Really courteous staff. Great ambiance. Good crowd on a weekday evening. Food was not really authentic but tasty. Blue Hawaii virgin cocktail my wife ordered was really good. She liked it so much that she ordered a second!

For starters we ordered the Sampler. We were allowed to select three items. We selected Chicken Satay, Crab Avocado filled dumpling and Crispy Spring Rolls. We got two spring rolls, two satay and four dumplings. The Crab Avocado filled dumplings was the best of the three.

For the main I ordered the basil chicken, it was really good and paired well with the beer I got. My wife ordered the pineapple fried rice which was also good.

All in all a great evening out!

I judge every Thai place on their Pad Thai as it is usually on the menu and it gives me a chance to evaluate with a similar dish. Ka's Pad Thai is excellent. The first time I had it I went with 2 of 5 on the spice scale. While tasty I felt it was missing something so I went to 4 on spicy and that made the dish sing with flavor.

The mocktails are very good. My wife has the cashew chicken and she really enjoyed it. Both of my fingers who met us for dinner enjoyed everything.

I highly recommend the Spicy Garlic Edamame and especially the Mi Krop. The flavors were so savory and delicious.

I will be returning here regularly.

One of the best Thai restaurants in town. I have been twice at Ka Thai- once at Walnut Hill location and once at Arapaho Rd location. Both places were above my expectations. A nice spot for a date night. Service is fast and wait staff is very friendly. We tried Crab Avocado, Pad Kee Maw and Red Curry. Excellent taste, full of flavors, quantity is good and they don’t hold back on protein and veggies. Will definitely go back again!

I have dined here 3 times and each experience was a delight. The first time I popped in for a papaya salad and an appetizer also paired with a delicious lychee martini. The second time I had a Thai Basil dish with chicken and shrimp that was well rounded, fresh, and wonderfully full of flavor and spice. This visit I enjoyed a nice spicy green curry with chicken, full of vegetables, and brought back memories of Bangkok dining experiences. Kudos to the chefs!

I am SO happy that we have an amazing new, authentic Thai restaurant in this area! If you love Asian Mint or Malai, you will love this place. We went on a Sunday night and ordered a few things off the appetizer menu and split an entree. Everything was so delicious, the flavors really popped and reminded us of our trip to Thailand many years ago.

We tried the heaven beef, roti canai, and the stir fry with beef. We really enjoyed our meal and had leftovers for the next day (which just got better with time!). We will be back very very soon!

Loved this new restaurant! The spice levels are accurate, the portions are large and the service was really great! Very attentive server, and they were mindful of allergies and making sure we ordered what we liked. They were helpful with offering recommendations for certain things as well. The interior of the restaurant was really nice! Everything is well maintained and there seems to be a space at the back to accommodate bigger groups as well! Loved how flavorful the food was, and we had a couple of different styles of fried rice. Loved everything and how spicy it was! Truly enjoyable and I will definitely be back.

We went to Ka Thai. For our anniversary. When we walked in atmosphere is really really nice. We started with appetizer sample we choose chicken wing steamed dumpling and summer rolls. Very light starter pairing with cocktail makes it even more refreshing.
Move on to main course we ordered Chicken Mansaman Curry and shrimp Pad Thai. Both dishes are very delicious.
Service was very nice our waitress very knowledgeable about all dishes. Very attentive but not made us feel like to annoying.
We would like some dessert at the end but unfortunately we are too full. We definitely will be back next time and can wait to try more dishes and dessert.

Great location and friendly service. Nice spot to bring the family, let the kids run in the park, and enjoy dinner.

It's OK food for a good price. There are better Thai restaurants in the area, but I love the value, especially at lunch time. A curry, rice, egg roll and soup for about $15 is a great lunch deal.

Not really impressed. I love Thai food and have been to plenty places in Arlington, Dallas and Fort Worth where they serve almost the same thing but better and a little cheaper. They didn’t even have hot chilli oil. The atmosphere is nice but the food is OKAY. To many other Thai places with better flavor and condiments

One of the best places in North Dallas to get Tom Yum soup! Friendly waitresses and a beautiful atmosphere. The Tom Yum is a beautiful combo of spice, lemongrass, chicken, mushrooms, onions and cilantro. So powerful and bursting with flavor! What more could ask for? When it comes to Tom Yum, absolutely nothing.

