When I arrived for pick up both orders, it took another 5 minutes to pay and add eating utensils for both orders and they forgot one of the drinks and had to make it.

My food was OK (it could've been my choice of meat), but my coworker enjoyed hers. I will try it again, but I hope the food will be ready on time as my lunch break is only 30 minutes and my job is 3 minutes away; 11 minutes were eliminated from my lunch versus 6-7 minutes (every minute matters).

Such a gem! We ordered the combo plate of orange chicken, cashew chicken, and steamed rice....plus a tom yum soup. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and satisfying.
Our server was helpful and we loved the simple decor of the restaurant.

The place is very clean, and when we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and a bowl of tasty vegetable soup. I ordered the spicy eggplant with chicken and it was a generous portion and tasted great. I also ordered a Thai iced tea and they had the good ice. I highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back.

I have never been to a Thai restaurant that does not know how to make a decent fried rice. This establishment was the first. I ordered the combination fried rice and the mint beef. The mint beef was okay but had too much vegetables. The rice on the other hand was way too greasy and lacked flavor. For a $10.95 combination fried rice, the plate came with 2 small shrimp. I will not be returning here.

Halal restaurant! This place is amazing and they have the best spring rolls I have ever tasted and their chow mein were really good! Server was amazing, helpful and very kind. Would highly recommend.

Thai red chicken curry was great and so was the vegan Pad Kra Pao. They have real meat and a nice selection of vegan food. We also got two Cokes and a Thai iced tea made with coconut milk.

The best service I ever received anywhere. My first time here and I was literally speechless after receiving such an ABOVE AND BEYOND service by the young owner. We, a party of eight, went in 30 minutes before their closing time and yet we were greeted with a big smile and warm welcome. He gave us the time to settle down and go through the menus. Since it was already late, we skipped the appetizer part to save them time. But to our surprise the owner brought us two different appetizers and drinks. After the main courses arrived, we loved the "Crying Tiger' and wanted more but because of the time issue, we didn't want to order again. The owner must have overheard our conversation and brought us another order of "Crying Tiger'" which left us all speechless. He not only stopped at that, we had two kids with us, he brought them French fries. At this point we didn't even know what to think!!! He brought all those additional foods ( 2 appetizers, Crying Tiger' and fries) all at no cost to us. That's what I call a Royal Treatment!!! Now as far as the food we ordered, Chicken with mint leaf, chicken with string beans, beef with eggplant, mixed fried rice, Pad Thai, Crying tiger, they were all EXCEPTIONAL!!! The restaurant itself is not very big in size but they have far better quality and tasty food than many Thai restaurants I visited to grab a bite in Los Angeles or other places. They serve all Halal meat which is a plus for my community. If you're in the vicinity please try them. I am positive that you won't be disappointed. I wish the owner and his crews all the best. Sad to learn that the former owners sold the business. I also noticed the price are a bit higher now. Food is still pretty good but the portions seem smaller. Thai Pepper has been one of my favorite Thai restaurant in the east valley area.

Thai Pepper Restaurant is a great halal option in the Burbank area! The food was very fresh and tasty and the service was wonderful as well! Would definitely recommend giving it a try :)

One of the best restaurants that I have visited. It’s really hard to find Halal Thai, and this one is not only Halal, they serve you the authentic tasty food. My family and I had great food and were so happy to fond this place. I would highly recommend the crying tiger steak and the orange chicken as they were my favorite.

Mediocre Thai food, at a decent price point. The portions are large so that's a plus! Food is made to order so there was a bit of a wait but that's generally a good thing. Thai tea was strong and definitely brewed with tea leaves.

Prik king is almost exclusively green beans. I had maybe 2-3 pieces of chicken (less than 4 oz). For the price, i was disappointed in the amount of meat i got. Spice was good, but fried rice was bland (no soy sauce, simply cheap jasmine with a few flecks of egg). Egg roll was gross and tiny. Incredibly disappointed in the meal that i spent $18 on.

Food&prices are descent. Unfortunately the dine-in experience is a hard NO because of the deep stench of cigarette. Walking in feels like walking into an ashtray every time for over a year now. The staff is kind but that smells got to go.

I ordered the Garlic Pepper Chicken. I was very disappointed. Small portions and the chicken was tough.

I ordered a lunch special chicken teriyaki..... the chicken was rubbery hard with no flavor... really gross. Also instead of the teriyaki nicely on top of the chicken, this chicken was just swimming in a liquid pool of idk what kind of sauce... the meal was not good at all and really killed my lunch mood. Would not recommend.

Chicken pad Thai was extremely greasy. The sauce used for the noodles had an unusual smell and did not taste like any other pad Thai I’ve ever had. The guy that helped me was nice.

I recently ordered the veggie rolls last week wich comes with thin cabbage, carrots and Clear Noodles. i ordered this again because i really enjoyed it the first time but this time is was very bread like they used alot of wrap on it and forgot the clear noodles. i called to see if they made a mistake and if they just forgot to add the clear noodles the manager was super ghetto and rude when i called. They clearly say on there menu its HAS CLEAR NOODLES and veggies. the mager replies with "whatever" and hung up. i called back very frustrated she said they had not been putting clear noodles on there veggie rolls for over 10+ years, yet i had goten them that way the first time from this exact resturant. . This palce is a disater the mongolian beef i also ordered was like stew it was almost soup! this place is very discusting they aslo said they needed the food back to get a refund, they heat the food back up and SERVE IT TO COMING COSTUMERS! Never coming back here again.
