Noodles, curries & other Thai specialties provided in petite, unassuming surrounds.
This is the most freshest delicious Thai Food in the Atwater/ Los Feliz Area.
After eating at so many other Thai restaurants I keep coming back to this as my favorite!!
I have been coming here for many years. It is very clean and cozy and they have a convenient parking lot. It can get a little busy but usually a spot opens up and there is free street parking.
This is a Familu run business that has been here for at least 30 years and it is consistently the same quality for still reasonable prices!!
Don t Miss this Gem :)
The best family owned restaurant! I have been coming to Tub Tim since I was a child and it remains one of my favorite restaurants! Beautiful atmosphere and food that reminds me of Thailand with amazing service. Fresh ingredients with an enjoyable menu selection for affordable prices. Every dish is delicious and their pad thai is my absolute favorite! I order it without peanuts due to allergy and they never mess that up! Check them out if you haven’t!
I came here for the lunch special. The Pad Thai was excellent. It came with a small side salad (which was small but good) and some sort of fried wonton which was stone cold - just like the woman who served me. Prices for the lunch special are moderate, but so are the portions.
Tom Yam didn't like the broth with meat, the broth is not thick, there is no coconut milk. They didn't offer rice or noodles separately. I took it with me. Pattaya with chicken is delicious.
FANTASTIC FOOD!!! I'm a big Thai food fan so I'm hard to please! This place is GREAT. Love the lady running the place! Prices are very fair. She should charge more cuz it's so good. Nice and clean on the inside.
Probably the best pad thai I have had including in Thailand- just great!

Wonderful Thai food at a surprisingly reasonable price. The owner is a jewel and she is so helpful. You'll love eating there.
Delicious food the best

Great neighborhood spot for Thai food. Had one incident where I ended up waiting an obscenely long time, but seems to have been a one time issue that hasn't repeated itself.
Great location. Reasonable rates, support friendly staff! ;)
A real gem of Los Feliz. Always fresh and delicious, kind service, great prices. Highly recommended!
Tubtim Siam is excellent. Top quality Thai food in Los Feliz. I personally love the papaya salad and the pad see ew with roast duck. Very special food.
Great food and such friendly service. We miss going here weekly. Tom Kha and Yellow Curry is a highlight.
One of the more affordable Thai places around Los Feliz. Everyone who works here is very kind.
My fav pad Thai in LA! The papaya salad is tasty too.

