This was my first time at this location. When i eat Thai food, i usually try their sweet and sour soup. The flavor their soup provided was second to none 5 STAR. It was so flavorful and came with plenty of veggies.

The sushi roll was just OK. It just had too much rice for my taste 3 STAR.

I also tried the garlic chicken. I was slightly disappointed due to the mild flavors 3 STAR.

The restaurant is a little dark, but the service was spot on. I would definitely try other dishes here.

Every time I have ordered from them, my take out order comes as a container of rice or noodles, accompanied with a container of the protein and vegetables swimming in liquid, served up basically as a soup which you need to figure out what to do with, let alone hope it survives the journey home, not to mention it’ll be in a cardboard container like mine.. sporting the “pure leaf” logo, as if they got it from the gas station across the street.
For the price, this isn’t a good value. I’m sure sit down service and preparation is excellent, but I’m sorry to say that take out is a joke.

Distinctive curry aroma, green beans, bamboo shoots, pepper, eggplant and delicate basil leaves with just a bit of heat. Spooned over jasmine rice, this was delicious.
Left happy and full and plan to return for more.

Our server was very prompt as well. Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely come here again!

I love sushi, I love thai food, being able to get both in one spot is great. Sushi quality was good, the main dishes were equal to our local joint which is also great. Prices were fair, location very convenient.

A nice place to visit for good some Fusion food . Wasn’t too crowded when we went and was seated immediately.

This is our favorite Thai restaurant in town after trying other Thai restaurants in Glastonbury and West Hartford. We brought many friends to Thai House, and they are all impressed with the food and services here. I highly recommend crab rangoon, chicken satay and beef jerky for appetizers. For entrees, we like their pad Thai, drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice, and General T’so chicken. We haven’t tried other dishes, but our friends said their sushi is delicious as well. If you are in the mood for dessert, check out the mango sticky rice (seasonal) and Thai donuts. The dinner portion is generous, the price is fair compared to other places in Glastonbury. Our waitress, Premmi, is always very nice and cheerful. Steve and Amy, the owners, will make you feel at home there!

The food here is amazing! The workers are always so sweet and pleasant. They make the atmosphere feel very warm and welcoming :) I love the crab Rangoons and mango sticky rice. The pad see yew and chicken pad Thai is also so yummy!!

Great food — and we are picky. My husband lived in Thailand and loves reliving those years. The staff are very sweet and friendly. Very good with kids, too, and made my grandson feel special.

I've been enjoying Thai House for years and the food is delicious every time. Very nice, friendly, helpful staff and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed.
Just had hot and sour soup and drunken noodles. They made the soup extra hot as they know I lived in Thailand for years and enjoy Thai level spicy - but don't worry - they adjust for any level. I love how the heat of Thai cuisine enhances all the flavors of a dish. I've had almost everything on the Thai menu and have always been more than satisfied.
The lunch specials are quite a deal and the portions are generous.
We are fortunate in Glastonbury and South Glastonbury to have so many excellent choices of restaurants and Thai House stands right up there with them.
Delicious food, clean restaurant with a chill vibe, and all of the staff are super attentive and friendly.

Let me tell you , this is the best kept secret in Connecticut, right here in Glastonbury ! The food is absolutely phenomenal and fresh. We had to get back this afternoon after dinner last night!
We will continue to frequent Thai House and Sushi now that we have found this very interesting Gem!

The food is the main reason you are there, and for me, a lover of Thai food, this misses the mark. The Thai fried rice, was sticky, no where near actually fried. The beef wasn't impressive, taste or texture, and the wings were just barely fried. The wings are small too (which is fine) but that means they should fry up easily. The staff was friendly, looks like a chill place to enjoy a meal, but it isn't close to decent quality Thai for me. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. It was my first time. But it's a Friday, around dinner time, I would think you have your best on hand. Disappointed honestly, I thought I may have a new go to, but not so.

We mostly get take out from here and occasionally dine in. Their food is excellent and especially good value at lunch. Probably get food here every other week.

I ordered basil fried rice and it was delicious! It had the right amount of spice and was very flavorful. My only complaint is I really wanted to try the drunken noodles- unfortunately it has fish sauce and the sauce is already made ahead of time due to I'm sure the volume/convenience which I understood. Regardless my food was delicious. This may be my go to spot from now on, I would gladly return.

Absolutely delicious food. We got the pineapple fried rice and for an appetizer got the Korean pancake. Both were super good. We got the rice pretty spicy, and it had a good almost smokey taste. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, not crowded other than the parking lot. Good interior setting, and friendly staff. They gave us complementary miso soup which we didn't expect, so that was a great touch. Will definitely be coming back here as a destination spot.

