Authentic Thai Cuisine, that is locally owned and where everyone is treated like family!
Best Pad Thai in GJ! I’ve frequented this restaurant since my friend Mich suggested it many years ago. The moment you walk in they make you feel like family and work to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. Now a regular, I’ve come to enjoy the freshly made Thai Egg rolls, Thai Coffee and my favorite Pad Thai in town. Always got good flavor and good spice. Especially if one enjoys spicy food. Everyone should eat here once a week.
The green curry noodles are my favorite, but the many dishes we’ve tried on the menu have all been the best Thai food we’ve ever had! And if you like super spicy, this place will be sure to satisfy.
We always get the veggie summer rolls and finally tried the Thai tea — it was perfect (as expected).
Always 10/10 service and experience. Can’t wait to visit again on our next extended vacation!
Awesome Thai place in Grand Junction area.
Owner and cook are real Thai.
- Tom yum goong (shrimp), medium has quit a kick. But flavorful and the $20 comes with 6 big shrimps.
- Pad thai is indeed easily top 5 we have had and we are picky. Standard is not spicy, mildly tangy, sweet, salty. Perfect balance
- drunken noodles i went a bit far and ordered spicy. It was good but i was sweating a bit. I would say their medium is spicy for others, their spicy is a little put of this world.
- pad prik mold was good. Even it had a small kick.
Owner is super nice and kind. Food is great. Priced a little toward Denver menu prices, but maybe Grand Junction is also expensive to eat out.
So glad to find a nice Thai restaurant in GJ.
Finally we ordered food here. Been awhile wanting to try this place. Food are great taste authentic Thai food. I order Seafood Panang. It was really good had 5 big mussels lots of calamari and big shrimp. My husband ordered green curry and he loves the level of spiciness. Also order Tom yum it’s also good. And the last one is the summer roll. Everything is delicious. While we’re waiting for our order they give us bottled water. Wish their place will be more bigger.
I have been wanting to try this place for a while, and so glad I finally did! Food was made to order, so incredibly fresh and delicious. We spoke with the owner, and when you order vegetable or tofu, they automatically make it vegan. There are so many options! Both dishes we tried were incredible, and it is easy to see why this is an award winning restaurant year after year. Highly recommend!
Thai hot baby
Best Thai food in Grand Junction, perhaps all of Colorado!
Dang, I had no idea this place was here. I loved it. My favorite Thai restaurant in Grand Junction
The BEST authentic Thai food on the western slope
Terrible chicken satay. BIG chicken but extremely plain.
Beef Lad Na was bland and watery. Supposed to be a thicker brown gravy, not a soup.
Never going here again.
Best chicken Pad Thai I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back again and so happy Grand Junction has a great Thai restaurant!!! We just moved here ..
A+++++++++++++++
Best Thai in town! Hands down!

This is a wonderful, hidden treasure in Grand junction. The owners are Delightful and the food was delicious. It is a small, quiet restaurant. I went with a friend and we had a long conversation over a wonderful meal. I will definitely return. The Tom kha soup was some of the best and so was the lightly fried tofu with rice. The portions were large with extra to take home.
This place is absolutely amazing!! Their thai food might be the best food Ive ever had. It is definitely worth its price! And if you like spicy food this place is definitely for you. 10/10 food. The service here is great also!

I eat Thai food all over the country and this is my favorite spot! Thanks for being so great!
Legitimate
We got take out and it was delicious! The chicken Pad Thai was the best I’ve had in years. The green curry with the wide rice noddles had great flavor and spice. Loved how fresh everything was.
One of the best Thai food places I've experienced over many states! It's authentic, delicious, and yay they don't add MSG (monosodium glutemate) to their food.
The summer rolls are amazing and the shrimp are huge! Best Thai from here to Denver!

So glad to find a nice Thai restaurant in GJ.
I love this place!
We absolutely loved the food! Very authentic, amazingly flavorful and perfect portions. Can't say enough good things about this place. I would love to come back again
Dishes ordered: Thai Basil Chicken, Pad Thai, Thai Ice Coffee & Thai Ice Tea
I love stoping here for lunch or dinner. Great food and great people. Service is great! Every one is so nice and sweet definitely one of my favorite places to eat!
This place has the best pad thai ive ever had in my life!! The pad see ew is delicious too. The restaurant owners are so sweet and service is amazing. Highly recommend!
The food was really tasty with fresh ingredients.
From the moment you walk in you feel at home at Thai Number 9. The ambiance makes you feel like you walked into someone’s home. The food is absolutely delicious and the portions generous. If you are ever craving Thai food and in the area this is your go to for sure.
