Thai Restaurant
Krystal Thai provides a mix of contrasts and careful assortment of the most flavorful ingredients. Thai cuisine's elaborate combination of flavorings make for a brilliant harmony that truly is a seduction of the senses.
We had a party of 8 tonight for my brother’s birthday, and although there was a lot of us, they did a great job at accommodating everyone. The food was great, I got the crispy Chicken Pot Stickers with sesame sauce, Tom Yum Soup (or a different variation of it but similar), and a Honey Dew Melon Bubble Tea and there were all so good! I cannot even describe how good the Bubble tea was!! My sister got the Mini Banana Rolls that came with chocolate drizzle and whipped cream with sprinkles. My first time here and it was great, service was awesome

Ambiance- beautiful, very clean. Cozy ambiance
Food- I love their food. I can eat at this place all week. I love their food so much. On top they are so friendly.
Tom Yum soup with tofu is the best one in Chicagoland area.
Basil fried rice have very good flavor.
I tried Hot Chilli Garlic tofu— was good with nice spice to it. Loved it.
Serving size- is good and better to be shared or for the table.
Service- staff is very friendly. Quick service and they guide you. Always smiling staff.
Lots of bang for your buck here. Sauces very good, Hot and Sour Soup, Tom-Kha, Crazy noodles, Red Curry. You can dial heat up or down on most items, too. Lisa is a composed and sweet server. I would come back just to see her adorable smile. And she shakes a decent martini for $6.95 (Titos) and no, I didn't drop a digit on that price. (What is this? Wisconsin?) 😆
Pic included of final tab for 2 martinis, 2 appetizers, and 2 entrees.
Spring pad Thai was excellent! We tried four courses and two appetizers and everything was divine. All fresh ingredients, large portions and the shrimp were large and not cheap. We offered to buy two Thai beer company mugs and they just gave them to us with shirts to match. Excellent service and nothing was neglected. We opted out of the $8.95 lunch special for larger portions but 4 beers, 4 courses and three apps was only $100 and we could not everything. We will be back
We have eaten here many times and it's been good. Tonight was terrible! Nothing was good. The soup was ground chicken and frozen peas corn and greenbeans. Yuck. The chicken Satay was dry and peanut sauce was thick and separated with oil. Yuck. Our dinner of basil fried rise and pad wood sen both with shrimp were terrible!!! No sauce both totally dry and the shrimp was gross and like rubber. We threw most of a $60 meal in the garbage. So disappointed and angry about spending so much for takeout and being hungry because it is in the garbage.
This is the second time we grad the food and it is just waste. There is no flavor, no veggies ,no spice in Penang curry. It should be full of vegetable, but they just put some peas and tofu that’s it. I just garbage all the food. Second time we gave a chance to this restaurant and both time I have a terrible experience Big no no no
Very good Thai food in this restaurant. I stopped here on a Sunday at approximately 630pm. I was very surprised to only see one other couple eating in the restaurant at this time. While I was eating, I saw a lot of carry out orders go out and only one person came in to actually sit down and eat.
I made negative logical assumptions upon walking in, seeing the empty restaurant. They proved my assumptions to be wrong. The food here was actually quite good and their prices are really reasonable for both lunch and dinner.
The Yellow Curry Chicken and Tom Yum Soup were fantastic. They will let you adjust your level of spiciness when you order so don't worry about the food being too spicy if that is a concern.
I am not from the area, otherwise I would definitely eat here more often. A+
In the area shopping and chose Krystal Thai based on Yelp! reviews. They were spot on! It's great! Prices overall are extremely reasonable. We were there in time for the lunch special. $10 gets you a cup of soup, fried vegetable spring roll and an entree. We ordered the fresh spring roll appetizer for the table. SOOOO GOOD! I got the chicken Pad Thai and had to bring part of it home! The wait staff is extremely courteous. Will DEFINITELY be going here again!!!
Unfortunately the food was pretty bad. The Penang curry was watery, the fried rice and chowmein had no flavors at all. The crab Rangoon was weirdly chewy. Not sure what was wrong.
