So here's the thing, I went there on a Friday night. Had to wait 10 mins to get seated. Had to wait 10 more minutes to get a menu, and finally 10 more minutes to place an order. Totally worth the wait though !

My expectation was low for this place due to the location. Surprisingly, the food is pretty good. The prices are reasonable. The service was fast and very friendly staff. Shrimp Tom yum soup is good that’s not too spicy for me since I’m sensitive to spicy food. The crispy duck was very tasty and tender. Veggie spring rolls are good however I didn’t really see any veggies but noodles. Crab Rangoon was good according to my daughter. We tried mango sticky rice and egg custard sticky rice for desserts. They both are good. Since the yellow mangoes aren’t in season in the Fall/Winter, the type of mango served wasn’t as good as the yellow mango. But it’s still pretty good.
I would go back here and try different dishes next time I’m in the neighborhood.

We came here for the first time, the restaurant is relatively small but it's clean with cute/beautiful decorations. The food portion is great with the price, we had leftovers for another meal. The taste was spot on, I personally liked the pineapple fried rice I ordered, it had a tiny hint of curry taste and it was great. We would definitely come back to visit sometime.

service was very good! instantly greeted when we walked in. i ordered the panang curry and drunken noodles with tofu. the curry’s texture was a little off.. more thick than i am used to and was very salty. on the other hand, the drunken noodles were good and had a good amount of vegetables (which i love!). the prices were reasonable as well. overall, i wouldn’t order the curry again, but i would come back for the drunken noodles!

My parents and I dined in for my birthday tonight. The food was excellent. We got fish cakes, Shrimp Pad Thai, Beef Drunken Noodles, and soft shell crab with krapow sauce. Our server lady was extremely nice and even gave me birthday dessert. Great food, awesome service!

Great little spot. Very busy. I had pad Thai with shrimp and my sister got the same with chicken. We both really enjoyed the food. I like mine not as sweet but I would go again. Friendly service.

This place is going downhill. This is the second time I have ordered Pad Ka Prao and have a giant clump of the cooks nasty hair in the sauce. Disgusting.

Thai Heaven gets it right, every single time from the crispy kapow chicken to their mango sticky rice.

Why doesn't this place have a higher rating? I feel kinda bad because the food was great, it's a nice little cozy establishment, and the service was spot on. I don't understand where all the bad reviews are coming from. Most of them are from 1-3 years ago so maybe things have changed. I also see there are a lot of bad
reviews in regards to racism but when I was here there were a lot of different types of people there who all received the same respect as everyone else. The lady working there even sprinted across the parking lot to give someone their rice they had forgotten. If that's not great service then I don't know what is then. We will definitely be back here in the future.

It’s a small place, but the food is always delicious. I highly recommend the green curry or the massaman curry. My husband usually gets drunken noodles. The Thai tea and mango sticky rice are also excellent.

Let me say thai heaven is amazing. When you walk in the restaurant was a little small but the flavors were BIG. This is top 5 on my go too restaurants for now on and number one for Thai . I had thom yum soup and drunken noodles. The flavors were authentic and delicious. The service was great also . Overall I wish I could give more than 5 stars
Update: I really love this place but as of lately they haven’t had the best attitudes when placing my order. Please get it together. This really has been my favorite Thai restaurant and I would hate to stop patronizing.

Authentic and delicious! Visited from CO and was impressed! I’ve been to Thailand and this food was similar!!

We have gotten takeout a few times a year for about four years and had delicious meals every time. Tonight we got takeout and tried two menu items we had never tried before and loved them. I like that after going here this many times we have our favorites (curries, veggie puffs) but still finding new things to try. We have only ever done takeout, but food is ready at the time quoted and hot. We do generally order an extra side of rice since the rice portions seem small compared to the curry portion. My husband is vegetarian and loves that he can get many things with tofu instead of meat. Highly recommend!

Thai Heaven’s food really is HEAVEN! The pad Thai was absolutely delicious! You can taste the fresh basil-so yummy!! I love rangoons and now they’ve spoiled me for anyone else’s! Thai Heaven is a tiny gem in the community of Paradise.