Fantastic Pad Thai with Beef!
This place really hits the spot for flavorful, delicious, authentic comfort Thai food. We ordered the pad Thai and drunken noodles, both were excellent. Highly recommend!
As someone who has been to Thailand 3 times this is the spot in town!!! I will be back again and again.
Best in town, hands down! Excellent pad thai, pad woon sen, drunken noodles, pad prik, and masaman curry. Thai hot is actually very hot and FLAVORFUL most importantly.
This place is seriously so good! I wish we lived closer and could enjoy it more. Very kind and gracious service and amazing food.
Absolutely delicious. Fists time visiting on graduation weekend. The spring rolls were fresh and homemade peanut sauce the best I've had. Chicken Pad Thai was perfect. Medium not too spicy, but adding their dried Thai chili made it perfect. Ton of flavor. And the service was top notch. My mom's curry was a bit too spicy for her, and our server made a plain chicken satay that made her smile. So thankful. Just an amazing dinner experience. A must go if you are in Grand Junction.
A family run business, they welcome you with a no frills restaurant! A laminated double sided menu has a good variety of appetizers, soups, curries, noodles and stir fry.
Ordered the papaya salad, hot. And the drunken noodles (mediun spice) with shrimp. Portions are generous and they dont skimp on the spice! There are signs all over the restaurant warning you that you don't get a refund if it's too spicy lol.
The flavours were phenomenal. I felt transported right back to Thailand. Good wok hei on the noodles and incredibly large shrimp!
Well worth a visit!
Everything was great! Been several times and they never disappoint.
You can get some very good and in some cases unusual Thai food here. Just be careful because their "hot" is close to "Thai hot". Not much in the way of atmosphere but convenient parking and quick service.
Great Thai food. In our road trip we stopped here and it was amazing
I absolutely love coming here. I love the authenticity of the food and service. Family owned and operated. The owner is so much fun and makes the food that much better. Service and delivery of food is quick. They have delicious egg rolls. Their pad thai is 100% the best in town. My husband, being a Navy guy served in Thailand, says it's just right. Small amount of seating so it's a special retreat when you can sit and enjoy the environment.
Best Thai and nicest owners. We love this place!
Jojo is very friendly and food is great.
Haven't had such good pad kee mow in years. If you live on the white person spicy scale, start on the low levels, this place is legit.
Great food and service!
Always tasty. wonderful and friendly!
Delicious. We eat here often. Our college son recommended the Thai #9 and we love it. Beware, their hot is VERY hot. We like hot and its too much for us.
I'm not into Asian food, but my wife said it was good. My personal take is just "meh", but it was edible.
We come here every time we’re in GJ for work. This is definitely our favorite Thai place to come to! We love the staff, we love the food. It’s just the best, we’re never disappointed.
My favorite Thai place in town! A friend brought me in to try it and it's been my go-to place ever since. Sometimes 2-3x a week...
You know it's legit when you see signs saying no refunds if you order the food too spicy... Love to see it!
Chicken Pad Thai (Thai Hot) is my favorite. Highly recommend.
Food is outstanding. My wife loves the curries and I love the Basil fried rice and Thai tea.
JoJo is very friendly and will take time to explain the food. If it's your first time, I recommend you ask about spice levels. They don't mess around. The spice is truly flavorful but make no mistakes, at medium is was sweating, sneezing and needed some ice cream after.
And yep, we went back again the next week!
The only Thai restaurant I've ever been to that actually makes their food hot when you order it "hot." The food is very good. However, I would not recommend getting it hot unless you like to punish yourself. Medium is plenty hot enough. Try them, you will not be disappointed.
Hands down one of the best restaurants in Grand Junction!
We really enjoy eating here! The staff is so friendly and the food is great! Make sure you order your level of spice correctly. It is always easier to add spice with the spice/ground red pepper at your table. I like hot food and I generally order it mild here, but occasionally I order it medium. My favorite is the Massaman Curry If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend you visit Thai Number 9.
Satay chicken was flavorless, sauce was beyond chunky.
Maybe update your only online presence with your current hours. I spent a while looking for decent food from currently open restaurants and tried to call in an order only to find out you were closed?! Maybe make a website so you could post notices when you decide to close. Dunno but now I’m going to have to eat something else when I really wanted Tom Kha. Just an FYI I come to GJ for work often and this isn’t the 2 or 3rd time this has happened.
Good people, clean, healthy dishes. Quick service by friendly people who remember you. Simple and awesome.
Stopped in here while travelling through. EXCELLENT THAI FOOD > Very friendly service and HUGE portions. Cannot go wrong with Thai # 9. VERY GOOD THAI FOOD !!!!!
