I been here once before, this was my second time here and i wont be coming back i had got green thai curry with chicken, and the curry sauce was so sweet i stopped eating it after a couple spoonfulls i asked if i could switch it out with something of lesser value and she said i ate half of it so no i could order something else, i left my plate which was full on the table and left the restaurant, i did not eat half i ate 1/3 of the dish and wish i didnt leave a tip before recieving the meal

The thick asian girl is so condescending I can't stand it. We order from here often and everytime she has got an attitude 🙄. Or on the phone or hovering around you when you're getting condiments. This may be the last time for our company to order from here. Damn the owner is a cool dude too. Shame 🫤

No hospitality , I shouldn’t have to say thank you 3 times with no response , food quality is not there you can ask for specific things for your entree they are NOT GOING to do it they wanna prepare the food the way they want instead of what the customer ask( teriyaki chicken combo ) is what I had & spring rolls , if you ask for extra sauce packets it don’t say anywhere on the menu you can only have so many or you are going to be charged it’s not a problem to pay just give the customer what they want and stop being argumentative I’m sure it would be busier if they have a customer FIRST attitude , I’ll just drive to PF CHANG for spring rolls I will no longer come way over here again .

Come here. Just do it. 4 stars for being a little over priced, but the food is great! I had chicken pad thai, chicken Tom Kha with a side of Jasmine rice, and crispy egg rolls. The Tom Kha is mandatory! It was perfect. The crispy egg rolls were of course crispy, tasty and full. Rice was fresh, and the pad tbai was a generous portion of noodle, but I felt cheated on the amount of chicken I got with it. Otherwise, great spot. They also have sushi and boba!

I started coming here because it was right by my apartment. I don’t even live in the same neighborhood at all anymore and i still come because other Thai food just doesn’t compare. They are always so sweet and appreciative of your business as well.

We really enjoyed the dinner at this restaurant, Yui helped us with our order, the spice was perfect. We ordered Drunken Noodles, Egg Noodles and Veg Fried rice, there was good amount of veges and portions were also good. Restaurant was clean and the service was good. One waitress for the place and she also attends the carry outs so she is too busy for good customer service and forgets things. We ordered the mango chicken and spring rolls.
The mango chicken had a thick layer of bread on it and was like soggy . The spring rolls were very good and do recommend them. I had the the veggie ones and have been one of the best I have tried in the Metroplex.
They didn’t have the papaya salad so can’t say if it was good or not but the noodles I had didn’t have hardly any vegetables and was very disappointed .

Absolutely DELICIOUS food! We ordered a lot of food and all of it was wonderful! The service was outstanding with a gentleman even offering to refill our drinks when there was clearly a self-service drinking station nearby. Highly highly recommend. We will be back!

The food is awesome. After leaving Dallas for the suburbs, WaiWai is the one thing we miss. The menu allows a lot of customization, making it great for those with dietary restrictions.

The food is great, and the folks who work there are super nice and attentive (even though it is counter service, they came and refilled my drink a few times, came by to check on us, etc). The only knocks are on (1) atmosphere (there is none, but it clean and tidy) and (2) price. It is just a little too expensive - though not by much - for counter service Asian food (even though the food was really good).

They stole from me. They brought me a stir fry and it had a hair in it. I kindly showed it to the guy who's always at the register and he took it away and went to the kitchen. He came back and explained that there's nobody with blonde hairs in his kitchen but he asked me what I wanted to do so I said can you just give me a credit since I got full with all the other food. He said yes and took my information down. I came back and he said his manager threw the note away. No refund and no food. Don't eat here.

Such a hurry to leave but quick to take the order. Placed an order and they packed it to go because they were about to close. I guess you can’t eat their food there close to closing time.

Great place. Food is good. Missing a few traditional Thai menu items that I like to see like Panang Curry and Spicy Duck. The Thom Kai has tomatoes in it which is strange. Service is just the guy at the counter. He never comes from behind the counter. Anything you need you have to go back to the counter for. My family and I have been here 3 times. Will go back.

I had ordered the tulip dumplings which were overcooked to say the least. Their rainbow roll is overpriced for an average tasting roll.
Lastly their pad chicken needed more flavor.
Staff was nice and the place was clean, however, the food average at best.

Best Thai food I have ever had. Everything on the menu is phenomenal and fresh. My faves are the yellow curry plate, pad Thai and Thai tea are heavenly. The food is very tasty, fresh and hot. Cute atmosphere and the staff is friendly.

My go to Chinese spot near my apartment in Oak Lawn. They are always extremely fast when ordering take out. I typically stick with teriyaki chicken or the Chinese options, haven’t tried the Thai food yet. Charging $4 extra for fried rice instead of white is a bit much in my opinion, however it’s still good without it. A quick and affordable option for Asian food

All the foods are really good and fresh. My favorite dishes are papaya salad and tom yum soup. They are exactly the same I ate in Thailand. All the staffs are really nice and friendly. Best Thai restaurant in uptown. Highly recommended!!!

My go to are the steamed shrimp and chicken dumplings. They are little bites of yummy with a great sauce. The food is made to order so it's always hot and fresh. I also love the Tom Kha and Tom YUM soups. Great spring roles. It's a very unassuming little place but the food is fresh, tasty and authentic. So good!

Disappointing, I ordered the Thai Basil stir-fry with chicken and the chicken was ground up so I could not recognize it. They used to have real cut- up chicken .

First visit ordered the chicken fried rice was good but it had very small pieces of chicken almost minced, it was all rice. Wanted to give them a second try because it’s conveniently close to my job when I have a craving for Thai and the staff is friendly. 2nd time I again ordered the chicken fried rice and again had about 2 small pieces of shredded chicken, a tiny piece of onion, one tomato cube. It’s as if I ordered a plate of plain rice. Sadly I won’t be going back.

Don't waste your money. The Pad Thai was a hard and dry.. It came out insanely hot, tough, and dry as if this was refrigerated and then microwaved for two minutes. Didn't realize I was buying someone's leftovers...

I get food here really often. The dining area is always clean and the staff is super friendly. The wait time isn’t super long for takeout or dine in. The only thing I can complain about is that I’ve gotten red curry a couple of times and it has been very watery and not the thick consistency it usually is. The tulip dumplings are great though!

I love all Asian food. The food from WaiWai is probably my favorite of all the restaurants I've eaten at. And I've eaten everywhere.

This small and unassuming restaurant located in a strip mall may not look like much at first, but looks can be deceiving. The quality of the food here reminded me of some of the best sushi places I've been to in the state. Staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and all social distancing/mask requirements are being followed. I cannot stress enough how good the sushi here is, I highly recommend

Hear me out here, Wai Wai is soooooo good! I was shocked to find out this wasn’t a chain because it is affordable easy and mad tasty. I’ve been back twice this past week and I’ve had chicken teriyaki, pad Thai, and pad ke maow. All are very good. To be honest if you like spicy this place might be a little mild for you, but it’s a family run and tasty spot to get fast authentic Thai food. If your reading this take the chance and check it out

Today me and my wife found another instant classic restaurant. A combination of different Asian cuisines in one place. She was really feeling the lettuce wrap with chicken.
