLY appreciated that this restaurant has a whole menu page for vegans, clearly labeled! ❤️Ⓥ🌱
I was so excited to see that. I ordered the entree with mango and tofu, and it was incredible.
We'll definitely be back.
My family has been eating here for many years. It is our 8 year old twins absolute favorite place to eat and ours too. The food is flavorfully and delicious. The vegan menu is top notch. The staff are excellent. Highly recommend.
I live in east atlanta now but this is absolutely still one of my favorite Thai places in the city, I'll drive an hour out here if I'm craving sue-yi massaman, tom kha or my personal favorite the bangkok grouper. Hope yall thrive forever! Haha

Went for the first time and the food was very good
Delicious as always. Bangkok grouper or shrimp are excellent 👌
We have been coming to this restaurant over 25+ years. Very reasonable pricing while the food are always excellent
Great food for over 30 years. There's only one place for Great Thai!

Outstanding service and food. I had Pad Prik Shrimp and all the ingredients were incredibly fresh. I asked for some hot sauce and they brought me two types that were perfect. Service was prompt and met all our needs.
This has been one of our favorite restaurants since moving to ROSWELL 9 years ago! Great for lunch or dinner, at the restaurant on for take out. My favorite isle the Bangkok Shrimp!
We love Thai food. When we moved to East Cobb a few years ago, it took us a while to find a good Thai restaurant. We tried a couple in the area but were not really impressed. Once we tried Thai House, we knew we had found our usual go to. We visit this place often. Our favs from their menu are - Thai Bankok Shrimp curry, Seafood Deluxe, and Pad kee mao.
I may have found my favorite Thai restaurant. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were exceptional.
Food was good. Service was excellent.
Food and service were both terrific. Portion sizes are great. We were there on a Saturday evening, they open at 5:00, get there early because it filled up in 15 or 20 minutes. Seating is limited. Would definitely recommend highly.
We usually do the takeout from here, although we have dined in too. In all respects, this is a very fine restaurant. The Chinese food here is excellent.
Our go-to for Thai and Asian food. Been going there for years and have never had a bad dish. It is very popular, so go early as seating is limited, or you can get take out, which unlike most places, is as good as dine-in.
Our go to place for great service and comfort food!
Another of our go-to places. Good food, friendly staff (with quite but engaging sense of humor), good attention to detail.
Years later and it's just as awesome as ever. We never fail to eat so much we hate ourselves, because it's just too good to stop eating! Then order even more to-go, because we live an hour away and this is a rare treat for us.

Just updating my review to confirm that Thai House is still just as awesome as ever. We have never been disappointed in any dish. Alvin is still the best, too!
----
Thai House is ALWAYS amazing. We drive an hour to get here anytime we can, then have ourselves a parking lot picnic (bc Covid) so we can eat it fresh.
Their phones have been problematic lately, so just keep calling till it goes through.
PS - Alvin is the best, if you're eating inside. We always tried to get him in pre-covid days.
I have been going to this place since their old location and was first introduced to Coconut Soup here when was younger. Been coming back ever since then.
Some of the best Thai in the Atlanta, so feel lucky to have this place in the community. The portions are great for the listed prices. The service is always good. Whenever anyone talks about Thai food, I always recommend giving this place a shot because have never had a bad meal or experience here. Looking forward to being a patron at Thai House for many more years :)
Great lunch
One of our favorite Thai places in Georgia - especially for their lunch special! Can't go wrong with any of their menu items
Me and my bestie came here from the city and were amazed by both the quality and consistency of the food. From the AMAZING Tom Kha soup (you must try, good for the soul) to the incredible (vegan) entrees (curry, spicy flat noodle) the experience was A++. Also amazing people watching.
This was a huge family gathering. Unfortunately, my meal was messed up at everyone else's joy dearest, ha ha
Wonderful & consistent for 20 years or more. A heartfelt thank you for what must now be at least 200 consistently good meals and counting.