We recently moved to the neighborhood and this has quickly become one of our family's favorite restaurants. The food is delicious and the vibe is friendly. I'd give an extra star if I could!
Decent Thai food, fast and friendly service. If you’re white and ask for spicy, they seem to ignore you and give you no spice though, so be warned that you might need to emphasize that you do want spice. All the warning signs about no refunds for spicy makes me think they’re used to clientele with more sensitive mouths.
I got the Pra Ram dish. It was the worst version I’ve had. Mostly big white cabbage chunks. Barely any peanut sauce so I asked for a little more. I got charged $7 for a little peanut sauce. Considering the spring rolls are $9- $7 of that is for peanut sauce??
Overall not a good experience and I wouldn’t come back.
No problem
Pad Thai is really huge here.
My husband and I are moving to the area and decided to give this one a try. It took a couple rings to get through and order but worth the tries. The lady there was SOOOO nice. I’d forgotten to order an additional item for my husband and she rushed it with the rest of the food and set me up at a table with a water while I waited.
We got the chicken pad thai , curry and spicy soup and loved all of them!
Most certainly going to be a favorite of ours.
Best Thai food anywhere! And the service is fantastic.
Small place with great food. First time there and the service was great. Had the soup and it was as good as I could get in Los Angeles where I am originally from. Keep up the great work.
Fabulous!!!
Wonderful food with great service. Great service to me is they leave you alone unless you need something then quick and smooth. This is really good and authentic Thai food in a humble setting.
Large portions, typical Thai menu options, service was excellent, food was very good but not the best we’ve ever had. Seemed to be a local fave - lots of folks picking up orders while we ate. (*not a local, passing through town.)
Totally authentic! Real Thai food. Delicious!
Food is consistently amazing, JoJo is wonderful. Family operated. Best Thai food I’ve had since I vacationed there. They’ve just increased their prices a bit, but it’s very worth supporting a delicious local establishment. Thank you for being in GJ, Thai Number 9!
The people that work there are great, they greet you with kindness and treat you very well. The food was so incredibly good, the best Thai food I have ever had. Hands down the best place to go.
We were a very diverse group with people from several countries, we all agreed that the food was amazing ( medium is very spicy so be aware ) but the waitress/owner was super friendly and funny, she played with us all the time and shared milk and juices to mitigate our burning mouth. Super recommended for everyone that like Thai food.
BEST Thai in town hands down! Not only is the food phenomenal but the owners are so kind and always make you feel welcome! I couldn’t suggest Thai Number 9 more! Delicious!!
Great food. Great service.
Good food great owner
Good food but pricey.
Best Thai in town, hands down. And they are soooo nice. I would come just for the amazing hospitality, it's a bonus that the food is also fantastic. My favorite is the Thai basil chicken. And remember folks, Thai spicy is different than other kinds of spicy, order accordingly:)
Good Thai food and great service. Seems like a great family owned restaurant and will definitely be back to try more of the menu items. They even gave me fish sauce with hot peppers in it when I requested it, sometimes I get looked at oddly when I ask for that.
Best Thai in town. Been going there for years. The Pad Nang is off the charts, and the service and kindness of the staff is top notch. So. So. Good.
My absolute favorite place to eat. The owner is phenomenal and always makes time to visit with her tables to see how they are liking the meal. She also always remembers us 😁
First visit. What a comfy, sit-down place to chat with a friend. Friendly service along with great food.
Ordered veggie stir fry with shrimp.....came out like a soup.... very disappointed....how can
you mess up a stir fry!!!!.... shrimp were way under cooked 🤤
Fantastic traditional Thai food!
Great food, you know it’s going to be good when you hear Thai in the kitchen. Will be back!
28 dollars for 1 order 4 spring rolls the size of your pinky (just cabbage) and a noodle dish that was so bland and contained trace amount of meat and vegetables for 28 Bucks!!!! I threw it in the trash after 2 bites, Run away form here! Absolute rip off!!! Not good at all.
Super friendly staff who confirm with me at least twice each time I tell them I want it "thai hot".
Warning, their spicy scale is 1 step higher than most other places, if you get medium at an American place get mild here.
If you truly love heat and enjoy tearing up while eating your meal ask for thai hot and regret your decision tomorrow, it's an amazing experience.
Had the chicken pad Thai it was very good
We love their food and they make you feel like family. Never had a bad meal there. Enjoy the atmosphere and a wonderful meal every time. My family has eaten and done takeout. NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.
My go-to for Thai food - they're so welcoming and the food's great.
