I simultaneously want everyone in Baltimore to know about Naked Grill so they get the business they deserve and also want it to remain a special hidden spot that I can keep to myself (but mostly the first). The service and food are both amazing, I highly recommend the crunchy tuna tuna roll, it’s my favorite.

Food was good. Service started out slow and then picked up.

Definitely would go back for the Thai ice tea and curry shrimp. The sushi rolls also tasted exceptionally fresh.

However, downside is thst parking appears to be free but there is an automatic 20% charge applied to each ticket. And since we were a table of 2.5 the 20% gratuity isn't due to part size. That's a sneaky charge but such is life of a fat kid who eats out and travels.

This is one of our regular take out spots - do them right and order directly vs. through a delivery service (this takes a huge cut!). The staff is always friendly, know their regulars, and have dog treats on hand. Go check it out!

I ordered takeout sushi from Naked Grill tonight and was super disappointed. There were two employees behind the counter and the place was empty. The service was weird- the employee who "helped" me was rude and not very friendly, and when I walked in and let them know I was there to pick up a mobile order, she simply pointed to a brown bag on the counter, as if I was supposed to magically know that they leave takeout orders on a counter accessible to anyone?? It had a receipt waiting for me to sign, which I did.

I ordered the surf and turf and 1000 island rolls, and they were packed in the same container. The surf and turf roll, which I was actually excited about, was TERRIBLE. The lemongrass beef was so tough that it was actually inedible, and had very little flavor other than the lemongrass. After trying to chew it for a few minutes, I removed it from the rest of the roll. It was not served with the Hawaiian barbecue sauce that the menu advertised. The thousand island roll was ok-not great, not terrible.

Having spent $25 on 2 takeout rolls, I expected a lot better. I have a friend who loves their sushi, so I may give it another try-maybe it was an off night? They have some other things I'd like to try as well.

My wife and I had a wonderful lunch today! Great food and great service! I can not wait to be a repeat customer and try new items on their expansive menu.

We came here for dinner (currently only seating inside on Friday and Saturday) and had a great experience. Definitely the freshest and highest quality fish in the area - and some of the best sushi we’ve had period. I would also recommend trying some of their more local Japanese and Thai dishes as those are exceedingly hard to find locally. Absolutely will come eat here again!

The food was amazing but the service was wonderful. I even forgot my airpods and the server waited for me to come back to my car a half hour later and gave them to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH 💓 💗 💛

My fiancé and I dine here so often that John knows us by name and every time we walk in, he puts an order for gyoza in - he knows we LOVE it! Great staff and awesome food!! The spicy salmon roll is my go too. My fiancé and I also both LOVE the torched ika roll and the black dragon roll. Highly recommend!!

The sushi rolls were fresh, yet small. I ordered 2 California rolls, & to be honest they reminded me of California rolls I would buy from the supermarket. The rolls were cut a uneven, and I got the short corner pieces of the roll. Some of them looked throwed together . I Would not recommend, if you are looking for a full stomach.

Came here two nights ago with my family for dinner and glad we tried it! Delicious sushi, fair prices, convenient/safe location near the Canton waterfront. We’ll be back!

Best sushi around! Their spicy tuna is phenomenal! 😋 Try literally any roll with spicy tuna in it and you won't be disappointed!

Best service with a smile and it won't break your wallet... I highly encourage you to sit at the bar for the conversations with the sushi chefs.

Sushi is so fresh & rolls so creative and delicious. Service is excellent and Thai Drunken Noodles is not to be missed!

To be honest, it was giving i dont like brown people. I asked if they had physical menus and it went left from there. Lady went in the back all I heard was shouting in a different language. Then someone else came out(white lady) and stated over that there were no menus but she was talking very slow in a very insulting tone & manner.

Updating based on the last few orders … wildly inconsistent accuracy and quality .. something has changed and I wish it hadn’t. Spring rolls remain great but Thai dishes and sushi are on a downward trend. Used to love this place

Finally some good sushi in Baltimore! I’ve been looking for a ‘can’t miss’ sushi restaurant that isn’t crazy expensive like RA or Azumi, and I’ve finally found it in Naked. Ability to take away, great cocktails, friendly staff, and they validate parking. Just off the main strip so not crazy busy or crowded. A true gem! Amazing!!!

This place deserves six stars the food here is amazing my wife and I came in looking for some good sushi and they did a wonderful job we ordered sushi which they said they can fry anyone on the menu , my daughter goes to Peabody institute on Saturdays so we definitely will be back soon 🔜

I've tried many sushi restaurants in the Baltimore area and this is my favorite! Quality rolls for a great price. Dine-in was enjoyable and take-out remains a staple.

Authentic delicious and fresh Thai food, generous portions and very much worth your $. Never disappointing. I’ve tried Thai food from other restaurants but their food in particular is the most delicious and you get the most out of what you spend. Enjoy ordering food from them every time I go into the city.