We have been getting Thai food from Thai Heaven for over a year since we moved to this area. We have loved most of the dishes we've ordered. That being said, the past two times we've ordered food for delivery there have been multiple items missing from our order and the food has been prepared inconsistently. I'm not sure if there was a change in recipes or staff but we certainly miss the way it used to be prepared if this is the new norm!

This is what we noticed:
Mushy rice
Dry/barely any sauce
Taste varies too much each time we order
Missing items

I ordered the crab fried rice and while it had great flavor…. I picked crab shells out of my mouth the entire time i ate it. I urge the cook to CLEAN THE CRAB MEAT before they cook it. I have never experienced this in all the years I’ve eaten crab dishes. It was quite unpleasant. Cashier was also very unwelcoming. No hello or anything when i walked in. Just what do you want.

This place is aptly named due to the fact that it’s Thai food and it’s really good. Pad cashew nut 4ever

Some of the absolute best thai food i have ever had it was phenomenal. I highly reccomend the pannag curry it is a very rich and sweet coconut curry and just fantastic. Really reccomend this place.

This restaurant is a little gem tucked away but worth discovering. The food here is top rate. The lunch portions are perfectly sized, not too large but just enough. The servers are very attentive. There is a calm quietness about this place that makes eating a relaxing experience. The last time I was there with a couple of girlfriends was to celebrate a birthday, and our server encouraged us to stay as long as we wanted to. Even after we had paid her she continued to bring water over to us and to ask if we needed anything else. I highly recommend

Always get something when they are at the baltimore farmers market. Love thier mango sticky rice. Thier restaurant is great too.

Food is pretty good, but twice in a row they have messed up my order, brought me the wrong food, or forgotten items. Last time I waited 2 hours, everything was cold and items were missing. Offered no compensation. I won’t order delivery again.

Thai Heaven has very bad customer service. The young lady named Megan in the front is really rude and was my waiter. The food was okay but I would never eat inside again due to the poor rude customer service. This is my first time coming here but due to service unsure If I would eat here again. I also had an allergic reaction and she was super uncaring as well and rude about the ordeal when I asked her questions due to the allergies I had before I ordered the food. Overall 1/10 experience.

You were extremely unkind which is very sad to be honest and there was no complimentary beverage offered. I didn’t mind switching the drink or asking about the allergies for the food (for a person with allergies, esp. food allergy you will ask questions), nor did I need a complimentary offer, I minded the tone of voice, attitude and demeanor of the lack luster customer service you provided. Which shuns customers from eating here in person. 0/10 experience. You should also be mindful of how you treat people because you never know what someone is going through. I do not recommend dining in. I review restaurants on a daily basis and this was a miss.

This is definitely my favorite place. The food is amazing and I really appreciate the people who work here.

Food is excellent. Ordered several times. Better than all the other options I’ve tried in Ellicott City area.

If you like Thai food you will love this restaurant. Everything is delightfully fresh and has amazing flavor. It's a little less spicy than similar restaurants, but the portion sizes are great. My favorite app is the Chicken Satay and I always seem to order the Pad Thai, but the red curry is a very close 2nd.
Tucked away in Paradise, this is a great treat.

They were so slow, we were supposed to get our food in 20-30 minutes after ordering online and it took an hour and a half. there were so many people wait for their food also and the lady only paid attention to the people that were seated and they got their food way quicker than the online orders. we didn’t even get utensils and when we asked for them she only gave us forks even though we had soup and curry. the rice was so small it was toddler portions not even. I put notes on my order to not have carrots and they gave me carrots still and there was broccoli in it which it did not say on the menu. this was not worth the wait….

the food took over an hour and a half to be ready, there was multiple other people waiting for their pick up orders for an absurd amount of time and they were very unresponsive when we asked for our order. they took much better care of people who were dining in and food in my opinion wasn’t worth the experience

It should not take over 30 mins for one pineapple fried rice. Some how they managed it.