This Thai restaurant is an easy Grand Junction 5 stars! It would be 5 stars outside of Grand Junction too and I don't say that about most places. #GrandJunctionStandards
It was really good. I will be back
The food is really good. They've recently switched to takeout only so the main chef can go back to Thailand to visit, and they're going to renovate the dining room. If you like spicy food, they will oblige you. The Thai basil fried rice is really quite good.
They prepared the Drunken noodles just as I like it. I asked for tofu and extra spicy. also came with cabbage and bell peppers.
Love the staff and the food! I love love the Thai eggrolls!
Excellent thai food restaurant, the only thing that could make it better would be mango sticky rice for dessert, but all of the entrees were 10/10.
LOVE the food here!!
Things happen, I appreciate the owners willingness to act on a unfavorable conditions. Stepped up and did/ offer the right solution. Good people.
Had the spring rolls and the satay chicken apps. -both excellent! Their Chardonnay was good, too.
Friendly service. A local recommended it to me.
First time here and it didn’t disappoint. The Tom Ka soup, was so savory! And the Red Curry was packed full of flavor.
The best Thai spot in town. The owner is generous, funny, and amazing.
My all time FAVORITE place in town. I am obsessed in particular with the hot drunken noodles with tofu. so good! Everyone is so kind I enjoy saying hi every time. Lots of options to make allergen friendlier food dishes also
This place was amazing! Worth a drive from Breck to Grand Junction just for the Thai. We will be back every time we go West.
偏貴一點的餐點
但還是很不錯
friendly staff, clean place, excellent food. We got the summer rolls, thai teas, #15 pork pad thai and was enough for two people. so good! will be back!!
Hands down the best Thai place in the Western Slope.
By far the best Thai food we have had in Grand Junction. I have traveled through Thailand multiple times and when the owner recommended hot and not Thai hot, she would spot on. 😁 Excellent customer service! Will definitely be back!
I ordered the Tom Kha soup for take out and was given the Tom Yum instead and it was so spicy I could not eat it. Plus I wanted what I wanted. Will not go back.
The staff is always great, the portions full and the spice is as hot as you want it.
Always delicious and wonderful service. They take great care of us across the street and we appreciate that.
I’ve eaten in a lot of Thai places and this place has the best Tom Kha Soup I’ve ever had!!!
This place is incredibly delicious with some amazing staff, 10/10 would recommend
Authentic Thai food. The Drunken Noodles are amazing.
Love this place! We always get the pad la na with tofu. It’s amazing !!!
Food was great. Order family style the portions were huge. Friendly staff. Call if you have a large party. I showed up with 13 and they handled it well, but request a call next time.
Delicious food and incredibly polite and helpful staff! Easy to order vegan with tofu!
Good pad thai
Fantastic authentic Thai food made with passion by wonderful people.
Amazing personal service. The food is the only actual "asian" food in town. It is fresh and delicious! Best in town!!
Pad Thai was really great! The summer roles were fresh complimented by an amazing peanut sauce.
Awesome food, best in Grand Junction.
Home Style Thai Food on Grand Junction, CO!
Exactly the savory meal we needed after a long drive and a hike. Amazing Tom yum soup and tasty Thai basil fried rice. Be sure to order a Thai iced tea to go with your food.
Very delicious food and sweet people! I would definitely recommend! I would love to come again! Everything we had was beautiful and delicious!
The food is okay just the staff, she act like she is so in rush for taking our order. And she doesn’t even check on us like she did on other people.
Wonderful food and great service we will definitely be back!
pretty good thai food! spicy is definitely spicy. a little pricy for what it is — 14.99 for lunch and 16.99 for dinner for most regular dishes. kinda understandable given their location in grand junction.
the service was good and the made-to-order food came quickly. not the most friendly to people with food allergies and sensitivities, as you cannot make substitutions
Great staff. Food tastes very fresh and good quality. Food comes out quick.
Can’t get better Asian food in the valley
The people here are so nice and the food is so fresh, flavorful and delicious! Every visit is a treat.
It was very good
Best Thai food in western Colorado and stand up to many in Denver. We love this place!!
plenty of veg dishes and very tasty. I asked about fish sauce in things and the response was "not when you order tofu," so they are very considerate of dietary needs. I definitely recommend the Thai basil fried rice, so much flavor and the portions are awesome for sharing.
Best Pad thai in town
Great service! Great food!
Real Thai products!
I used to travel in Thailand for almost 2 months so I know.
The owner super nice!
Highly recommend 10/10
Always great, always quick, and the most friendly owner and staff! Love this place!
Always awesome food , The spice is so nice