Always good, enjoy the lunch specials.
I absolutely love this place! The Thai food is authentic, flavorful, and consistently delicious. From the rich, aromatic curries to the perfectly spiced stir-fries, every dish is cooked to perfection. The flavors are vibrant, and the balance of spices is just right—whether you like it mild or spicy. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is warm and welcoming. It's my go-to spot for satisfying my Thai food cravings, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves great, authentic Thai cuisine!

Got Rama noodles, mushy noodles. The desserts were better.
The food was so plain, I wondered if this was really Thai.
I’m more shocked that they added an almost 30% service charge fee. For what? Most of the time they were sitting down on their phones.
food is terrible. Service is crap having no taste no flavor no veggies. Overpriced zero customer service and super rude staff never cooperate or make preparation according to your requirement Big no no no. Don’t burn your dollar to give a chance to Krystal Thai. This is 2nd time I get same and usually I don’t review but this time they compelled to me to do so.
Great pad thai, always clean and people are friendly!
The worst Thai fried rice. Never come back again…
Best pho I’ve ever had!! In fact I’m sitting here eating my leftovers as I’m writing this, and it’s still super good. The service is amazing, and the atmosphere is very serene. I decided to try the bubble tea and it was amazing. Omg and the crab Rangoon! It tasted so fresh and real and delicious, and those pot stickers too. 11/10 whole experience, definitely would go again. The server even put my pho in the takeout bowl for me! She was super sweet and lovely. Great place, great food, great service, great pho :)
My wife and I have been going here for 10+ years. Today at lunch my wife's Pad Thai didn't taste right (poor taste and very dry) so she told the waitress/owner who seemed to not believe here, but she agreed to fix it. The next meal was swimming in sauce which also made it inedible, so she returned it again and said she was no longer hungry. They changed us $5 for her lunch special soup and egg role (lunch meal was $11 normally) which I thought was very high, but didn't want to raise a stink.
Our meals are usually better than this, but something has gone. Maybe a new chef?
100% legit family run business. Food is consistently amazing. Flavors are authentic. Service has always been excellent. Never had a single bad item.
Love the taro bobas!
Best Thai in suburbs! I have loved Thai food for much of my life and outside of the city, even after trying multiple Thai restaurants from the North Shore and burbs all around the area, this is hands down the best around! Fresh, not over cooked, spiced to perfection. While I would love to have a go to place closer, we will gladly continue to make the 30 minute drive to Crystal Lake to eat this high quality Thai. Prefer take out as the ambiance isnt spectacular but when we have eaten there, service is top notch.
2.5 stars. The pad Thai didn’t taste like pad Thai. It tasted like ketchup and was too sweet and was missing the peanut and lime taste. Didn’t taste good at all. The Duck Basil barely came with enough meat and the broth it was cooked with was very salty. Tom Kha soup was ok. Fried rice was great! Sadly, I wouldn’t want to eat here again.
Nice delicious shrimp dumplings...good complimentary veg soup and roll. Pad thai was good.
All in all a good eat and I would recommend.
This is the second time we grad the food and it is just waste. There is no flavor, no veggies ,no spice in Penang curry. The best pad Thai in the area. Friendly staff and generous portions. The decor inside the restaurant is great, and feels festive and warm.
Food was nasty and nowhere near what I ordered, unfortunately I found this out when got home. I ordered Kung Pau and crab Rangoon. I called to see if they would fix the issue and instead I got a bunch or double talk and excuses. As you can see in the pictures this is Not Kung Pau, this is some crap they whipped up in the kitchen that had no flavor, was missing ingredients and tasted funny. These people are rude and are selling food that’s not matching up to what they have advertised on their menu. Go somewhere else and save your money and time. This place should not be in business
Great food, great staff
One star just because they didn’t give me a fork to eat my pad Thai.
Update: pad Thai wasn’t very good
Very good food! Staff was very nice the young servers we kind and knowledgeable of the menu
Amazing food!!😁
The crab in the seafood dishes is the worst artificial crab sticks I have ever had. Just dow sticks with no seafood.