On Dec 17 th 2023 myself and one of my collegue we went by the restuarant to have thai lunch,We ordered shirmp pad thai ,shrimp fried rice and 2 shrimp tom yum soup, When its time to serve our food we noticed chicken fried rice instead of Shrimp so i told the cashier/hostess. She responded ohh I am sorry let me bring you the shrimp fried rice. I told her we are here for almost 45 minutes and I have to get to office immidietly .The lady promised dont't worry come tomorrow I am not going to charge since you already paid for the lunch and I trusted her, paid the tab and tipped her 20% went back to work.
Tuesday I phoned the restuarant and the same hostess she answered the call and ordered the shrimp fried rice take away and I told I'm the customer who ordered shrimp lunch yesterday and u gave us chicken fried rice and we didnt eat and this the promised lunch .Immidiatly she told me no ,u have to pay for it and I can give you extra shrimp. I said to her what about the promise !!!!!. I told her I will give her a review so the customers will know not to trust the verbal agreement , Then she said ohh come and get your lunch I am not going to charge its a miscommunication, I said thanks I don't want . Since the trust is gone I didn't want her food .You lost not only me as a customer but my colleagues too . We spend $ 140 weekly on thai heaven. But we never had any problems with Hunan Joy ,Edmonson ave Catonsville. The food is great and staffs are the most courteous.

The owners and staff are wonderful people. My husband and I went for lunch. I ordered the Panang Curry, Spring rolls, and Thai ice tea. Everything was excellent. My husband ordered Pad Thai and Spring rolls. He enjoyed his dishes as well. We received warm, attentive, but not overbearing service. It's a cozy restaurant, so call ahead for larger parties.

I come here frequently when I decide to do door dash. It's always a wait and I am assuming the owner the older lady .. she seems to always be short no smiles but will smile for the online order customers along with dining customers. Dashers and uber eats drivers are here for your PAYING CUSTOMERS AS WELL. YOUR attitude should be more customer service oriented for us as well. The wait time is ridiculous and the customers get upset with us and it's not our fault.

Yesterday was the second time I tried Thai Heaven. Most of their dishes try to be authentic, but they don't use fresh lime juice. It throws the flavor off, especially in the chicken laab and the papaya salad. Their portions are also on the smaller side.

This food is outstanding! Never mind the atmosphere for me. We typically order our food to go. We have tried something new on their menu every-time and it has been absolutely delicious. The flavors are bold and the veggies are fresh. I love any establishment who values great quality food with amazing flavor. We are sold hooked and are forever loyal to Thai Heaven!

I heard about this spot & FINALLY gave it a try & I have 2 say I H8 that I hadn't tried sooner. Will DEF be my go 2 spot 4 GOOD Thai Food. If haven't tried, PLEASE Do. U won't be disappointed.

I stopped by here during my workday and I have one thing to note. The gentleman at the register was obviously overwhelmed being the only one available to help takeout and dine in customers. But boy, oh boy, did he work! He was courteous, apologetic, accommodating and professional. He almost appeared to grow 8 arms trying to get it all done! I think sometimes we fail to give grace to others because we’ve come to expect so much at all times. In this moment, he earned every bit of grace extended by those of us waiting. The food is good and the service is amazing. I will definitely be back if I’m in the area.

Don’t get the shrimp summer rolls. Very small shrimp served with a side of fatty sauce that jiggled like jello.

It’s in a tiny nook off of Frederick Road. Do not let looks deceive you. This place is A+. The food is always cooked fresh. Not to be totally predictable but the Panang Curry hands down my favorite. Try the fish cakes because not everyone does it this perfect. The chicken salad was delicious. It is very close to where I live so I have tried a lot on their menu never to be disappointed. Please go visit today. Staff very welcoming.