간단한 점심식사 자리로는 무난합니다.
Truly a great dining experience. We got there early and it was worth the wait! Delicious food, great service and priced fairly!
The best Thai food I’ve ever had in my life. Hidden gem
Food was good and service was okay.
Best Thai food in the area. Full vegan menu and just excellent service and atmosphere.
I had the mango chicken. Food and service was excellent at a reasonable price.
I have to say my boys and I eat here on a regular basis. We have never had a bad meal here and the service is always great. I would highly recommend
Good food that's reasonably priced.
Nice place for a weekend dinner
Great for the price
The best place to enjoy food with flavors and a warm and loving service. It’s not just the food but there attitude. For Vegans they have amazing options unparalleled in whole Atlanta area. Thanks
This is our goto Chinese restaurant.
Thai House has the most amazing food around. Their chicken fried rice is hands done the best in the country. All their dishes are amazing you will not be disappointed eating here.
Wonderful service and fantastic food! We ended up here by accident and I’m so glad we did! The food is outstanding - fresh, delicious and inventive menu. And so great service! Our server even called my son by name - such a sweet touch! Will def be back!
I’ve only done take out here, but the food is consistently very good and the it’s always ready when I arrive.
The best Thai spot in Roswell with a very versatile menu including Chinese food.. they also have amazing vegan dishes as well and there homemade coconut ice cream is to die for!!! The Bangkok Grouper and coconut soup is so delicious!!! Really everything on there menu will have you wanting to eat more!!🤤🤤
Fresh, fast, healthy, flavourful meals with a pleasing atmosphere 😋.
This is my favourite Thai spot. The lunch vegan options are amazing 🤩
Thank you!
I am missing this place after I moved out. Best place to have consistent taste, experience and price. It is totally worth it and felt like sharing. If you are Thai food fan don’t miss this place. Good luck
Tried Crab Rangoon, Szechuan Chicken, Chuchee curry, Panang Curry. All fo them were mediocre.
Best Thai food in Roswell. I usually go for take out and the service is efficient. Love it!
This has been my family’s favorite Thai for many years. We followed them when they changed locations and will continue to for dine in and take out. The best Pad Thai ever with shrimp chicken and and beef in it!
Ok Thai food.
Best house made soy proteins in the area.
Every dish I’ve ordered exceeded my expectations. Delicious food with great service. Can’t recommend Thai House enough
The food was mid at best. Staff wasn’t very welcoming and a couple of our cutlery wasn’t cleaned properly. Do not recommend anyone unless they want some bland Thai/Chinese food.
Ordered a Pad Thai five minutes before closing time of 9.30pm. Food was ready when I arrived, excellent service despite my very late order.
The Pad Thai was great, large portion, fresh crispy vegetables and tender chicken.
This is my second time ordering from them and quality have been great both times, will try dinning in with them next time I'm in the mood for Thai or Chinese.
Same good food and service for decades.
Sesame chicken was awful. Tough and hard to chew. Was very disappointing.
The good is always plentiful. The wait staff are always on top of things yet not overbearing. I love that they never charge extra for more rice (rare these days).
This is my favorite Thai restaurant, and I highly recommend it. Always a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.
Have visited here many times before. Friendly servers. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and served quickly. Reasonable outdoor seating as well. We'll be back again and again.
Been eating at Thai House forever. Great food, great service.
Food is always good. Love to sit outside on the patio. Staff are very friendly
Great Place and great food
A hidden gem in Roswell. Great food and service.
Its our neighborhood go to!!! Love it everytime. Consistancy and quality. And the wait staff always are friendly. 😊👍💯
We've been customers of the Thai House for over 25 years. The food is always fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. Our daughter loved it and now so do our grandkids. The owner, Cameron, makes homemade Coconut Ice Cream and its the best. They offer Thai, Chinese, and Vegan dishes. You will not be disappointed.
