Hard to find meticulous cooking anymore. This bizarre Thai Truck is pretty darn yummy. The chef is Thai and so the Pad Thai is authentic. Hard to find truly authentic tastes. I like spice but they make it any way you want.

Rice noodle beef soup was very delicious with all the flavorful fats homemade food usually has. Yum!!! Ask for extra noodles. Pad Thai is good but on the drier sauce side. Skip the pork Thai stick if you don’t like too much fish sauce.

I've seen this food truck several times but didn't stop until today. We ordered Pad Thai Chicken and Thai Sticks (which are Satay if you know Thai food) to take home and they were EXCELLENT!! Their menu is limited however what they cook is very high quality and authentic. I lived in Bangkok 13 years so I do know what it should taste like. It's definitely worth stopping for!

Typically I am not a regular customer anywhere, but Thai Food Truck is the exception. It is such a nice treat for me on weekends to have a prepared meal that is healthy, delicious, and feels like comfort food. The dishes I crave are Panang Chicken and Red Curry Chicken. I also love the Spicy Basil Chicken and sometimes get that to go for the next day to make lettuce wraps with. Thai noodle and beef soup is fantastic. Two more worth mentioning are the very tasty Spicy Beef and the meat sticks. Of course everyone will have their own favorites. Definitely worth going! The people who prepare and serve are nice too. And it’s conveniently located with ample parking.

They are extremely friendly. But most importantly they make special meals that we’ve never had before in any other Thai place in the world. So we drive 25 minutes to get to them. The guy is authentic. So if you’re looking for somebody to cluelessly smile at you and pretend he’s your friend like most US customer service people are trained to do — this is not your place. Here you meet a real person with his real person wife who will treat you like human beings and build a real relationship with you and provide you their heart’s work which is their incredible Thai food. Ive been eating Tai food at this food truck venue on occasion. I have enjoyed the Panang curry with chicken. But today the food was cold, the rice was mushy. Bug disappointment. They are skimpy on portions for 11.00 dish.

We have had the pleasure of following this food cart since their early days in East Sarasota and hope to continue doing so for many more years. Jenya’s food is always hot, fresh and absolutely authentic. We can honestly say we have never had a bad meal, and she and Monty are great people. It’s like going over to your friends house for lunch, if your friend happens to be a terrific cook.

I can't remember when I've had food this good. This afternoon my wife and I ate here for our first time. My wife had the dumplings which was excellent and I had the spicy basil chicken which was truly amazing. We will be back again and again. AND they were so nice. BTW: it's cash only which was totally OK.

This is the best Thai food I have had! The couple that own it are the best. Monty is a really great guy with the biggest heart. His wife, Janya is from Thailand and is amazing! You can tell this food is homemade. It doesn’t taste like a regular restaurant. It’s like eating at a friend’s house. You won’t be disappointed with any of their food. They are also big supporters of the veteran community. My office is across the street from where they set up and we eat there way too much!

Was not all that grand of an experience, you'll get equal poor portions of protein, vegetables to rice. The chicken was dry like turkey. Shrimp rolls were limp bearly any noodles. On my travels to Asia if they were to feed like this, they would be out of business. In 12 bites on an average plastic fork my meal of curry and rice was over. Not even near full with a bottle of water. Hope yall improve, not every new customer is on a diet. Tip: rice should be warm... wish you the best of success.

THE BEST THAI FOOD I EVER HAD!!!!

Finally was able to stop by this food truck today. Have to say I will be back! Keep in mind they are cash only. The couple running the food truck are awesome! The gentleman taking orders was very kind and gave us samples of their Thai chili spice. The woman cooking is from Thailand and the recipes were passed down from her grandmother according to the gentleman who took out order. You know the food is good when it's authentic recipes passed down from prior generations. I got the spicy beef and rice and it was amazing, and definitely spicy! My mom got a chicken dish and panang chicken for her boyfriend. We were all happy with our meals. The sweet potato curry puffs were addictive and id come back just for a couple orders of those. Next time I'll try the better than pho soup. Don't skip out on this food truck, you won't be disappointed!

I'm such a lucky girl, my Dog parents take me everywhere and We just visited this great Thai Food Truck. They are super pet friendly, nice folks and have outdoor seating available to have your delicious meal on site or you can take it to go. My dog-mum shared her Thai Sticks with me. Yum! Marinated pork on a stick! Now that's a dog's dream, my humans loved it too. They also ordered the Tum Yum and Spicy Basil Chicken and a beef soup that makes my Dog-dad do the happy dance. I found them by word of mouth. They have the tastiest Thai food in the area. I’m especially fond of their basil chicken, although I’ve been getting the red curry which is also excellent. I also love their pad Thai (pro tip) ask for the pad Thai with shrimp when available. I go here at least once a week, oftentimes twice a week. They are only open Friday through Sunday. Best Thai food bar none.

I have come to the Thai food truck for going on five years. It was a must go every trip down from NY before moving here in 2020. This by far has the best authentic Thai food in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Don’t fell well? Allergy or sinus issues? When I don’t feel well the Beef Soup is an instant fix. Honestly! The home made spice blend is also outstanding and compliments any dish. I can’t recommend this spot enough! DELICIOUS!

Well I found my new spot for delicious Thai food. It's as authentic as you're gonna get. I ordered pad thai, panang chicken, spicy basil chicken, pork dumplings, and satay sticks. Everything was incredibly tasty and clearly home made😋 Monty was friendly and gave me some extra spice packets to try, they're extra hot but soo good😋

I can not sing enough praise to this food truck! Hands down the most authentic Thai food in Sarasota. Everything we’ve ever ordered has been delightful. Spicy basil chicken is delicious, the spicy beef is a staple - we order both these dishes weekly. Red curry and pad Thai are rotational orders for us as well and both are also excellent. If you’ve ever considered stopping or are in the mood for tasty, authentic Thai, definitely seek them out!

I had hoped for great Thai food. I'm only rating based on the Pad Thai. It was ordinary, not bad, but the portion was very small. I pushed the noodles to one side to fill the depth of the rectangular take out container in order to see how much there was. Other restaurants typically fill to at least the top of the container. This portion from today was basically less than half of what most other places restaurants serve.
I will go back and try again when I'm in the area.

I tried the pad thai and red curry. They were both very flavorful. The included seasoning packet made it even better. Will enjoy again!