I went to the Thai Heaven around 8:30 to get some soup. As soon as I entered the door, the lady at the front pointed to the uber eats food that was by the door. I don't work for uber eats, and why would someone assume that instead of greeting their customer first? Immediately, that raised some flags. I placed my order and waited for about 5-10 minutes to be done, but I heard a pretty loud sneeze when the lady went back to get my food. Another flag because I don't know if that sneeze was by my food. Then she gave me the food with a weird giggle that threw me off. My soul did not feel right about that giggle so I decided to look at the Google reviews and saw "prejudice" and "racist" remarks. I immediately threw away my food without even opening it. This is an issue that the owner is well aware of and is likely funny to them. Don't offer free food because I don't want it. Maybe the lady at the front is your wife or family member, but I'm telling you now if you run into the wrong person your business will be shut down.

I used to eat here all the time but this was my first time trying it since it changed owners and as far as I can tell, it’s as good as ever! I love that you can pick the different levels of spice. I got my go-to chicken pad thai and the portion was good and it was delicious.

The food is phenomenal. The service is courteous and accommodating. The only thing that I would change is the music when it isn't post bebop jazz.

The food is good, but every time I order online, they always get it wrong. I ordered a dish that was supposed to come with white rice and they forgot it. The second time, they forgot it again. The third time, I had to put a special instruction on my order to make sure they included white rice. Then, the last time, they made the sauce too spicy even though I checked "mild." Also, I paid extra for calamari, but they only added 6 pieces, which is worth $5.24. Overall, the food tastes good. I just hope they pay more attention to the orders. I miss the previous owner. The food was more authentic and delicious.

Waited 15 minutes while the hostess sat other customers that arrived after me. Placed a to go order. The hostess refused to hand me the order. Opting to place the order on a table next to my party. Yes I am black, no I do not know this to be the reason for the poor service. Perhaps others can chime in.

Simple but homey dining area.

Good food, but way stingy on the rice. Order extra rice, then order more extra rice.

Food preparation is fast. Curry is great. Pickup can be annoying if you order through the apps due to naming inconsistency.

My husband wanted to give them another try. For the drunken noodles, we waited 45 minutes. They also barely gave us noodles. That’s the dish, it’s noodles!!! It’s so disappointing that they can’t be consistent!

Our family loves this place. Gluten free Pad Thai and so much more. Dine in, carry out, order online, it's all good! I recently tried the pineapple fried rice for the first time and really enjoyed it. (See picture).

My first time dining here. We shared the calamari appetizer. Thumbs up! My entree, drunken noodles, is what I always order in Thai restaurant. These were absolutely DELICIOUS!! We ordered take out so I can't speak to atmosphere. I was only in the restaurant for 2 minutes. The food was prepared day and they got the order perfect - got exactly what we ordered. The food was hot and tasted good, but it wasn't the best Thai food I've had in the area.

Wonderful service. Hostess recognizes us by face and name. Food is exquisite and the atmosphere is cute, but casual. One of our favorite stops in Catonsville.

So we call the restaurant and place an order, when I come to the place, I requested to dine-in and the employee did not allow me to do so, saying she prepared my dish as “to-go” and would not like to put it in a dine-in plate. I told her we don’t mind eating from the “to-go plates she prepared, so she replied by saying the tables were just cleaned and we can’t. Absolutely shocking and made no sense. The rudeness in the style of speech, and when we pay, constantly asking about tip as well, I mean very strange. We love the food, but it’s the woman there that made us not want to come back.

I usually order from this place whenever I am craving for Thai . However I am disappointed with my orders. I asked them to make one of my orders extra spicy seems like they don’t want to follow the customer's needs. It happened a lot of times.

The food was discussing 🤮; please do not order the chives dumplings; and it took an hiur and half for my order to be ready.

It’s passable Thai, nothing particularly impressive/special. (Also, I ordered dumplings - the photo is what I got, which is not a dumpling and doesn’t look like the photo on the menu.)

I was just "greeted" by a woman who offered very poor customer service. I wanted to try their restaurant for the 1st time and was automatically turned off and left. Hopefully you'll have a better experience.

I want to praise the chef on duty on 11/19! Thai Heaven is my favorite local Thai restaurant. Last night the food was the best we ever had. We always order “Thai Hot” and last night we got THAI HOT!!

