Straightforward strip-mall eatery focusing on traditional Thai entrees as well as à la carte items.
I got Beef Pad Thai (though I think I was accidentally given Chicken) Lunch Special that came with a scoop of rice, crispy roll, and ginger soup. I also got a cucumber salad on the side.
The food is delicious, and I wish I knew about this place sooner! I've been living with CSUN food court food for three years when this is just across the street and less expensive? Not anymore! Can't wait to come again and again during my senior year. (though, maybe ordering ahead next time haha)
It was pretty empty, which is upsetting because this place was so good. The owner was the only person working in the restaurant, so the wait was a little long, but so worth it. I got the chili chicken with white rice, which I enjoyed, but to anyone who isn't a hard core spice lover, stick with mild. I tried my friends food and every dish was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this resturant. Can't wait to come back.
We called ahead to order takeaway and were told it would be about 20 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes later, paid and waited the additional 5 minutes or so for our food. The guy at the counter was very friendly and polite. We ordered Pad See Ew, Yellow Curry (not pictured), and Pineapple Fried Rice (without the shrimp). All three were delicious AND reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Thai Chili House, and I will be going back the next time I’m craving Thai food.
The owner is always very courteous and friendly. I found this place back in 2008 and has been going ever since.
Nowadays, due to its popularity and online ordering, the wait time can be a little longer than usual during peak hours. However, I personally think it is worth it, because the food quality and taste is above average compared to other Thai restaurants.
Really love this place, been eating here for 5 years. Can say it is my favorite Thai restaurant in LA. Very authentic and delicious. The owner is a very nice guy, always provides the best food and beautiful prices. Hope more people know about this and visit. Also, the duck fried rice here is ssso amazing!
Woooow I don’t have more words
I never tried food like this before
And I am surprised only one gentlemen is running the whole place and he is fast and kind. Definitely I will back soon!! Thank you
Top Thai food I have tried!! I am a student at CSUN and I was craving some Pad thai!!! IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW! Get the PAD THAI with CHICKEN!! Soo Soooo GOOD!!! I’m a little disappointed how people don’t come to this place. I think it’s just the owner doing all the cooking and cleaning etc. please stop by at this place!!! It’s also not that expensive for two!! My boyfriend and I ate for $23!!! We got pad Thai dinner special and pineapple fried rice. BOMBBB FOODD!! Also parking is right behind it so there’s plenty of space.
The food was amazing! My friend and I got the chicken hotpot, satay skewers, and fried noodles. The atmosphere was so nice, and perfect for hotpot. The wait wasn’t too long and the server was so kind! It’s a nice cozy restaurant, with amazing food, and kind workers I highly recommend!
Coconut soup and Pad Thai is fire 🔥
Very delicious. A+++

Definitivamente es un lugar al que volveré, pedí el arroz con piña y es delicioso, mi esposo pidió la seafood soup y quedó satisfecho, apoyemoslo más pues me dio tristeza ver el lugar vacío cuando tiene tan buena comida.
The owner is amazing, the boba is to die for.
Would visit more
Thank you for the warm welcoming

Food is okay
A humble local restaurant with few tables, but the food is just as good as at the larger, more expensive places.
I'd eat here again.

Super yummy, super clean, super friendly. Loved the chicken pad Thai, the chicken is very good quality meat. The gentleman at the front is indeed very polite and professional. Got our order made fresh in a jiffy. Prices are very reasonable!
Really good Thai food.
At a very good price and with such amazing flavor. This will be my go to Thai place in the valley.
This is literally my favorite Thai place. I haven't had it in 15 years since I lived in Northridge, so today was a treat. Will always recommend.
Such an amazing place. Very yummy. Great service.
The man who works here is so nice! Delicious food, I ordered their red curry which was so good. I also had some thai tea - sweet and creamy. Please support and show some love to this small business.
Loved the spicy tofu. Really good food and good prices
I learned many years ago you can judge a Thai restaurant by the quality of their Larb salad. Just had the Larb salad number 6 spicy and it was perfect 👌. I also get fried rice there quite often and it never disappoints. I highly recommend this restaurant 👍👍👍
Excellent Food, and Love the Egg Rolls also, A Rating, Owner is an Excellent Cook, Support Our Local Businesses !!
Average flavor. Mee krob was more like shredded wheat and had 1 shrimp. I've had better.
Thai BBQ original on Reseda at Parthenia. The Only Exception is that the chicken was tiny bit fatty. Otherwise great place to eat.