Everything in this place is so amazing! The food, the atmosphere and don’t get me started on the employees!! We should start appreciating our hostess more, the moment I step foot in that building Sophia greeted me and made me feel welcome. Not only did she had such a sweet smile but she also took the time to recommend me some of delicious food to try out! She made me feel very welcome and she very good at her job. Visited Ka the other day. It was late and I sat at the bar and was served by Sofia for my take out order.

Fresh Roll was great. The Pad Thai is made with chicken and shrimp which I love. I didn’t have to add either of those it comes with both proteins.
It was one of the best Pad Thai dishes I’ve had in Dallas. And I’ve eaten 6 in the past 4 weeks. The flavor was just right, perfect.

I ordered a large soup that had pork and shrimp dumplings also. The soup was really incredible. Overall it was a great meal and I will go back. The Pad Thai is at the top of my list. Might be the best in Dallas.

First time at Kai Thai in North Dallas. Everything was really good. We were greeted and seated right away. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed all of our food too. Roti, chicken Pad Thai, pork Pineapple Fried rice , papaya salad and mango sticky rice. We will definitely be back to try some other dishes.

Ordered two dishes to be delivered and the food was awful. The spicy chicken basil was heavy on green beans with no taste, especially the basil. The pepper beef was also very heavy on green beans with no taste with a low quality of beef. Maybe the restaurant should be called The Green Bean. Worst Thai food I have ever had.

The food and service was great. We tried the crispy spring rolls, yellow curry fried rice and pad thai noodles. All items tasted good and spice levels were appropriate.

This place is absolutely delicious! Not only is the food great quality and tasty but they also have a kids menu that my LOs love!!! We come for lunch or dinner weekly. The take out is great too. They also have great cocktails and wine list. This is a must on a weekly basis. The service is good too but Kwang is my favorite.

Every single thing I’ve had from here is divine. I’ve ordered out and dined in, and I got completely different things both times. Both times, every single bite/sip exceeded my expectations. I’m also very happy to see a full mocktail menu! I’d truly give more than 5 stars if I could!

We got the steamed dumplings, red curry with chicken, pad kee mow, kids tenders and fries, and larb. Everything was delicious and very well seasoned! We really enjoyed the clean, beautiful atmosphere, and we were very well taken care of. We will definitely visit again!

First time at this new location in Far North Dallas. They have two more locations in Walnut Hill & Uptown. The ambiance was very modern and welcoming. The basil fried rice was cooked to perfection and their shrimp fresh rolls were very fresh tasting. I even tried a "Chai old fashioned" and it was very smooth. I would recommend this restaurant and I will be returning. Very friendly & attentive service

This is a must try! We just had lunch here for the first time and we are in love. The food was perfect. Good quality/flavor & portions. The service was great. Love what they did to update place from precious restaurant. We will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing superb service that truly stood out. The staff was incredibly attentive and always had a kind smile. Food was superb loved the heaven beef was top notch, so was the fried rice we ordered.

Great addition to Hillcrest Village. Smells amazing when you walk in. Had the Butterly Fields cocktail which was superb. The appetizer sampler is a great deal and good way to try a few different things. Roti Canai was a stand out- seriously so delicious. Spring rolls were good as well. My green curry was flavorful and they didn’t scrimp on the eggplant. Staff was attentive and friendly. Hope they do well!

We had an amazing experience here yesterday. We tried an appetizer sampler with Roti, summer rolls and satay skewers, followed by a Massaman curry and a Red Curry. When happy hour started at 3:00, we each added a cocktail, which was a nice choice.

Everything we ordered was excellent, the service was excellent and attentive, and the restaurant is very attractive and elegant.

I’d recommend this without hesitation and I’m thrilled to have a new go to Thai option close by.

We really enjoyed our first meal here. The neighborhood needs a good Thai restaurant. The food was very tasty and a wonderful presentation for all dishes. For me, it was easy to make the food healthy and remove the grains. Tonight is only Day 5, next to Starship Bagels. Lots of take out happening already.