This is a good Thai restaurant. We came here twice for lunch when we visited Roswell. There is an outdoor sitting area. Soup and a spring roll were included with an entree. For a dollar more, you can get a bigger bowl of soup. Hot and sour soup was very good. I highly recommend the spicy flat noodle dish. Warning, it is very spicy if you are not used to spicy food, but delicious.
This my first visit and it will not be my last. The food was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful in picking just the right dish.
Food was ok, billing was horrible. They would try to rip you off. Made yellow curry very watery, upon asking server suggested replacing it with another dish that we chose. Bill had both curries added, along with a 20% tip. When told them, they had no idea that the server had replaced it, and started arguing that we tasted the yellow curry so they will charge for it. Finally removed the curry price but kept the 20% tip on it. Very badly managed billing.
Best Thai food
Excellent soups and food!
Was able to accommodate a party of 20 with short notice. They had Chinese, Thai as well as a full page of Vegan menu items. Will return.
My parent's have been patrons of this restaurant before I was born and I have so many memories here. We love this place and I go out of my way to come here now that I am older. I loved the old location that had fish tanks but they brought the ornate booths to the newer location. We always order way too many Thai shrimp rolls and I only eat the sesame chicken, it's not as crunchy as it was when I was smaller but it's still good. This is my favorite restaurant and when I visit from out of state I make sure to come.
We did take out for 5 people tonight and it was all delicious! Highly recommend the basil fried rice, sweet & sour chicken and samosas!
Vegan food is excellent, some of the best in Atlanta!
Excellent food and service always!
Such good, clean food. Basil rolls are to die for
Clean, fast service, great food but portions were small.
Favorite Thai with great Curry.
Scarfed down my dinner before I could even get pics. Vegetarian Fried tofu, lettuce wraps, green beans all exceptional. Service unbelievable. Great eats and ambiance.
Got there before opening for Dinner and still let these 2 pigs in to sit, chop our jowls and study the menu….I mean who does that ?
Best masaman curry ever!
Phenomenal Service! Every dish has its own unique flavor! Best Chinese & Thai you’ll ever have!
Always a good meal. Good selection from a Chinese and Thai menu. Love the owners.
Best Thai and Chinese in Atlanta
Today my co-workers and myself decided to go Thai House and the food was Wonderful. We were all EXTREMLY SATISFIED. I will be going back here and recommend it to others.
Great flavors and excellent service, but can be a bit loud when busy.
Loved the food, the staff and the atmosphere! We will be back!
Wonderful place! The food is terrific and satisfies omnivores, vegetarians and vegans alike. As an omnivore, I ordered a house specialty (mango shrimp) but shared a bit of one daughter's vegan chicken. Both were spectacular as were my wife's Mongolian beef and my other daughter's "real" chicken. The crab rangoons were the best we've had and the vegan wontons equally good. Really? YES! Wonderful taste and uniformly crisp to perfection! Both the real and vegan chicken were tasty and had a bit of crispness that was perfect. The mango sticky rice desert satisfied the entire family - which is amazing given quite a bit of "pickiness" in desert preferences. To top it off, we ate on the outdoor covered patio in wonderful weather, but would have been also happy in the very nice atmosphere inside. We cannot help but be exceptionally pleased with this restaurant given all of the above, but also the fact that it satisfies everyone in the family! The vegan options are even more extensive than many vegan restaurants! Yet that is balanced with an extensive selection for non-vegans, too. WOW! We'll be back. Often!
p.s... My "vegan daughter" mentioned that I ought to specify that the vegan chicken is called "Sue-Jian." Hopefully that'll help others that would love to try this delightful meal!
Adding an update: We went back a week later, because we enjoyed our first experience so much. The second time was just as great! This time we sat in a booth inside so as to enjoy the ambience there. We will be regulars!
Interesting Thai/Chinese menu. Will def come back to try some of the other menu items.
Food is delicious, yellow curry always hits the spot! Service is welcoming, which is a plus.
Good food and folks. It's been a regular haunt of mine for years.
We love this restaurant! Food consistently good. Service was great.