My favorite is pad Thai with squid
Oy ! SO good. I have been to all the Thai places in Northridge. This is number 1++. AA++. Coconut milk with mushroom and chicken soup satisfied completely. Eggplant dish was a special dinner. My palate and stomach welcomed this meal like no other. Now a nap.
The cook got to know what I want and every time he sees me he knows , great place !
Food is delicious
Treat you like family
I love this place I use to come here when I was a kid. This is the first Thai restaurant I've ever eaten at. Their curry is so good! The service is amazing still after all these years and I mean years! I'm close to my 30s now and I use to come here as a kid. Occasionally I make the 45 min drive here from Glendale to enjoy some good eats here. This place will not let you down. Also they give good portions I'm always asking for a togo box.
I love the hot & sour soup and the yellow chicken curry!
My favorite place in SFV. Ive been coming here for years....Literally everything on the menu is so delicious and full of flavor. Their peanut sauce is home made and is an awakening to your senses! The perfect hole in the wall Thai restaurant
Fine food for the price.
This place is amazing. 10/10 would eat here again. The family who owns this place are nice and want to make sure you're happy with your visit. The food was fantastic, the service was speedy and I have been back many times. This is a great place to sit and just have some great Thai food.
Love this place, eat here all the time. Pad Thai is phenomenal and so is the orange chicken! The large Thai iced coffee is a deal too!
Very good love the shrimp Pad Thai
Beef Panang all the way. Spicy beef salad. Pad si yew and combination fried rice
Hands down my favorite Thai place in the valley. Run by a family since its opening. Food is amazing from pad see ew, pad kee mao, pad prick king, even the salad dressing and Thai ice tea are amazing. They bring the heat But know when to scale it back and he knows his way with the wok. Perfect cook and slight char to the noodle dishes. I'm salivating...
Terrible place and service, avoid at all costs
Best prices for quality food. The only place that gives tum yum soup with lunch special! Great food!
THEU HAVE THE WORST WORST I MEAN WORST DELIVERY SERVICE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE CURTOSIY TO LET YOU KNOW IF THE DRIVER IS RUNNING LATE I WAIT OVER N HOUR AN HALF FOR MY FOOD I HAD TO CANCEL ITS SAD BECAUSE THERE ARE SOOOO MANY THAI RESTARUANT IN THE AREA YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD STEP UP THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER HERE SAVE YOUR TIME N MONEY GO CHINESE INSTEAD
Amazing Thai food and friendly staff. Family owned small business. Lovely atmosphere. Tucked away across from CSUN, you gotta try this place.
Small little Thai Restaurant with decent tasting food and a small selection. A good place to stop for college students.
Delivered food in less then thirty mins. The food is to die for. The whole family loves their orange Chicken. The best panang in town. Friendly staff. We don't go anywhere for Thai food but here.
The food her is to dye for I've been coming. Here for nine years in love it
Always had good food here!
Very bad customer service. No smile, no thanks & no apologies for being late. Instead the lady was mad on me for asking her twice how long it will take them to make the food. Had to wait an hour half for the food. Once the guy who I believe is the owner of the Resturant yelled at me for not giving them enough tips for bad customer service & the was my last day in the restaurant. Request you guys to not go.
This place is pretty small and not too high end. They have been rude to me in the past and didn't get what I asked for. Asked for Thai iced tea and all they had was fresh hot brewed. So they instead added ice to it which doesn't work well with thai tea. They tried charging me for it and I told them I didn't get what I asked for so I refused. Last time I went there. The food's good though.
Great Thai spot across the street from CSUN. Quick delivery service and excellent food.
I have been coming to this place for years it is my go-to Thai restaurant the food is freshly cooked to order when you arrive the service is friendly and the prices are decent I can honestly say I haven't had anything here that I didn't like very nice family vibe As well
i dont know what others are talking about. i've been going to this place for 5+ years now and it has not once failed me. The Pad Thai is the best i've ever tasted. i've tried several thai places and all their pad thai's are usually dry. This pad thai is full of sauce and goodness! My fav thai spot of all time. i drive 25 miles to eat here!
It was utterly disgusting. The vegetables soggy, and on top of that, contaminated with hair in it.
It tastes nothing like thai food, and feels like they just throw packaged flavors together. I got the pad thai and it was so orange and tasted nothing like pad thai. By far the worst thai restaurant. .. actually the worst restaurant in general I've ever been to.
Not the best by far. I ordered the prick khing (a chicken with green beans and red peppers dish), I got only five pieces of bell pepper and about double chicken bites and about a pound of green beans! Some under cooked. Not worth the low price. Also the rice tasted like it'd been sitting there for hours uncovered. Won't be there again.
Put in an order 1 hour 50 minutes ago. Still waiting for my food. I was told it would be 45 minutes. I called after an hour, and they told me it was on its way. I called again after 1 hour 45 minutes. I was told it's on its way and that they person who took my order must have miscalculated the time. I let her know that she took my order.
Not ordering from here again.
It's been 2 hours - the doorbell just rang.
Best Thai Curry you'll get locally.
Yellow Curry is good with Chicken.
Red Curry is good with Duck (if you like duck).
Green Curry is good with beef.
Panang Curry is good with beef.
I regularly order the Shrimp Bacon or the Salt & Pepper Calamari for an advertiser. Just damn good.
The rest of their food falls into what's normally good Thai food.
Placed an order for delivery they didn't even deliver my food. Wasted 2 hour of my time waiting on them. Waiting to see if my refund comes threw
