I've eaten here a few times and every time the food is delicious! They have Thai dishes that aren't the standard fare. I'm always trying something new. My favorite is the garlic pork, roti curry and spicy chicken wings. The Thai coffee hits just right and isn't too sweet or bitter. Would totally recommend!

Had the drunken noodles. "medium". I have a decent heat tolerance but the first one I got would have thinned the thickest of oil based paints. Some folks like that but I could handle the heat. She graciously offered to remake mine for me, mild. She's a saint. I would have died right there most likely had I finished the medium.

There were also an order of pad Thai, which honestly was one of the best flavor ones I've eaten. Ever. Now I haven't been to Thailand yet I'm going to assume they taste like theirs. Delicious. Great flavors all around. Also got the shrimp summer rolls. Fresh, the peanut sauce was delicious, and I could have crushed all 6.

It's very safe to say I would come back here. And I will. Foods amazing.

I'm shocked that they added a 20% gratuity to our bill and even counted our infant as part of the total number of guests!

The " Blue" tea is oxidized and purple, nothing blue, nothing fresh about it. Service could have been so much better, specially when we mentioned to the waitress it was our first time at the place ( No initiative to talk about recommendations or favorites) she was unfriendly and did ruin our first experience. Our order also got wrong. They have no time to make sure they got your order right.

Very, very disappointed. I was so looking forward to trying this place, the menu was amazing - at least it sounded delicious! I placed an ordered to go and the order came back pretty quickly. I ordered the Kao Moo Dang, Kao Mun Gai Tod and a few others items; both dishes were not good at all, the pork was fatty and very little meat. The entire meal was a mound of overcooked rice with some sliced gooey pieces of “I think it was” pork. The outside strays had a feast. One & done.

So far, I've brought my family here 4 times. This is the best kept secret in the city, in my opinion. I've had the Duck Noodle Soup, Massaman Curry, Red Curry, and the Chargrilled pork. Every single thing I've had is the best I've had, of that thing. Just incredible. Also DONT SLEEP ON THE PORK JERKY. Service is friendly and accomodating, and the prices are reasonable. We are customers for life!

I get takeout from this spot as my new go to Thai spot. We are fans of the pad see ew and the pad woon sen. We also get the chicken wings and the mango sticky rice.

Missed the mark tonight. Usually very good, but tonight our meals ( to go) were dry and bland. The Shrimp pad Thai had 3 chunks of egg, and about 4 shrimp. No flavor since now it's either Mild, Hot, or Very hot when Medium used to be great. I guess the website has excluded this? Also the Pad Himapan was likewise dry with almost zero sauce.

Also ordering showed a time it'll be ready. I got there about 20 mins before that and after finally being helped found it was sitting on the shelf. Glad y'all are busy but communication is important for hot food. I'll have to think before going back.

My husband brought me for a date night and the food was fantastic but the service couldn’t have been worse. She rudely encouraged us to get mild which was not spicy enough. When she finally brought extra spice she didn’t explain any of them. The only time she was attentive is when she brought the check. Probably won’t come back which is disappointing because the food was delicious!

The their milk tea tasted ok. But it was 80% ice and was not worth the money. It took less that 60 seconds to drink and I didn’t have anything left for my food. This is the second time I’ve came here. I wasn’t happy the first time but I wanted to give it one more chance. I will never return. First time I had pasta. This time I had friend rice with tofu and the tofu was very old and not fresh and the entire meal had a very funky and mildew type smell. I couldn’t even eat it. My entire party had to throw their food in the trash. Wasted money. Will never return. Very disgusting 🤢🤮 don’t recommend

Decided to try a new Thai place and so happy we chose Thai Way 6. We lived in Thailand for 4 years so it's always nice to find great Thai food outside of Thailand. We got Pad see ew and Tom yum, and the summer rolls and mango sticky rice. All the portions were a good size and everything tasted great! We will be back.