Update: 👎👎👎👎👎 don’t even bother with carry out. Had more than 30 minutes to get the order in before they closed but the female answering said they dont take credit cards over the phone (even though we’ve placed orders over the phone before FOR YEARS) and the person answering the phone had no access and/or was told not to run it that way because it costs too much $ for them (the last place that told me this was a Chinese restaurant). Was told to go online but site is confusing and you have to create an account. Inconvenient. Very Disappointing!!!!! Did not even want to get the manager or someone else to run the order.

Update: had decided to give it a second chance for carry out and won’t be back, EVER!!!! New employee they hired (Caucasian female) made snide inappropriate remark about my review out of nowhere (who does that?) and owner with coworker gave me nasty looks as I walked out the door. 🤬🤯😡.

UPDATE 7/26/22: Quality not the same anymore. Didn’t add spicy mayo sauce to my last order. Calamari tempura app way to expensive for the portion. I guess you have to let them know to pack each of your sushi orders in a separate container, or else they’ll pack all your orders in one.

New ownership/management is definitely not up to par. Ravens roll didn't have any crab meat on top, called to let them know and was promised a refund. Never received it.

This place is excellent! Delicious, fresh sushi, very sweet and fun staff. There's so much on the menu I want everything, but I guess that just means I'll need to come back and try more! Also make sure to order the bartender's choice cocktail, Bertie will whip you up something excellent! 👌

Honestly, some of the best sushi in Baltimore. Great staff and ownership as well. They have an amazing bar too with some really creative drinks. Close to the marina and honestly, a better experience than some other “famous” restaurants in the area. Definitely worth a visit.

Came in for dinner and had a really nice experience. Extremely friendly staff, great drinks, tasty sushi, and a variety of Thai and sushi options. The bar has great cocktail options with fresh herbs. It’s located near the water and has 3 hour validated parking as well. Will be back!

One of our usual take out spots. Sushi is always fresh and a good selection of kitchen items.

I enjoyed the service and the food.

Ordered takeout sushi, it was very average. The black pepper tuna was seared and ultimately over cooked so it tasted way too fishy. The Salmango Roll was a highlight.

The miso soup was really excellent! Everything was great, and the service was fantastic.

I really hate to give this a 1 star but, please don’t waste your money. The sushi was not seasoned correctly. The rice was over cooked, the spicy Mayo made it easier to digest the sushi. The fried Tofu curry Pang was okay. The worst of the dishes was the Mango sticky rice. The mango was not ripe; it was hard. The rice AGAIN over cooked. I felt like I was eating a ball of glue. Please save your money.

First time in. Love the whole staff! The food was DELICIOUS. Will be back to try more of their menu. Thank you all!

Really, really disappointed in my takeout order. I have been ordering here for months and recently the standards have really dropped. I ordered teriyaki chicken which ended up being undercooked, a philadelphia roll which had imitation crab in it, and a diet coke where they gave me a diet Pepsi.

Quality sushi, but also some fantastic Thai food here. Staff is super friendly. Definitely a regular spot for us.

I'd say this place is perfectly average. The sushi is fine, but the real benefit is their super convenient, and have great hours.

Horrible food.
We ordered the chicken satay appetizer and the chicken pad Thai... I did not know that chicken could be THAT rubbery. Took forever to be delivered and no refund or replacement offered.

I got two rolls from this restaurant for takeout—the chef’s sampler and the Hollywood roll. Both rolls were tiny, about snack sized. The ginger that came with the rolls had a weird mothball smell to it and the fish was questionable in terms of freshness. I thought I would give this spot a chance since they’re relatively new! Overall, unimpressed by this sushi spot especially for the pricing of the rolls.

Ordered takeout due to quarantine and this has to be the best Thi and sushi I have had!!!! We ordered a bunch of different dishes and all were 10’s. The owners were also super sweet. We will definitely be going back here soon!!!!

I spent almost more than $70 on food between me and my friend and I called them to ask them for BBQ sauce and they want to charge me for sauce even though the food is supposed to come with Sauce. They told me that they are sending soya sauce and I asked them if they can replace the sauce but they refused. I will never ordering from there again and I’ll make sure no one I know goes there.

Not the 5-star reviews I've seen for this place... but was definitely a place I would go to again. Our service was tremendous, and food was delivered quickly and correct.

The fried gyoza was good enough to order several and just eat as a meal by itself. The sushi was solid. It wasn't the best I've had, but it wasn't disappointing I'm the least. The mango sticky (black) rice was excellent as well.

We did take home an order of Drunken Noodle, and that dish wasn't executed well. It was a bit blame, and lacking in depth. I'd have no issue coming back.

Went to Naked Grill tonight on New Years Eve and had a fantastic time. We were longtime customers of sushi San and the food is just as great and the employees are extremely engaging and fun. Recommend 100%.