Very good pad Thai.
The guy at the counter was very sweet. The blonde lady in the kitchen came out saying she can’t do my “ rare beef” for my pho… that’s how get it everywhere else? The broth cooks the meat. She said “ what do these customers think”… well ma’am I think you shouldn’t be talking trash were I can hear you… I ordered a boba tea and got a slushee with boba. Very disappointing. Got home and I got a tiny box of noodles with all the fresh veggies crammed on top… the only veggies were bean sprouts and Thai basil.. where’s the cilantro. Onion and lime wedge???huge thing of broth and barely any noodles . The noodles were smashed into a rice box so they were a cube of noodles that I couldn’t get apart once I got them out. It was a square brick of noodles in my broth… 🤦🏽♀️ no hoisin sauce, no siracha, no chopsticks…
This is the Frontier airlines of Thai restaurants. Expensive for what you get. First thing when I walked in, the hostess was wearing a big sweatshirt, baggy sweats, and slippers. It was strange. Spring rolls were mostly rice noodles wrapped in rice noodle paper with barely any vegetables. I ordered red curry with beef. The curry itself was okayish, the beef was gummy and slimy. The rice that came with my curry was likely some of the worst rice I’ve ever had at any restaurant. It was dry, suspiciously brown in some spots, and borderline gluey. I stopped eating about halfway through and asked for a to-go box. Burping up what little food I did eat. Three entree’s with tip cost $70…if I could give zero stars I might.

If you're looking for Really good Thai food this is the place if you're in or near Crystal Lake.
I was surprised by the absolute mediocrity of the pad Thai. It wasent very tasty, lacking any semblance of flavour. But it wasent that bad I just won't be returning
I hope next time the savers trio come in you do not allow their false service dog to sit on a chair like a person.
That being said the food is absolutely delicious! Service is always fantastic too. This is my favorite Thai place around. Even my grandma who is very picky left very happy.
This is probably my favorite restaurant in town. Everything is fantastic especially the curries. Can’t recommend enough 🤙
Absolutely love this place. My new favorite reason to come to Crystal lake.
First time visiting yesterday and will definitely be back! Food took longer than I would have liked but was worth the wait. I am gluten free and most items they are able to accommodate. Also lots of vegan options as well.
We order from here regularly and the food is always excellent.
Top notch quality, taste, presentation!
If you want to be transported to Thailand without the flight cost and jetlag, then take a trip to Krystal Thai. The service, surroundings (intricate woodwork), and wide variety of food will leave you needing a wheelbarrow to get back to your car. From authentic to American style preparation, you will leave full and smiling.
My favorite go to dish is there duck curry. So freaking good. I'm glad they brought it back on the menu.
Nice place good food, try the pad thai
Our family loves this restaurant! We have been dining in and ordering take out from here for many years. The tom yum soup with tofu is my top recommendation. I also love the crab rangoons, evil jungle dinner and pad thai. Truly almost everything we have ever ordered from here over the years has been deeply flavorful with nice presentation. The staff has always provided great service. Krystal Thai is a treasure for our town.
Always delicious! Super friendly service in a wonderful atmosphere.
The food is delicious and the staff are all very attentive. The teenager who works there (so sorry I don’t know his name) is awesome! It’s a nice place to go for a good bite and nice time!
Always perfect.
so i got take out and my order they gave me the wrong kind of fried rice i ordered 2 orders of chicken curry rice and 2 orders of crab ragoon i told them the order was wrong and i was not able to come back same day and time since my lunch break only give me so much time and they would be forced to remake it. I said ill have to come back another day. when i called and asked for them to remake my order they say we can give you a free app thats not what i wanted i wanted my chicken curry rice remade. they said thats a lunch special and they cant do that because i didnt come back the same day to fix my order they messed up. the rice we got was not good neither one of us finished our meals. I will not be returning to this place ever again.
We were first-timers today and will definitely return. We had hot and sour soup---I loved their twist on it. It had a sweetness to it before the heat kicked in, and the extra veggies in it were great. Very unique flavor! The green curry chicken was so flavorful, one of the best I've ever had. Looking forward to our next visit!