Great food peace atmosphere

I saw the great ratings and my parents live not too far from there, so we went to dinner. When I checked in on Yelp, I noticed they have a 10 percent discount if you spend at least $30, which we did. The waitress took my phone and showed the offer to someone, I suppose the manager. She came back and gave an excuse like it's a third party and for online orders. I have no clue what the waitress was trying to explain. There is no fine print on the check-in offer. As for food.. We were served a water carafe with cute aluminum cups. My parents weren't that hungry and ordered soft spring rolls. The order comes with three rolls. They're similar to the Vietnamese ones, albeit softer and less crunchy. I ordered yellow curry with tofu. Though it's classified on the menu without a red pepper, and I told the waitress I don't want it spicy, the dish was still spicy. It comes with potatoes and steamed rice. The curry looks homemade, and they were able to hold the onions. The place had a good amount of business for a Sunday evening. They need to add a red pepper to the yellow curry description and take off the 10 percent offer from their Yelp listing if they don't want to honor it.

Have been to this place twice now and both times were amazing!! The staff are super nice and very attentive. Every dish we've tried has been absolutely delicious: pad Thai, green curry, crab fried rice, gaung ka with duck, and my favorites so far are the ka na moo grob(crispy pork), pork jerky appetizer, butterfly tea, and the roti ice cream. So so good! Overall just a great place!

Absolutely the best Thai food I’ve ever had! Consistently delicious, I have eaten here at least 15 times in the last 3 months and I have not once been disappointed. I usually get the Massaman Curry or the Spicy fish and the Thai tea and coffees are perfect. Family owned so be patient as there is typically one server but she is very sweet and knowledgeable about the menu.

It's a little expensive but, you are supporting a small local business so, they deserve every penny. I typically get the Pineapple fried rice.

Had the duck noodle soup and drunken noodles. The staff was friendly and explained a bit about the dishes and how to use the condiments for the soup which was nice. Probably the best Thai in the area

I recommend their red mild curry. It's spicy for a mild, but all the flavor is there!

This place offers good food. Their yellow curry is very good but recently I went and the yellow curry did not taste as good as last time. The place is very cute and small. The customer service can be better, the lady that attends us seems to be in a bad mood at times. It’s weird because she was very friendly to a white family that was next to us.

The food is really good, when we try to order by calling them they hang up too fast. I do recommend it but customer service is efficient.

I'm starting to think this is one of those restaurants where everything they make on the menu is DELICIOUS.

Thai Way 6 has the best Panang Curry I've tasted in the state of Texas. It's rich, it's creamy, it's flavorful, it's delicious 😋. I had it twice in one week and ordered extra to go.

We have lived in Houston for almost three years and have never been able to find a Thai place we liked, until now. The food is delicious and so flavorful. We ordered the chicken pad see ew, pad thai, and spicy chicken wings. Both noodle dishes were amazing. The chicken wings were also so yummy and perfectly crispy. I don’t even know how they got them so crispy yet so tender. For dessert we had the Roti ice cream which was the perfectly sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Service was also great, staff were very friendly and attentive and checked on us often. We will definitely be regulars here!

Very authentic thai food with great service and review from Thai person who been to most of the thai restaurants in htx. My most fav dishes out of entire menu are Som Tam, Pork Stew, Pad Ped cat fish.

The service and atmosphere are great! They have a wide variety of food to choose from. The hot teas and cream cheese wontons were great. All the food was tasty and on point. We will definitely be coming back!

I was craving Thai food over the weekend and found this new gem! Not only was the atmosphere spacious and cute, the food had all the flavors of traditional Thai cuisine too! I had the laab salad, tom yum soup, pad thai and green curry! The portions were excellent, loved all the fresh ingredients, and the service was on point too. I’ll definitely be back to try other dishes again soon!

