We come here very often cause the service and food here is always excellent. It never fails ! Recently tried the mint garlic beef , it was great! New favorite for sure , strong flavors . One of the best Thai restaurants in the valley with good affordability!

Good spot for some Thai food, all the food we ordered had good flavor to it. The only negative thing I experienced was the food was not warm, more like room temperature. Our waitress was great, very friendly, and on top of any needs we had. She was very interactive with my kids as well and included them in any conversation we had. Prices are good for the portions and quality of the food in my opinion. The plaza has free parking but with all the other restaurants and businesses, parking can be a hassle to find.

Favorite Thai restaurant in the valley. I know people like Lum Ka Naad, but I don’t want a big bowl of one entree. I want to eat other things, too! So the combo meals and specials are perfect for someone like me who usually eats alone.

Great little Thai place. Tucked away and a little hidden, but, once you find it, you will be back. Busy place. Fast service, great food. Loved the yellow curry chicken. Attentive staff, free parking, clean restrooms. So glad I found this little gem. Oh, they also have lunch specials . I think they deliver, that could be dangerous, lol. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

I've eaten here before several years ago, and decided to try some delivery. The food was delicious and packed to the brim. I'd say this ranks pretty high in my favorite Thai food places. I appreciate that you get sambal packets instead of the generic brand. Great authentic flavors, you can tell they know what they are doing.

I have been coming to Rincome for a long time and the food and service never disappoints. You have to try the Mama Oh My God and the Har Joi if it’s still available because damn is it good.

They made a mistake with my food and did not fix the problem. They told me to buy another plate, and I did not understand what they were saying.

This restaurant has gone down hill. The prices have been increased and the quality has gotten worse. The staff are very rude as well. Once the food is served they don’t pay attention to you. This restaurant used to give out coupons but not anymore. They are very money hungry. Never again.

I been going here 14yrs + food is awesome, but this review is about my experience today only, with the driver delivery person. A woman by the name of Tony so I believe they told me over the phone. I was taking a shower so left my 14yrsold in charge. She noticed she was short $20 right away after closing the door. I called Rincome spoke to the lady (delivery person, and unfortunately she profoundly denied it and affirmed she had given my daughter 2 $20 and 2 $5s.
This is absolutely not true, how sad she did not admit. This was an opportunity for my daughter to learn her lesson though, trust but verify!!! Don't assume people are honest, you must double if not triple check. So if did person did it once they will do it again. So BEWARE!!!

I've been coming here for two years and the good is always good and they have yummy Thai tea. I signed up for the loyalty program because I go there often and I wanted to start giving them the full money when I order instead of letting Uber Eats take part of their money. My favorite menu item "spicy pineapple beef" wasn't in specialty entree section, only in the lunch combo meal so I call them to let them know it's not there for me to order and she kept telling me it was there and then told me she would call me back and hung up on my face. I went to the restaurant in person and told another lady the problem and she told me to order the pineapple chicken, add beef for $2 extra and write in the notes to not put the chicken. That's actually more money than ordering a pineapple beef. She walks away and I ask the lady from the phone if I need to order online to get the points or if I can get my points in person and she told I can my points in person. I order she takes my card and charges it and I say wait you didn't get my number for my points she says you can only get the points by ordering online. I'm like "I asked you before you took my order, why didn't you say that?" And she just walked away. I thought that was very rude, especially when the food is expensive. The older lady sees me all the time so she knows I'm a regular, the younger girl is only there half the time. It made me realize no matter how often I visit or how much money I spend they don't value me as a regular customer. The food is still yummy, I will just do Uber Eats pick up for covienience and not care that they make less since they don't want to fix the website and they don't care about the loyalty program.

I ordered the beef chow mein that comes with rice, egg roll and a salad and it was delicious! My friend ordered Pad See-EW with salad and Tom Kha Kai soup. She let me try some of hers and it too was amazing! Tammy was our server and she was so nice, helpful and very professional! She is the best!

Just ordered Pad Thai with shrimp and chicken. Got mainly or only about 1/2 pound of noodles with 2 shrimp and 2 super tiny chicken tenders, and I am not exaggerating. Paid 30 plus some pennies. Very disappointed. I wanted at least some decent portion of chicken I get the shrimp is more expensive but only 2 shripms and 2 microscopic pieces of chicken. Please re-name the plate to pad Thai noodles only.

Unfortunately they have declined in quality and customer service given their popularity. Some of the items that I always orders have not tasted the same and their wait times have gone up to an hour, then when you get here they add an extra time to your wait unapologetically! Hope they're able to find better ways to serve their community better in the near future.

When a customer says only green onions- you should only use green onions, not add white onions. This is the second time they've messed up my order. The quality of the food isn't consistent. Not sure if they train their cooks or just let them do whatever they want. A fried rice ordered today will not be the same when you order it next time. Looks like I'll be looking for a new Thai place to eat. For over $15 per plate I expect better quality and some competence.

Rincome Thai is the strip mall Thai of your wildest dreams. Fabulous food in a crowded setting, overworked staff trying to satisfy the fans of their bargain priced great food. All the classic Thai stuff done superbly; from Mee Grob & Tom Kha Kai soup through all the classics, the curries, Pad Thai, and the best Larb I've ever had. Numerous "combination" plates that get you rice & salad & other items for those that need them, and lunch specials that are awesome bargains. Not the venturesome gourmet regional stuff of Jitlada or Lum Ka Naad; just your everyday Los Angeles Thai better than its ever been before. If every neighborhood had a cheap super place like this there would be peace on Earth. Now (Dec 21) with covid rules indoor dining, and a raging takeout business.