Tough, not as good as my favorite Thai place in Tampa, FL, but has potential. Dishes need a bit more oyster sauce I think. More investigation is needed. Will have clearer picture after I try the Pad Thai.
Went back and tried the Pad Thai. Not a fan. Coke machine is broken and flat. I would suggest just going to cans. Suspiciously lacking actual Thai people.
We love the food so much but they don’t really pay attention to including everything in a to go order.
Dining in is totally different!
Great food and service. Never had something we here we didn’t like!
Avoid this place at any costs. Piss poor service and food.
if you want slow, rude service, come to krystal thai! we weren’t even greeted when we arrived. i should also add that the food was not great, especially the curry my friend had. it was completely watered down. these people are racist as well. the young white girl who took our order was basically mocking my friend who is indian. she also took my order at the table and didn’t even take my friends order! we had to remind her that he’s sitting there too and also wants to eat… there is also a young boy who works here, he has thick curly hair and looks like he’s in high school. his pants were sagging and he looked completely unprofessional. i also asked him if there was meat in the spring rolls and he goes, “there shouldn’t be any meat, just shrimp.” someone educate this kid, because shrimp is definitely meat last time i checked.
there are way better thai places around. avoid this place unless you truly want a bad experience!
Food was quite gross
The pad see ewe was lacking flavor. They mussuman curry had nothing but sauce. There were no vegetables or chicken. It was basically soup the soup I ordered had some vegetables in it, but not the ones that were supposed to be in it according to the menu. I spent 54 dollars and probably only ate 1/5 of it.
Krystal Thai offers a delightful Thai dining experience. The restaurant’s Thai cuisine is a definite highlight, with flavors that truly satisfy Thai food enthusiasts. The ambiance is notably neat and clean, providing a pleasant environment for diners.
baby corns adds a delightful crunch. The Iced Thai tea is a refreshing beverage choice
Additionally, their Thai Soup is a comforting option for those seeking a lighter start to their meal.
Overall, Krystal Thai provides a well-rounded Thai dining experience, with delicious dishes, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere that’s sure to please any Thai food lover.
Price suits everyone pocket
Indeed my favourite cuisine, will be compelled to visit again
Everything tastes wonderful! My fav Thai Restaurant for many years now. Great service too.
Friendly staff members and great food. Sometimes it takes awhile before the waitress comes back to attend to your needs but it all depends on the day you go there.
Love their stir fry vegetables with chicken! The service is excellent!
Downtown quality with suburban prices and incredible service!"
I went to Krystal Thai for lunch! I had curry fried rice with chicken. The dine in lunch special included a spring roll and soup. It was great. Atmosphere and food was phenomenal. Prices were great and worth every penny. Customer Service was warm.
Always a good meal, flavorful, attractive, reasonable. The curries and appetizers are awesome.
so cute inside! food was great, absolutely loved the krystal fried rice and happy they have the heat level options. the chili oil they use tastes SO good and perfect amount of heat.(i did level 4 but i think level 3 would make perfect balance of heat a& flavor) the red and yellow curry are very delicious as wells

Always smiling staff.
had the red curry! so good 🥰
Very nice place people that work there are very friendly and the food is excellent
Sooo clean. Good is fresh and great flavor. Love love Love
Curry was watered down - more like a masaman soup. Basil stir fry was sloppy made. Pad Thai was not bad. Waitress was sitting and eating food while she didn't check on how our food was. It says on the menu rice comes with the meal. They bring you a tiny cup of rice and charge you for a refill 2 dollars. Will not recommend and will not return.
Great food. Great customer service. Great atmosphere. Love going here
The atmosphere is very relaxing and the service was excellent! I highly recommend brecommemd the Basil Duck as it was delicious😋 The Tom Yum Soup was served authentic style, and the presentation was really neat. I wasn't impressed with the flavor of the chicken pad Thai. I do feel they used a lot of msg, unfortunately.
Only good thai food around. Get the tomka soup.