I finally got to try Thai Way 6 while visiting family for the holidays. They've raved about this new restaurant. Now I know why. The food was scrumptious from beginning to end. The Thai iced coffee was refreshing and not too sweet. I liked it so much I ordered a second :)
For food I started out with the Tom Kha soup. It was a nice light starter rich in flavor. Next I enjoyed chicken satay. The chicken was grilled very well and once I added the accompanying dipping sauce it was a perfect match for my mouth. I love papaya salad and when the wait staff recommended I add the salted crab it was a new Thai food experience I was excited to have and was happy I tried it out. The saltiness of the crab was a great pairing with the tartness of the papaya. Lastly, I finished off with the chef's special Pad Ped Catfish -- pieces of battered catfish fried in a yummy marinade sitting atop a bed of green beans. Delicious! I don't see this dish often in Thai restaurants so I was eager to order it and wasn't disappointed. The portions are hefty; I was so stuffed I could barely move.

The staff are friendly and attentive. They always kept the carafe of water replenished. I like the warm and tasteful addition of the wood accents on the wall; this adds a welcoming modern feel to the interior. I think I'm going to have to visit family more often just so I can come back and try their other dishes!

This is hands down the best Thai food! I always have to make it a point to stop by every time I come to Houston. Food is authentic, atmosphere is cozy, and service is great! Some of my favorite things are the kao soy, pla rad prik, homemade fish cakes, and thai iced coffee. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

We had the Khao moo dang and khao ka moo with special mango sticky rice, everything was super delicious, the pork leg stew was just amazing, friendly staff and atmosphere, our new go to for Thai in Cypress area.

Love the spicy chicken wings, sweet and savory. Also had the spicy catfish was so flavorful, great atmosphere too. I had a great experience.

Our family visit to this quaint restaurant was an absolute delight, with its unique and inviting decor creating a warm ambiance. We admired the cleanliness, and for those who like it hot, they're more than happy to spice up your dish. The Mango Fried Rice was a standout, truly the best we've ever tasted.
Additionally, the Ka Na Moo Grob was a flavorful treat, and the Spicy Chicken Wings had just the right kick. For dessert, the Roti with Coconut Ice Cream and the Mango Sticky Rice were simply divine, rounding off our meal perfectly. We're deeply grateful to the cooks and our attentive server for making our family dinner so special.

We were craving Thai food yesterday so I took family to this new place in north Houston (between Cypress and Jersey Village) to try out. The food at Thaiway 6 was AMAZING. The portion and service was good, the interior decor was super cute and the flavor of the dishes were spot on. We ordered chicken wings, Ilsan sausage, fish cake, duck noodle soup, Kao soy, ka prow moo grob, mango fried rice, catfish and a couple other things and all was DELICIOUS. We also had Thai coffee and Thai tea for our drinks. For dessert, you must try the Roti with condensed milk and the fried bananas with coconut ice cream. It was overall a great experience for us. We will definitely be back!

Love this place.. staff is super nice and very attentive.. and food is really good. Had the chicken pad Thai and it’s very flavorful.. got med spicy and it was a little spicy for me but it was good.

we loved kao moo dang bbq pork and crunchy crispy pork also we loved black sour sauce that came with 🤤 we will definitely be back sooner for dinings. the owner Mrs.Patty and Tony is they so really lovely friendly .highly recommend 😊

Thai Way 6 offers an exceptional dining experience. The ambience and attention to detail were excellent. I ordered the Pad Thai Tofu for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious. The dish showcased a perfect blend of flavors, and its presentation was impeccable.

Hand's down the best Thai food I have ate in decades. Not many good places left after covid until I discovered this place. They have all the authentic thai sauces and dishes. Soup , Salad and main course were amazing. The waitress was doing the job of probably 2 or 3 waitresses because they were crowded but she did a great job. Other than being a little warm in the restaurant the atmosphere was amazing.

What a cute Thai restaurant! The vibe was cute and because we don’t have many food choices in this area, it’s a great addition. It seems that all the food is super traditional and very authentic. I really enjoyed it. We didn’t get any alcoholic beverages but all else was really good and I definitely highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.