Ordered drunken noodles to go. Food was good. I order drunken noodles all the time and this place has a unique recipe. Ordered the dinner portion. I surprisingly couldn't finish it. Price slightly higher than other places. They did give a side of chilli sauce which other places do not give. I would return if I am in the area.

Great Thai fusion restaurant. Was able to get sushi and Thai food. The padthai was amazing and the papaya was perfect with just enough spiciness. The workers were so nice and even gave my kids some candy on the way out. I would definitely go back again when I'm in town.

We used to come to this place regularly when it was still Asian Fusion and it had been a while since we'd been in the area, so we checked it out today and we are glad we did! Extremely friendly service, very clean, and delicious food. I can see why locals mention this place for great asian food! We both ordered noodle dishes (tofu pad see ew & chicken drunken noodle) and not only were they flavorful and delicious, but everything was slightly caramelized and so so good. We were in and out of there during our lunch hour, and had leftovers for later for a great price. My only regret is we didn't save enough room for mango sticky rice! We'll be back for sure.

Me and my family have been regularly ordering take out every month from this restaurant since 2019! The quality has stayed the same, still amazing, fresh, affordable, and tasty! Once in a while we switch up our usual fried rice to noodles, spring rolls, sushi, papaya salad, and everything has been amazing. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves thai food!

Seldom do I give restaurants 5 or even four stars , most Americans work very hard for their dollar so they deserve to be harsh critics, right ? Well this place is worth every penny , great customer service , the freshest sushi one could ask for , the best general Tso’s I have EVER had and the tempura varieties delicately cooked. Presentation is outstanding and prices are fair. I’m happy to say no more traveling near and far to the overly hyped places , it’s the next town over !

Very good thai and chinese cuisine in a perfect location in South Glastonbury. I really like their crab rangoons and general Tso's chicken. Their spring rolls are freshly made and so is their duck sauce. Their thai dishes are great especially if you have had vegetarian in your party. Bonus points for finding several dairy free options.

So far, we've only had take out from Thai House. We've samples from both, their Japanese and Thai menus and have been so very pleased! The sushi has been amazing, probably some of the best we've had and the Thai food has been very good as well. The staff are always pleasant and make you feel right at home. They've even decorated the wall where you enter with pictures of regulars/families. It feels very welcoming.

We have eaten here several times for lunch and dinner. The meals are consistently outstanding! The food is very fresh and flavorful. The menu has many choices with a nice selection of meats ( beef chicken, pork, seafood ) to customize your meal. While not my choice, there is also a wide variety of sushi available as well. The coconut soup is over the top good! The service here is excellent, and the staff very friendly. The owners take obvious joy in their food, and are very proud if you enjoy it, which you will!

I went here for lunch and was very happy with the lunch menu. Large variety including curries, noodles, fried rice, and other traditional and specialty Thai dishes. For your basic beef/chicken/pork/tofu protein the Thai lunch specials are all $8.95 at the time of writing this. The meal I ordered came with miso soup, a salad with a nice carrot-ginger dressing, two fried gyoza dumplings, and rice. I ordered the chicken option, and asked for them to put tofu in as well, which cost $2 extra. The tofu is of the fried variety; I'm not sure if you can ask for it to be raw. The Japanese dishes ran a couple dollars higher. The portion size is very generous especially for the price. I easily have another lunch out of what I took home.

The only thing I didn't like - and this is such a small "issue" - was the tray they served the food on. It was difficult for me to soak my rice in the sauce of my dish and it was a little awkward to eat, my wrist always bumping my rice mound while I was eating the other food. This really isn't an issue, just a little inconvenient and is my only recommendation for improvement.

NOT happy! My 2 plus year old son was tired and screamed three of four times because he didn't want to sit in the child's chair. While I was working to settle him, I noticed, a man in white kitchen clothes had approached the end of the table. He said I would have to take my son outside because people were complaining. I immediately took my son outside with some food and finished feeding him. Had he given me more than the 2 minutes, my son would have settled. We take our children with us everywhere. Our children are not different from any other child. They certainly have their difficult times. I live 5 miles away, But from now on my choice for Thai will Not Be Thai House of South Glastonbury!

I had the tuna tataki appetizer and it was gorgeous and delicious. For dinner, I enjoyed the drunken noodles, which was one of the best I've ever had anywhere. Nice and spicy, but you can order how hot you want your dish. I also enjoyed the happy hour price for wine. The restaurant is cozy and warm and the staff friendly. I'm literally counting the days until I return.