THE FOOD IS GREAT AND CONSISTANT! THE SERVERS AND STAFF ARE PLEASANT, CONVERSANT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. The atmosphere is pleasant, bright, and clean. I love the Rama Curry with Pork.
First timer on 3/17/2023. Have lived in at area for 9 years and I’m sorry it took me so long to try it out. Staff from the moment we walked in to leaving were friendly, helpful, and very courteous. We started off with the sampler platter. Presentation was beautiful but more importantly the each item was delicious. Can’t say which was my favorite because it was all so good. Our entrees were The Garlic Shrimp and the Garlic Pepper with beef. Portions were good size so much that we enjoyed a second dinner Saturday night at home.
We definitely will be back
I've had multiple instances of them messing up online orders, and being generally rude when I showed up asking for my order. They blamed my girlfriend when we placed an online order, paid for, and was never prepared.
Best Thai in the area!
They are amazing here, from the food, to the staff and atmosphere, just an all around fantastic place. On cold days the Tom yum soup will surely warm you up, their cucumber salad is amazing as well, pretty much the whole menu is fantastic. I moved away from Crystal lake to another state, but when I come to visit this is always the 1st stop, and the last stop before I leave.
Good food and friendly staff!!!
I felt like I was robbed after getting home and discovering my "Pad Thai" was made with rice noodles, without ANY green onion, peanuts sprouts and served with 4 shrimp, total! $35 and all i got was cold old noodles and 4 pueces of Miele reheated shrimp. NONE of any of these things cooked today, let alone to order. Im just glad I didn't end up sick. Have been here before and loved it, but this was so bad I will not return to even take the chance of this repeating. 😥 where can you get good food in North West suburbs anymore????
This place has the best Thai food you will ever have. In fact it will spoil you because anywhere else you go just doesn't compare. The owners name is Nick and he works hard at his company it's family owned. Everyone in the United states should have this place on their bucket list to try
Food was perfect!
Very nice staff but don't go here for boba.
I tried this place because my other place was closed. I'll never go back to the other place. Krystal Thai is amazing!!!
Super delicious food. Delivery options as well. One of our favorites! 😍
Consistently great Thai food at an affordable price. We eat here anytime we’re in town and it’s always delicious. Highly recommend the Tom kha gai (chicken) and the Rama noodle curry, but everything I’ve tried on the menu has been authentic and tasty!
Very disappointed with the Tofu Green Curry! This is a traditional dish, so how can you mess it up? Watered down green curry that tasted exactly that. They used frozen vegetables (corn, green beans, carrots, lima beans)! Never have I've seen this dish made with frozen vegetables, which made the dish taste like frozen vegetables water. The tofu was green and hard. The rice was a day old; hard and was burnt brown from the rice cooker! I will NOT be coming back and I recommend going to any of the other local Thai restaurants in the area.
Very good food
Great tiny peaceful place that offers a taste of Thai Food,... Lunches are perfect and fulfills that taste & comfort.
We had a big group and the staff was very nice accommodating. Crab rangoons were my favorite and the tea.All the food was very generous portions which I appreciated.
Well was my new favorite until I got really bad food poisoning from the pork fried rice & when my mom went in to let them know they just stood there and didn’t say sorry or anything . Absolutely horrible
Spring pad Thai was excellent! We tried four courses and two appetizers and everything was divine. All fresh ingredients, large portions and the shrimp were large and not cheap. First time coming here. Wow i love the decor! Beautiful!! Flower arrangements everywhere and the white elephants embroideries on the wall makes it more lovely. Awesome.
I ordered Tom Yum Soup with Shrimp EXTRA SPICY. Come in a pot with fire and tasted super good!! Spicy, hot, sour!! Excellent!!
I also order Crystal Fried Rice and boy it’s yummy with sweet chilli taste!! A little to sweet for me but it’s still awesome.
Great Service!!
Would definitely be back!!!
Excellent fresh Thai food, we are vegetarian and there are plenty of options, pho soup is delicious, will love to come back!!
