It was a good experience with the service and atmosphere. A couple of things that didn't work out for me was the sizzling beef dish which was so sweet. I wish I had the option of having it a little more savory and spicy. Also there were just too many cashew nuts in there. Which then reduced the quantity of beef.
The other thing has to do with the dumpling, we ordered chicken steamed and man they were so tiny. I was a little disappointed, and it was an odd number of 5 for 6 + something dollars. That's expensive dumplings. Also the soy sauce on the side could have been better without the sugar. Why is everyone obsessed with sugar. Lol. But overall, a great experience for me and family.

I wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often they have so much other stuff I would like to try but I end up eating the same thing because I know how delicious it is.

For the appetizer we had the Thai dim sum - really good. I had green curry (one of the best I’ve had) and hubby had seafood with chili paste. Both were excellent and the portions are a good size. The restaurant does a fantastic take out (during our meal about 15 orders were carried out) ! The restaurant itself is airy and clean but not large. We will be back.

On the menu, you can see large slices of duck with skin sticking out of the curry. The duck we got were small pieces and NO skin at all. Love the food here. I love the spicy shrimp chili basil rice and the wings over paradise! Oh and the soup.

I ordered online for a pick up, and should have let the increased prices and lack of a lunch menu deter me. In the past I enjoyed food here, so I gave it a chance. First issue is paying $40 for 2 basic curry dishes. Also my husband prefers beef, but this wasn’t listed as an option anymore with the green curry. Then I requested spicy level 4 for him, 3 for me, and neither was spicy at all. I already felt like I got cheated for my money by this point from the mediocre food, but to make matters worse, we both had upset stomachs after eating the food. Waste of time & money! I don’t know if management changed or what, but I don’t plan to return here. Sad, it used to be my fave curry spot, but I can make better myself at home.

I’m a sucker for good Thai food, and this place has a great atmosphere with jazz music. When I ran out of water, by the time I asked for more, another worker was already bringing me some. The food is to die for 10/10, 100% recommend!

This is our go to place for Thai food. My husband loves the fried rice and I love the red thai curry. Everytime we visit, we are greeted and the service is exceptional.

It has been quite some time since I have been to Thai cottage. I usually go to the one in Webster but they replaced that one with another restaurant and I refuse to go there. Anyways, I am glad they did not close this one down. The service was very good, very attentive. They made sure to refill my drink. The salad that came with the lunch portion of my food was still as great as before. Love their peanut dressing. I am still unhappy with their peanut rama. I get it with chicken. The chicken they have decide to get is not very good. It is very off putting. If you do get the peanut rama probably get is vegetarian style no meat. Other then that I will probably go back. I am still unhappy that they decided to make the wings of paradise a 5 piece instead of leaving it a 10 piece for $9.50.

Ordered to go seafood green curry. Curry is delicious. Scallops were rancid. Had to throw them out. Calamari was also inedible. Three prawns and four clams. Never again.

I really enjoyed my lunch. It's been some time since I've visited Thai Cottage. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants when I lived in Corpus Christi TX. Today we had a sweet and sour chicken soup similar to Tom Yum. It had just enough pepper 🌶️ in it to make it the perfect soup on a cool fall day. It hit the spot! For our entry we ordered the chicken with vegetable curry with rice and a stir fried beef dish. The food was delicious 😋. The restaurant was clean and the staff was great 👍🏾

Ordered to- go and the food tasted really good. I had the combination fried rice and the curry chicken. The curry chicken was really good! The food was really flavorful and the service was great as well. I ordered food for about 5 people and they all said they liked it.

Some of the best chicken wings I have had. The dim Sum and teriyaki chicken were on point as well. Not cheap but not overpriced either. Very delicious!

I always get the yellow chicken curry here and it never disappoints. Also the chicken wings talk about crispy. The price point is fair and the ambiance is very pleasant spacious seating.

Pad Thai and curry was delicious. Excellent service too.

My husband and I got Tom yum soups, pad Thai, and yellow curry. My son had the chicken fried rice. OMG the flavor in each of these dishes was amazing! So comforting. Portions were well served. We love Thai food and this has made the list of our top Thai restaurants.

Also, the Thai tea was perfect! We will definitely be returning!

I'm only in town for a few months for work. But I've eaten here multiple times. And it is always a great dinner. The curries are creamy and light. The pad Thai is delicious. And their secret peanut sauce is something I covet every time I stop in. Please try this restaurant

Very good place to come and sit and relax and take your time with eating. The atmosphere is just calming and relaxing. The food here is amazing, second time eating at this place. First time I got the combination fried rice, this time I got the Pad Thai with shrimp. Ohhh was it good! Comes with a salad or soup. The appetizers are good! Friendly service and the food came out hot and fresh!

The best take out ever! We get it pretty much once a week. Their chicken pad see ew & chicken pad thai are amazing. The inside of the restaurant is also beautiful.

Yellow curry, no spice. Paradise wings level 1 spice. Thai tea. All delicious and well prepared. Would definitely recommend and would return if possible.

Eggplant and other vegetables were on point and blended well with the green curry that was made perfectly. Everything tasted good and just how I wanted it to be, from the spice level to flavor.

I love Thai food. This place, unfortunately, dissapointed me on so many levels: service- not attentive and forgetful, food and drinks are served on/in plastic /paper dinnerware, plastic utensils. Food is not seasoned at all.

Ordered for delivery the driver had to wait a long time for the food. The veggie dumplings were soggy and not edible. The sauce that came with the veggie dumplings was old and rancid. My eggplant tofu was old food and soggy not edible. I will never ever ever order from here or dine in. The food was GROSS

New to the area and I have been searching for a Thai restaurant that comes close to my favorite Thai restaurants in Maryland. FOUND IT!! They have my favorite dish and it was GOOD!! This is my new Thai spot!!

The wait staff was good and service was sufficient, but food was only so-so. We sent back one of the dishes and they didnt charge for it. The atmosphere was blah - no music and nearly empty for a Friday night. The Thai Cottage in Houston was a more enjoyable experience.

We always enjoyed Thai Cottage when we lived in River Oaks but have not been able to replicate that experience in Pearland. The service is good but the food is not nearly as good. We had to send one dinner back tonight as it was not edible. Not sure we will be back unless we are in Houston at some point.

The service is great. The food is delicious. Only downside is that their 4/5 spicy level is pretty bland.

Very authentic Thai food

Quick, tasty spot for lunch. Ordered the Siam Chicken lunch special. Lunch comes with either a salad or rice soup and a vegetable egg roll. The waiter served the soup, egg roll without handing out any utensils- had to flag him down. The Siam chicken dish was perfectly seasoned as far as savoriness and spice level (ordered level 3). The chicken, however, was very dry. I regret not getting the beef instead.

Wonderful place with amazing food and good people. Takeout is always ready on time or early and servers are kind. My favorite dish is the Crab Fried Rice, but their curry's are a close second.

Love this resturant! Only reason it's a four star review instead of a five is wait staff could be more pleasant. Really like the resturant set up, very clean, good location. Decor is nice also. Not crowded now, but as more people discover this spot, it will be packed. Food is great! Well prepared, large portions. I love the Pad Thai. I've eaten this all over the world and it stands out here. Whoever the chef is, he knows this cuisine. Everyone I have ever taken here has 100% enjoyed their meal. Now get the staff to be a bit more friendly and this spot will be a knock out!
