Poor customer service. Waiter inattentive to customer. Food was nothing special but service was terrible. Never checked on our drinks. Wait staff all busy with cell phones and iPads. Ordered extra steamed rice and waiter sounded annoyed. Bad attitude. Not coming back. Will not recommend this place

Been going to Glendale location for decades. This location served food kinda warm and reheated. Won't be coming back.

Highly recommend this place! Food is delicious and makes up for the few shortcomings it has (in my humble opinion) ... what are those shortcomings, you ask. #1 ... check hours before you come, they close pretty early in my opinion. #2 ... ambiance isn't great ... very bare bones. #3 ... service is acceptable but not exemplary. Like I said to begin with ... even with these shortcomings .... the food AND the price point makes up for it. I think they "get away" with those shortcomings because they are so yummy and reasonably-priced. I can only imagine how mind-blowing they could be with some very minor tweaks.

Their chicken and pad se ew is delicious. Their chicken had hint of salt and tasted tasty and beef had a hint of terrain taste and almost like charred BBQ flavor. Both delicious. Nearby our home and we will definitely be returning Thai teas where delicious. We were just disappointed that our first visit they were out of Bobby. In 3 different occasions I've placed take out, they mixed my order and didn't include the utensils requested in the order notes. I used to enjoy this place but they've been screwing up my delivery orders as well. Unless you eat there, something is bound to go wrong if you get take out, they always forget something...

Bbq sticks and all their dishes got smaller and smaller and considered very expensive. I stopped going here and now go to the Panorama location even though its 8 more miles from me..

I am completely disappointed and displeased with this restaurant. The Staff member who answered the phone Ty was extremely RUDE if that was his real name that he shared with me. I called to share that my ribs were burnt & charcoal black and the meat was tough and dry. Also, the shrimp in the Pad Thai was under cooked. Keep in mind I have been a customer for over 10 years. And used them frequently for company catered luncheons. The quality of the food has changed tremendously over the years. I'm not sure if they have new cooks or they received so much business over the years it's about the money and not quality of the food. And started to slack! It's no longer worth the cost of the food any longer. After sharing about the dryness of the ribs that was being delivered to my elderly senior mother. The staff member or owner was Extremely rude. And personally did not care if I was a long standing customer or not who has patronized this restaurant for many years. And also have given many referrals through my company over the years. After spending $40 for a dinner for one person as I've spent many times for my mother in the past. I will no longer patronize this restaurant. It's no longer worth $40 for the food along with the rude service. There are too many other Thai restaurants who are not only extremely tasty but also welcoming to their customer in person and over the phone. And provide great customer service no matter what the situation may be. I will no longer refer Thai BBQ in Northridge to anyone else. Terrible Customer Service! Businesses have to understand they are not doing the consumers a favor at all. We are supporting the businesses and should continue to remind those that we can Stop! supporting those businesses and get the word out. Thank you YELP & other sources to be able to share your experience to others.

Today I brought my family to this Thai restaurant and was totally flabbergasted the food was superbly delicious and a service was absolutely great the gentleman who helped us was super kind although I wasn't quite sure how much food to order he gave us a very good guideline on what it would take for all of us to be able to eat and have a sufficient amount.
Totally satisfied with the service and the food and the cleanliness and what I appreciate it the most was the request for vaccination status. . His enforcement for anyone who answered his establishment to make sure that they show their vaccination card was truly a brave idea.

This is one of the better Thai restaurants. I had the Pad Thai this time. It reminded me of that great restaurant from many years ago called Toluca Thai.

Food so so. Delivery was whatever . For $40 dollars worth of food I would expect soy sauce.

Drunken Noodles are some of the best I've ever had. The Larb Neau was a bit dry but still tasty. Thai tea was great of course. All in all, a fantastic choice for Thai food in Northridge.

Spicy Coconut soup is soo good. Really great for cold days and hot summer nights. Thai iced tea makes it even better.

I'v been eating here for as long as I can remember I grew up coming here it's been about like 18+ years I turned 22 this month! the S1 (the bbq chicken) is genuinely my favorite dish I loved it as a kid and I'm still coming back for more as a adult. You chicken and shrimp fried rice is just excellent! The staff and service has always been friendly and inviting the food is always delicious while price is just right. I definitely recommend this hidden gem you won't be disappointed

I've ordered lunch from here several times and my coworkers and I usually love it. I decided to order dinner today since I haven't had it in a couple of months and it totally sucked. There was barely any meat on the chicken and the rice portion was very little. Not sure if quality went down or there's new cooks or servers but it was a disappointment today.

This is still the best Thai restaurant hands down! They set the gastronomic bar high. When we eat at other Thai restaurants, we can't help but compare the taste.

Had the most awkward moment, the server literally followed us to the parking lot asking for the tip! We felt really uncomfortable since none of of us in the group had cash, plus the servers were rude and didn't ask if we were okay or nothing.

I've been coming to this place for more than 15 years.. lunch specials are the best.!! Try the bbq chicken you wont regret it and you'll thank me later.!!

Best Thai food I have ever tasted. Affordable, and delicious. Friendly servers too. We had to wait for the waiter to round on our table a few times and never came so I had to go personally to ask for extra plates but the food was worth the wait.

So the fact is. That with an attitude like that. No way anyone would eat here. I ordered a $15 soup got 1 mussel. When I showed the guy. He said that's how we serve it. I had to knock on his stained window to get him to bring napkins and chili sauces. Then I told him that he must be having a bad day. Because the customer before was screaming to get his attention. He said he doesn't care. He is the owner. No way. I asked he said he is the co owner. After I told him he should be paying attention to his customers. He said no. He kept watching TV.

What a joke. Food equals hospitality. Zero hospitality equals bad experience and negative impression.

Horrible experience at this place, went in for a lunch meal expecting a good day, after left with a lady expecting a bigger tip chasing us down outside angry at us throwing our hard earn money at us. Will never go back to this establishment for that reason let alone the horrible food.

This is the 1st time I visit this restaurant and the food is very good I order the seafood soup, it was delicious the only thing I don't like is they don't served it with rice on the side. Other than that everything was delicious.

Get the S1. It's to die for.

S-2 (BBQ Ribs) is what I always order with a side of cucumber salad. My husband always gets the S-7 (Crab Meat) I see my husband order that all the time but when I actually took a close look, there was very little crab meat mixed with different kinds of meat? I don't know.. The cucumber salad is what I love the most there. It's soo good. Has a sweet finish to it. And I also remember when I wanted to eat food from Thai BBQ but did not have a car.. I called just to ask if they deliver.. And they do! AWESOME!

Parking wise, it's located in a little plaza so maybe sometimes it can be hard to find a place to park.

I will file a case against her and this restaurant! Whoever wants to eat to this place be very careful you have to leave tips for more than what you eat to this ridiculous lady!