Awesome
Excellent food served with a smile. The inside is extremely nice and put together, very clean and welcoming. The prices are great and the food is delicious. Highly recommend a Thai iced tea with your meal, sweet and refreshing.
Excellent food Excellent service definitely eat here again!!
Always a delightful experience!
Slow service. And the food wasn't the best Thai I've ever had.
Ordered 2 pad Thais, one was supposed to be hotter than the other. They ask you for level of hotness 1-5.
We ordered one a 4 and one a 1. When we got it there was no difference, the noodles looked over cooked. So I called and ended up speaking to 3 people, and all people were doing was basically saying I was wrong and trying to explain to me how they were different.
There was barely any chicken, and all I’ve cooked noodles with barely any flavor. It was not a terrible taste, but I definitely don’t think I’ll be back. Green pea pod in Mchenry is hands down the best Thai food.
I’m so done with this place. The food is mediocre but we in crystal lake are somewhat limited. But I can’t even tell you how many times we were told how long The wait was going to be and simply lied to. Plan on waiting forever if you place your order by phone or on line for food that is again mediocre at best.
Food is very good and we had a great dining experience. I’ve also been here for their lunch specials and they never disappoint. I highly recommend 😃!
Good selection of choices that you expect from a Thai restaurant. There are some unique dishes that are delicious. The fresh spring rolls are not one of these. Ours were tough, cold and hard. Disappointing, but the other dishes were good.
Very good Thai food in this restaurant. I stopped here on a Sunday at approximately 630pm. I was very surprised to only see one other couple eating in the restaurant at this time. While I was eating, I saw a lot of carry out orders go out and only one person came in to actually sit down and eat.

I am not from the area, otherwise I would definitely eat here more often. A+
I tried this place around 5 years ago and could not remember why I never went back. So decided to go again and now remember how poor the quality of food is here. The spring rolls were chewy. The curries lacked flavor. If you know what authentic Thai food taste then don’t go here.
Krystal Thai never ever ever disappoints! Every time I come home from college, one of my first thoughts is how quickly can I get my hands on this food! I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and will continue forever! Nothing compares to this place!!
We had the pad see ew and it wasn’t that good. Not any sauce at all, bland flavor. Maybe they forgot to put the sauce on. The spring rolls were pretty decent.
I used to love their food. I'm hoping it's just an off night. I don't know if I'll chance it again for $50.
Heard great things about this from local family. Very disappointed. Crab Rangoon were hard as opposed to crisp. Ordered my main course thai hot (not) and rather bland. Will give it another go on my next trip. Everyone can have a bad day
I have a hard time deciding what to order between my favorites here (panang curry, sesame noodles, pad see eiw). Nice customizations with spice levels and your choice of protein (including veg-friendly options). The lunch special is a great deal too! I also enjoy their fresh spring rolls, tom kha, and Thai iced tea. My only disappointment was the Thai custard dessert. I picked it up once for takeout and the texture was pretty gritty; not as smooth as expected. I'd recommend the mango sticky rice dessert instead.
Amazing food, highly clean restaurant. Good service speed and prompt management. It has all what makes nice dine in experience. Couldn't post food pictures as we finished all before we could even think of giving the review.
A favorite place for some good curry!
Best tofu I ever had
Love their food! The green Curry is delicious and the queen of tofu is one of my all time favorites. So tasty!
Roast Duck Curry. Extra spicy. Best Thai food I’ve ever had.
Great food and service!
Lunch, dinner and take-out, always delicious and prepared exactly as ordered, such as amount of spicy-ness (zero spicy or very spicy) Always clean, including restrooms. It’s clear that they work diligently and take pride in their work.
Awesome soups and authentic Thai food. Nice atmosphere and pleasant staff.
Rama Curry Noodles was one of the best meals I've had in recent memory. I asked for a 6 heat as they offer 1-6. It was spicy but as a chilihead in a perfect world I'd have liked it to have been spicier. But I'd rather have a truly delicious meal that could have been hotter than a mediocre meal that was as hot as I wanted. I'll be dreaming about this meal for a long time. And I will be back soon.