Solid thai food from a very nice local family. I got the pad thai and curry which were both very flavorful and delicious. I definitely suggest requesting to have your tofu fried if you’re getting it. Makes all the difference in the world!
Kept driving by Tub Tim Siam and happy I stopped in. Pad thai was great and so were the fresh spring rolls. A little heaven on earth. The inside of the restaurant is quaint and can’t wait to go back. Thank you 😊
Best Thai food in the neighborhood and run by a very friendly, respectable family. Everything is delectable but my go-to's are ginger chicken, cashew nut chicken, Tom yum soup w/ shrimp, and fresh spring rolls. Mmmm, gotta go, ordering now...
This was my first time trying Thai food and it didn’t disappoint. I absolutely loved the yellow curry!
Such good Thai food. Love the green curry and pad Thai. It is family owned and all the dishes are very clearly cooked and plated with love. Highly recommend supporting this 20+ year old family run business.
Delicious, humble family owned restaurant. Generous portions made with love. A neighborhood favorite!
Convenient location near Los Feliz with a small parking lot and opened late.
For many many years, this humble establishment has been a Thai town adjacent and it really defines itself as such. A long-time, favorite even in the pre-pandemic era. Today's example doesn't consistently shine as brightly as before.
I honestly say both take-away and dine-in are a hit or miss depending on when your visit is. The quality and freshness of noodle dishes can be wonderful on the weekends, and on some days can be delivered as a mushy mess. Entrees can also be meagerly thin too in your takeaway orders, and yet very tasty. Spice levels are also very inconsistency when ordering making me weary to go between medium and extra spicy.
On a most recent visit, the Tom Yum was watered down and lacked any depth of flavor. I wouldn't be surprised if it was two days old and bottom of the pot.
The pricing and value have just been keeping my appetite elsewhere.
My absolute favorite is the red curried duck, with a side of brown rice. The green curried chicken is also amazing, with a delicious merge of flavors from the eggplant, green bell pepper, and bean sprouts.
We love this place and order weekly! Our only recommendation if picking up is to wait about 10 extra minutes.
Great place! Had fresh coconut water after ages!
Freshly prepared Thai cuisine. Love the Spicy Mint Leaves w/ eggplant 🍆😋
Just discovered this place and it's the best Pad Thai I've had in town!!! Perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and the noodles were divine. I'll be coming back soon!
Glad we gave this place a try. Everything we ordered was so good! The ginger sauce for the main dish was 👌 ..and that fried rice 🤤
Best green curry ANYWHERE.
My go to and Favorite Thai spot in LA. The Pad Thai is truly sensational. The subtle chewiness of the noodles pairs very well with the flavor. Very reminiscent of the noodles I had in Thailand. Pad see ew and Tom Kha Gai are very delicious as well.
bad service.. old lady has no customer service whatsoever.. will not recommend..
really good food and fast service!! front desk lady is so sweet, one of my fave restaurantS in LA
Not professional wont comeback they had no customers and they took 40 min to make my order i will never comeback
Comfortable and clean. Parking little difficult. Costumer service adequate
This place is so delicious! It's our favorite Thai restaurant in the neighborhood, and we go here regularly. I definitely recommend the pad thai -- it's one of the most flavorful that I have ever had. The papaya salad is always fresh and has just the right amount of spice. I also highly recommend the vegetarian egg rolls -- tasty inside and perfectly crispy outside. Another huge plus for this place is that it's run by a super sweet lady who clearly really cares about the food and the business.
Yummy!
This place is sooo delicious! The ingredients are fresh and the staff is very sweet. ❤️ tub Tim!
Worst Thai food ever. The Pad Thai was burnt and the rest of the food tasted days old. First and last time I’ll order from this place.
Was told a simple order of wings and egg rolls would be 25 mins...25 minutes later they wanted me to wait another 15 minutes..I said no thanks. Its best not to take on more business than you can handle. Good way to lose a customer.
They food are good enough. I've got duck noodles. It had original duck taste, but a little bit dry.
This place is a gem. Good prices. Best Thai food in Los Feliz. Great vegan options too which was cool.
Glad to have this little Thai place in our neighborhood. I usually get the standard Thai dish like Pad Thai or fried rice and they never disappoint me.
My favorite
The best salmon!
Service is a little slow, the food is hit or miss depending on what is ordered.
I came here for the lunch special. The Pad Thai was excellent. It came with a small side salad (which was small but good) and some sort of fried wonton which was stone cold - just like the woman who served me. Prices for the lunch special are moderate, but so are the portions.
This place wasn't that busy, I was getting my laundry done and I decide to go out to eat. I've been to this restaurant a few times. Place was very quiet and food is great.
riquísimo 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Rude waiter! Served on October,4. Will never order again
I love it..!!
Friendly but quiet small family Thai restaurant that makes curries fresh, with unique flavors, different from the usual. If you love curry, these guys make dynamite curries!
Food is flavorful and fresh! Made to order 😊
Delicious! This food is legitimate!
Very good. Nice little Thai restaurant. The mixed vegies sauteed in garlic sauce were delicious.
Don't tell me 5 minute wait and have it be 20. If it's going to be 20 minutes, tell me 20 minutes.
The best thai food in Los Angeles. I travel 10 miles for take out..
Its just an average Thai food but very pricey for a small portion. Their noodle taste good. BBq chicken not so good. I would compare thier food similiar to a Thai fast food or maybe Panda, trying to make it look like fine dining but taste like a fast food.
Love their Garlic chicken! Best Thai tea!
I love the food amazing especially the red curry, I love the hospitality and service. Amazing!
I stop here for lunch 2 or 3 times a month and have the lunch special chow mein with egg rolls and thai iced tea with bobas. My favorite Thailand restaurant in the area.
Spam fried rice is the bomb!
So yum! We ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and the Green Curry with chicken and loved every bite. The food is fresh, non-greasy, high quality and inexpensive. Can't wait to try their other menu options!
Mediocre to below average thai food. Portions small for the price
Best ever, great prices, always go there after visiting Griffith Observatory, which is just up the hill
Excellent cashew nut and brown rice. Super friendly staff as well!
Pretty straightforward Thai options. Menu is set up so its easy to choose if you're not familiar with the options that Thai places usually offer.
I got the small shrimp tom kah soup. It was the perfect amount, just the right spice, and very satisfying. Don't drive an hour out of your way to come here but if you're in the neighborhood it's worth a trip.
Their Pad Thai (Chicken or Shrimp) is the best! Love this place! They deliver too! :)
Ok. So I never write a review, but this time I have to. Me and my boyfriend went to this restaurant today. He had chicken, beef and chicken tom yam. I had simple egg rolls snd side of steamed noodles. Both of us had terrible diarrhea, right 40 mins after we ate there. Good luck guys!
We come here at least once a month on average. Every time I try something new, and I haven't been disappointed yet. Dynamite Wings are great, as are the spring rolls and egg rolls.
love it hear, doesn't look so great from the outside but has great food and interior.