Outstanding all around! Our waitress was so friendly it made it even better. Calamari, pad thai and drunken noodles were delicious! Will be back soon to try more of the menu.

I agree with the review someone made about them being RACIST towards black people. This was my first time trying their food, it’s okay. Not good enough to supplement for the poor customer service I recieved. I was given my food but the lady at the front register doesn’t speak English well and she didn’t provide me any forks, napkins, or sauce in my bag. She was too in a rush to cater to the white couple in the restaurant. I had to go back in and ask for both to include soy sauce. She only gave me one sauce and I asked if I only get one sauce and she only gave me another one for a big bowl of rice.

I will not come back and won’t be sending anyone here to eat.

RACIST TOWARDS BLACK PEOPLE. I've entered this establishment several times and not once did they acknowledge me or greet me. I've had to personally go up to the host (same female host who's always in the front near the register) to ask for an order. She pointed toward a table where the order was sitting. A few seconds later, A white couple walked in and she quickly brushed past me to greet them. Not to mention, the place wreaks! The moment you step in.

Fantastic little gem. The food is fabulous and the staff is very friendly. My sister is very gluten sensitive, and the chef came out and assured her that she would make her something that was gluten free, which she did. Try the duck curry, it's wonderful

I’ve had a good share of pad Thai and I’m going to say this place is unfortunately one of the worse ones. The pad Thai was made way too sweet and didn’t taste any tamarind paste which is used to make out the sour flavor. There’s pretty much no depth to flavor. This place is a hard pass for pad Thai. Cant speak for the other dishes as I haven’t had them in a long time.

Food is always good. Never have a problem ordering whether it’s online or over the phone.

The papaya salad is hands down the best I’ve ever had. So flavorful!!! The drunken noodle and red curry was also amazing - good portion size and full of a variety of veggies which I really appreciated! Can’t wait to come back!

My parents and I dined in for my birthday tonight. The food was excellent. We got fish cakes, Shrimp Pad Thai, Beef Drunken Noodles, and soft shell crab with krapow sauce. Our server lady was extremely nice and even gave me birthday dessert. Great food, awesome service!

I used to eat Thai food in Thailand and the food here is quite authentic! Will try out more other dishes next time.

Fair prices and decent food, quick and fulfilling bite while traveling. Would definitely come here again when in the Baltimore area.

A bit pricey but the food was really good

We have been 3 times so far. And have tried different items every time. 3 curries, drunk noodles, and crispy kaprow chicken. Everything we have had is great. Fresh tasting, spuce level set to your enjoyment. Friendly staff.

We have been looking for a Thai restaurant that is very good in the Elkridge area for a while now and came across this one in Catonsville online. I was excited to try it based on the reviews but was disappointed as the expectation was not the delivery. I ordered online and had to pay an online fee. I drove 15 mins to pick up the food and was told the hot pepper on the spice rack was at a fee. The lady reluctantly gave me the tiny hot pepper eventhough we ordered 2 full entree. Getting home the taste of the food was just ok. It wasn't the authentic Thai food we were looking for. The portion size was small too. Needless to say our search continues and we will not be going back here. If you are looking for a Thai restaurant, yes, that one! this is not it. We may have to drive to Tysons, silversping, or Alexandria for a good Thai food.

I'm glad this place changed management. With the new management it is now fantastic food. Best pad thai in the area! Very nice ambience and very good Thai dishes. Server was friendly and kind. Small on the inside but nice thai decor. I love this place and am going back regularly. Highly recommend!

Food is awesome

Would give 0 stars if possible. They will not be honest about dietary restrictions (mainly allergies and vegetarian food), especially if they want to force sell their food without regard to their customer's dietary restrictions. I'm baffled that I had this experience. Also rude staff who will treat you differently, overall would not recommend.

It's okay, not the best Thai food restaurant around, not the worst. The Pad Thai noodles were a little overcooked but the flavor was nice. The staff was friendly and attentive.