Nice decor. Very attentive help that is very friendly. Tom yum soup was good but I've had better. Pot stickers was among the best. Entrees were great as was the thai tea. Very nice spice / heat levels. Overall 5 star visit. Give it a try!
The Queen of the Night tofu was pretty good.😍 Our box was burned through and made on mess on my plant based babies who enjoyed the sauce a little too much. 🤣 Daughter had fried calamari and said it was a bit oily but super good 👍🏽. Hubby loves it and was excited for the family to eat with him.
Love how they are about the community 🤞🏽 as they have a table with business cards as soon as you walk in. It's amazing to get your good eats and nice business relationships.
I've been going here since I was a kid. It will always be my happy place:) The hot chili garlic is my favorite ❤️ extra spicy. I always try to support them whenever I'm in town. The Thai food where I live all the way across the country is no where near Krystal Thai ☀️❤️
Exceptional in every way, Krystal Thai offers an extensive menu complete with my favorite, Pho.
Finally found this gem. Moved up this way 3 years ago and occasionally tried a few other Thai restaurants with no luck. Krystal Thai not only has the correct flavors but also has the spice that you would come to expect. On top of that our server was extremely pleasant and I even caught her running to deliver a side order. I went with medium spice but possibly could have gone with hot where that is still only 3rd out of 5 levels. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will for sure be back.
Amazing, friendly service. Quality, peaceful atmosphere. Ordered crab rangoon and spring rolls for appetizers as seen in the photo. Both were delicious and spring rolls were very fresh. Had three entrees; chicken Pad Woon Sen consisting of glass noodles, sprouts, vegetables. This was my favorite entree of the three. Pad Thai had a sweetish sauce, resembling bbq. The Krystal Terriyaki had a great sauce, but the overall dish was plain as it came with chicken, rice, broccoli, and carrots. I would recommend getting a noodle dish. For the spice level: mild = no spice, medium = little spice, hot = spicy, and Thai spicy would be the authentic, high level of spice found in Thai cuisine. Next time I’d like to try the soups as the other patrons were eating as I was there!
Consistently wonderful every time. The Tom Yum soup is spicy and the cure for what ails you! Peanut sauce for the satay is so good I could just eat it with a spoon. Food is fresh, staff is very nice and probably the only place I've never had mess up a carry out order.
Consistent food. Able to adapt for allergies.
Great food, great experience, recommended.
We got take out from here tonight for the first time and I have to stay we adhere very happy with the food, really great taste, good and hot and packed right. We will definitely order again.
Best pad Thai I’ve ever had!
Food was not flavorful at all and server was not very attentive either. Would not go back there!
Quality does not equal cost and time. Ordered at 315pm received delivery at 445pm. Order included two pad thai two drinks 3 appetizers 2 deserts. Some items tasted like they were not freshly made. Chewy. Will not return.
I have been here twice and disappointed both times. Not giving them another try.
Tonight was the first night trying Krystal Thai. Authentic Thai dishes with varying degrees of heat.Awesomr taste.
I absolutely LOVE Krystal Thai! I recommend it to everyone. I've tried Thai in other towns and other states and nothing compares. They have so many gluten free, dairy free options which is unheard of at most restaurants. Evil Jungle, Pad Thai, and the Pork Fried Rice is amazing!
Delicious food! And wonderful service! Its really worth to visit.
I am all in to support local businesses but was reluctant to try this place after reading the poor Pad Thai reviews, which happens to be my favorite!
I caved in and ordered the Pad Thai lunch special that includes a house made vegetable egg roll (deep fried spring roll) and it was amazing!!
Portion size is huge!! Noodles are unique but on point with flavor and texture.
If you like spice, increase your normal temperature request up a notch and you’ll be enjoying your new favorite Pad Thai
The food looks exactly how it looks on the pictures. I was skeptical at first but, the food came out fresh. It was bomb!
Krystal Thai is the first time place my family and I have tried Thai food, and though we’ve tried many places since, it’s still our favorite Thai food place. The duck curry is so good. The mango sticky curry is a must have every time. The portions are generous and the quality is the best.
