Everything was good some prices are soooo ridiculous. $9 cup of soup! A cup!!!! 9 dollars a cup. But a dinner portion serves 7 is $14

For a family of four, we spend around $80, which is comparable to what we’d spend at fast food joints, but here we get so much more value for our money.

In these challenging economic times, finding a place that offers both affordability and quality is truly appreciated. Highly recommend Palm Thai for anyone looking for great food at a great price!

We have been loyal customers of this delicious restaurant. Recently I joined their birthday club and was overjoyed to get an email for my birthday month. When I tried to redeem email the staff told me it was for "dine-in only" no where on the email did it say "dine-in only" I pointed that out and still got a "no sorry" since I was already running late to pick up my daughter I just paid and left. Just know they will not honor any coupons unless it's "dine-in only" very disappointed since my total was $98.

This is the best, hands down, Thai food in the city and all the other surrounding cities. We actually live a little far and commute just to come here. The Pad Thai is the best we've ever had. The summer rolls, Beef Pho, and Chicken Satay are our favorites. They are also very gluten free friendly and will help you find what is best. (Everything we order except the Pho is gluten free.) We go at least once a week and it is out of this world every time. Very reccomended.

I was so dissatisfied and disappointed, the food was stale. I ordered Pad Thai and it definitely seemed pre-heated and it came with maybe 7 sprouts at the top of the noodles so once I opened it, it did not seem appetizing any longer. I won't be going back.

I love the food. However you have to be careful, they charge my debit card twice. They will run your card once for your total and they the entire amount of you include tip. For example I got charge $77.31 for my tab then $88.67 after I included tip. This is the second time it happens at the same restaurant so it’s not a random human error

Prices have skyrocketed. For a bowl of soup and 4 chicken skewers the cost was approximately $24. The prices have nearly doubled plus some. Ridiculous.

Food was great, there was just a really loud and obnoxious waitress who was talking very loudly which kind of ruined the experience.

I sat outside because I had a sore throat. The waitress served us. They brought the 3 meals out...1 at a time. I ordered ice tea...which they never came back to refill. I asked for Thai chilly in my spicy rice. She brought back some ground chilli that could not have been Thai chilli. Looked like the stuff you get for your pizza.

I left an 18 to 20% tip($10), but asked for a refill on my ice tea. She brought me a cup of water. I asked for tea, and she went back to get tea. She didn't know that we all spoke Thai, so when she walked away mocking me to get the tea, I already decided I wasn't going to drink it.

A customer should not feel that way.

I wish them the best. I suggest getting Thai chilli in a Thai restaurant. Also, improve customer service. I was here a year ago, and I remember the food and service being much better. As for me, probably won't eat there again. The mocking really rubbed me wrong. Best if I go to a different restaurant.

I ordered the garlic pepper beef for takeout and it was the worst garlic pepper I ever had, and I've had this dish hundreds of times at many Thai restaurants. The sauce lacked flavor, and was swimming in oil. It was so oily my wife had to absorb it in a napkin to be edible. The beef was tough and chewy. All in all, a most unpleasant dining experience. This was my first and last visit to this place. If we had dined in instead of take out, I would have got up and walked out. It was that bad.

I've been here with my sister and nephew more than once. We love Kat, she is friendly and we definitely support our community Thai restaurant. I ordered through the phone 2 orders of Chicken and Veggie Steamed Dumplings. I added Schricha Sauce. They also have them fried if you prefer them like that. Other plates I recommend is the orange chicken with fried rice and Yellow Curry with Chicken. I also like the Potato Yellow Curry. The Yellow Curry can be regular or Spicy and you get to pick.

I did an order through doordash when I called the restaurant she said I had to have doordash pay me my money back. They did not package the coconut soup properly it opened up and spilled all over the inside of the bag and she wants me to get everything back from doordash the money. They obviously do not honor their service

Very good. My husband and I have always enjoyed Palm Thai in Lake Elsinore. It always has a nice atmosphere, the food was always good, service was always good as well. Nice friendly staff. We would go there more often, except that now live closer the new Costco.

We have eaten here at Palm Thai restaurant before and have always liked their food! However we hardly ever ventured far from the menu and tried other dishes. Obviously we have our favorite dishes. That being said, So we decided too try something new. I ordered the yellow Curry with crispy Chicken and it was Awesome!!

So glad we found this place while passing through town! The staff is sooo friendly and definitely have a ton of repeat customers. We ordered the steamed potstickers, chicken Panang Curry, and chicken pad Thai. All three items were delicious and perfectly seasoned.
